When trying to understand someone's actions parents are naturally often referred to in gaining an understanding in what's called the 'Dose Affect". The Father affects of abandoning a child is really damaging: research has shown that many kids whose fathers have died fare better than those whose fathers have left as Obama Sr. did. Each [Parent] equally ( Jus sanguinis (Latin: right of blood) ) plays a part of the 'natural' in [natural born Citizen] inherited by a child, as well as [Place] of birth (Jus soli meaning 'right of the soil' ) which more stridently reflects the official or legal jurisdiction of laws a child was born under as far as Country or Nation.

Kenya gained it's independence from England as a Nation December 3rd, 1963. The U.S. House Congressional Testimony of 2002 in the Judicial Committee brought this into the spotlight focusing the attention of Congress on the merits which lead to a defeat of an alteration of the qualification. Therein it was confirmed and recognized that although a first generation or naturalized U.S. Citizen commits to being American and distinguished loyalty can be awarded and noticed in the offices of Judges, Representatives, and Senators, and military there is a significant American adaptation that also takes place naturally in the second generation of someone Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents that takes more TIME.  This time factor is really what opponents are wedgie'd over, however it is precisely the time factor which places a natural barrier towards infiltration or usurpation of what has become the greatest military force on the Earth by the grace of God.

This adaptation to cultural norms is especially prevalent for those coming from Theocracies or Religion Republics where toleration for multiple religions is scorned or even illegal. For Example, "The Islamic Republic of Iran" setting favor for a particular religion Islam, or even the mind-set of control wherein a Totalitarian or Empirical State has been the custom for lifetimes like The People's Republic of China where single candidate elections are the norm, and a very tight state control against the pluralitas of religion theology is taken in contrast from a system of equal checks and balances of authority, as the norm in the United States is understood under the U.S. Constitution in its three legged stool of Judicial, Legislative and Executive Branches all having a check and balance on the other, and standing strong for multiple Faiths in freedom of religion.

So many press reporters and scholars have pointed to the [ natural born Citizen] clause as 'out-dated' and laughed incredulously at the notion of the Office of President being infiltrated by foreign influence or a foreigner in our day, even calling it discriminatory to every 'naturalized' Citizen, without the slightest thought to what a divided loyalty or fractured allegiance can represent or in fact misrepresent in a dual or fractured allegiance by Parent or Place as it is resolved upon the child as the predominant forces of natural accommodation that is subsequently chosen by the Creator.

You'd think they'd learn?

Still!, they haven't digested a fact that the [natural born Citizen] clause in our Constitution just might be what has thus far allowed them to grow up and report. The mudslinging they're doing upon the Principle of [natural born Citizen] might not have the same benefit for their own children in their national security welfare.

Not only do we see Obama involved in the disparaging the UK in the return of a special heartfelt memorial given on loan from the British government to the White House after the September 11th attacks back in 2001 from England of Winston Churchill, but they are involved in a cover up and lie about doing so!

The White House said in 2012 that the story of the bust being moved was “100 per cent false” and that the bust remained in the White House, having been moved to the President's private residence.

It was however later forced to clarify that the Churchill bust still located in the President's residence was in fact a different bust, and that one had indeed been removed.

 If that is not endemic of the inner fractured allegiances within the person of Obama and the ability to cover it up right in front of the Main Stream Media, I don't know what is? Over the last few days America has been thrust into the Birther World yet again with lead Polling Republican Presidential Candidate Donald Trump, who seems the perfect anti-establishment Porcupine- touch him and you will get a quill shot into you- attacking Presidential Candidate and U.S. Senator Ted Cruz on questions of his eligibility, or Constitutional authority to assume the Office of President should he be elected to it.

Mr. Trump has highlighted the facts that Senator Cruz was not born in America and his parents appear to both be Canadian Citizens at the time of Cruz's birth, which is the Time Frame required for the establishment of [natural born Citizen]. Cruz's mother was a U.S. Citizen at the time of her birth however may have been under her adopted Canadian Citizenship at the time of her son's birth as Canada required an oath of allegiance to work there, which may have been the reason Ted Cruz's father opted out of his native born Cuban Citizenship. Cruz only formally disavowed his Canadian Citizenship due to his desire to run for U.S. President.  

No documentation has provided proof that Cruz's mother was not a Canadian Citizen at the time of Cruz's Birth. New Treasures by Googling BIRTHER have over the last few days proven worth its weight in Gold. 

U.S. Senator John McCain opined the issue with Cruz was a legitimate concern and not illegitimate to look into. U.S. Representative Nancy Pelosi chimed in the [natural born Citizen] qualification was an open door in the consideration of Ted Cruz. The White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest weighed in that he didn't know if Obama was taking a side on the issue but he was enjoying it after Obama's grief about being born in Kenya.

The common thread between Obama and Cruz of course is that of the disqualifying factor that both do not have fathers who were [Citizen] of the U.S. at the time of their birth. The dissimilarity is Obama claims he was born in Hawaii and Cruz birth is affirmed in Canada. Of course Obama provided a long form birth Certificate in 2011 after Mr. Trump took credit of picking Obama's own quill out of him but it only confirmed Obama was not [Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] the definition of [natural born Citizen] the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed in Minor v. Happersett was never in doubt. Mr. Judy's appeal dealt with the lower Courts in contradiction with the precedent case.

Despite the Main Stream Media's ploy that the Principle Definition has been settled the fact remains McCain and Pelosi have got it right on this- its unsettled by the U.S. Supreme Court with two Presidential Candidates at odds against each other, both standing to lose a great deal based on the Principle definition observed in the Constitution Requirement.

The U.S. Supreme Court just two months ago DENIED a Motion for Forma Pauperis by a Presidential Candidate, Cody Robert Judy, the only Candidate for President in America with a bi-partisan Federal Court Record appealing the Principle on first McCain in 2008 and respectfully Obama in 2012 Case No. 12-5276 and '13 as well as 2014 Judy v. Obama 14-9396. 

In a YouTube Video released Today by Cody Robert Judy's Campaign ,CRJ Today for a Better America Tomorrow, Cody rehearses the 'bad behavior' displayed by the U.S. Supreme Court in denying his Motion for Forma Pauperis as a excuse not to hear his Writ of Certiorari based on:

1- The Federal Form being a 12 month Form
2-The U.S. Supreme Court granting his Motion in 2012 and 2013 Review
3-The District Court granting the Grant for Forma Pauperis in 2014
4-The Tenth Circuit Court granting the Forma Pauperis for a Review on Appeal.
5-The Fact the U.S. Supreme Court did not cite Rule 39.8 as a guideline for Denial of the 2014 Motion. 

Mr. Judy rehearses the Massive amount of money expended in the Main Stream Media on the eligibility question now in Ted Cruz's behalf and contrast that, if the U.S. Supreme Court handled the definition of [natural born Citizen] virtually every Main Stream Media (MSM) outlet has reported as speculation in over 50 pages of MSM Reports googled under Birther and Natural Born Citizen, that America would be better served rather than received pie-in-the-eye by the Courts silence.

BIRTHER Pie-In-The-Sky U.S. Supreme Court 

America on both sides of the issue would be much better served if the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) would affirm terms. Actually anti-birthers or the MSM in general would be much better served in the reporting of the issue Americans are finding troubling in the Trust of Government. 

Cody says that Anti-Birthers are actually the ones who should be clamoring at the SCOTUS for a decision on the issue, as Judge Napolitano  cited the issue on Obama may be moot due to Obama being in his 7th year and 2nd term of the Office of President. Even if he was disqualified he's only lose a year and if the ruling went in his favor, it doesn't affect him at all. 

Considering the peril that America could be found in if a Major Candidate walked into the U.S. Supreme Court say Hillary Clinton with a 49% popular vote loss to a 51% popular vote advantage by Ted Cruz winning the popular vote with his eligibility in question, the Country could be literally torn down with a Losers Rage! 

It makes so much more sense to hear Judy v. Obama 14-9396 so that an Election is not predicated on the Opinion and America can come together in an agreement of terms. For this reason we are hoping U.S. Senator Ted Cruz will accept the Challenge made by Cody Robert Judy that he and his Republican Senators would propose a U.S. Senate Resolution for the U.S. Supreme Court to hear Judy v. Obama 14-9396 and sending that to the U.S. Supreme Court.

MEDIA CONFESSES: JUDY v. OBAMA 14-9396 Should be Heard Because "We Don't Know there is a Difference?"

There's someday's it really does feel like we are drowning and about to be swallowed up by the lazy river of Media biased against us and the Constitution's demand that only the President be a 'natural born Citizen', not just a 'Citizen' as is the requirement in the Constitution for Senators and Representatives. It seems the Media is very pro positive politically correct on words and meanings of those words as we have seen there is no shortage of cutting off business when businessmen enter politics with business deals and contracts when it comes to Mr. Donald Trump being cut out by Macy's stores for controversial comments, Univision and NBC cutting out the Miss America telecast. The question is who is making the bigger mistake as far as Defending Free Speech? The other question is what do you do when the Media is the one who doesn't understand that words in fact have meaning in the Constitution?

If we followed the Macy's and the Main Stream Media's example of combining business and politics, we would in fact STOP their ability to function in broadcast at all when it comes to not understanding the Constitution's demands for the President to be a 'natural born Citizen' which is different then the Constitution's demands for a U.S. Senator and U.S. Representative to be a 'Citizen'.

They have played "dumb-down" politics for awhile now, but this new trend towards 'nixing a candidate for President' based on words, after they can't get it straight themselves is a very dangerous road for them to take. It actually makes the Media a Target of anti-American and anti-Constitutional rhetoric. People have frowned upon Palestinians hiding their military hardware in schools and hospitals and using women and children as human shields to protect those ammunitions of war, but it appears the tactic is employed quite easily when Univision and NBC thinks nothing about the little girls with their Mommy's wanting to watch the Miss America Pageant. They don't care about their wishes do they? They only care about themselves.

Who cares what Donald Trump says? Doesn't the Media think we the people still have the right to let it pass in one ear and out the other if we choose, or do they think people should start going to prison for free speech? Its a freedom of speech issue especially when running for U.S. President in an elected office. NBC will be broadcasting their own ruin when Mr. Trump legally starts buying advertising on their stations telling the little girls and their Mommy's mean old NBC and Univision will not be broadcasting their favorite show of the year based on political free speech of a Candidate for President? Do you want to support that happening?

We used to think the Main Stream Media was a neutral source for equality at least when it comes to 'free speech' more especially when it comes to politics, but its just not the case. Gallup Poll in January 2015 showed 46% of Americans registered as Independence, but where is the coverage of the United States Supreme Court case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 that has the power with Justice to totally send Obama packing out of the White House because of the fraud of being unqualified for the Office of the President?

It is really not hard at all to understand that qualifications for President are higher then those of the qualifications for U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives; Even the age and time progresses higher than those offices of Congress. So now, all of a sudden, the Media 'thinks' that 'Citizen' and 'natural born Citizen' mean the same thing and the Office of the President's qualifications have been arbitrarily lowered without a Constitutional Amendment?

Why doesn't the Media asks themselves why 'natural born Citizen' was even placed in the Constitution and understand that with the Office of the President 'more' security was wanted not 'less' when it comes to the demands of two full American generations being the qualifications in natural born Citizen that entail Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents? Support that definition today on Independence Day.

They don't like discrimination? What about the discrimination that we have that 11 year old girls can not marry? Do they not like that discrimination either? What about the discrimination that 8 year olds cannot legally get a liscence to drive a car? Do they non like that discrimination? You see the Media does like discrimination and they employ it daily. Look for instance at their silence on Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro's potential of being kicked out on his butt and erased from U.S. history as POTUS based on the very Justice that the Office of the President does not allow anyone except a natural born Citizen to be President- [Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents].

Do you know if/when that happens the People of the United States will have virtually been caught unaware of it, because the Media hold no difference between 'Citizen' and 'natural born Citizen', but they do hold difference between 'nigga' and 'crackr'. They will cover a fight over those words, but 'silence' on the words 'natural born Citizen' and 'Citizen' they are the same.

WHY DOESN'T THE CONSTITUTION SAY THAT?

You hear people say that the Constitution does not say what the term 'natural born Citizen' means. What they fail to relate in the next breath is the Constitution does not say that 'Citizen' and 'natural born Citizen' mean the same thing either. That leaves us on INDEPENDENCE DAY celebrating our nations independence from intelligence? I mean, why did Congress try to change the 'natural born citizen' clause 8 times since 2008 and fail? Why did the Framers and Signers put in the qualifications for President harder qualifications of time to achieve before being allowed as an elected official President in that Office? Will you not support someone today who has a Record now in the Supreme Court of the United States against Obama Case #14-9396?

Well they didn't and we don't want that office usurped as it has been since 2008. Obama doesn't care, because he believes 'his elections' overrode the Constitution. One little problem with the LGBT community with that representing a recent ruling in favor of them based on the 14th Amendment. If the Constitution doesn't exist and Obama has lawfully overrode it with his elections,there is no 14th Amendment or right prohibiting the States to reject same-sex marriages and to deny performances of them. Obamacare is unenforceable to States, you can do whatever you'd like, honor whatever parts of the Constitution you'd like but deny the parts you don't like?

That's a little like talking out both sides of your mouth and that's kind of what we call 'crazy' or 'nuts' huh? Obama liked that 14th Amendment being upheld. He even lit up the White House in pretty colors, but does he really like the Constitution's demands that he move out of the White House because he is a usurper of that Office? Honoring his father Obama is not qualified as a Kenyan or British Subject. If he'd like to dishonor his father and all of America,..well,.. that's what he has done.

This is a very difficult thing to realize, but Obama by his actions have left my Campaigns in 2008 and 2012 smashed unconstitutionally! That means he destroyed them without any right to. People never see the damages Obama's ineligibility has caused. They don't see the victims of his unconstitutional actions, but they are being made every day. The biggest difference between most of them and myself, is they haven't got a United States Supreme Court Case against him named Judy v. Obama aka Soetoro 14-9396.

Now, if you are a victim of Obama's I want you to contribute to my cause and my campaign in this Case. We need to fight together on this. You may not like everything about me, but together we are Obama's victims and we have a Case against him in the United States Supreme Court. Let's join hands together and celebrate this Independence Day regardless of Party as one for our Nation!
