The Shadows of Injustice Grows.

 Testifying before the House Judicial Committee the Nation's top law enforcement Official gave a sterling performance for any accused criminal on how to Duck and Dodge Questions to avoid Justice and responsibility.

One Congressman noticed the abscondsion had totaled over 75 Questions that A.G. Loretta Lynch had made to questions posed by Congressman.

What came out of the hearing was essentially that the Attorney General wanted to have it both ways.

She wanted to acknowledge very strongly she simply took the FBI's recommendation and had no part in formulation of any opinion, (with her unprecedented acknowledgement she would do so right after her meeting with Pres. Bill Clinton on the Tarmac in Arizona), while at the same time she refused to recuse herself and would have us believe she had reviewed the information thoroughly in a couple of hours the day after SOS Clinton's unrecorded and unoathed Saturday deposition with the FBI.

What was clear after 30 Million dollars of an FBI's 50 man team, 1 year Long investigation is the American People did not have an Attorney General fighting for Justice.

Rep. Steve King did an excellant job in his 5 min deposition of A.G Loretta Lynch. Rep. Trent Hanks had great thoughts and exposed the Attorney General's testimony as truly disappointing of Justice.

The overview was the A.G. basically admitted she was in gross negligence of overseeing any oversight of the Investigation. The extremely careless recollection of statute was evident by the Attorney general as to the actions of Hillary Clinton considering the investigation.

She made no reference to the avoidance of FOIA being considered a crime on the list.

Rep. Louie Gohmert  made it a point to point out the A.G.'s job under oath was to the Constitution and the Law over and above the FBI's recommendation, but it was clear the Justice Department had a lot of input in drafting FBI Director's Statement per Justice Department considerations made by a seasoned and career panel assisting the FBI.

Rep. Jim Jordan corralled the A.G. in to in as much admitting the Justice Department through her had "no impact" on any Hillary Clinton decision- she had no roll but that she had contributed in her own unprecedented way in a prosecutorial discretion of a high official.

In a discussion of prosecutorial discretion the type of threat and violent backgrounds were considered in factors to prosecute. No mention that National Security of Top Secret Intel weighed heavy in type of threat or Hillary Clinton's domestic abuse upon Pres. Bill Clinton while First Lady in scratching him so bad he required covering bandages and minced he cut himself shaving., or, the abuse of hassling women who made accusations of sexual harassment in the domestic violence category.

Rep. Trey Gowdy made the point that the A.G's own email practises requires she use two different government systems to communicate via email. One for general business and a more secure one for any classified info., setting the double standard of practise and conclusion wide open to the understanding on main-street.

He trashed her on the issue of prosecuting cases with damages even that had no intention to do harm, but caused it.,like manslaughter or vehicular homicide. This showed "intent" was not necessary under more minor violations of gross negligence.

Several Congressmen asked the top law enforcement officer what her opinion was in the difference between gross negligence and extreme carelessness was, but she refused to give a coherent explanation.

Rep. Ron DeSantis stated the A.G's actions were unprecedented in stating she would abide the FBI's recommendation days before it came in.,but she refused to categorically reject that she would accept the job of A.G. under a Hillary Clinton Administration if she won the Election casting a big shadow on Justice.

Representative Mimi Walter's and Rep. John Ratcliff's time was well used, the latter stating with skepticism that the A.G. had come to the conclusion of the Facts of a year Long investigation very quickly over a cup of coffee and a few hours.

The one question that I didn't feel was hammered home was this one: Did the State Departments own involvement in not objecting to HRC's unsecured server and participating in HRC's own brand of delinquent stupidity have anything to do with not bringing charges or an indictment under the fear of a Rico Charges, where Obama's whole State Department would be seen also warranting charges?

It kind of reminds me under Sharia Law practised by Islamic Countries, the rape victim must have four witnesses stating she got raped. So, rape is difficult to prosecute. Similarly the perpetrator by involving others in the rape is able to get more witnesses against the victim.

So,  by so many participating in Hillary Clinton's crime, she in affect secured many witnesses for her and the collaboration to avoid FOIA was systemic and involved hundreds of people.

The hearing also involved many Democrats in the questioning, but they spent their time asserting the "guns" involved in San Bernardino,Orlando, Dallas, Minnesota and others stated were responsible for deaths rather than discussing the motives in the People pulling the triggers of the guns such as " Islam Religious Tenants of Supramacy " in California and Florida's, or Black Supremacy in Dallas which miserably failed in considering and identifying the roots of the problem rather than the toppings of the Tree.

Republican's also failed to identify this clarity.

It was also revealed today Wiki LEAKS released 23,035 confidential emails on Hillary Clinton's Server making U.Show. Congress, The FBI, and Justice Department under A.Giant. Lynch look like fools.

Communism Not a Star on the American Christmas Tree and Neither is Obamacare

Nixon bugged one office, while Obama has bugged every phone call and millions of Americans... excuse me for calling him the Grinch who bugged Christmas but America is no longer dealing with a serious threat; we have many that are glittering on the tree in plain site and from where I can see, we had better have a real serious discussion on communism here before we find out first hand all that glitters is not gold and we had better understand Republicans if they don't stand up are letting us down. The NSA is pretty good at keeping their officials in line if blackmail is the fix but I have doubts about Sen. Harry Reid and who? I guess the spying doesn't stop at just the people, leaders are subjects too.

One of the key features of the United States is being able to own property, enjoy the fruits of your labor, eat the fruit from the tree you grew.

Remember that while the redistributive properties of ObamaCare are causing mainstream Americans to recoil from the president and his health law, redistribution is its cardinal virtue to many on the left."

Every Republican who holds elected office in the U.S. Congress is an adult.

Adults usually learn from their mistakes. So when October's government shutdown cost us something around $24 billion, you might have thought Republicans learned their lesson.

Per usual, they disappointed us.

Paul Ryan recently said he's willing to do it all over again -- but this time, to our entire economy. He wants concessions from President Obama to avoid a federal default, and he's willing to hold the economy hostage to get them.

President Obama has made it very clear that he won't tolerate this kind of hostage-taking again. And the results of October's shutdown have shown us an example of what's on the line.

We have to head this one off at the pass, and then we have to elect representatives who will speak for the middle class, American families, and who will think about our future instead of destroying our economy in one massive temper tantrum.

I am just floored by Rep. Schultz's support for Obamacare. I am absolutely astounded at her willingness to tax and sign-up Americans' under the penalty of Obamacare under the IRS.

This is what always happens when a Government takes over the healthcare of its Citizens in such detail, there is no secret in communism's failures. Today we are infiltrated by communist spreading the rumor that communism is gold. It is anything but gold, more especially from leaders who "sign-up" for their own program as 'token' support and deception of the reality of the fraudulent disaster.

It is not unusual for a leader to have conflicts between his personal life and his political detail. In other words often politicians will say one thing and do another, or worse yet, simply 'say what they think needs to be said to get the public pushed in the direction of law they want the public to go to achieve their goal in the obvious dereliction of duty or harmony at applying the same the law unto themselves.

Such has been the case since Obama entered the Presidential race in 2008 declaring himself qualified for office in obvious contortion of law that a 'natural born citizen' have no alien citizenship for two generations encompassed without flaw and determined as "born in the U.S. to Citizen parents" as a qualification for the Office of the President. Obama is not "Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents" and so is in contrast to the law. Hitler excused himself from the standards he set repeatedly declaring himself to be a fraud.

Hitler's public and private statements on religion were often in conflict, as Obama's are about being a Christian and being a Muslim. Hitler scorned Christianity to his friends, but when out campaigning for power in Germany, he publicly made statements in favor of the religion. Had Hitler distanced himself or his movement too much from Christianity it is all but impossible to see how he could ever have been successful in a free election.



Obamacare is nothing more then a Hitler's Enabling Act. Hitler promised Health care for everyone, jobs for 100% of the German people and protection from what he called the beginning of a widespread uprising. Obama has promised healthcare for everyone, that you wouldn't lose your healthcare, that you could keep your doctor and continues to embolden America's enemies.

While Hitler blamed the communist Obama has the Tea Party and the far right of the Republican party to blame and the rally cry against Paul Ryan's budget is a good ticket to blame the Tea Party and Conservatives for the Government shutdown. Again by law, we are bound but according to Obama we are potential domestic terrorist, while he excuses from the law himself and anyone he needs.

One of the biggest reasons we have a Republic is that under the law we have justice for all. That means any President must be a qualified 'natural born citizen' and Obama sees himself excempt from that law as he also feels so many companies and small business now should receive an exception from Obamacare. Funny Obamacare didn't recognize Obama even had an identity, perhaps he should have tried Barry Soetoro?

The lessons we learn from eyewitness accounts of Hitler's Regime should be echoed loudly because the voices tell us of the dangerous parallels we are seeing today with Obama. The account of Kitty Werthmann ought to be the account that Debbie Wasserman Schultz is relating in her letters! While there is a Republican who can take a stand against funding Obamacare and understand that it is not authorized by law according to the law that it must have had to be signed by a President who is actually qualified, and Obama is not qualified, I hope and pray this Christmas you will understand that communism is something that glitters like gold but certainly does not have its value. America must not lose its spine against communism and addressing it for everything that it is "glitter" with no value of 'gold'.

Americans must continue to unite under the banner of the truth of our Republic and the justice of equal protections under the law. My campaigns of 2008 and 2012 have been rolled over by Obama's campaigns and is a casualty of the political wars of taking a stand for our Constitution that ought to be brought to Congress in the light of truth and indeed has been as injustice- As discrimination- As inequality! If Congress is to fund a nightmare in the wreck of my campaigns by Obama in the illegal acts of fraud and deception, with no sense of integrity or justice under the law, your property and freedoms are not far behind.

I am simply the witness of the assault upon the law with standing and damages from Obama's monster truck rolling over my property. If you will not fight for my justice you will have none when he comes for your property, your rights, your freedoms and your liberties with Obama's taxes and executive orders "with or without Congress" as he says, and you will lose what has been so precious. My cases against McCain and Obama were unique in America as the only Presidential Candidate claiming in Court both parties to the standard. The good thing about this is there was not a race card to throw at the principle in my claims. I was fair. I was equal. I held the law up. I did not trample it. That is plain and simple for anyone to understand.

Note Dec 26th,2013: Breaking News : Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentcky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. These kits contain the same evidence released in March 1,2012 (and a little more) that I included in my case against Obama that went from Georgia State- Georgia State Supreme- to U.S. Supreme 12-5276 in Judy v. Obama.

Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent.

Top Secret Report Leaked: Congress Has The Eligibility of Obama in Their Sites

Its been a quietly kept secret in Congress, but this week word leaked out that the case on Barack Obama's eligibility to be President is indeed in the cross-hairs of Congress but here's the surprise, it has just as much to do with the Republicans as it does the Democrats, which would be required for it to have success.

The most promising case, (that would be a reverse on Judicial Review whereby the Judicial Branch usually reviews a law passed by Congress as abiding by the Constitution or not), for Congress in the eligibility arena is indeed the low profile case of Democratic Party Candidate for President Cody Robert Judy that landed without a hearing in the United States Supreme Court Judy v. Obama 12-5276 because of its multiple reviewed index in 2012 and January 2013.

Barack Obama's coat-tails just aren't what they used to be, and in the face of mounting evidence his long form birth certificate is a forgery,the devastation prospect of de-funding Obamacare with the House Revolution gaining steam,with champions R- Sen Mike Lee UT and R- Ted Cruz -TX Senate, Democrats are coming off the coat-tails of Obama in many ways with the 2014 elections looming and the American People still seething over Syria, Benghazi, NSA spying,IRS profiling and over a dozen more scandals pointing directly at the White House.

Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse was given the task of determining simply wither identity documents handed out by Obama from the White House Press Core Room were authentic or if it represented an act of fraud or deception. The first step in that would be determining if the document Obama handed out was authentic or a fabrication.

Lead investigator of that Cold Case Posse Mike Zullo's determination that the document was indeed a fraud was also indeed slipped into Cody Robert Judy's Georgia State Court case against Barack Obama as an eligible candidate who by his actions of fraud was actually hindering Cody's campaign for president in the Democratic Party Primaries in 2012.

Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse findings were released March 1st,2012, and the findings were promptly inserted as legal evidence in collaboration of Cody's insistence that Barack Obama was not a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President by the demands of the Constitution as far back as before the 2008 Election where Cody inserted a U.S. Supreme Court Case against Barack Obama in an Emergency Motion filed to the Federal District Court case he had against Sen. Filed: September 3, 2008 , that had to do with the same issue and McCain not being a natural born citizen with his foreign birth in Panama's local hospital.

In the following interview with Detective Mike Zullo supporting evidence from document expert and witness in the Alabama Supreme Court are discussed, though the first 2 minutes is repeated in the video, one can skip ahead to see the entirety.

The importance of this is also termed in legal jargon as having objected to qualification before Obama entered into office not only in 2012 but in 2008 which maintains the grievance as unsatisfied by justice with prima facia evidence before trial which is sufficient to prove the case, which then led to the egregious manner in which Cody's case was handled by the Clerks of the United States Supreme Court.

Cody's case was sent to the Court some 7 months and over 7 times before he was actually given a case number. The only significant difference upon which Cody was granted a case number was the two other Georgia Case's having to do with Obama's eligibility that had also made their way up to the Untied States Supreme Court in theory giving the Clerks cover for a dismissal on "Standing".

You might ask what "Standing" is and why it was used in this manner to dismiss so many of the Obama eligibility cases.
There are three standing requirements:

1)Injury: The plaintiff must have suffered or imminently will suffer injury—an invasion of a legally protected interest that is concrete and particularized. The injury must be actual or imminent, distinct and palpable, not abstract. This injury could be economic as well as non-economic.
2)Causation: There must be a causal connection between the injury and the conduct complained of, so that the injury is fairly traceable to the challenged action of the defendant and not the result of the independent action of some third party who is not before the court.
3)Redressability: It must be likely, as opposed to merely speculative, that a favorable court decision will redress the injury.

Judy v. Obama 12-5276 case represented the ONLY case which satisfied all three directives of the "Standing" argument, however, if you want this to be covered-up, what do you do?

You wait until there are two other cases from the same State Supreme Court to come up where the "Standing" argument can be used because there is no candidate for President in them, and you shove the one where the "Standing" argument is not applicable in between them and call it an innocent mistake.

That's exactly what happened with Judy v. Obama 12-5276, and hearings in Congress can get to the bottom of it very quickly!

The biggest reason Congress has kept it a secret is that it is not something that is a mystery to its conclusion. Once it starts its over for Obama because even Democrats in the United States Senate would be forced into submission in the overwhelming face of hard and convicting evidence.
