Many have complained about the alleged involvement of OBAMA's State Department setting up Clinton's Private Server turning the transparency for the People into a shroud of secrecy and in effect blacking out the People from their Government via FOIA in the Top Foreign Diplomat Job.

What is a Bench Trial? A bench trial takes place in front of a judge only; there is no jury involved. The judge is both the finder of fact and ruler on matters of law and procedure. Lukens, deputy assistant secretary of state and executive director of the State Department’s Executive Secretariat from 2008 to 2011, who emailed with Patrick Kennedy and Cheryl Mills about setting up a computer for Clinton to check her clintonemail.com email account deposition was taken yesterday. No Reports have surfaced as yet describing the interrogation.

May 27 – Cheryl D. Mills, Clinton’s chief of staff throughout her four years as secretary of state.

June 3 – Stephen D. Mull, executive secretary of the State Department from June 2009 to October 2012, who suggested that Clinton be issued a State Department BlackBerry, which would protect her identity and would also be subject to FOIA requests.

June 6 – Bryan Pagliano, State Department Schedule C employee who has been reported to have serviced and maintained the server that hosted the “clintonemail.com” system during Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state. Bryan has been given immunity by the Government in the FBI Criminal Investigation.

June 8 – 30(b)(6) deposition(s) of the State Department regarding the processing of FOIA requests, including Judicial Watch’s FOIA request, for emails of Clinton and Abedin both during Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state and after.

June 28 – Huma Abedin, Clinton’s deputy chief of staff and a senior advisor to Clinton throughout her four years as secretary of state and also had an email account on clintonemail.com.

June 29 – Patrick F. Kennedy, undersecretary for management since 2007 and the secretary of state’s principal advisor on management issues, including technology and information services.

Trying to explain why People even want to be elected for Government Office yet are advocating and perpetrating anti-government curriculum that run parallel with espionage is what we would be discussing in Usurpation and Government Corruption Charges at the highest rank and file levels. With the Discovery now in Spring Blossoms the Criminally Charged Harvest could come in late July or August culminating in a complete decimation of the Democratic Primary Season.

Clinton prophesied in summation  I DEFEAT ALL MAN in essence saying,“I will be the nominee for my party,” she told CNN Thursday. “That is already done, in effect. There is no way that I won’t be.”essentially dooming the Party to the results of Criminal Investigations being conducted Government Forces and pursued by Civil Hound Dogs- and you better gosh dang hurry-it-up and make me the nominee because times-a-wasting? She needs that nomination!

She needs that Nomination now more than ever because without it there is no violent rescue in Democrats circling the wagons for her, but we must not forget the control the Democratic Party has over it's own RULES. They could in fact release every single Delegate with a rule in short liberating them from contributing to the delinquency of any nominee under a Criminal FBI Investigation that was not known prior to the Primary of their State and in the instance not properly articulated by the Candidate.

It's really bad when the people are taken back in the Candidates lie to them. They certainly are victims of that deception, and they really should not be held to the deception of which they did not have a choice in properly framing their judgement, decision, or vote.

If Clinton were to be denied that nomination she would be that wood block out by the shed everyone had forgotten about, which actually may have been the smarter play for her Family not to have to fill out Prison Visiting forms to see Grandma. She will find sadly what she framed as a  'bad choice' really has made her family the victims.

 If Berney Sanders plea for a debate about Issues rather then Emails, 'we don't give a da** about Clinton Emails' was a 'pass' Tuesday night at the first Democratic Debate, America didn't get the message the majority of women wanted appointed to positions in the Democratic National Party as more reports surface that many Democratic  leaders were not consulted about the 6 Debates scheduled for Presidential Candidates this year, and instead have just been 'told' or 'Notified' the number was 'set' in stark contrast to the 27 Debates of 2008. 

Of course going from 27 to 6 is seen as radical or extreme and more than one Democratic Party Leader is expressing concern about the 'closed tent' rather than the 'Big Tent'. 

Jim Webb who placed 2nd above Hillary Clinton in the Drudge Poll, accused the first debate of being 'rigged' in frustration.

Mr. R.T. Rybak came out and defended Ms. Gabbard as leaders who were 'told' rather than consulted objecting to the limited access to the 20 someodd Platforms within the Democratic Party struggling for a Stage to present ideas to the public with little sympathy from the tyrannical dictates of the unsympathetic charge for Hillary Clinton the focus group of females have corralled around.

The concern is two fold by most Democrats- not only has the Party limited itself to acting as a WALL between candidates and the public, but it is committing itself to the potential  ramifications of the ongoing investigation into Secretary of State Clinton's self admitted 'mistakes'. 

When she chose a road much more 'secret' to do business of the state on two things happened. First she enabled herself freedom ultimately to clear email messages at her discretion without any over site or regard to the Public Trust. This essentially placed her business in the high level security office in a position to avoid Freedom of Information Access or 'FOIA' Request through her own judgement or filter. 

 The downside was in the fear of transparency, she simultaneously and potentially placed herself in dangerous proximity to crossing the line of national security sensitivity in espionage violations. Ultimately driving the investigation is the fact her private server was hacked and information leaked in the first place. 

Lost in a 'Women for President' in the DNC Leadership is the fact her pants were pulled down by a 42 year old Romanian black-hat-hacker Guccifer, now serving 7 years for cyber crime. [He was appalled by how VIPs were carelessly using Yahoo, GMail, and AOL to communicate important information to each other, taking it upon himself to punish recklessness.] as he bragged about reading Clinton's emails and then doing his gardening.

When the law of popularity and focus begins to overrule common sense as well as the Criminal Code more and more people begin objecting to the 'Pinpointed' focus which drowns out Justice for All resulting in 'injustice', or two different standards of justice one for the rich and powerful and the other for the poor and less affluent. The double standard screams at 'Justice For All' the theme running through America's Pledge of Allegiance.

The FBI is FURIOUS

One of the Reasons the FBI DIRECTOR is given a 10 year tenure is to stay removed from Political Winds that change so much more often in America. Another institution that is given tenure is the U.S. Supreme Court Justices who are given 'Life-Tenure' subject of course to good behavior and impeachment proceedings if they are caught straying. There's only been one case of impeachment brought against a Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court in Samuel Chase, and that was in the interest of political lopsidedness that put the Court in deference of an insured independence advocating an interpretation of the principles of the Constitution.

The FOX NEWS report left no imagination to the feelings of the FBI Director in the continuing investigation of Hillary Clinton's choices and decisions in the national security investigation underway involving her private server and the business-of-the-state conducted upon it. Highlighted excerpts from that report:

 Sources with the New York Times sited: [“Injecting politics into what is supposed to be a fact-finding inquiry leaves a foul taste in the F.B.I.’s mouth and makes them fear that no matter what they find, the Justice Department will take the president’s signal and not bring a case,” said Mr. Hosko, who maintains close contact with current agents.]

[Mr. Comey, the F.B.I. director, earlier this month acknowledged the difficulties posed by the investigation. He said one reason he has a 10-year term is “to make sure this organization stays outside of politics.”]

THE BUSINESS OF JUSTICE AFFECTING POLITICS

Mr. Cody Robert Judy is one of those Candidates for President in the Democratic Party who feels his Campaign is being deliberately silenced. The popularity interest among Democrats this year has unfortunately been focused on 'Prior Elected Leadership', Mr. Judy said. "The problem is America is just sick and tired of the corruption they see and they are tired of being gagged. They are tired of Justice being gagged.

"American's can barely hold down their lunches looking at the similarities of offense for those charged in national security breaches and Hillary Clinton. Here the Democratic Party Leaders are doing everything they can to circle the wagons around what to most Americans is deliberate obstruction of Justice. 

"Listen, I know I haven't been the most popular Democrat with a Case against Obama in the U.S. Supreme Court 14-9396, but being the only Presidential candidate in America with a bi-partisan Federal Court Record standing up for the core of the Constitution in the Office of the President's 'natural born Citizen' clause didn't make me unpopular with them when I was suing Sen. McCain.

"Now over one third at least maybe close to half of Mr. Trump supporters surround him for, excuse me, having a couple of news interviews that paved the way for Obama to release his long form birth certificate? Mr. Trump has never given $1 towards assisting the heavy lifting of getting the issue to those responsible for interpreting the Constitution in the Judicial Branch. 

If Mr. Obama is a fraud or usurper in light or precedent of the 'natural born Citizen' clause Art. II, Section 1, Clause 5,( ie born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) then Mr. Trump is the Birther Fraud for not giving $1 to assist an '08 or '12 Presidential Candidate declared in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to have standing on the issue, or filing 1 single paper in the Judicial Branch how can he be the Birther King?

 Mr. Trumps credential as a Birther were intensified under the microscope of Bettina Viviano Thursday night guest on WOBC. Interestingly enough Bettina is cited as a witness to Clinton's knowing Obama was not qualified in the U.S. Supreme Court Case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 2015 U.S. Supreme Court Judy v. Obama Writ Certiorari Certiorari  pg 14, pg 41 #12 ?

Judy v. Obama was not cited in the Viviano Interview but the testimony in the Cert sure was recited in the interview for those who didn't know that Bill and Hillary Clinton were expected to pull the plug on Obama's ineligibility clear up into the night of the Democratic Convention in 2008.  Bettina's web site We Will Not Be Silenced is still up and includes a long list of her producing accolades in Hollywood including Three to Tango, Mom's Got a Date With a Vampire,Family Sins, Strange Hearts, Nightmare Man, Alibi, and Caught in the Act.

The business of Justice has been Mr. Judy's to bear as he has undergone tremendous sacrifice to painstakingly get the argument to the Judicial Branch U.S. Supreme Court Justices in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 simply closed due to a decision not to grant his in forma pauperis standing. As to the reasons this occurred Mr. Judy stated a bewilderness of reason

" First of all I have no actual idea or clue to reason. To emphasize this you have to understand that in 2012 I had a case Judy v. Obama 12-5276 which ended at the U.S. Supreme Court as a Ballot Challenge appealed from Georgia's Lower Courts that was granted Forma Pauperis standing as well as this current case Judy v. Obama be granted forma pauperis standing in both the District Court Utah Division as well as the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. 

" All reason points to something very foul and nefarious. I can only speculate as to the complications arising in hundreds of petitions the Court must go through, but even my Request for Review was denied which you would think might have noticed the fact that I had no money and sure didn't have $4,300 dollars to print and file the Case. The effects of this speak of a deliberate #waronthepoor.  

" I mean what can you say when you have the testimony of Three Courts of Law as well as the same Court your Appealing to just two years later. I've made less as far as Net Income this year then I did in 2012. Perhaps the Justices are upset with me for spending so much time on my Political Campaigns, but I have felt a real burden to take running for President serious.

" As you see in the 9th Circuit assured the responsibility exist upon a Candidate for the same Office to FIGHT against those who are 'not Constitutionally qualified' according to the Constitution's Qualifications asserting the damages to the Campaign caused by the illegal person attempting to usurp the Office in controversy

"The General Public does not have standing. Congressmen and Senators do not have standing. Mayors and Governors do not have standing. Only Presidential Candidates have standing to protest the qualifications of another Candidate running for President. I have taken that responsibility seriously. If someone in a Party doesn't like me for not being silent, so be it. I'm not running for President to be 'liked' on Facebook. I'm running for President to uphold JUSTICE FOR ALL, and to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.' 

"My Platform aligns more plainly with the Democratic Party, but because I take a stand for the Constitution they call me conservative. So, I am a Conservative Democrat standing up for the same Constitution the ACLU is suppose to be in Civil Rights. Remember those days Democrats?"

Mr. Judy hit the National Televised Audience in his run in the First Congressional District of Utah for U.S. Representative in a hillarious spoof on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart fondly recalled here.

I believe you might call me an Odd Central Democrat.

1-Pro-Choice ..for Life I don't know why R's think it justifiable to incarcerate woman at conception based on morality of a Unborn fetus, we all agree is not 1 Day Old yet. The birthday starts the Day your Born not the Day of The drunk party.

2-Pro Equality in Marriage listen every Citizen under the 14th has a the same rights on privileges but as long as the Justice of the Peace isn't killed, that should not infringe on Religions right to Choice in wither to Hitch'em up.

3-Pro Choice on the 2nd Amendment provides protection in the gun free killing zones.. We want to get them faster than it takes for the busy police to arrive who can defend themselves.

4- Speaking of Police Departments I'm not really in favor of using ours in the Free Formation of the Califate for the Islam-Muslim Religion , but it's almost occured. Religious Wars are something the USA is not suppose to be siding in on. .and our Criminal Code really works well for those breaking the Laws of genital mutilation. I had my balls busted pretty good in the joint I can attest.

5-Pro Legalization and Education if you do not have a couple of joints in your pocket how are you going to educate anyone about the wonderful affects and healing properties of marijuana? The rest of society is really unaware of the Christmas Bonus they would get if they were not "using" 55K a year to house non violent offenders and those speaking freely in Religous Meetings understood as 🔥 Firesides 🔥.

6-The only thing we have left to export is Military Muscle so we need to quit being guilted about renting it for Free and make sure it's paid for by those wanting it by the importation of their wealth. It makes them not so excited to use our Air Force if it cost them property and we don't look like Fools.

7-Of course Free Trade is great when iPhones can be assembled at 14 cents an hour in China, but it isn't exactly producing good jobs and nearly all the Comedy Hypnotist Jobs are taken here in America so we better figure out how to stop being the Fools and producing something a lot cooler in next generation mobility or we can expect the 93 Million out of the work force and double those receiving Food Stamps over the last 6.5 years, to come armed to take your two years supply of food first . WORK keeps the idol mind busy and off your stuff.

8-The ability of Wall Street to play with more and more of your money betting on Futures is just too BIG of a temptation. So Pres. Clinton's parting gift of repealing Glass-Steagal was indeed a flush for the housing crisis. Separating those core properties and futures or gambeling is a good idea but Republicans scream when you slap their hands.

9-My Campaign is trying very hard not to be "dis-invited" to the 2nd Democratic Party Debate. In that spirit of inclusiveness, have promised NOT to use a Private Server to avoid FOIA if elected and not blame the "Videotape" at BYU for Benghazi Terroristic attacks in congressional hearings.

"Of Course I am not perfect" .. Mr. Judy acknowledges," but I am a Choice. Its something that America loves to have and loves to protect. We are very considerate in maintaining the civil rights of All Americans as U.S. Citizens and the only reason a person might not be allowed to vote is if they are currently incarcerated. After they get out they sure can Register and Vote. With one in five Americans now having been incarcerated, on parole, or probation that is a very BIG CROWD of Americans who have been disenfranchised and put down by those who did not know the law or worse sought to criminally discriminate against the law themselves. 

"Standing up for your Rights is as important as Believing in yourself and realizing we all have made mistakes we need to ask forgiveness for. It is a big component of our Constitution as it is recognized that the right to Vote Celebrated in our 15th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution would and should not be denied or abridged on account of Race, Color, or Previous Conditions of Servitude.  If  we can Vote we can run for Federal Offices according to the Qualifications of the Constitution for each office. 

"Those who would seek to deny, or abridge the right to vote for any of the three reasons are as guilty of crimes against our Constitution as usurpers would be of treason and that is the way I look at people who seek to make me a 'natural born Citizen' qualified to vote and run for the Office of the President some kind of illegal alien. They are the ones guilty of violations of Law and inequality. They are the ones we should be complaining about as folks needing to change and adopt their unlawful stands against the Constitution governing our land as the Supreme Law of the Land. 

"This is probably the biggest reason I continue to stand up for our Law. I see the Republicans running with many more ineligible Candidates. I have made mention of them in my Motions and Applications to the U.S. Supreme Court Justices including U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, and Governor Bobby Jindal. I have not been silent as Mr. Donald Trump has who has still failed to file a single paper or spend a single dime on the responsibility to uphold the qualifications of the Office of the President with the standing he now has as an official Candidate for the Office of the President. 

"The Responsibility is enormous to me, but apparently is not so important to him. The Leading Republican Candidate- leading in all the Polls - running as if he has not a clue in the world he is responsible and has standing. It appears that he still wants me to shoulder his responsibility as a Candidate. One that doesn't necessarily make you popular with Facebook Likes or make you a lot of Twitter Followers.

"If people think that the Democratic Party even with its current leaders and Candidates is naive about the 'natural born Citizen Clause perhaps they should consider the Tweet to Sen. Cruz sent for his birthday from the Democratic Party Headquarters. 

" I say to Americans that if you are going to find Justice for All, and find your U.S. Constitutional Civil Rights in tact, that you had better start looking just a little deeper into the action instead of the words of your favorite Presidential Candidate.

"Wither a "clerical error" or some other error the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in Case No. 14-9396 needs to be changed. Mistakes in the Court happen I understand, but correction demands action over words also.  "

The investigations conducted by Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse, summoned by constituents of Maricopa County, Arizona, that were included in the United States Supreme Court case Judy v. Obama 12-5276 coming up through the Georgia Supreme Court, which was the first case in the whole United States to include the investigation and challenged Obama's qualification as a natural born citizen resoundingly embedded in the United States Constitution, has taken yet another ground breaking turn.

Information and evidence is now being investigated that involves criminal actions that involve the proof that Obama's long form fabrication was not only conceived and proofed a forgery as was asserted in my complaint at Judy v. Obama as a Presidential Candidate with standing, but now that it was 'used with the intentional purposes to defraud'.

Update 1 of 2- The most enthralling story is being told at The Post & Email about more of the events taking place that tie in so nicely with a lot more information on what crack Investigator Mike Zullo is finding out with the Obots tied to DARPA an arm of the Department of Defense (DOD) I made a comment that the main stream media is really missing out on one of the more enthralling stories of our time being covered at The Post & Email as the story " Zullo: Some Obots Working for Obama Regime. As the Plea for The United States House of Representatives to initiate its one investigation in Hearings continues blind on the scheduled, the evidence continues to move and support the deliberate deceit and complicity of Government leaders who seem unabated with the storm circulating around them as the 2014 election cycle moves into midterms of its first quarter.

As more and more of the publics perception turns away from the deception of the main stream media fledging to keep Obama afloat and unwilling to come to grasps with the facts that the boat is half full of water and sinking, the strength of the truth pushes as an ocean filling the holes of the boat with gushing water.

Are we again headed for a crash as the Stock Market is tied so closely to the daily information coming out of a fraudulent Administration that has not the trust, security, or respect of the Constitution?

Can one penalty be associated or pin-pointed as that foul which caused the reversal of the whole game? It seems on the political field that in the upcoming months more woes may be understood regarding Obama's fraudulent use of identity documents that have been put forward in the deliberate use and intended purposes of deceiving and thus instigating an illegal collective coercion of votes in the United States Presidential Elections of 2008 and 2012.

A foul so bad as to cause the entire Nation to real in unbelief that their elected officials could be so blind, even in the face of knowledge and information that has been consistently presented to them by credible sources. Truly an age were the very elect have been deceived is upon us in no uncertain terms, and their dumb-founded looks of stupefied ignorance will never again be pacified with campaign promises and staggering resumes.

Hard truths are unfolding that will put every elected official in America on notice that being so associated and thus embroiled in cover-up will never be tolerated or condoned by The People of the United States of America.

Pastor/Dr. James David Manning was also responsible for bringing this to the attention of all of Congress in the 2010 CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial of which I was the first official candidate in the United States history to swear and testify under oath with standing of the circumstances of Obama not being a natural born citizen, and to testify of my court actions that started with McCain and Obama in 2008 on Day 2 of that trial sanctioned under the 10th Amendment.


UPDATED 2: You know I had the sweetest dream about Pastor Manning this afternoon i just wanted to share it. I dreamed we had come to a place that was kind of high, almost as a look out. Big red sand stones about as big as one man could handle made up the place. It was a little balcony and water seemed to drip or run abit off the tile shingle roof tops maybe as you'd see in Arizona. I noticed a few elderly people there, and saw a man take a hat off and place his head under the drips of the roof to cool the warm hot day as one would the get under the dews of heaven for relief. As he came out with his head I noticed it was Pastor Manning!

I recognized him plainly but there was a few things different. His hair was near all grey and he was bony skinny with his cheek bones evan showing, which if you see Pastor Manning in the video above is not the case, but nothing had changed with his warm, friendly and loving demeanor that I had come to admire and respect in 2010 when I first met him and also had dreamed about going to the CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial, where upon I had called him and been encouraged to make the journey, hard as it was for me.

Perhaps the grey hair and more skinny appearance signified a more ancient and prophetic wisdom he encapsulated?

Now, the intelligence communicated in a dream seems always the significance of importance. He said to me, "Cody!", in a jovial voice in greeting and recognizing me also. He said, "Cody, see to it you don't serve God one day and the devil the next".

I swelled with a sweet grin and answered him back first thinking of a proverb found in Proverbs 9:8 "Rebuke a wise man and he will love thee" and Proverbs 9:9 "Give instruction to a wise man and he will be wiser" which formulated my reply. "Thank you", with a smile, "That's good advice." , as he went his way and I startled out of my dream.

I love Pastor James David Manning, though he might think me a heathen in some ways, I know he loves me to and he is a good man.

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more then a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, for which I served as the Presidential Candidate running in the Democratic Party and after the primary, as an Independent Presidential Candidate securing the 'standing' necessary for the complaint in 2012 and 2013.

Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentcky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. These kits (Get Yours Free Here) contain the same evidence released in March 1,2012 (and a little more) that I included in my case against Obama that went from Georgia State- Georgia State Supreme- to U.S. Supreme 12-5276 in Judy v. Obama.

Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

Attempted Assassination Investigation Report on Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy

On the twenty-second of September, about 12:30am former 2012 and current 2016 Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy started his vehicle to return home after watching the University of Utah trounce Brigham Young University with friends at a Salt Lake City, Utah Establishment.

After escorting a friend to her car, and checking it for safety Cody got in his car and almost immediately upon the quick mile to the freeway Cody recognized something wasn’t quite right. Picking up speed he scarcely had entered the freeway when he found himself swerving off in a desperate attempt to keep the car from flipping over when a passenger rear tire blew its air.

Cody was grateful to have got to the side of the freeway on all fours and immediately began the process of changing the flat tire while cars whizzed past him at seventy miles per hour on both sides exiting and entering the freeway while he was precariously in between in the arrow formed by the separation of directional traffic.

Even in the darkness of midnight, Cody managed changing the tire with the spare in about 15 minutes and was on his way simply thinking unfortunately his tire had gone flat after picking up a nail or a screw on the road and determined the next day to get it fixed.

The next day Cody took the tire into the Establishment where he had purchased the tire under warranty and providing free fix its on flat tires purchased from them. That’s when the professional tire technician came to him with bad news.

Upon attempting to fill the tire with air to identify the hole the tech noticed a big escape of air not from the tire, but the wheel well that had actually been punctured. The tech pointed out the hole directly inside the wheel well of the still un-separated wheel and tire and they both stared in amazement. “Have you ever seen anything like that?” Cody said. “No, Never in all my experience”, he said.

He advised Cody on getting a new wheel well first to put the tire on and then he would change it for him. Cody asked if something like that could be welded closed and he replied “No”.

“The next day I went into another establishment and inquired about welding it which again I was told could not be attempted with the alloy. I then called around and found a matching wheel well and headed down to Salt Lake City for it.”, said Cody.

Upon returning to the first establishment with the new wheel well Cody bolted out the door as the tire technician took the tire off the punctured wheel well. What had dropped out of the tire they both stared in amazement at- A six inch long quarter inch wide screwdriver had fallen to the floor out of the tire.

Cody asked the tire-tech about what he thought had happened: Had the tire been punctured with the screwdriver first, or had the wheel well been punctured first? The tire-tech replied, “In my best CSI theory the tire was indeed punctured here pointing to a clean hole in the center of the track, then the screwdriver rolled around in the wheel as it lost air the tire compressed and squeezed the screwdriver right through the rim of the wheel well.

The following video at the end of this report was made by Cody showing the evidence thus far collected over the last three days.

A feature blog report of Cody’s here, was made about a week ago and was carried by several on-line news services, reporting a leak from within the United States Government that cited Congress indeed had its sites on Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility qualifications.

Cody Robert Judy was a presidential candidate in 2008 that first apposed Sen. John McCain’s qualifications for President and filed it in court as a candidate in the race with standing and served it upon McCain and the RNC three days before McCain was made the nominee in LasVegas, Nevada. An insertion was made in the Judy v. McCain case of the argument coming out of the United States Supreme Court in Phil Berg v. Obama showing that case dismissed because of a lack of standing. Phil Berg was not a Presidential Candidate.

The importance of this cannot be underestimated as Cody Robert Judy in the Presidential Race of 2012 ran in the Democratic Party opposing Barack Obama’s qualifications as a natural born citizen. From the Iowa Caucus Cody went to New Hampshire challenging Obama’s identity and qualification to the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

After that, Cody went to Georgia, again challenging Obama’s right to even be considered in the Primaries and upon entering the State Lower Court in Georgia, on March 2nd filed Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse Investigation results released March 1st,2012 declaring Obama’s long form birth certificate nothing more than a long form fabrication.

Dismissed in that Court, Cody appealed first to the Georgia State Supreme Court and then United States Supreme Court having standing and incurring more and more damage to his campaign the longer Obama was allowed to run in the race in the Democratic Primaries.

Cody Robert Judy in appealing to the United States Supreme Court was denied even a case number for nearly seven months with seven attempts. The post man begin making funny faces as many times as Cody was seeing him with a returned box and as many times as Cody again was sending it back to the Court Clerks of the United States Supreme Court.

Along about that time, two other cases involving cases against Barack Obama’s Qualifications were making their way out of the Georgia Supreme Court to the United States Supreme Court with one major difference: Neither case had a Presidential Candidate in the race with standing and were subject to the same treatment Phil Berg had received from the United States Supreme Court in 2008 being cited with “no standing” because he was not in the Presidential Race.

Obama’s own attorneys made clear the criteria of “A Presidential Candidate” being necessary to satisfy standing in reported news interviews regarding the Berg v. Obama case.

Suddenly and quite amazingly, Cody’s case finally received a case number, one week after each of those other cases from the Georgia Supreme Court, in the United States Supreme Court. The timing was devastating though as the Court had gone on recess.

Had Cody Robert Judy received a case number when he first filed in the United States Supreme Court , that Court may have had plenty of time to rule on the eligibility prior to the Democratic National Primary Convention. Even as it was filed 6 months later, Cody still made every attempt in Emergency Motions noting the circumstances surrounding the importance for perhaps the Court to at least hear the case on its merits before the Election Process gained further momentum in Obama’s favor.

As Obama was allowed to go on Cody’s Campaign was continually damaged. Cody Robert Judy’s Campaign was constitutionally viable and qualified whereas Obama was an unqualified candidate by the demands of the Constitution as a natural born citizen – not being born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

Cody’s case was dismissed by the Court Clerks of the United States Supreme Court without a hearing and with the same reasoning as the other two cases from Georgia. Neither plaintiff on the other cases were being whipped in a race with millions of dollars that a campaign cost wreaking devastating consequences as was wrecking Cody’s Campaign for President.

It was dismissed and Cody immediately filed for a Review citing the Clerks of the United States Supreme Court as harassing his case in the events of his filing the case prior to the others coming up from Georgia, and cited the Clerks for unlawful delays of justice. This was also dismissed only eight months ago in January of 2013.

Over the last eight months of 2013 Americans have been bombarded and pulverized with nearly two dozen scandals coming out of the White House ranging from murders of American Ambassador Chris Stevens, Border Agent Brian Terry in gun running operations abroad; as well as being terrorized by IRS profiling and NSA spying on all Americans simply to name a few domestic confrontations.

During this time, America’s military has been used to spring the Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood to power in Libya, Egypt and now Syria. Americans can hardly hold their lunches down over the diabolical news coming out of the White House that they are not spying on them and Obama’s long form fabrication is not a fraudulent document whilst professionals hired by Obama’s own law firm in past cases testifies of its fabrication details.

Bolstered by Tea party Republicans, The House of Representatives finally bolstered enough courage to send the United States Senate a budget for the Government minus the funding for Obamacare. Enraged Democratic Senators are flailing about like fish out of water at the law signed by an un-constitutional Commander-In-Chief and all the House has to do is open a hearing of verification of qualification on Obama and the Pandora’s box will descend upon the U.S. Senate like the story of the Emperor with no clothes on.

“The U.S. Senate would be seen as insane and incompetent to deny the evidence of facts represented and confirmed in Obama’s ineligibility and identity fraud upon the people, in a full and thorough investigation by the House and in full view of the American people”, said Cody.

This is the significance of the JUDY v. OBAMA case 12-5276 , with one more major notice. That is the one Obama has hid behind the most.

Because Cody Robert Judy filed his case on the eligibility against Sen. John McCain first, the case of ‘racism’ is seen as unsubstantial and unmerited, and the case of Constitutional Principle becomes the reality of the case in the Media.
That is a very substantial reason for an all out assault upon Cody’s person either by direct or indirect attempts on his life which we are taking very seriously here at the Cody Robert Judy 2016 Campaign.

This is also what makes the six inch quarter inch wide screwdriver in Cody’s tire a significant detail for an Assassination Investigation on a presidential candidate, as his testimony in front of Congress or the United States Supreme court could provide the key to opening the truth and the transparency Obama has done everything to hide.

We are asking everyone who reads this to take this to their personal Representatives and Senators demanding hearings or facing the promise of their lost vote. We are Americans and not only can we handle the truth, we demand it, for our Government is a Republic and We The People are the executives in charge.

There is no election where fraud, forgery, and scandal can call precedent for a winner. Given the TRUTH , Americans would have never voted for Obama in the first place and that truth travels across party lines for who of the Democrats really can say they would vote for someone who knowingly was deceiving them, lying to them about his very core identity and certainly doing it for the benefits of power over them Senator Harry Reid?

Every American must grab hold of the Truth and shake the very foundations of Earth and Heaven with it, and see the politicians who forbid the investigation on Obama’s ineligibility as grossly incompetent for the office in which they hold, and to the oath upon which they swore to the Constitution. To do otherwise, is simply to sign up and prescribe to the felonies of the elite casting aside the value of your American Citizenship.

Unfortunately, none of the 3 security camera's they had were working due to "parts" that had to be replaced and were on order.
