The Friday Night Fight broke out between the Pres. Candidate Hillary Clinton Camp and the 2016 Pres. Candidate Bernie Sanders Camp, in the Democratic Party Presidential Contest. The commotion very quickly became the subject of a Federal Law Suit spotlighted in the Main Stream Media as Bernie Sanders filed suit against the Democratic National Committee or DNC.
[The internal warfare exploded after the DNC cut off Sanders from the database and said the Vermont senator's presidential campaign exploited a software error to improperly access confidential voter information collected by Hillary Clinton's team.] READ a copy of the Law Suite . The suit contends what Sanders Camp believes is the DNC favor towards Clinton.
Now while it might appear to be obvious to everyone the way the DNC has curtailed debates literally apposed by every Candidate, including very nostalgic whispers from Clinton, it is one of those things that are known, but harder to prove.
The DNC has continually asserted the Debates that propelled Barack Obama in 2008 to winning the Democratic National Nomination were just to much , to many, and that it was a distraction for the Candidates who had plenty of "other ways" to connect with the voters.
The Candidates have pointed out that the DNC is blowing a huge chance for the American Public to meet the Candidates in a volume really unprecedented. For example, nearly all the Republican Debates held on week days, (3) thus far, have garnered audiences of 20 Million +, and the DNC is really bent with an attitude of, "Well, its decided already anyway for us and the Nation, in a Hillary Clinton coronation."
As a Candidate for President myself, any attempt to contact the DNC and assert privilege of the Database they have in forwarding messages to the voters in the Democratic Party have been rebuffed with silence and of course it isn't fair at all.

Mr. Seth Millstein, writing for the BUSTLE actually broke out of the closet as he was writing a story that posed the question, Has a Candidate SUED the DNC before? - Bernie Sanders isn't the First ,Technically. Quoting the article:
[ For example, a man named Cody Robert Judy sued the DNC in 2015 for allowing Barack Obama to appear on the ballot in 2008 and 2012. Judy believes Obama wasn't born in America and is thus ineligible to serve as president. More importantly, Judy mounted his own ill fated run for Presidency in 2012 (as a Democrat), and is running again in 2016. So, there you have it - He's a candidate who's sued the DNC, and a Democratic one to boot. Not surprisingly, the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed his lawsuit. IP But obviously, Judy is a super-fringe, no-shot candidate. What about someone with a serious shot at winning? ]
While it is nearly impossible to fill in all the gaps and circumstances in one story without writing a book, at the very least Mr. Millstein was fair enough to include direct links so his audience could actually follow up and read for themselves more if they were interested. How popular is www.bustle.com ? In an Alexa Ranking of web sites in the U.S. it comes up 612 , and in the world it ranks 1,817. Drudge.com is ranked 132, HillaryClinton.com 3,334 , codyjudy.blogspot.com globally ranks 4,628,596 CodyJudy.us ummm 14,393,258.
In other words, hat-tip to Bustle.com they are Giants walking around mere mortal men. They should be very proud of themselves for the hard work they are doing. This also implies that if what they say is wrong, it requires a massive amount of force to get right. That is almost impossible for a Candidate running for President whose a Dark Horse like Seabiscuit, [a small horse who had an inauspicious start to his racing career, but became an unlikely champion and a symbol of hope to many Americans during the Great Depression.]
The important parts of the story the BUSTLE didn't have time to share was that yes while it was true the U.S. Supreme Court has had two cases 14-9396 and 12-5276 between Judy v. Obama on the ineligibility of Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro , neither case was dismissed by the U.S. Supreme Court based on the merits of the Case because no hearing has every been held. It might also be noticed that to get a case to the U.S. Supreme Court it can be quite expensive - In 2013, a federal court awarded class counsel attorneys' fees totaling over 90 million for a 1.25 billion settlement in In Re Black Farmers Discrimination Litigation. If you don't have the money, you better have the time.This has been something Cody has pursued for 8 years as a Candidate for President in 2008, 2012, and 2016 - Campaigns for President also take a lot of money, and if you don't have the money, you better have the time. With 14 Cases across the country, covering both major political parties, CRJ sued McCain in 2008 first- giving him the distinction of being the only Presidential Candidate in America who has a bi-partisan Federal Court Record in defense of the [natural born Citizen] resolute qualification in the U.S. Constitution set apart uniquely and distinctly for the Office of President and Vice President.
In a little contrast to what Mr. Millstein wrote, the ill-fated run for Presidency and unsurprising dismissal by the U.S. Supreme Court came not on merits but are directly linked to a #waronpoor,as Mr. Judy has been reduced with all the time given to the pursuit of Justice and maintenance of his campaigns, to filing forma pauperis. This is then what was denied by the U.S. Supreme Court also in contrast to Mr. Judy being granted forma pauperis in both the Utah Division District Court and the 10th Circuit Court of appeals, and noticing the form for filing forma pauperis is for a YEAR in a derision of Justice for the U.S. Supreme Court.
Additionally, Mr. Judy, while being labeled pejoratively as a Birther has always insisted in his litigation that [natural born Citizen] meant [born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] and is not dismissive or disrespectful of either parent(s) or place in the determination that the person in the White House as President of the U.S. be neutral rather than divided in internal conflict out of love for both parents and respect of jurisdiction or place at the time of birth.
For the respect and honor of both parents and place, the Courts thus far as well the Main Stream Media have been outraged in what can only be seen as confusion at best and traitorous to the unique loyalty of the United States of America found in the U.S. Constitution as the Supreme Law of the land.
In an acknowledgement of the brutal abuse domestically Mr. Judy had this to say that included the historical nature and phenomenon in the political arena of Mr. Donald Trump:
"Well, the case and point here is that Trump has watched the Legal side of the [birther] story fought, straddled it just right, got the support, and never had to file a single piece of paper responsibly to the unique standing a Candidate for President has that even the Courts have recognized.
"If Trump gets the Rewards of being a #Birther just for asking on the View Obama to show his long form birth certificate and never filing a legal paper on principle, then the U.S. Supreme Court gets the Rewards of changing the Constitution without so much as a hearing in a single case."

Indeed Mr. Trump is what we as Political Candidates for President would call 'cashing in' for his words with no actions, which is precisely that argument fueling the anti-establishment crowd. So it can be assumed very easily that the Main Stream Media in the coverage of this very important litigation that literally consumes billions of dollars and the integrity of the U.S. Election system itself in our Republic is ill-fated, and for the most part responsible for Mr. Trump's popularity in the Political Arena.
Indeed, Mr. Trump may have the last laugh as the cartoon depicting a "Trump Free Zone" is false and Americans seem to be dashing for his rally, rather than away. Mr. Trump has become very popular and his Trump Rallies Americans are flocking to in stark contrast to Hillary Clinton's.
What is popular is what the Media Makes Popular, and that responsibility in our Law should have been coverage and raising awareness for Justice For All, rather then exclusive justice for a few.
As a 2016 Presidential Candidate in the Democratic Party I can only hope that America will consider the necessity of balance required in the Office of the President in the [natural born Citizen] requirement as both Sen. Cruz and Sen. Rubio are still major players in the Republican race who are ineligible.
We just can't afford to pick our Presidents while blocking the wisdom our founders and framers expressed and not find the ruin that they predicted we would find if we abandoned these principles.
As a Candidate who has standing, I would like say that it is the saddest thing in my life to have been the example and case that was not heard as the example of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on the qualifications for the Office of the President. I cannot express how saddened and sickened I am at this sabotage and pillaging of Justice in the United States of America. To remain "that" as precedent of Law is the solemn grief of my very existence and the sorrow of the wonderful protections of the alternative, unique, and different protected valiantly by our U.S. Constitution. Those who recognize and love these protections have the greatest dis-service done to them by the U.S. Supreme Court in silence.
