Book: Taking A Stand - The conservative independent Voice
As the time for the voters to become familiar with all their choices on Nov. 2nd 2010 draws closer, I would like to extend my invitation to debate all the U.S. Senate Candidates listed on the ballot Mike Lee for Republicans, Sam Granato for Democrats, and Scott Bradley for Constitution Party.
Just a word or two about each. 1- Mr. Scott Bradley believes that non-citzen terroris should be given the same rights as an American Citizen, which I believe pollutes and dilutes the privilege of U.S. Citizenship towards global citzenery. 2- Mr. Sam Granato may be the one candidate that I am just not sure has even read read the Constitution as I have watched a few of his answers interviews. When asked about certain measures he has responded over generally rather then specifically as if 'being our brothers keeper' was his answer to most everything Constitutionally speaking. Well, that is in line with the socialist point and he loves Obama and believes it's a health care ought to be a Constitutional right. 3- Mr. Mike Lee has pretty much laid down the gauntlet on Social Security and Medicare stating "not one more dime" you can see here and for a guy who says he believes in the Constitution sure wants to change it a lot, and never mentions Barack Hussien Obama's lack of Constitutional Qualifications.:
Here is the email I tried to send to Mr.Scott Bradley personally several times with a server error coming up on his 'contact' page. I also tried to tie this to my comment on Connor Boyacks' Connors Connundrums blog, but my comments have been cut off.
So last chance I had was to publically offer this up for discussion to all who might read this. I'm available for a debate.
Dear Mr. Bradley /or/Representatives: Thank you for running as a candidate for U.S. Senate. I would like the opportunity to debate Mr. Scott Bradley and offer myself available at his convenience as far as time and place.
Personally I believe it will foster greater education, and a debate that both Mike Lee and Sam Granato will probably refuse to attend. If this is appealing to you-

Here are a few questions that I found Mike Lee, Sam Granato avoiding that Scott Bradley of the Constitution Party did address. I think they are good questions so I answered them myself as a WRITE-IN CANDIDATE for U.S. Senate here in Utah.
1. What should be done in regards to our current military engagements in the Middle East, and why?
After 911 we were supposed to be after bin Laden, but we went into Iraq. We have a huge investment there now as well as Afghanistan, the longest running war in our history. While many of our politicians believe whole heartedly we should be in the business of nation building and policing, it must be recognized that a common way to wage a long term war against the U.S. is by and through our economy by engaging us in these practices. By and through the demolition of our economy can our Constitution and National Sovereignty come to a precarious halt? I say oh yes it can, and oh yes it has been planned.
As a balance of power, our influence has not promulgated a single nation abroad to adopt our Constitution, nor has the population of those we have supposedly freed and liberated from tyrants acted on any debt of gratitude with repayment of our military and blood. These facts should give us a clue to the fact that we are in some regards supporting tyrants and despotism in a degree that is anti-constitution and does not serve us domestically. We then should act in Congress responsibly under our own Constitution and by that, the People.
Perhaps We The People don’t fully understand the problematic despotism that exist among greater thresholds of power, such as China or Russia, and the bases in Afghanistan and Iraq serve a purpose of balance that has served us well? Leaving that open for military advisors and until we knew and understood this exactly however it is easy providence to simply say we shouldn’t be sticking our nose in the business of nation building and policing states in a direction that we could hold as subversive to our own Constitution: and if it were an excuse not to engage in those practices, it would seem to serve and save a lot of our own money that could be better put to use in affairs domestically that are in dire straits now and that would give a better rate of return.
To sum it up simply, involvement in the degree we have invested in these wars in the Middle East has netted us, as I would imagine supporters would say an insurance policy of peace. That is to conclude that the same investment made in our people in our country would have been destroyed by those necessarily opposed to us had the foreign investment not occurred; so it was essential not to make the investment domestically.
I personally just don’t believe that. I also believe that when we start paving our streets with pure gold we could say something was happening that was right, and that attraction towards that right might be a higher influence to those foreign as they heard and saw the affects of a true liberated, free people, under a Constitution as ours. Who knows, they, under their own God given rights then might consider a closer adoption of our Constitution seriously.
2. What should be done with the Federal Reserve, and why?
Scott Bradley says the Fed should be audited and then done away with. I say why waste the money auditing them first? Congress has the right to coin money, and the Fed simply ought to be responsible to Congress if they were to exist at all. This means I believe no higher authority within the United States ought to exist then by law of our Constitution, who holds ever Congressmen to a standard of qualification, and even holds the President to a line of qualification. Need any more be said to a Federal Reserve who believes an audit or a responsibility to Congress is troublesome?
By their own standards, the Fed has failed us without ramifications to the Glass Segal Act Repeal (GSA) that placed our economy at risk to exactly what happened with the housing bubble, that by the way was created. Yes, the GSA set up a regulatory firewall between commercial and investment bank activities, both of which were curbed and controlled. The Bank Holding Company Act further separated financial activities by creating a wall between insurance and banking. Oddly enough it was in the surplus years of the Clinton Administration that the ground work was laid that would create the housing crisis.
The Federal Reserve basically came out in open rebellion of their own founder Senator Carter Glass, a former Treasury secretary and the founder of the U.S. Federal Reserve System, and the lessons learned in 1933 in the wake of the 1929 stock market crash. There is more safety in the Constitutional Restraints that require a 2/3rd majority to change Amendments than a Fed who resents the implication that they must tell Congress what foreign banks received our money.
3. What is your position on the war on drugs, and the legalization of marijuana? It’s a States Right issue, plain and simply by our Constitution. I know $55,000 to incarcerate a prisoner in an empire building system of incarceration is breaking America’s back. It would seem the Federal Statutes imposed upon States in this regard is a form of emotional blackmail forcing States to incarceration standards and the forum to fill up their Prisons. I believe the States can make more sense of this and reduce their incarceration cost and improve their rehabilitation resource centers if the Feds would get out of the way. I think California’s bankrupt state-of-economy resounds this with “see what I mean” emphasis.
4. What is the constitutional authority for our current immigration law? What reforms, if any, do you support?
I support Federal Laws living up to the duty of securing our Nation. Ronald Reagan said a Nation without borders is no Nation. How true that is, and with Congress regulating our Sovereignty the least they could do would be to enforce the parameters of our Constitution held in high regard last I checked by the United States, and not held in high regard by any other foreign nation. I do not believe any citizen of the United States wants people in here who are not here on work permits or student visa’s.
Illegal immigration is illegal, and I think our citizens have a right to the protection of the United States. When considering work permits for a specific period of time the same consideration we give foreign exchange students, I don’t think that is unfair. What I do think is unfair is a disrespect by our own Government for the laws we expect and they are duty bound to uphold in the United States especially in a time of war. It is a dereliction of sanity and domestic tranquility to engage in 2 foreign wars but refuse to maintain the perimeters of the Nation and if any domestic crisis should occur I think it’s just compensation to present indictments towards the dereliction of protection of our People, and the commitments of our Constitution, when the least of our borders, considered our front door or those at home, are forsaken or held in low esteem in contrast to the the parameters of any military unit held in a foreign war. Is it not a breach of commons sense to open the front door of your house and then to send the military out to guard the 40 across the street you don’t own? Is this not an invitation to catastrophe whilst in the midst of two foreign wars?
5. Do non-citizen terrorists have any constitutional rights?
No, to say they do is to dilute our Constitution, our Borders, and our National Sovereignty to a foreign citizenry who has not done a thing to uphold our standard of freedom and liberty but has done everything to tear it down. Non citizen terrorist are to be treated under the rules of our military courts and Geneva Convention. This affords them protection from those who have captured them to the State and assures as prisoners of war that they will be treated humanely without any adverse discrimination and that their medical needs must be met.
They have no Miranda rights as non-citizens, and those are exclusive to the umbrella of our citizens holding in higher regard the nature of man. To serve a non-citizen terrorist the same constitutional rights as our citizens is a recipe to extrapolate the U.S. Citizen into a Global Citizenry. If the world wants our U.S. Citizen rights, then by all means they can adopt them their selves for they are not foreign to them but are known and perversely dis regarded.
6. Are you for or against term limits, and if for them, in what form? We have them, they are called elections. Term limits further deliberated outside our Constitution were known and rejected by our forefathers as not a solution to the problems that people champion them to be.
7. Is a balanced budget inherently problematic, or only because it may possible trigger a constitutional convention?
Our Constitution if it is adhered to affords and in fact champions a balanced budget. While the reasons for going in debt such as war and protection have been diluted by Congress, The People retain the rights to vote out of office those who offer such poor counsel for our Country as to consistently waste our treasury on poor investments.
8. How should tariffs be used? How do you define economic protectionism, and do you support it?
We must return to a balance of our trade with all nations squarely in order to implement domestic solvency. To discriminate with the degree of righteousness as in MFN status, has polluted our Tariff power while we have shipped off shore our jobs and independence. One could look at this as if to say this nation is better than this nation as far as human rights but no nation has adopted our Constitution so they all fall short. We are not in the business with commerce to govern nations accepting with the use of declared embargos. Embargoes can lose their leverage with a dilution of trade, so it would sure up embargo power if we would quit discriminating among nations who all fall short of our Constitution and implement our Tariff Power indiscriminately as Congress sees fit leveling the playing field. I believe we could sure up in this way the decision of Corporations to assume the advantages in keeping factories here rather than shipping them out. By God there really ought to be some advantage to producing here in America that we can find that is sound in a fair capitalism. The unfairness has been to tie consistently one arm behind our own backs whilst slave labor in foreign countries is said to be the winner of capitalism?
The disregard of Tariffs as protections of our Nation is as delinquent a protection of our economy as mass immigration is to our citizenry in the maintenance of the United States. Will Congress abandon the notion that slavery is un-constitutional here, but adopt through the lack of Tariffs the notion that slave labor is ok? Why don’t they, GOD FORBID, be un-hypocritical about it and just repeal Amendment XIII and XIV and bring it back to our soil?
America has always been competitive. We have won the lucrative competitive race several times over which has allowed us great abilities for charity. We need to protect that, protect our American workers, protect our independence, and use our Constitution as a first line of defense. It has been through the dilution of American principle found within our Constitution that our economy has troubled. 9- The question I’ll add to this scenario is the question addressing the Constitutional Qualification of our President, held within our Constitution. The fact is neither Mike Lee, Sam Granato, or Scott Bradley address this question on which hangs most all the socialist policies that conservatives are worried about:
Is Barack Hussein Obama Constitutionally eligible through the qualifications set for in our Constitution to be President?
On this question hangs our nation slipping into a socialistic chaotic and destructive nightmare and those running for office not addressing the most basic, yet most powerful principle in our Constitution which is our President’s pen.
Obama’s pen signed Health Care Bill into law Obama’s pen signed The Financial Reform Bill into law Obama’s pen that refuses to sign the Bush Tax cuts into permanent law.

Let me tell you I've got a degree in psychology and personality assessments have to do with my job quite abit in sales. When someone wrote to me, "I also need to be with someone who can be honest and up front about how they feel and what they are thinking.", and, " I guess that I am looking for someone who challenges me to be a better person - someone that I respect”, speaking of what they were looking for in a politician. I thought, ‘that sounds a lot like love’ and I said, “A lot is said here if you’re serious about that.”
Sometimes people say things like this just because it sounds good to throw in abit about being open to shall we call it 'constructive help', which is better than 'constructive criticism'. (lol) Most of the time however people are very happy with who they are and they don't want to make any changes, mostly because changes when it comes to who we are, especially changes for the better, are for the most part very difficult because it 'bends' us, and in so doing it 'stretches' muscles that haven't been worked or that are weak.
You look like you’re in pretty good shape? Do you work out? Well, if you do than you know how a good work out, will make muscles sore the next day, and the worst day is two days after. It's the same with our personality and character that have to do more with emotional, mental, and spiritual well being. Can you imagine working character muscles or mental, emotional, or spiritual muscles that have been neglected for a long time?
It's bound to be a little uncomfortable huh? In politics, writing my name, Cody Judy, on the ballot, for U.S. Senate, might be a political move that hasn’t been exercised for a long time, but maybe is needed now for overall improvement and strength. Let’s go back to love.
If the guy of your dreams walked by you in a grocery store, and he was your soul mate from Heaven, and there would be no other time and place on Earth that you would ever cross paths with him again, and this one meeting at the grocery store was it. Somewhere in the back of his mind he felt an attraction and though he was scared of rejection himself, he managed a "Hi..I usually don't ..you know, approach someone at the grocery store in the cereal aisle, but I think your beautiful and umm... is there any way I could make a date with you, or we could exchange numbers?
Your answer to him, and remember this is your soul mate, and God is watching you blow this shaking his head thinking, she's gonna blow it..., you say to him, " I'm sorry, I bet you do it to all the girls, you’re probably a stalker, and I'm too fearful to take a chance on you; bye" ?
That's just a scenario, but I mean what happened to the courage of someone. I don't want to meet some stalker women either, but I think if you want guarantees on 'love', or politics that your really just trying to 'control' it, instead of like letting it fly like a butterfly and grow, and mature. Love needs time to grow and mature, it's not something that we can go purchase because we're tired. We have to constantly be willing and open to its' floating into our life... do you think I'm wrong here?
When someone asks questions, I don't know if you know this or not, but it tells you something about that person. People who want guarantees could in the extreme case be paranoid, they might be chickens, have no fiber or strength to make it through hard times, so who wants to get hooked up with someone like that? Why have you been voting for people who have been voting for the trouble we are in, yet you don’t want to change your vote or challenge the Party Power? While women are most attracted to security, guys have more concerns than beauty meeting the eye.
I'm sure you know guys have just as many concerns as girls. Some girls don't want anything to do with someone who makes less than $500,000 a year. They're tired of going to work, they want to relax and quit and never want to ‘worry’ about anything again. Now on the male side, we don’t want to just be liked for our money, position, or power. While it may be a slice of the pie we are, it is just a slice.
That's not what love is all about. Those type of girls will never get what they really want because they are unwilling to work at it. Love is a lot of work, and if you’re tired of being single, then maybe it's time to get to work and realize that love demands unselfishness, courage, long suffering, and a bond that is loyal to the principles of individual agency and so does politics.
Do you want to know a secret? Everyone wants to find that love. That love that is secure and free and warm, however very few people are willing to apply the same principles of the love or politics they want in their own life in order to receive it. Why should love come to you, if you’re unwilling to give love what love is willing to give to you? So it goes, we flee from what we really want, and jump into what we don’t need or truly want.
These are just thoughts... but I like the grocery store thing. Has just letting things happen naturally become so removed from our daily thought process that it's foreign? Have Main Street and Wall Street and the Banks, and the Customers become so fearful of losing everything that it has frozen them up from actually achieving what they want to achieve? I think so.
Don’t look now, but if writing my name in on the ballot seems so much harder to you than punching a hole in a piece of paper, or hitting a button in an electronic ballot box, then you probably don’t deserve me and you probably deserve just exactly what’s being dished up to you by the politicians you have been voting for the last decade. John Stewart gives and excellent commentary above of what happens when principle is sacrificed for prosperity, the prosperity will come to an end.
With love have we come to the point where we want a full disclosure of the last 5 years tax returns, a full search of credit and criminal history, and a personality assessment done by a computer before we go on the first date?
Well, it might keep us from getting burned? Well, it might keep us from taking the risks and thereby being rewarded with our trust also. That’s more about how America was built then the guarantee thing. Let’s face it, the guarantee thing hasn’t got such a good record either as we are seeing with the Federal Reserve. Remember the promise they made after the Great Depression. Give us the keys to the kingdom and this will never happen again? What a lie!
Can you see where when a human being gives you a guarantee that they themselves are playing the role of god, and they want you to worship them in their own image, their own intelligence thereby dis respecting any intelligence that might be greater than their own?
Boy I’ll tell you I know how scary love can be. I like the song that says, “ but if you get the chance to sit it out or dance, I hope you dance.” I hope you write my name in, CODY JUDY, for U.S. SENATE Utah, because as in love and politics, I may be a hard leap of faith, but if you make it, things will change.
The time has come when companies and banks say you’re crazy not to get a guarantee, but God recognizing this makes a fool the wiser one, and catches them in their own pit that they dug for you. While it may take more work to write my name in on the ballot then to simply punch a hole in “Party” down the line, the work will be a joy and you will feel a feeling of empowerment when you walk out of the polling booth knowing you have given the finger to “Party Power”, and put your hope in the individual power our Constitution is more in line of supporting.

ATK, or Alliant Techsystems a mid-level United States aerospace and defense contractor, is a major supplier of ammunitions and related accessories to law enforcement agencies and commercial customers throughout the United States, and that division is headquartered in Clearfield, Utah, while the main headquarters is in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the company with some 18,000 employees in 22 different states has seen phenomenal growth with ammunition demands throughout the U.S.; more recently since the Obama Administration came to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
As important to Utah, is that ATK is the sole manufacturer of the reusable Solid Rocket Motor used to launch the NASA Space Shuttle. As part of ATK’s growth spurt in 2000, Thiokol propulsion was purchased that is centered in Promontory, Utah, just outside Brigham City, Utah: where yours truly went to High school graduating in 1984 from Box Elder High.
Last month ATK announced they would lay off 426 Utah workers from the Ares Rocket Project based in Utah as the Democrat controlled Congress killed the Constellation Program of which Ares was a part of. The Constellations Program would have returned astronauts to the moon and prolonged life of the space station till 2020.
ATK workers have been hit hard by layoffs. In the past 2 years; 450 employees in August of 2009, 500 workers in October of 2009, and 800 layoffs planned for 2010, yet ATK’s Patterson has praised Republican Congressman Bishop, who serves in that area known as Utah’s 1st Congressional District. Without Senate Bill 3729, Patterson said the damage to ATK could have been worse.
From WASHINGTON— Congressman Rob Bishop (UT-01), a former teacher at Box Elder though I never had him as a teacher there, released the following statement regarding an announcement made by Alliant Techsystems (ATK) that approximately 450 Utahns will be laid off today, September 30, 2010.
“Many of the people who are being notified of layoffs are my friends and neighbors, so this hits close to home.
“This is an unfortunate reality that far too many Utahns and Americans across the country are facing during these challenging economic times, and just as frustrating, President Obama and Speaker Pelosi seem intent on exacerbating the problems. In this instance, earlier action from Congress and full support of Ares and Constellation would have provided a more seamless transition and would have helped avoid major layoffs.
“We’ve been fighting this battle for months, but the Democrat leaders in Congress wouldn’t allow solutions, either in the NASA reauthorization bill or through the appropriations process, to come to the floor. Congressional leaders refused to pass a budget or an appropriations bill; instead they passed a continuing resolution, a stop-gap measure that keeps government running but does not sufficiently fund programs like Constellation.
“The current Administration’s job-killing policies have created nationwide uncertainty that continues to be severely detrimental to job growth and economic stability. I recognize the negative impacts that are coming from stupid decisions in NASA and Congress, and I will keep fighting to reverse these current policies. What we need is a different attitude within this Administration and a better balance in Congress, and when Congress does come back, we will continue this battle.”
My problem with this statement is the clear and present danger represented by the Republican Parties ability to blame Democrats for all the evils, such as not allowing solutions to come to the floor, job killing policies creating nationwide uncertainty for job growth and economic stability, yet NOT ONE PEEP out of him about PRINCIPLE’S OF OUR CONTITUTION that could knock Obama’s policies on their Democrat Asses.
Has Congressmen Bishop supported any effort towards the Constitution with regard to Obama’s eligibility as President? He sure hasn’t, and I have written Bishop informing him of the eligibility issue of Obama, and my contesting the 2008 election with standing, even as I did Senator Hatch, and Senator Bennett several times each. Not a peep out of them supporting the Constitution’s demands that our President be a ‘natural born citizen, yet they complain and bemoan Utah losing hundreds of jobs saying it’s so close to their heart and home.
I call Elephant Dung, a big heap of fertilizer fit for the manure spreader on this crock of crap. Why in the world would fear be spreading like a cankerous worm within the ranks of Republicans and for that matter our Government if they were boldly standing on firm ground our Constitution represents and fighting the good fight of principle that beckoned economic prosperity if properly instituted?
Obama’s has a record of dual citizenship that alone should nix him as the weakest timber based on our Constitution’s firmly planted foundation. Why it ought to so easily snap Obama and his policy with him that it wouldn’t even take a day’s work in Congress yet they cry and wail like women in travail giving birth in what I can only call Constitutional hypocrisy.
Everyone knows you can’t be a dual citizen and be President and Obama’s dual citizenship in Kenya through his father a British Subject is well documented and does not need a long form birth certificate to confirm. Obama’s mother was not a citizen 14 years to be able to confirm his U.S. Citizenship, and worse than that is the blatant change in Hawaii’s change in language in Obama’s nomination 2008 from previous presidential nomination certifying the candidate as qualified under the Constitution such as 2000 and 2004 you can see and compare here page 31 and compare here to 00 and o4. What more evidence do you need! I’m angry because these guys are sacrificing jobs and economic prosperity with their spineless defense of our Constitution and its costing people I know and grew up with unnecessary pain and suffering.
Now you ask me where the line is drawn between standing up for the Constitution and seeing Economic prosperity. Nowhere is it more plainly evident than in this example right in our Utah back yard. Now in anyone’s right mind, why would you support the Republican U.S. Senate Candidate ATK? Or Brigham City? Or Clearfield? Do you like being represented by manure for brains? Wake Up! Wake Up! Wake Up! Or your certainly will lose your right to complain with complacency.
Why do I cry with such alarm…because I care and I love Utah; I care and I love our Constitution and I will fight for you like no one has. I have been fighting for this for a long time but no one seems to have put 2 + 2 together and how “Principle” purports “Profit” but it is my firm conviction that as a Nation we are blessed when it comes to supporting principles of freedom and liberty and we are cursed when we abandon those principles.
We can fix this, we can restore this, we can spread our wings and fly and it’s my most sincere hope that not only will ATK further expand their horizons but that we will someday be able to take citizen tours to the moon and become a part of space operations heretofore offered to only NASA astronauts.
I had a dream a few years ago that I was like one of the first citizens to take a trip like this on a rocket space craft. I certainly believe in our space program as fundamentally necessary as the pavement of our highways, or education of our children. I’m very excited where we can go and that even as the first explorations and trails of the west were plowed through by our pioneers and mountain men, that provided a way for the rest of us to enjoy the west, that NASA’s astronauts and engineers are these pioneers of space, a new frontier for all of us in the near future, as our abundance of natural gas, shale oil, and energy independence productivity makes things much more affordable than we can possibly imagine right now.
We must make the right choices and I want you to make a choice for me to be your U.S. Senator. Write my name on your ballot, Cody Judy U.S. Senate, and let me show you where my dreams will take us. America is supposed to be a place where you can dream a dream and where you can see the dream come true. I believe what we dream we can achieve.
“Tag him and bag him” the Whitehouse finally issues the noose to be pulled on Osama bin Laden in the October Surprise for mid-term elections. Could it be that the recent resurgence of information regarding Osama bin Laden’s messages has been meticulously orchestrated to perk the ears of Americans once again in timely fashion for the mid-term elections? And could that be a foreshadowing pre-cursor of the coming October surprise that Democrats would/could use to gain support for the mid-term elections?
It’s really hard for me to believe, as I suspect it is with most Americans now, pondering the money and availability of all the technical realms of our great military that Osama bin Laden’s whereabouts is not known in the cross hairs of the CIA or our military right now, and the right moment in time is being pondered by the political strategist as to simply tightening the noose around his neck for a major kickback in the coming election.
Of Course I’m not the only one anticipating something big from Democrats whose ability and agility has come into question regarding the care to unemployment, confidence to United States Businessmen both large and small, and fear of a looming tax hammer that is about to come down upon all of our heads minus those crossing our borders without proper work permits and just basically here illegally making a mockery of those who have in affect stood in line, and worked hard to be here legally.
Jim Geraghty, writes in his “October Surprise”, a list a few of his ideas that included getting tough with Paris Hilton and sending her to Guantanamo?, “bombing Iran? It’s oh so sad that a focus of problems abroad that have so little to do with the real problems we face here in the States could factor in the mid-term elections, especially given the problems we face in the States are what we need our political leaders to get-out-of-the way of, with incentives like a federal tax sabbatical as a show of confidence, that investment in America will be unfettered.
More than anything, we need our Government to quit placing the fear of capitalism into the minds of main street and businessmen, with the grandiosity of global governance, global citizenship, and a redistribution of wealth held in high esteem of Countries and Governments who love the standard of living we have in the United States, but who hate the United States Constitution and the individual rights it defends as inalienable rights given to us by our Creator.
One might think the world would grasp a beacon of light for what it is, that here in America the freedom and liberty allowing a man to worship freely according to his conscience is a moral fidelity good for Government and business, that allowing a man the right to his property without fear of the phone call wiping out all you worked for over a life time is an incentive for production.
That in spite of lower slave wages that communist and dictatorial democracies have a tight noose on in other countries, that our Constitution Republic has been a great success in the United States, promoting happiness because it allowed men the pursuit of happiness.
I am so thankful and so happy that our United States Constitution was trenched out of what seemed impenetrable walls of elitism conspired with varying recipes of slavery. I’m happy to be an American boy born and bred in the United States. While I don’t mind other countries claiming their own strategy for success, I am perfectly content with the United States, for while we do have problems with politicians adhering to our United States Constitution, the elections in America have indeed proved a well and good process of removing bad ones affectively.
The process is seen in a stark reality of my own State and the removal of Senator Bennett in the Republican primary held earlier this year. While it is a great reminder of holding the politicians feet to the fire, and while the “party” might be able to clean house in one state, the pragmatic conservative ideals will not necessarily be espoused by the “party power” at the National level, thus in affect not pushing home the message in Washington DC.
This is why America is prime for a Restoration Revolution; and Utah could lead in pushing home the idea that “Party Power” held by the Republicans and Democrats in Washington DC is indeed a fading light that is growing weaker, and that the real success of America is held in high regard; it's the "independence" stupid.
“We The People” hold in high regard our Constitution, because at times our Constitution is seen reigning back the rule of the mob that over centuries has proven a weakness of democracies, to a higher standard of independence and for the individual.
The mental cruelty of Global Governance is the demise of the individual. If this was not true, Global Governance would probably not have a problem with adopting the United States Constitution as it’s model, rather than working to destroy it, and with it the rights of the individual.
One thing I believe is a common thread among all the wealthy and powerful. Their biggest fear is losing it all. So let us agree that Republicans, Democrats, and Independence in America have a strong core of individual protections binding them from Tyrannical Governments that seek to redistribute all their wealth and power to say Africa, Mexico, or Brazil as in say awarding deep water oil drilling contracts to dangerous for the U.S.
Now it is up to the People to throw off their chains and to recognize the power of the individual, and to recognize America has been a very generous help, but that our help was not forced or compelled and that makes the biggest difference in a free man, and a slave. Helping one’s self is always faster and provides more confidence recalling an impressive demonstration recorded with Pioneers coming out to Utah.
In an assertion of weakness the political mainstream is feeling, American’s should be weary of an October surprise that places the current Administration in any better light than the dismal battery that is running out of power. Without a re-charge of our United States Constitution and the principles and protections of the individual our Government is suppose to champion, there will be no resurgence of confidence needed to turn our unemployment around because that is the key to turning it around, that is the key to providing confidence of investment.

Today September 27th, 2010, its now about 4:44pm and I have had a dream about an hour ago as I lay down being tired, I’d like to share with you, along with a promise from the Lord, if you will hear this message. First of all I’d like to say it has been a very long time coming, and though I am thought of as crazy and nuts, I do not take something like this lightly.
First let me preface this dream with a couple of Bible verses that have been given to me that go along with this dream.
Joel: 2:16 “Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck breast: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.”
Joel 2: 28 “And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: (vs.29) and also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. (vs. 30) And I will shew wonders in the heavens, and in the earth, blood and fire and pillars of smoke. (vs.31)The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come. ( vs.32) And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.”
Joel 3:16 “The Lord also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the Lord will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel. (vs.17) So shall ye know that I am the Lord your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more.”
Now for the dream which I had which I understand is full of symbols and meaning for anyone to glean. The Lord says to be true and faithful, to tell a dream as it is and not to hide any portion of it. This I also understand opens the door to people poking fun of it, and to scoff it, and to ridicule me, and to this I say, “Why that aint nothing new, for I do not give this so much in trembling before the scoffers and mockers, as I do those who will simply do the words of the Lord and receive of his promised blessings, and for this it is my pleasure”
This Dream I will call: THE DRAGON PROPHESY I was walking about on sidewalks in no particular significance or city I recall, and the word of the Lord said to me, “Catch hold of the prophesy dragon and sure word of prophesy shall be given to you”. I then saw a dragon with a wing span of some 8 feet on each side whose height was about my own and I did leap up as he swooped and caught him in the air. Laying my hand on his throat to hold him, and pointing a sharp steel rod through his skin near his shoulder that hurt him I said, “you will tell me the more sure word now, or I will not let you go.”
And the dragon spoke and said:
Call a solemn assembly, assemble the children, and raise your voice to all you can. Tell them all that the Lord has a blessing in store for them if they will receive it. Tell them all to go home and give your web site out www.codyjudy.us to 5 others. Give a promise to all whom will do this that the blessing of the Lord will come to their house.
Then I saw through the dragon that I did raise my voice to all that I could not knowing beforehand whom would hear or what would come of it. I did plead for a commitment that the children would go out, and that they would go to their neighbors, even as the Lord had said to go to 5 and tell them my website www.codyjudy.us
Then that assembly went out and I was left wondering if they would. Then a certain black man who I had done time with came to me and said, “Shall I call a fast and a solemn assembly?” I said to him, “If you believe in me, yes!”
And he went out and did ring a mighty bell, and the way in which he rang it was terrific, for he did use his whole strength, yes and he did cause that all the black people did hear him as he gave this message, “Tell 5 people, your neighbors, your family, your cousins, your strangers, but please tell 5, commit to 5, and tell them to tell 5 the blessing of the Lord will come to you and them who do pass on to 5 also, just tell them www.codyjudy.us ,that’s all you have to convey. It is a promise made sure with the words “Thus saith the Lord” Tell them with your voice, with your email, with your text, it does not matter, just simply tell them and the blessing of the Lord will come to your house.
Then I saw that some did do it, and as many as did do it, did recognize blessings for their house and as many as did not do it, did not receive or recognize blessings and it was because of the righteous few that a great work was done. Then I saw the work mature rapidly and I was sealed to a bride, and then to another handmaid and a multitude did call me than a good husband.
This was the end and I awoke.
My thoughts on the matter:
I do not know what the blessings are or what they will be. But for this I am sure, when the Lord Jesus Christ promises a blessing, rest assured they are tailored for each person and they shall come and they shall be recognized by the individual. You know, this is or could be the biggest chain letter ever given. It was given not to any specific region or any particular people, but to all and this was kind of an interesting thing to me. That the Lord is no particular respecter of persons to those who will obey a commandment there is indeed a blessing.
For those who may want to know, I’ve never issued anything like this before. It is as peculiar to me and as foreign to me as something I have never done. In other words, I’m not in the habit of inventing chain letters or actually forwarding them myself.
Of course I am curious as you are also about the dragon which I caught. I cannot ever remember seeing a dragon in my dreams or having been focused on one lately in my waking hours that might cause a reflection in my sleep. I decided to look up some scriptures with the word dragon in them to see what I could find.
The first Isaiah 27:1 “In that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.”
This one was interesting to me because it had also a sword piercing a serpent or dragon, much like I did in my dream.
Second Isaiah 51:9 “Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rehab, and wounded the dragon?”
Interestingly enough a comparison with Isaiah 51:9 in 2nd Nephi 8:9 with only one word variation: the word “he” instead of “it”
Third-Ezekiel 29:3
“Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.”
This one grabbed my attention because the word of the Lord, saying “Thus saith the Lord God” was used in conjunction with the word dragon. I think in relation to this, and a dream Rush Limbaugh had I recall listening to him tell, where he saw a big sphinx with the head of Obama on it and all working on it as slaves, has enough of a tie to Pharaoh king of Egypt to make a correlation to Obama and his thoughts of what he has built in the political world of the United States, saying “My river is mine own and I have made it for myself”, which defies the works and credits of God. That’s not really a good position to be in. I can easily say I wouldn’t want to be there.
Fourth Revelations 12 is full of symbolism using the word dragon as a metaphor for Satan here in vs. 17
“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ’ Recall in my dream that I laid my hand on the dragon and poked a steel rod some two inches in diameter through his skin to extricate information from him.
It’s an interesting thought, but if you would reason in your mind a question to yourself: “How would Satan know what to fight against unless he knew somehow the plan of God insightfully, and then worked to frustrate that plan?”
How would he even know what to do? Of course he is bound to deceive, but to deceive one must first know some truth of which to twist or alter. Obama has done this with the natural born citizen clause of our Constitution.
Now the next interesting thing to me was that I would be called a ‘good husband’, that was really strange for I’ve been through like 3 divorces but husband, and husbandman have greater meanings.
Look at James 5:7 “Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain”
Here the precious fruit is symbolically metaphoric with the word of the Lord, coming from one who is patient for it., even as a farmer is patient for the rain to sprout his crops from the seed, and also to nourish them along with the latter rain, both are needed to secure a harvest or to collect the fruit.
Kind of interesting you go through the whole Bible to find the word “husband’ reverenced in symbolism rather than a literal position of the household, at the end in Revelation 21:2
“And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.”
In Isaiah 54: 5 we see that the Lord is reverenced as a husband: “For thy Maker is thine husband; the Lord of host is his name; and thy Redeemer the holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called. (vs. 6) For the Lord hath called thee as a women forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God.( vs.7) For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee (vs.8) In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the Lord thy Redeemer.”
So the Lord has made a promise to you that I have conveyed to you from Him. This is a marvelous promise from the Lord in our modern times. Now it is up to you to believe in the promise and to do the work to obtain the promise for your household. I would say it is a wise purpose to consider the future generations and our Country and Constitution for the Lord to make such a promise in the political arena just 34 days before Election Day. This is amazing!

The mentality of Obama has been heralded by CEO’s with particular virulency because they don’t know what he will do next. Huge stock piles of cash are being horded by companies who figured the best way to weather a storm was adopting the same mentality as Obama, “Lean and Mean”, which is the opposite intent of a stimulus.
While protecting shareholders investments and increasing their fold is their bottom line, the overt act of Obama in spending huge sums of cash to get the economy rolling, is by example hindering confidence on Main Street and Wall Street, through his own lack of confidence, in his own programs as the correct course America should be on. What is the root cause of this?

This lack of confidence does indeed have an origin or root that goes much deeper than the face of Obama which radiates with confidence in the ‘super facial show’. Yes Obama is a facial lie that in legal terms is referenced as ‘prima facie on its face’.
Confidence you say? How could that be? Obama is arrogant, egotistical, and has demonstrated a certain show of confidence every time he speaks; anyone can see his radiating confidence.
Well, there are many kinds of confidence, but the weaker of the word is demonstrated by a lack of fear, the cover-up of qualification he lied about on his Declaration of Candidacy as he stated he was a natural born citizen, and his actions of hiding his own identity all the while asserting his ways were transparent, and represented the path we should follow. A truth built upon a negative or false, will not stand the test of time; the foundation crumbles when put to the test.
I recall this parable: Jesus got into a boat; and the whole multitude was on the land facing the sea. Then He taught them many things by parables, and said to them,
"Listen! Behold, a sower went out to sow. As he sowed, some seed fell by the wayside; and the birds came and devoured it. Some fell on stony ground where it did not have much earth; and immediately it sprang up. But when the sun was up it was scorched, and because it had no root it withered. Some seed fell among thorns; the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no crop. But other seed fell on good ground and yielded a crop that sprang up, increased and produced: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred." Have you ever thought of this parable in relation to our economy and what needed to happen in order for it to really thrive? Can our economy afford to be commanded by someone like Obama who is a walking violation of the constitutional qualification for a natural born citizen? Obama defies his oath as President stating he would uphold the Constitution, by even being in office.
When you support a lie, do you incline that the consequences of that lie will not fall upon you?
How can we Americans expect any blessings to come from this? It’s a violation of the Supreme Law of the Land our Constitution, and it’s a violation of morality in building not upon false pretenses or a lie. You wondered about the seeds dropped upon stony ground that sprang up immediately but soon withered because they had no root?
Obama has no root and both Wall Street and Main Street are finding this out the hard way, and the worst is yet to come! If you really believe in Obama, your basically stating you really believe in a lie, and are supporting the father of all lies. Now you have had your scriptural reference for the day, let me assert an even more modern example of this in the movie Rock IV. This was a great movie that showcased two fighters in the ring, of course Rocky Balboa played by Sylvester Stallone, and the much more physically powerful Ivan Drago played by Dolph Lundgren.
If this was a not a story of East v. West, it is a story of looks being deceiving. Have you seen the power of this Russian? Absolutely breathe taking to see him pound the bag 3 or even 4 times harder than a normal professional fighter and we witnessed in the Movie, Drago pulverize Apollo Creed to death, played by Carl Weathers, in an exhibition match.
Could we say Obama’s exhibition match with McCain was indeed a parallel? McCain was no match for Obama, weak in his training of conservatism, weak in his defense of the Constitution not being a natural born citizen himself, with his predication of being born on a naval base hospital, when his own birth certificate certifies his birth in Panama in the Panama hospital. If a lie has any success it could only be on a lesser lie, and McCain provided this lesser lie for Obama to grand stand upon with the passage of U.S. Sen. One of the things we love about the character Rocky Balboa was his own appreciation for his mortality. He flat out knew his own character was in fact weaker than his opponents to the naked eye, everyone could see he was outmatched. In the last movie “Rocky Balboa” , the character admits to his son that fear has always worked for him a little bit, in contrast to his opponent who says he doesn’t fear anything. What the naked eye could not see was Balboa’s heart. This was a factor and in the result of the many fights Rocky had, was indeed a defining factor.
Isn’t it true that adrenaline certainly defies the odds of the eye as a mother lifts a car off of her own child who has been caught under the wheel? You can call it super human, but you could also call it ‘The Power of Love” which exceeds all other power and whose root goes deep through the testing and trials, we could compare to being planted in good ground.
A lack of fear, can be a weakness, in an over confidence of oneself, or a lack of acknowledgement of one’s’ own weaknesses.
Some say “Cody you’re really out there for running for U.S. Senate with a felony on your record.” Why would anyone in their right mind vote for you, when we have so many candidates to choose from who don’t have felonies and have pretty good records?
Like Rocky, I acknowledge the appearance of weakness relayed as a felony on my record, but what I don’t acknowledge is that the felony defines me, or my heart. People can read my book, "Taking A Stand-The Conservative Independent Voice", to see the facts of that felony.
People like Rolly & Wells from the Salt Lake Tribune continue to dog me as someone who stood up on a pulpit with Howard Hunter threatening a fake bomb, while recognizing it was a religous meeting they deny the freedoms held therein by our Constitution. This makes them in this particular action under the spotlight from Heaven, deniers of faith, hope,and charity, anti-Christians, Americans that don't support the Constitution of which by their own account shall not be forgiven? That's not something Christians ought to take lightly!
While this is true in the secular or political world, I was not acting in the secular or political world at the time. I was acting in the religious and the spiritual world where the greatest latitude or expansion and definition of words is allowed under the Constitution, where you can basically say anything you want and be free from prosecution. It’s a sanctuary, a free speech home base, if you will. A free speech zone, where not everything is immediately understood by all, but may through time be understood.
Every time someone prints the words “fake bomb” regarding my name, they deny the facts that I was on “The Home Base” and my words B.O.M was indeed a Book Of Mormon abbreviation, the evidence backed up my explanation, and the Celestial Laws or tenants of faith in my talk were indeed tenants of faith for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. These are facts any LDS Member would be comfortable admitting are goals of faith and hope for a better world.
The slander towards me, more dramatically denies the sentiments of our Constitution that preclude a Church and State union and a criminal prosecution originating in a Church Meeting called a Fireside is a union so prohibited; “Fireside” in LDS Religious understanding has nothing to do with a fire burning on the mountains side that the State or Secular world might suppose.
Now people say you can’t stand up and yell “Fire” in a crowded Theatre. Well, a theatre is part of the secular world, not a religious meeting. However, when I was once asked about that, I did say, if your daughter’s name was “Fire”, and she was lost in a Theatre, and the Jury was deliberating the facts, I don’t think they would prosecute the mother of the daughter for yelling her lost daughter’s name. So with every rule, we could find, if pressed, exemptions that even a Jury could come back with a “not guilty” verdict in.
Many in the Secular and even Atheistic world are opposed to State Leaders with so much as a pretense towards religious sentiment. They want to bind anyone working for the State in capacity of office or color of law, from being able to express words of faith while standing let’s say on the capitol steps. Many words of faith are good words and a civilization should seek after those good words.
Very few people have a problem with a Congressmen standing on the Capital Steps extolling the virtues of not murdering people, or not stealing from the treasury. These are undeniable religious tenants of faith given in the Ten Commandments and a lack of an articulation of those truly is an embrace of the opposition; murdering, stealing, lying or in other words, exactly what Obama is representing right now. Is that okay for you?
The protection of the First Amendment was chiseled out of granite so to speak, and inlayed with gold, so the State would not feel it, or they representing the State, could enter a Church and arrest people for speaking, in the perception of the State, against the secular world, in what we would term religious sentiment vibrantly defended in Utah and U.S. Constitution. If the LDS people in the meeting, at the Marriott Center, could get over their anger towards me, they could examine the facts. In this clear headedness, they would have to acknowledge God can send a message through anyone he chooses. He simply can, and no where could they expect that more than in their own religious meeting. They would acknowledge no monetary demand was made, no property was damaged, and certainly I caused no bodily harm to anyone before being pepper maced myself and pushing an intruder of my space.
They would also have to acknowledge their own thoughts about the Jews having the greatest portion of scripture on the Earth around 32-36 A.D, (a proclamation of testimony the LDS faithful often repeat), even while they prosecuted, sentenced, spit on, mocked, poked fun of, and nailed the spikes in Jesus Christ hands. Than the LDS faithful would begin to understand just a little bit, how the Jews did what they did to Jesus Christ being blind to their own deeds and deaf to their own words and still not acknowledging Jesus Christ as the Savior of mankind.
While I acknowledge I am not Jesus Christ and would remark readily, He whose shoe latchets I am not able to touch, meaning Jesus Christ is far above me in mortal and eternal perfection, I can represent with my own history, an understanding that has been brought to light and that is this world is nowhere close to receiving him in any degree of righteousness, and while you may say “He has delayed his coming”, I would say, “For a really good reason noted in the word ‘hypocrites’.”
Would you suppose in your rational mind the Lord God of Israel would condone a lie of qualification that defies our Constitution like Obama has represented? Would you suppose in your rational mind that any State of our Union imprisoning any prophet who came to you with a warning would be perceived as a righteous act for a people that would be rewarded of God?
In my rational mind, I would say “No, there would be no reward for that” and there was no reward for Nephites who tried to kill Samuel the Lamanite in the Book of Mormon, and in the Christian Bible there was no reward in similar situation to the Egyptians defying Moses, or the Jews denying Christ.
In the aftereffects of the actions of 1993 at the Marriott Center some 17years ago, the world is often no friend to religion and even now laughs at the Mormons for being threatened with their own book, The Book Of Mormon, abbreviated B.O.M in every LDS Church sponsored “Ensign” which is a LDS Monthly Magazine. I am often awed with the forethought that went into our Constitution in allowing a person to run for a Federal Office with a felony on record. The Constitution relates “no prior servitude” shall stop a citizen from voting, and The State of Utah who once made it unlawful to run for a State Office with a felony, I believe it was around 2003, acknowledged the relative ease it is to get a felony on your name, and has since afforded any person who has a felony the ability to run for State Offices though not without opposition by representatives whose judgments should be questioned. http://www.heraldextra.com/news/article_6315baa9-1588-5b02-a2e1-e4b90d44d3d9.html
The representation that someone could be convicted, serve their time demanded by society, and then come back into society, be expected to pay taxes, and be productive in society, but not be allowed to seek and hold office is really an example of society having the same problem Obama does- no confidence in their own policies, no confidence in their own ability to re-habilitate.
It would not only be a pretty big pat on the back to say Adult Parole and Probation at the least to have a termed ‘felon’ publically chosen in an election: it would represent a religious moral tenant of faith, known to many Christians as ‘Forgiveness” and a confidence of society. The process of wiping one’s slate clean from ‘sins’ that is represented by an ordinance called Baptism for all Christians.
The question can be reasonably asked if society refuses to wipe anyone’s slate clean, even after the person has done all that was asked of him by society in a discipline, then the State will likely not every be ‘forgiven’ for its own trespasses, and those who support the State will likely suffer a slate that is not ever wiped clean either. This is motivation for every individual to continually seek for redress of grievances enumerated in our First Amendment.
Of course we all are familiar with the huge settlements that individuals have received because the State was in the wrong, and society has had to bear the brunt of that force, in their tax dollars paying for the abuse of State authority, acting under color of state law. We have ducked and dived under the radar of ‘tort reform’, and malicious and frivolous law suits, all the while not wanting to have our feet held to the fire because it’s painful, yet we are slow to remember often a jury of our own peers have been the ones sentencing these awards because of abuse of authority.
Now in the greatest Constitutional Crisis our Country has faced from within, there is sitting in the Whitehouse, a person who has surfaced as a malignant cancer on the face of America unwilling to acknowledge his long form birth certificate to clarify qualification, or acknowlege his dual citizenship that prevents such from serving as president, or acknowledging his father a British subject and his mother unable with her age to confer citizenship. Barack Hussein Obama is at the least a national security problem threatening the vitals of America with his lack of eligibility, and at most a symptom of poor choices represented by an abuse of justice, similar to an abuse of alcohol or tobacco that ultimately led to a death sentence by the choice of Americans.
While there is always a ‘choice’, and it is the last thing that we give away in any particular situation as to how we will act in any given situation or circumstance, our Constitution gives us a fantastic base to cling to for freedom and liberty that even binds our President from the hasty words that Nixon spoke, and Obama very clearly seems to champion:
No words could be farther from the truth to someone simply giving a quick read to our Constitution and reading all of the limitations of our President found within our United States Constitution, clearly acting as the reins for unbridled passions of men who find themselves in the seat.
