ESTABLISHMENT LOSERS, AMERICAN WINNERS and the NATURAL BORN CITIZEN
As the United States of America began a new Union was formed in what came to be know as the American Revolution. Over two centuries later the United States continues in an Evolution Revolution. The founders and framers anticipated this progress making the United States Constitution flexible in the ability to adapt and adopt changes. One thing that has not changed are the qualifications for President however, America is right now in a wrestling match between The People and elected politicians. The 2016 Presidential Election is the playing field.
Concerns and fears that were established over the course of centuries were put under the microscope in the drafting of the United States Constitution. Considering the frailty of a new nation, the remarkable success story the United States of America in the world has been a riveting story.
Central to the United States Constitution was its Offices and qualifications for those new leadership positions that would safeguard the freedom and liberty found in the principles outlined in the Unions new agreement. The central leading Executive Officer was to be called a President and he was to be a [natural born Citizen] or a [Citizen], a distinguished revolutionary patriot at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution as time was needed for the seeds of the new nation to take root and produce a new generations of Americans.
The history of its mother nation from which an independence was sought also had a rich history in an abhorrence to foreign influence and protections from foreigners entering offices and the new nations founders were well informed of that history which also became a guide.

In 2008 a new term was born in American Politics. The Birthers were seen as a pejorative in the mainstream media. They were the resolute Americans from both major parties who were struggling to represent the Congressional Mandate [natural born Citizen] requirement for the Office of President as born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
The term and definition has been assaulted in a cantankerous and abusive domestic relationship that penned even elected politicians against their contingency. Since 2000 the Judicial Committee of the House took it up in serious hearings, and since 2003 an unhinged eight attempts in therapy sessions of the Legislative Branch but every time the [natural born citizen] and its definition came out intact.
The Birthers were called ridiculous, old fashioned, absurd, delusional, even ludicrous for taking a stand for this simple term and understanding that had the vested interest of the nations national security at its heart.
Many chided, "There were no more foreign princes to be worried about taking over the American military", expressing in their contempt a old fashioned rhetoric of the Revolutionary War period fashioning the concerns and fears noticed to have promoted the [natural born Citizen] requirement in the first place in a letter from preemptive first Supreme Court Justice John Jay to the Nations preemptive first President George Washington:
"Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise & seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expressly that the Command in chief of the american army shall not be given to, nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen."
The admission of foreigners, not foreign influence the anti-birthers blasted, forgetting the solomn charge of President George Washington's 1796 farewell address:

[ Hence, likewise, they will avoid the necessity of those overgrown military establishments which, under any form of government, are inauspicious to liberty, and which are to be regarded as particularly hostile to republican liberty. In this sense it is that your union ought to be considered as a main prop of your liberty, and that the love of the one ought to endear to you the preservation of the other.]

[With such powerful and obvious motives to union, affecting all parts of our country, while experience shall not have demonstrated its impracticability, there will always be reason to distrust the patriotism of those who in any quarter may endeavor to weaken its bands.]

[I have already intimated to you the danger of parties in the State, with particular reference to the founding of them on geographical discriminations. Let me now take a more comprehensive view, and warn you in the most solemn manner against the baneful effects of the spirit of party generally.
This spirit, unfortunately, is inseparable from our nature, having its root in the strongest passions of the human mind. It exists under different shapes in all governments, more or less stifled, controlled, or repressed; but, in those of the popular form, it is seen in its greatest rankness, and is truly their worst enemy.]
[The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge, natural to party dissension, which in different ages and countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism. The disorders and miseries which result gradually incline the minds of men to seek security and repose in the absolute power of an individual; and sooner or later the chief of some prevailing faction, more able or more fortunate than his competitors, turns this disposition to the purposes of his own elevation, on the ruins of public liberty.]

[Against the insidious wiles of foreign influence (I conjure you to believe me, fellow-citizens) the jealousy of a free people ought to be constantly awake, since history and experience prove that foreign influence is one of the most baneful foes of republican government. But that jealousy to be useful must be impartial; else it becomes the instrument of the very influence to be avoided, instead of a defense against it. Excessive partiality for one foreign nation and excessive dislike of another cause those whom they actuate to see danger only on one side, and serve to veil and even second the arts of influence on the other. Real patriots who may resist the intrigues of the favorite are liable to become suspected and odious, while its tools and dupes usurp the applause and confidence of the people, to surrender their interests.]
Linked to both the soil and each of his parents we do find a most [natural born Citizen] as President Washington advocated neutral in the partiality of his love for any foreign nation or excessive dislike of the same.
The excessive love understood in the core of a child's nurturing circumstances will undoubtedly shape his love and hate tolerances out of the love for his parent. This fractured loyalty may become a hindrance to the requirements of a President in the duty to protect Americans.
If he loves a foreign nation in an undue respect, he might hesitate to denounce an atrocity as such. If he hates a foreign nation because of what it did to his parents, that also might be a weakness if he is called to defend it for reasons as an allied nation of America in the shifting political world governments. We see then a natural born Citizen of America as having no dual citizenship present in his parental heritage or of the soil and this is a requirement that keeps the 'self' free from an internal conflict.
How many times have we heard U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, or U.S. Senator Barack Obama refer to their foreign parental upbringing as a major character influence in their person? They are not expressing good characteristics for a President to have, but in contrast are expressing those characteristics that are in conflict with the duties of the office.
It is not only the influence of an individual as President acting upon a foreign State we are concerned about. It is also the influence of a person for a foreign state that may be compromised surrendering, as President George Washington said, the interest of the people.
This may be considered in fact in delivering, giving up, surrendering, or selling military arms to a foreign influence that then could be used against Americans and could be just as devastating as leading a whole army against America in a formal invasion.
If we are to understand this in a practical manner, we must consider Obama's actions and words in the last 7 years also understanding his personal conflicts of which even a movies has
been made about detailing an un-natural hostility Obama has with American colonialism.

The biggest problem with a broken loyalty is the person who betrays is rarely around when the loyalty comes crashing down. The theories of the terrorist attack of San Bernardino are unconfirmed, however America is left to understand as best as we can that their was a motive activate the terrorist attack. Not only why did they do it, but why did they choose to do it when they did?Many suspect that the compromise in the natural born Citizen clause in the government was for the gains of America electing its first black president or even its first President with Islamic or Muslim background. While ignoring the fact that Obama is indeed half white and acknowledging Obama is Christian but was raised Muslim in the impressionable ages of his youth in Indonesia, the natural stream of ideology flowing from both is father as a Muslim and his step father as a Muslim, is it so far fetched to understand that these influences are in fact flowing out of the Obama Administration?
Is it so hard to understand that the Birthers with the concerns that Obama be vetted as a natural born Citizen, and the glaring exclamation of his not being [born in the U.S. to Citizen parents] are not racist or bigoted but are simply Patriots to America, the U.S. Constitution, and have understood all along the compromise that will come back to haunt us in a devastation?
Of great concern also is the alarming fact that the national debt under Obama has raised from 100,000 per person to 169,000 per person? Obama has not lacked for money! He is the most well financed acting person in the Office of the President to every have had the grace of 10 Trillion Dollars, more than any other person in our History. How is it then that 94 million Americans are out of the work force, but we are celebrating a 5% unemployment rate? Isn't that a little bit of a farce?
This economic disaster is yet to be recognized, but Congress just passed another half a trillion dollar budget deal financing Obama through the end of his term. America can only look and gasp as the leaders of the both the establishments seem to have done everything for Obama while gasping at the chasm they see between them and the people in the insurgence of Mr. Donald Trump and Sen. Bernie Sanders two outside of the beltway establishments being supported by both Republicans and Democrats.
As a 2016 Presidential Candidate in the Democratic Party I can only hope that America will consider the necessity of balance required in the Office of the President in the natural born Citizen requirement as both Sen. Cruz and Sen. Rubio are still major players in the Republican race who are ineligible.
We just can't afford to pick our Presidents while blocking the wisdom our founders and framers expressed and not find the ruin that they predicted we would find if we abandoned these principles.
