November 27th, 2015 74 year old Pulitzer Prize winner and conservative pundit George F. Will recognizes in his article the distortion happening in the United States constitutional architecture quoting Justice Clarence Thomas admonition that the Legislative Branch STOP "delegating its powers to the Executive Branch."
Akin to slamming a forward moving car into reverse you could just hear the transmission gears shattering in the Obama Administration. Its almost difficult to imagine what has happened in the last 7 years of the Obama Administration. The biggest problem in fact rest in the bubble that has been kept around Americans' functioning when things were so bad.
Its not so bad if you can at least function when your sick, but the problem is American's have been kept in the dark under false pretenses about how bad it actually is.
This is not how Obama won the White House in his 2012 rhetoric "Win the Future" program, Mr. Obama called for taking responsibility for our deficits, buy cutting wasteful excessive spending wherever we find it." The problem was like most politicians Obama never found it.
The National Debt increased more under Obama in the first 3 years than it did under President George W. Bush. The Debt rose 4.899 Trillion during Bush Presidency's two terms and it took Obama only 3 years to beat it with 4.939 Trillion.
You'd think Obama was part of the Trickle Down Economics philosophy class because Obama has been the most well financed President in U.S. History, but its gets worse.. much worse. U.S. Debt has increased by 70% under Obama, from $10.625 trillion on Jan 21, 2009 to 18.0005 trillion most recently.

Now that's not bad if your Obama and your just out to pass your Obama Catastrophe on to the next president. Did I mention it gets worse? With the new 2 year budget plan proposal passed Obama becomes a 10 Trillion dollar man about the time he leaves office adding to the 10 trillion before he got there combining for an astronomical 20 Trillion.
The problem has been structured and engineered as the Legislative Branch has allowed the Executive Branch more and more leeway to legislate for them. Nebraska Sen. Ben Sasse said in a speech, "Would anything be lost if the U.S. Senate didn't exist? The growth of the administrative state, the fourth branch of government, is increasingly hollowing out the Article I branch, the legislature - and many in Congress have been complicit in this".
In Will's article, he posed the U.S. Supreme Court was feeling the same way as far as seeing the Legislative Duty passed on to the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch often referring to the Executive Branch for final interpretation of the Constitution.
An exasperated Justice Thomas said, referring in Department of Transportation v. Association of American Railroads, "Does not vest the federal government with an undifferentiated 'governmental power." It vest three distinguishable types of power in three different branches. The court, Thomas says, has the "judicial duty" to enforce the vesting clauses as absolute and exclusive by policing the branches' boundaries."
What does that mean? Well for one, the Supreme Court has not done a good job vetting Obama. They haven't policed themselves to their own responsibility towards the U.S. Constitution as a standard, how could they police other Constitutional Boundaries?
FAILING MISERABLY
What it means is that the Judicial Branch is noting the error of their ways. They have failed in vetting Obama, have refused to hear a case on Obama's eligibility and have thus enforced with their dereliction of duty the TRUSTED STANDARD of the U.S. Constitution.
In short. they thought they knew better and riding on their high horses have forgotten the basics. What else explains two cases on their door step pounding at the door which they have arrogantly refused to hear in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 and Judy v. Obama 14-9396?
In the latter case the U.S. Supreme Court refused to grant forma pauperis status during the [same year] the [yearly form] was filled out and it was granted by both the Federal District Court and the 10th Circuit Appeals Court, and no the Court did not deny it based on Rule 39.8 or multiple excessive or abusive filings. This has laid the ground work in the U.S. Supreme Court's pejorative #waronpoor.
When there is a problem we have grown accustom to thinking the U.S. Supreme Court were the ones who would decide the issue taking into consideration all the precedent cases and considerations of our U.S. History in an expert way. They were suppose to be experts in at the very least the U.S. Constitution. I mean what do you think Obama would say if you asked him if he was eligible? We don't typically ask the Executive Branch whether the President Elect is qualified.
That's a question for the Judicial Branch. But when they can't even manage that the [14 year RESIDENT] requirement for the President means something much different than the [9 years a Citizen] for U.S. Senators and and [7 years a Citizen] Representatives somethings gone clearly wrong.
On top of that, the President's Qualifications clearly notice there were no NATURAL BORN CITIZENS at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution making necessary the clause for the Office of President, " or a [Citizen] at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution".
You know I had a dream last night where I saw Justice John Roberts. We were passing in a church actually;we both has suits on. I said to him,"HOWS that NATURAL BORN CITIZEN doing?" referring in jest to the fact the Court was in affect in not hearing my Cases, stating Obama was a [natural born Citizen]
He shrugged his shoulders very clerically and said, "Its something we had to deal with".
I was struck with his nonchalance almost as if he didn't comprehend the added debt to every person in the United States under Obama was $70,000. I mean, can you say "Sold into slavery?" What does Bondage mean? Do you want to take that question for $200. With Obama's jump your Public Debt per Taxpayer is now $161,022

If she would have there's a good chance she would have been President. She keeps blowing the living trust characteristic we hope for in a President and it really has mitigated her to... exactly.

Peter Hoekstra spent 18 years in Congress and spent much of his time focused on intelligence matters. He is now with the Investigative Project on Terrorism and is the author of "Architects of Disaster", which outlines the failure of the Obama Administration's policy in Libya. "I think (Rhodes) basically lied to the American People," Hoeksta told WND and Radio America. "He said we've got a good vetting process in place where we can vet those that are coming from Syria into the United States" No we do not.
WHAT CAN BE DONE?
Of course the U.S. Supreme Court can upon their own Motion of Review call up any case put under their discretion. With now over half of the States' Governors looking for ways to avoid the Federal Refugee Terrorist importation Program, I have proposed that you put a little more pressure on your Governors to mail the FEDERAL GUBERNATORIAL DECLARATION to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Let's face the facts, the reason the Governors are hesitating is over the concerns of their Citizens in the first place. The problem is the Governors need Federal Law to lay a Claim on in the Order of not participating in the Federal Program. The Federal Law demands a [NATURAL BORN CITIZEN] only occupy the White House and President.

Obama is not a natural born Citizen and has not been authorized as one by any declaration of Congress or the Courts. We ask you to simply email your Governors proposing that they send this FEDERAL GUBERNATORIAL DECLARATION to the U.S. Supreme Court in care of Case 14-9396 in Order to get the U.S. Supreme Court to bring up for Review the case which they have ignored.
If it goes to Court, at least the Governors would have some Federal Law standing for them that the Federal Government has defaulted in causing the problem giving them plenty of ammo to remedy the damage. Until Obama has his last day in the White House as President, Americans should not feel safe and secure in their homes, and that's just the beginning. After he's gone we have a long difficult road ahead Restoring America.
If there is anything that we should take from this it is that Unconstitutional Decisions and Judgments have profound determent's upon the People of the United States. If we don't start calling Treason by its name, and recognizing Treason as a game by the Traitors playing it, we will not prevent the snake from injecting poison into us and making us sicker.
Our Republic is at stake, and nothing short of acting now is going to change the outcome. As it stands now, America and all her Citizens is in grave danger of descending into an abyss of war where Constitutional Rights are about the last thing you will ever see again. The big question is why wouldn't you do it?
