Obamacare Gives Up The Ghost for Coasting Code-Care Act

FEATURE EDITORIAL : The Post & Email

One of the very valid points I believe in people who you here complaining or critizising other people made by those people who are listening is that its easy to complain about someone, and much harder to come up with what you'd call a positive alternative to what your complaining about.

From my first campaign in 2002 for Congress through out four of the other compaigns I always tried very hard to have a viable and solvent campaign platform with fresh ideas for the particular race I was running. What makes me different from the others running in the same race? Why should people vote for me?

Over the 12 years I've been running for this or that I've seen some of my ideas blossom and flourish with other candidates and I think to myself that if that happens at all in a race it's worth running and worth losing for because if the idea's are good and are implamented my goals of pushing those idea's have come to a fruition and are indeed helping people.

If your running for office without the intent of helping others, your really running for the wrong reasons. I think that is the main reason that I don't mind losing and one of the reasons I really don't calculate the losses of the past to be a reason not to run in the future.

One of the very most difficult subjects to deal with in runnning for a federal office is indeed is the question of healthcare and what should be done. I've heard Obama himself say it a few times, "If you've got a better idea, I'm willing to hear it. The Republicans haven't got any better ideas they are just good at critizising ideas".

Indeed from whatever side or middle of the isle one represents, new idea's are bound to get a host of critisim. It comes with representing any territory or field. With that said, before Obamacare came into existence my "conservative platform" for healthcare involved basically an acknowledgement by the Government that it could never compete with non-government healthcare or insurance.

The idea that Government could provide a cheap alternative in the same fashion as say a beauty or cosmotology school could provide somewhere to go to get a hair cut for really cheap but one always knew when getting your hair cut you might not be dealing a really good artist, or you might in short walk out with your hair cut not quite even, or a little too short, or a little too long, but indeed you got a hair cut.

The same type of care could be offered to patients by those earning degrees and working their way through school at a substantially lower cost without interfering to much with the private market competitive professional medical fields. In other ways we also have seen that happening by say Americans going across the border, to say, get their 'teeth' done in Mexico.

I have been giving the subject of Obamacare quite abit of thought and to my understanding have surmised a couple of things. Everyone has got to be in on this, its just not the Democrats who had the majority in the House, Senate, and White House when it passed.

The majority weight of Republicans controlling the House of Represenatives since 2010 wouldn't have been funded if this were not the case, bills going through the House to defund Obamacare would have passed, and frankly it would have changed with the majority of Republicans sticking with Sen. Mike Lee, and Senator Ted Cruz along with the group near 40 in the conservative House who were pointed at as being the responsible Representatives for shutting the Government down for about 2 weeks the first of October 2013.

Somewhere a long that road the "pain" was not calculated to be a "gain" by Republicans as the public feigned and objected and the media fed the Democrats a positively calculated reward in 2014 on the stand of the Repubulicans. However, just 33 days after the shutdown the Democrats had given up the positive ground.

With Obamacare's disaster web roll out on the ropes and Obama's approval ratings diving into the thirties, it's not hard to imagine red states or incumbent Democrats becoming extremely vulnerable in the Senate and House while Republicans might even start salivating over states like Michigan and Iowa as in play.

It is within this muddy field that I come with perhaps a new play, offering more then the Republicans do as far as an alternative, maintaining conservative points because it is a volentary system, but at the same time offering something that I think would actually be attractive to people who are in pretty good health, which would necessarily bring more people out of the shadows and distrust of Obamacare.

The truth is I'm not sure Obamacare will ever regain the shine it had in complete opaqueness and remove its earned ambivalence . The bloom is definitely off the rose and all anyone's seeing is the thorns protruding the stem they're nicking their hands holding.

I think the most exciting thing about this alternative I am putting forward is that it is free of the burden of the gun Obamacare aims upon healthcare. The penalties implemented in Obamacare are quite frankly an embarrassment when it comes to a kinder and gentler Nation, or even the Hippocratic Oath and this is where the clash between the hired politician in the Republican and Democratic Parties and the powerful pharmaceutical industry becomes understood by the public. I mean who in their right mind feels a paradox of "cared for" when your being thrown in prison by the IRS whose taken everything from you in the name of your health care insurance?

Indeed there are many areas that will be better served with my proposal including the "Dr's Jam" like a log jam caused by a free for all on Doctors care with a rush to run to the Doctor for every little thing without any indiscretion. I have always loved positive incentives and I do think with a calculated risk on an insurance carrier's intenary a more profitable and positive reward can come about with powerful positive incentives for consumers or carriers.

Obamacare lacks both positive incentives for the young and healthy to sign up as well as losing the "care" in health care with the word "penalty", "force" and "imprisonment" for those who choose not to sign up. With such implementations its not difficult to validate those calling Obamacare a monstrosity which in my mind conjures up more monster or obamination than a reference to being large in scope.

With that said I'd like to present to you The Coasting Code-Care Act, that I hope Congress might take up as a viable solution and alternative to not only raising capital for our entitlement programs but actually looking at the propect as more equitable and thus a much more palatable if of course there is absolutely no way in their minds we are every going to stay out of the health care insurance business as a Government, which of course would take at the very least the minority party in the Senate and the majority in the House of Represenatives at this time.

The Coasting Code-Care Act

Breaking: Breaking News : Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentcky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. These kits (Get Yours Free Here) contain the same evidence released in March 1,2012 (and a little more) that I included in my case against Obama that went from Georgia State- Georgia State Supreme- to U.S. Supreme 12-5276 in Judy v. Obama.

Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.
