REPORTER CONNECTS THE DOTS

Zuckerburg (founder of Facebook) had been funding an immigration advocacy group for technology workers, and the White House posted an announcement video on Facebook featuring Obama promoting his primetime address to the nation. Goler connected those dots and interrupted Earnest at the beginning of the press briefing, asking if posting the video on Facebook was essentially done as a 'thank you' to Zuckerburg.

If you didn't know that the questions in the White House Press Core room were screened before hand you might almost get the feeling a Reporter was actually on to something. However, because the White House Press Core Sessions are essentially staged plays we have to assume it was a 'thank you' and an effort from Obama to gain support for his edicts. This comes after CBS, ABC, NBC were hit by the White House for not covering the 'primetime' address.

Essentially, Obama's primetime has been reduced to social media.The two Hispanic-focused networks, Univision and Telemundo, will broadcast the speech live. Univision is even delaying the Latin Grammys broadcast for the speech. CNN, MSNBC and Fox News promised to air the speech live which poses a conundrum for why? Are CBS, ABC, and NBC actually starting to understand 'unpopularity' as Obama's numbers dip into the 30's recession arena? Is Fox hoping to outrage their listeners into the Republican Tank action?

The issue is debatable but one dot that can be connected Obama is planning and hoping to produce over this a massive immigration surge into the United States for those hoping to lay claim on some aspect of his decrepit benevolence within the bounds of every cell phone.

Connecting the dots has always been a fun game and its exciting that Reporters actually in the White House Press core room are beginning to do just that with the trivial, because hopefully some day we will see them connect the bigger more important dots like the ones laid out in this scenario.

Of course after the game is complete of "Connect the dots", the question is not where the dots connect, its what you can do about the dots connecting. That's where the Constitutional Teeth come in. Without the Constitution there is no teeth.

The presumable teeth that can be effective in stopping 'Executive Orders' is Congress passing a Bill that says otherwise. The problem with that is the President can Veto a Bill and that can only be tipped with 60% of Congress. The other alternative is waiting around two years for a new President to rescind the old Executive Orders of the prior president.

Does anyone think we have two years, or in other words, does anyone put it past Obama to make the next two years so devastating that the USA is unrecognizable afterwords? Just remember that one filth of the entire USA's economy was condemned in a government takeover known as Obamacare the first two years.

Unfortunately for Americans, but fortune making-ly for many, the government teat has basically had a boob-job over the last 6 years for insurance agents/carriers of Obamacare selling it and those virtual reality telemarketing doctors . While they are busy signing up people and diagnosing people on facebook, the Bureau of Economic Analysis is busy spinning the way they actually report boom and bust.

The only other teeth to stop Obama seems to be the ones Congress is least willing to use. That is the Constitutional Teeth that are Obama's achilles heel. They are included in the Constitution's demand that the Office of the President only be seated with someone who is a "natural born Citizen", born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

The Constitution declare 3 offices distinctly seated with "Citizens", which means any immigrant gaining Citizenship can after the amount of time declared per office run for the office of U.S. Representative and U.S. Senator. The other office was the Office of the President at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, but since no one is alive from that timezone, the conditions are that the Office of the President be confirmed on only one who was born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, placing two full generations of any foreign alien-ship between an immigrant and being the Commander-In-Chief of the U.S. Military.

Essentially, those wishing to confuse the terms "natural born Citizen", and "Citizen" hope to remove that national security feature that in real time has prevented the U.S.A. from becoming just another democracy hell bent on bully tactics in harms way of our Republic honoring individual rights.

Why that might not translate into your preception in daily routine as an American, it quickly is realized as a confiscation of all property to a state property, which basically bankrupts Zuckerburg and the likes of Bill Gates, and every entertainer, businessman, professional sports person worth millions. Yes, forget about the opportunity to own property, because that quickly is lost to the State or Emperors Treasury.

That is why it just amazes me why Oprah Winfrey as hard as she has worked is willing to give away everything to Obama? Oh yes,..she isn't in principle. Well, its principle that we are talking about here and if you don't think that principles matter almost certainly you will find out within your life time they are every bit considered to be all your power as a person.

That is why I have fought tirelessly for the qualification/eligibility principle of our Constitution in the Office of the President. Oddly, you would think that was deserving of great support in political contributions as people supported me in this endeavor, but just the opposite has actually been the case. Instead of "welcome", I've been shunned: Instead of a pat-on-the-back I've received character assassination. Its all kind of backwards and strange.

There's only one Presidential Candidate in America who sued McCain and Obama for not being qualified because he wasn't born in the United States, and he wasn't born in a military hospital and he wasn't even a Citizen until Congress passed an Act, and he wasn't even a natural born Citizen until Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama co-sponsored a non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution for him.

Oh yea, anyone who thinks they're not a natural born Citizen qualified for the Office of the President go see Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and get your congressional act passed just for you. That's right! If McCain was so eligible why did he need it in the first place? I'm a natural born Citizen, born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, do you see me crawling up Congress's behind for a Congressional Act?

You know its about time America starting pushing back because the point of being assaulted and battered is long over. You better start taking a stand for these crimes being committed against you. Crimes that would have had you and your family put away for a very long time long ago.

This is the only law suit still in action that combines Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Investigation and the damages done to a Presidential Candidate with standing lawfully presented to the Court under corporate maleficence something the Congress has supported for far to long.

The probability that Obama woke up to a chill in the air this morning is about as far out as thinking his long form birth certificate is riddled with forgery and fraud as well as his draft registration. Oh, wait.. they are. The shake-out in Iowa and Colorado as well as Arkansa has got to be a minimum wage reduction on public speaking gigs for the Obamas' and Clintons', who suddenly got the idea blood had been dripped in the political shark tank.

"What could be wrong with America?", " Who didn't get the memo?", "How do the changes in the rules of the U.S. Senate conduct of filibuster now square made in 2013 with those pushing so hard for them?", had to be just a few questions going off inside liberals heads like tennis ball.Indeed the new GOP wasn't as hard-line on pro-life issues understanding their own exemptions much like Obama created exemptions for fewer people that actually voted in the 2014 elections.

"Was that the problem?", Obama may have wondered, "Should I have included the exemptions for everyone in Obamacare?". "Had his presumption the Senate was closed been too hasty?", or had the fraud just become too exposed in repeating promises that simply angered too many women when they went to see a Doctor they didn't know, or worse, was America waking up to the value of the United States Constitution?"

Had the people murdered in Fast & Furious and Benghazi really angered America that much, or was Hillary Clinton's summarization skills overwhelming the public translated in a Republican tidal wave in stating, "What difference does it make now?" Did the tiny little facts that Obama was not a "natural born Citizen", Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, really matter or have anything to do with the intense shellshock America had brushed up against in a communistic grenade lit off in the White House making Water Gate look like child's play?

Was the Pulitzer Peace Prize awarded dwarfing the support and arming of the muslim brotherhood jihadist rebels in the Arab Springs pulse for a Caliphate now? What sense did that make? Had Obama just not given the leeway he had relayed to Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvadev to pass on to incoming Russian President Vladimir Putin?

Of course Obama had said himself that the election wasn't about him on the ballot but was about every single piece of legislation that had occurred over the last six years.

Republican's were not elected because America loves them or doesn't remember what they have done. Republicans were not elected to get along with Obama or the Democrats. Republican's were elected to give them one more chance to right the truth about Obama as a fraud in qualification hearings they have been reluctant to because they did not control the Senate which Constitutionally and traditionally holds hearings on such.

If Republicans refuse to do that in "the way they STOP Obama" in just two years they will lose as big as they won yesterday. If Democrats who call other Democrats 'chicken-****" for not standing tall with Obama and his policies don't see the light today, they also will not win again with America. Democrats as well as Republicans have heard a BASE trumpet sound shaking America to the core! Get Obama out of the White House Democrats. Propose it and vote for it or else you can kiss 2016 good-bye. I absolutely love the message of this not only to Republicans but to Democrats.

I don't wish Sen. Harry Reid ill will, I extend my hand to him with a question? Where has Obama got you? Where has the FRAUD & FORGERY of this man got you? Its time for a change and we can't wait until 2016 U.S. Senator Harry Reid. Americans should expect U.S. Senator Harry Reid to shape up, admit wrong doing in a cover up of Obama's Identification, and change course now.

Short of that, I don't think Americans can expect a Republican controlled House and Senate to take a stand for the Constitution at the root of the Fraud and Forgery which is Obama's identification. They may dilly-dally here and there with Obama policies in a continued pass of the mess we are in. When you see Republicans miss Obama's Fraud and Forged identification documents in his long form birth certificate and draft registration as is reported by a Sheriff's Report, his social security card, and continuous cover up of College docs then you will know Republicans are behind destroying the Constitution every bit as Democrats, and that might translate into support for a candidate for President every bit as ineligible as Obama in Sen. Ted Cruz. This is a race to see if America has a party willing to take a stand for the Constitution of the United States.

No longer is Hardball's Chris Matthews talking about a 'chills and thrills'. Chris Matthews is questioning the 'block' in Obama's head. As Chris joined a panel at MSNBC's Show NOW with Alex Wagner, listen to the opening 'sigh' from Chris. In this episode Chris laments about there being something in this 'guys' mind, speaking of Obama, that is not playing the game of politics where you can "compromise" rather then look for common ground. Mr. Matthews repeats the word sycophants ( another word for boot licker or brown noser or suck ups) twice in the segment describing the people who surround Obama, screams there is no common ground "Damn it". on.msnbc.com/1EjzbKe

We all have to keep in mind that up until this point Obama has had gravy train kit glove treatment. He's been able to pull out his racist card at will and use it if his sheer majesty didn't work.

Obama has a 'think tank' problem, surrounded always by a Democratic Party controlled U.S. Senate, and for the first two years was surrounded by both a Democratic Controlled House and Senate, things are about to be realized he has never experienced. The House cannot hold a Trial to Impeach. All the House of Representatives can do is send that recommendation to the Senate which has up until this election in Obama's usurpation always been controlled by the Democratic Party.

Hey, anything short of being qualified for the Office of the President in regards to the U.S. Constitution and being in that position is usurpation. Locking the Constitution as the authority or teacher out of the class room and taking over in the Office of the President is a form of usurpation. If Republicans want to water that down I really think they are not understanding what has happened to the Democratic Party in this last election even though they are witnessing it. Up to this point, Republicans have had the excuse the the U.S. Senate that is the only body that can have a trial on the person in the Office of the President has been controlled by the Democratic Party. That excuse is gone now.

Not only was the U.S. Senate taken by Republicans but now thank goodness for the first time in U.S. history the century mark has been hurdled for women in Congress of which Utah, my voting state, actually added one in Mia Love. I've watched her career her campaigns from the time she started and I think Utah is going to be proud of the hard work for our Country she is dedicated to.

It is not the color of your skin or the religion to which you belong or the culture that brought you here but the character within each and every one of us that makes this a great State and our Country a great Country. For those who are willing to get out and bust their butts the opportunity and hope of the United States of America seems still to be working. For those undermining that opportunity through the destruction of the United States Constitution, I'm not so sure things are going to work out that well for you.

Again and again and again, I have my own past of incarceration brought up and thrown in my face as an enemy of every being elected, but that very Constitution assure my voting rights and ability to run in U.S.C. Amendment 14 stating the rights of Citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous conditions of servitude. I have known discrimination on account of this and I cannot hate entirely the facts of being imprisoned on account of 'free speech' and 'protest', because without that experience I truly cannot every imagine having the testimony to run for office that I do of how important the U.S. Constitution is.

Long ago now, 21 years ago, I begin my first day of 3018 days in prison. I understand perfectly the imperfections of human frailty in getting prosecutions in the fervor of the crowd and slamming prison doors with no thought to the Constitutional Rights of individuals. I've fought the battle myself over and over and over. I always say given offense if one whats exacting of it, I have paid it full and more, and if one delves into the facts of the case one surely cannot escape the reality of offenses to the Constitution in order to get conviction. Those days are past though and long ago, and they are sorry excuses for the fraud and forgery excused now in the White House Press Core Room of Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro and those a party to it. Barack Obama didn't do this alone he had major players coaxing and doing bidding like Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid who pass off with 'immunity' the crimes of the century spoiling the trust.

There is no statute of limitations for these actions and Obama being a lame duck doesn't make his national security breach and our national security problem go away. Its time we took his finger off the red button and told him to put the phone down in a responsibility for his actions. It is staggering to me to really comprehend I am the only Presidential Candidate in America who demanded McCain and Obama be held to a simple qualification for the Office of the President and further staggering to the lengths they were willing to go to escape any accountability to it.

Glenn Beck is talking about finding principle in people in his monologue of getting out of Politics and thinking more about Principle and Faith. Of course finding politicians in politics with principle is the challenge we face today. Explaining that America's conscience is bothered Mr. Beck touches on all the reasons Obama doesn't feel right with America and why would he over the long term? He's a walking talking infection of disease upon the Constitution which is the foundation of America's success.

Glenn does really good, and then he mentions as an example if "Ted Cruz ran for President in a third party and he was the best guy he'd vote for him." Its still a fact that Glenn Beck does not stand upon a sound foundation of the Constitution especially concerning the one thing that is the most important or mentioned in the United States Constitution and that is the qualifications of the Office of the President of the United States, at least to pulling examples out of his head because Sen. Cruz is not a natural born Citizen.

In many respects Beck paints a target that has a bullseye and than proceeds to mark it up with horrible shots not even on target. Its not that America CANT elect people in the Office of the President who are not natural born Citizens, its that they do not see the absolute horror of doing so. Its not like getting struck by lighting as you cast your vote for a violation of the Constitution's principles, because obviously that doesn't happen.

In fact, those who are walking talking violations of the Constitution as it concerns the Office of the President actually as we see with Obama do everything they can to camouflage their actions until after their work is done. Isn't that the truth with Obamacare? I mean its a perfect example! If it was such a good law, let it set, let it ride, let it happen the first day without exemptions delays for businesses? Why are exemptions such a good idea unless if they didn't exist actual people with money who support political candidates would revolt and those running on Obamacare as a great idea would never see the light of day in office.

You take all the exemptions and eliminate them, guess what? Obama and the Democrats do not exist in office through the weekend. People with money, small businesses, the engine of America comes to a screeching hault. So what did Obama his pack of wolves do? They delayed the pain upon the people who finance them. They chose to lay it heavy on the lower middle class until we picked up the dead horse, got under its belly, and started carrying it. Now I don't know how that's FAIR? Obama and his pack of wolves delayed hurting the elite with exemptions and what they called lawful delays, in fact camouflaging the real deal. Is that par for Obama?

Par for Obama involves around the title "Its a Lie!" Wayne Allan Root's artilce on The Blaze declares the best way to impeach Obama is on FRAUD. People who lost their insurance, could not choose their doctor, found the bait-and-switch used by Obama and the Democrats and Republicans to take hold of another 1/5 of America's economy. Do you think Doctors are getting the money? Please explain to me why 214,000 HealthCare Providers are opting out of Obamacare?

What America seems to be missing is the ROOT of the problem. Politicians elected in Washington DC rationalize they can defund, delay, block, or camouflage the pain of voting against the Constitution, but the cover doesn't last forever. It does get pulled and its usually after the people who created it are gone that the debt, or price comes due. That's what infuriates me so much and I'm sure I'm not alone. I don't hate Obama I hate his lies and deception which amounts to his actions contrary to the law of the land that do actually come down as a millstone around the childrens' neck.

What America seems to be missing and not accounting for are the 'Blessings' that come from actually being honest with the Constitution. Indeed you cannot know what 'bad' will come from voting against it, and you cannot know what 'good' can come from its principles. Faith is a requirement in both. So why are we putting more faith in the 'bad' then 'faith' in the good? Faith in the 'bad' is generated by 'fear'. That is exactly how the TARPS were passed.(Troubled Asset Relief Programs", all the money has been recovered accept for 2.5 Billion, and the U.S. Debt has doubled while Obama has been in office: Why? Why is Ebola in America? Why was the corruption of Fast & Furious started in 2009 and blamed on Bush? Why do we still have unanswered questions in Benghazi? Why is the IRS targeting groups? Why do we have 25 and counting scandals that erupted in 2013?

Hummmm? Could it be the 'ROOT' of the problem in electing an unqualified ineligible person actually invokes more ideology in 'bad' than 'good' for the economy, jobs, healthcare, government transparency, and over site? You don't really suppose our U.S. Constitution was put together for the soul purposes of defrauding, or "Failing" the people do you? So what is the rationale for taking a different road?

Fear of losing? Losing the votes, losing the money that isn't their money to lose but is another generations? You know when Elected Officials in Government fear the capacity to rob you something has gone seriously wrong. America is waking up, but what are they waking up to?

They are waking up to the fact that Obama's promises are not centered in principles. They are waking up to the fact Obama lies big time and that when he opens his mouth they are bound to be swarmed with flies that are very troublesome. What America hasn't figured out quite yet is the root of the problem exist in electing people who are not qualified but the evidence overwhelming is there to see. No, you didn't get struck by lighting voting and allowing a man who is a walking talking violation of the Constitution to occupy the Office of the President, but more importantly you didn't allow the blessing to flow to you that could have if you had. You did experience a great number of reasons and 'bad' things that happened didn't you?

So when I woke up this morning I thought, yeah, today is voting day. Not only is it my privilege to vote, but its my privilege to do the very best I can pulling the walking talking root of unconstitutional illegal and unqualified spirit out of the Office of the President.

I don't usually make it a practice to watch evil scary movies, but I rented two of them this last Saturday and sit home and watched them. I'm not even going to tell you which ones they were. What I will say is that if you watch something like that you understand very clearly that there are two kinds of evil. The evil that men do as a primary evil. Then there is a pure possession or real evil that is much more intent on taking over. That is something that scares pretty much everyone in their right mind who doesn't like eating their own leg off, or enjoy taking their fingernails off with a staple remover.

The existence of evil is real, just as the existence of righteous or good is real. One is based in a lie, and the other is based on truth. It is only with the powers of truth that you are free. Indeed MLK Jr. had it right when he said, "The truth will set you free" also understood in the Bible as John 8:32 "I still believe that freedom is the bonus you receive for telling the truth. Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free."

Sometimes the truth isn't easy, but the rewards are greater in truth then the rewards of evil lies. If you had to put your finger on one trouble our Government has at this time in the United States of America it comes from the leaders trusting the people and the people trusting their leaders. Why? The people sense their is a lie being told and that their elected leaders somehow or for some reason are not telling them the truth about Obama. In fact, nearly all the Republicans and Democrats have been involved in the cover up of the worst fraud in American history!

To tell you the truth, I haven't really got off the sidelines and engaged myself in local politics. Local Government and State Government hasn't really scared me enough. I can tell you the good Lord has scared me out of my mind in his own ways of righteousness that created in me a desire to get off the sidelines and engage in national politics because it was going to trickle down and then it would be too late. You know why when Moses told Israel to come on up to the mountain and meet face to face with God, they basically told Moses, "No thanks, we trust you to do that" because the sensed within themselves, everyone of them, they just were not worthy or durable enough to stand in that kind of light without being burned.

The message was always if you walked in the statutes the Lord gives you then you will find the blessings that include wealth in the economy, nutrition, healthcare, and peace. Bible: Leviticus 26:3-7 If you don't you'll find trouble in all those departments. The Lord's statutes for America, as a Republic, have really been forged and hammered out in the United States Constitution. We call it the Supreme Law of the Land for a reason.

I've said it many times before but I'll say it again. The Constitution pocket pamphlet has 48 little pages in it. More pages reflect references of the duties, performances,qualifications,admonishments and disciplinary proceedings of the President, or Office of the President than any other, a total of 13 pages in references. The whole electoral college referenced in 5 pages; the first Amendment rights referenced in 1 page.

That tells you destruction happens from within when you compromise the Office of the President. That's what happened with Obama in the identity fraud associated with his other name Barry Soetoro and his legal Kenyan/British Citizenship and his legally adopted Indonesian Citizenship that has come from his step father. These citizenships Obama has are not legal as they act as dual citizenships in fraudulent occupation of the Office of the President. On top of that to add insult to injury is to bring in Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse findings declaring Obama's long form birth certificate and draft registration to be forgeries and have the main stream media attack the Posse rather than the message.

Do you really want someone perfect to bring you a perfect message? I tell you that you wouldn't survive that. What you do have are imperfect people bring you a perfect message because you can stand to hear it from them. I'm not perfect , Sheriff Joe is not perfect but one thing I think we both agree upon is that the Constitution is a pretty good document to keep, trust, and hold on to for dear life the very best way you can. Its the Standard of Law that exist that is higher than any man. Its over Obama and you have to know he doesn't like it or he wouldn't be considered a walking talking violation of it.

If McCain didn't why did he feel U.S. Sen. Res. 511 was necessary sponsored by then Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama? Does Cody Robert Judy need a Congressional Act to certify his run for President? No, I don't. I was born in the U.S. to Citizen parents, and the Supreme Court has held that to those like myself their never was any doubt, but to to others there are doubts.

Are doubts really what you want running all the armed forces and conducting in the Office of the President? Well, that is what you have with Obama. The surprising thing is that Republicans are content with these doubts concerning national security. Usually Republicans hold as a high priority our nations national security but in this case nothing is further from the truth, thus Republicans have adopted the lie and cannot hold the high ground in this debate. I do.

Now who do you want for President? Someone who has the high ground or someone whose in the low ground? Why don't you ask the Southern Army at Gettysburg how well the low ground worked for them. Its not that I have won anything, but the civil battle isn't over yet either and I still have the highground. That hasn't been wiped out from under me and never will be.

As an update on my legal proceedings I can now confirm that The Appeal Court of the United States for the Tenth Circuit will receive, as it was mailed yesterday, my Appeal from the Dismissal of the U.S. Court in the Utah Division. That document is now available for you to read as a public document. I submit this in honor of my Civil Duty for all those casting a ballot today. to all those who do not who, though they are United States Citizens, have not the capacity to for a number of reasons, and to also for the future generations of America.

The reasons they come are clear the rights of freedom and liberty contained in the United States Constitution that even Putin indicated in his speech a few days ago in so many words he hopes the new world order will take precedent over in a determination to compromise its precepts.

Putin's' words echoed heavily not to the elite's or elected ears but to ours.

"…Russia does not intend to take an active role in thwarting those who are still attempting to construct their New World Order, However, Russia will oppose their efforts if they begin to impinge on Russia’s key interests. Russia would prefer to stand by and watch them give themselves as many lumps as their poor heads can take. But those who manage to drag Russia into this process, through disregard for her interests, will be taught the true meaning of pain…
…Russia’s will rely not on the elites to set the tone for the future, and these decisions will result from the will of the people…”

The part of Putin's speech that reflected the demanded compromise of the U.S. Constitution came in point number ten or end of the speech which you can surmise as the reason for the speech in the first place. 10. "There is still a chance to construct a new world order that will avoid a world war. This new world order must of necessity include the United States—but can only do so on the same terms as everyone else: subject to international law and international agreements; refraining from all unilateral action; in full respect of the sovereignty of other nations. "

See the word "Subject to international law and international agreements", that of course translates as an abandonment of the U.S. Constitution for Americans who believe in the United States of America's Sovereignty. I have no doubt World War III will come but the institution that will be dismissed for good is Communism and that will happen in Russia, China and every other country whose people will rise up against their governments for the freedom and liberty of truth.

The effects of reaping what you sow are most often not apparent until much later. Often seeds take time to sprout and grow. The general impact of Obama, 10 Trillion dollars later, and wars in 5 countries, 25 scandals and counting are seeds upon the American Population that undoubtedly will come to bear some kind of a reward though the concern is it won’t be the kind of reward many had bargained for.

In the reflections of the political arena there is little doubt that “Birthers” have been at the bottom of the food chain and media ladder and certainly off the recommendations of the administration in the White House for advisory positions and ambassadorships.

Obama’s ‘think tank’ has definitely been impressed not to employ anyone around him that actually opposed him. Yes, he may have employed some Republicans for appeasement purposes, but for certain Republicans in office and those most generally running as Candidates have been corralled in the administrations net in U.S. Sen. Resolution 511 excusing McCain from the qualifications of the Office of the President.

Of course ‘natural born Citizens’ don’t need Congressional Acts to certify their runs for office. McCain’s own conscience testified of his concern and in fact his witness not voting in favor for it. One must ask why McCain needed and embarked his fellow U.S. Senators to vote for such? Why then ask yourself the question why Sen. Obama and Sen. Clinton were sponsors of such? The picture becomes quite clear in the ‘corralling intention, and over all affect.
Obama/Clinton rounded up the Republican U.S. Senators in one twiddley-dink non-binding resolution. You either agree with that or the other option is that the Republicans had a bigger gang to protect even than Democrats in candidates who were not eligible and this played right into their hands, but you have to believe one or the other.

It really has been “Birthers” who have taken the best, or high ground, in modern day fields of Gettysburg. Paltry in numbers, the “Birther” influence on the high ground of the Constitution, while taking some time is emerging in history as mirroring the most courageous in the battle for justice and equality. The intentions of those opposed to it are clearly quite the opposite of just, fair, and well intentioned and are clearly centered in elitism, subordination of the law of the land, and contempt for the civil rights of equality protected in the United States Constitution.


In what may be the biggest lie in all of history the Obama Administration has been veiled in obfuscation, covered in secrecy, and cloaked in a black veil of feigned transparency. No portended husband has been so snookered in the promises of the bride’s beauty then has the American public with Obama more than 50% who actually planted the seeds of Obama’s corruption in voting for him; some perhaps beguiled in racist intentions, some perhaps wise and ready to implant the manipulation for short term gains.

However the effect or real time point is, nowhere is the effect more devastating then in the future of the United States of America’s children. The seeds of this corruption will not spare the cruel intentions of, to quote McCain’s admission, ‘generational theft’.

While ‘Birthers’ have been in the dog house framed in the worst of expletives, and the American Public not much better off then when Obama started, things might be much worse without Birthers. Yes, powerful witnesses in history are revealing the tenacious Birthers, almost as a silent alarm alerting authorities for the Constitution, have handicapped Obama much more than we are led to believe.

While Birthers might not have gotten the burglar, their influence and protection, their bark and their growl have been a weighty deterrent to what may have been much much worse in the state of affairs then what we now know. For that, the American Public can be very grateful for their protests. They have distinguished themselves as a guard dog for America for which the lives and children’s’ future may yet be hopeful.

The testimonies of these actions are only now beginning to surface and dawn upon the American public. In an October 13th, 2014 article by Jack Cashill entitled “Panetta Book Bombshell: Challenges to Obama’s Legitimacy Affected His Presidency”, former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta is referenced as follows:

“Largely lost in the hubbub over former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta’s new book Worthy Fights is one intriguing revelation. As reported in the New York Times, the accusations that Barack Obama was not what he appeared to be, perhaps not even a natural-born citizen, caused him to become tentative on the national stage. “Those challenges have encouraged the president’s caution and defensiveness, which in turn has emboldened further challenges,” Mr. Panetta wrote.

What a patriotic and welcome compliment for me and my little band of Birthers coming from a man whose roots are/were very deeply involved in America’s national security.

Can anyone doubt the staggering and transparent witness of man so close to America’s national security that Birthers have not been a guard dog? However,even within the Birther rank and file there have been contentious battles fought. The greatest of these have been cries that McCain was qualified and so was Cruz, Rubio, Jindal, and (Santorum ?), when they were not ‘natural born Citizens. These were/are largely charged with political power pity-party cries fearing that if they didn’t or don't join the rank and file of the Democrats they would be left behind. The only problem I see with that is that both R's and D's are contributing to their record and defining their character of actually abandoning the Constitution substantially demanding Americans congregate under an Independent banner in the political arena more especially for 2016.

The 14th Amendment has been used like a gatling gun to mow anyone down who said that the unique qualifications for the Office of the President in ‘natural born Citizen’ was distinct from the qualifications of ‘Citizen’ mentioned in the 14th Amendment required for U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators, and if that didn’t work the term ‘racist’ has worked well for those who supported and opposed Obama but gave or delivered to McCain in 2008 and the gang of ineligible Republicans gathering at the starting line of the 2016 race for the Presidency a free pass.

The term “Standing” has been used like an RPG to blast most Birther Court filings away by Obama’s own attorneys. The term was indicative of someone who wasn’t in the race for President and so lacked credentials to call foul on Obama’s eligibility. Remarkably only one man in America stands to the square in the Birther Movement having a record, both amiable of standing in a bipartisan defense of the Constitution as a Presidential Candidate in 2008 and 2012 as well as 2016 having the battle scars of this incredible battle.

The racist insinuation doesn’t work on him because he first filed against McCain and the RNC in Las Vegas Nevada’s Federal Court trying hard to bring the ‘conservative arm’ of the political arena back into lines procured in the United States Constitution for the Office of the President. His political weight has been wielded like a sword in Amicus Curiae’s for Democrat Phil Berg who filed and got the first case into the United States Supreme Court, as well as a Amicus Curiae filed in defense of Lt. Col. Surgeon Terry Lakin who was hung out to dry by the military Court for refusing orders based on the assertion the chain of command had been breached in Obama’s ineligibility, which as a C.I.C does hold a constitutional basis in fact.

In 2010 a jury was selected in a 10th Amendment sanctioned trial from a panel of citizens that come from all over the United States of America in the Obama CIA Columbia Sedition and Treason Trial . Cody Robert Judy (I) became the the first candidate in American History to take an oath and swear on the Bible that his testimony in the Court was true and correct as a Candidate for President testifying that both McCain and Obama were not eligible for reasons of not being ‘natural born Citizen(s)’ as was required by the United States Constitution. Incredibly, the Jury of American Citizens from all walks of life and states in the Union with my testimony and the evidences and facts presented in the case held in New York found Obama guilty.

In 2012 from the onslaught of the Iowa Caucus, Democrats heard of my name, Cody Robert Judy as a Democratic Party Candidate for President opposing Obama, and the facts surrounding Obama as an ineligible unqualified candidate for the Office of the President by the standards of the Constitution. The rallying cry barreled onto the east coast in New Hampshire’s primary all the way to the State’s Supreme Court, and then traveled down to the now famous stand in Georgia where Obama being subpoenaed by a judge in the Administrative Court flatly refused to show up and was told by the Secretary of State in Georgia that if he chose that route, he did so at his own peril. Truly Obama is not out of the woods yet.

In March 2012 Georgia and Cody Robert Judy (I) were the first ones to put two and two together presenting and submitting hard evidence to the George State court conveyed in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse’s Investigation declaring Obama’s identification documents (long form birth certificate Obama presented to the White House Press Core for distribution and also Obama’s draft registration) were forgeries fabricated, and that evidence was maintained in presentments to the Georgia Supreme Court and then on to the United States Supreme Court originating as a Ballot Challenge.

One might pontificate that such hard evidence presented to sound legal minds grounded in the defense of justice wielding a standard held fast in the United States Constitution might gasp and shutter at the audacity of moral neglect and outrages of law that common folks could understand and illegal aliens were quite accustom in court proceeding to, but if one thing has been taught to the American People in the Obama administration it is that “elitism” is favored, equality shunned, and a good ole boys club continues in favors of greenback pats on the back. If you followed the money trail you see at the time Georgia received two very big federal contracts.

Decay in confidence, a tryst in trust, and a disparagement of hope are seeds of a dictatorial Obama that have been planted as foreign goods in our domestic soil. The hope of America was to leave such across the sea and to find a land of milk and honey wherein the Supreme Law of the Land in the U.S. Constitution reigned supreme in the Republic for which we stand. That hope and change has been anointed in the blood of America’s battle ground, for slaves and subjects that found a nation fighting for equal civil rights as citizens of the Union and all Obama has done is rooted in the wrecking ball, squalor, and disrespect for us as American’s and our principles of law.

The common decency towards all Americans has been exposed in a ruling class of elitism that favors corruption with a promise of transparency that now has been exposed as a noose of hate and one continuous lie camouflaged and veiled in blackness rather than light. This is not an example of race ethnicity, or religion, but one of truth Obama has avoided in the foundations of his character. It is weakness and does not strengthen America but makes America weaker. Embracing Obama’s actions of deceit is a call for truth to come and find you if it can. Rest assured the light will find and penetrate the darkness and the darkness will be pushed out by the light.

A walking talking violation of the qualifications for the Office of the President might serve as a wake-up call for all Americans, but it is in no way shape or form is nearly strong enough to transform America. America’s transformed in the light of truth and equality: This is my stand- This is what I have fought for very plain and simply in our Republic. There has never been a stand I have made in protest that didn’t represent a stand for truth and light against a veil of darkness.

Privacy exists, and American’s are constantly reminding the Government that they do not want the Government in their private places, but privacy does not exist on a level for corruption of Government; and that is the extent that it has come to. In my Judy v. Obama 2014 Case 1:14-cv-00093 (Utah- U.S. Division) that I am appealing to the 10th Circuit Court in Denver I am fighting the Courts agreement with Government unaccountability cloaked in the word ‘immunity’.

Immunity was never a word given to Government so that Government could do anything they wanted to you including raping, pillaging, and robbing you of all your rights in said U.S. Constitution; and as it has been interpreted as such the American People are threatened with being wiped out as citizens. Immunity doesn’t cover Rep. Nancy Pelosi in the deliberate deceit /crime in knowingly using her office as a laundry unit for submitting fraudulent documentation about Obama to Hawaii any more then it would cover her from walking out with an oozy and slaughtering all voters coming out from the voting booth after casting their ballot. Gun violence pales in comparison to the nuclear effect of her pen and signature on that document.

Citizen’s verses slaves/subjects is sadly what Judy v. Obama is all about, and I say sadly because the man in the White House office of the President is not the one fighting for the civil rights of citizens, it is me. The color of one’s skin and the place of one’s office has nothing to do with the character of the heart; and while Obama’s face might be recognized by a lot more people on the planet, his heart is the sorrow of all of heaven more especially to those who plead at God’s Mercy and Judgment seat that their blood has not been spilt in vein nor their cause neglected.

Fast, friendly, and convenient in America does not give McDonald’s a license to serve a cow-pie burger in place of real beef. The hope of the Obama Administration and those who support him is that you’ve been fed so much of the one that you don’t know the difference from the other.

What is your ‘Brand’ or “Label” of American Patriotism Gwyneth Paltrow?

You know I’ve been so upset the last week over some developments on my law suit against Obama/the DNC/ and the Obama Campaign Fund Raising corporations OFA combining to overthrow the U.S.C. Qualifications for President and in such over throw in a coup the U.S. Government under the standard of the United States Constitution I haven’t even been able to write about it.

I just responded to a POST made by Bill Sharpe in a “Friends of Liberty” FB Group. His Post went something like this:
[ What all American citizens need to do, is to file a law suit against Barack Obama (if that’s his real name) and the Democratic Party for endangering every American citizen life, for putting every American citizen’s life in jeopardy for allowing illegal’s to come into this country and bring weapons of mass destruction (biological weapons of mass destruction) into the United States, and then distributing these individuals in undisclosed locations across the United States. Anyone who has lost a loved one should contact her District Attorney’s Office, or the Atty Gen. in their state, and file murder charges against Barack Obama (if that’s his real name) and the entire Democratic Party, if they contributed to the death of your loved ones or children they should be held liable!!!!!!!]

My response:
“Well, I got mine filed…But I’ll tell you from 7 years experience with exactly this; You’ll get dismissed for a lack of standing. Even better why not support people who won’t get dismissed. It cost $1,000’s of dollars to get a law suit off the ground to start with. Doesn’t contributing a few hundred make more sense? If Americans really want a change they have to support one. To Date, they have not.” (link)

People all upset about all these ‘Cover-ups’ and ‘Scandals’ haven’t contributed a single dollar to a candidate who has fought for the U.S.C. on both sides of the isle. I filed against McCain and Obama as a Pres. Can. W standing. The Media angle is very important to consider. If you fight against Obama’s eligibility you have to fight Cruz’s and McCain’s as well or you are a racist. The facts don’t lie. Do Americans’ really care about it? Those who say they care haven’t contributed $1. You know if you could find 500,000 people who care and would contribute $1, you’d find Congress paying a lot more attention. There’s 300 Million Americans and we can’t find 500,000 to contribute a single dollar? Nope..”

IS IT REALLY A LOSS OF A LOVED ONE OR THE MURDER OF A FRIEND YOU’RE LOOKING FOR TO MOVE?


If your Patriotism is tied to a ‘Band’ or ‘Label’ like ‘Republican’ or ‘Democrat’, you can’t win because you have all these leaders who are compromised. They are entrenched to money, much of it foreign money that is earned here, sent over there, and then returns to support candidates like Obama. You all know his Harvard Education is thought to be financed by a 20 million dollar grant from S.R’s, and he sure didn’t have the grades to get into Columbia from Occidental with a C+ average and there’s a lot of evidence to circulated support that a ‘foreign student’ entry forum was used to get Obama in though no college transcripts have ever been released.

Bottom line is you don’t need college entrance papers proving a foreigner exist in the White House. I mean we have Obama’s own word on his long form Birth Certificate his father was not a citizen at the time of Obama’s birth. To be a ‘natural born Citizen’ both being born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents is considered in the context of most cases in the U.S. Supreme Court the primary precedent case being Minor v. Happersett.

Now if you forget about all that and excuse it, not because it’s the right thing to do but because you just don’t care that much for arresting the fundamental abuse of civil rights upon candidates for President like myself who has stood up tooth and nail be it against Republican or Democrat Candidate Ineligibility, then you are left with a law enforcement’s legal investigation.

That investigation revealed complete forgeries of the short and long form birth certificates as well as a forged draft registration on Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro. Bill Sharpe’s request in his post has been adequately represented by legally qualified persons but it hasn’t worked and I think the biggest reason it hasn’t worked is because Americans’ fundamental patriotism is severely and justly called into question.

I mean if you just took the Tea Party People into consideration. They have the ability to raise a lot of money and contact well over a million people. They have the ability to get behind a Presidential candidate who could not be called a ‘racist’ on the integrity of the record like mine, but they just refuse to do it. What can you say about that?
We can get mad at Judges and all of that, but do you really think Judges don’t notice things like your lack of patriotic support?

I don’t think you can find a Presidential Candidate in the whole USA that has a better record, a more sound record for taking a stand on the ineligibility issue of the Office of the President. I chose the record because I could see clearly if you get that office you can fundamental transform American just as Obama saw. Obama wasn’t alone in seeing that.

Sen. Hillary Clinton sponsored the U.S. Sen. Res. 511 for McCain along with then Sen. Obama in 2008 which led to a defeat of Mitt Romney in 2012 for failing to take a stand on the Office of the President’s qualifications. Can we even figure out the cost of that now? I mean it has to rank somewhere in history to the cost of The Tower of Babel which was a completely foolish endeavor from the start, but they kept building on it until God himself put a stop to it.

Yes, I think it would be extremely nice if God decided to strike deaf and dumb the Judge in my cases because clearly they are not defending the United States Constitution in calling my case filed in 2014 Judy v. Obama “frivolous or malicious” which was the argument for the ‘MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS’.

Mind you, this decision and the argument for it has come weeks after the complaint was notably served upon the Plaintiff’s, just like I served the McCain Law Suit in 2008, and the Defendant’s failed to respond leading to a “Default Judgment” by execution of the reasonable parameters of time given to the Defendant’s by a Court issued 20 Day Summons. This all comes down to the Court’s unwillingness to actually play by their own rules which is what happens when you don’t hold people in office to the same accountability standard of the law. They become ‘immune’; another word for that is ‘elitism’, and yet another word for it is ‘royalty’ something we have assumed to be against, but as transparently awkward as it is seems to be is disingenuous of the actual standard of the law enforced.

In truth it meets very precisely the exact abuses that constituted the need or reason for our very own American Revolution.

Not only did the Court refuse to acknowledge the three witnesses in Affidavits of the Service of Process,, and the failure to respond resulting in a Default, but the Court refused then to carry out the service as it is obligated to itself.

The logic the Court used was indeed a presumption of “the failure to succeed in prosecuting” the Plaintiff’s due to “their immunity under the color of law”. In this instance what that means is Rep. Nancy Pelosi and U.S. Sen. Harry Reid can say and do anything they want to get their candidate on the Ballot regardless of the person’s eligibility for the Office. No, it’s not right. Life isn’t fair, but fairness and equality are not about what Obama is all about. It’s just the opposite and if fraud and forgery are not your witnesses brought to the Court as I brought in Sheriff Joe’s Law Enforcement Investigation, as a secondary witness to the already violated U.S.C.’s order of qualification for the Office of the President, than you have to figure the Government is on an unlawful heist of epic proportions.

Not to be outdone however is the shear unwillingness for Patriotic Americans to simply pour in money to solve a problem. I’ve seen millions of dollars raised by Americans who finally see a cause worth supporting in nothing short of a weeks’ time. The problem is reaching the millions of Americans who would care.

Republicans and Democrats aren’t going to split easily with their treasured political war chest and the Tea Party Leaders seem bent on supporting candidates who like U.S. Mike Lee here in Utah refuse to talk about the ineligibility issue and lawful documentation of fraud and forgery. I am not sure, “knowing who did the forgeries” as far as Obama’s Identification fabrications, is as important as the fact that he has used them.

Yes, this is a complete and utter diabolical disaster happening right now in American in front of your face! Yes, you have available to you a Presidential Candidate who has honorably and notably in a legal record stood up for it against both Republicans and Democrats representing a sound standard of equality that is not racist. No, you have not supported that at all!

Are you liable as Americans for this? The sad truth is “yes”. I don’t know that I can tell God any different could you if you were in my position? I mean, if you believe in God. If you believe God has founded this Nation. If you believe borders are important. If you believe the Constitution is important. If you believe the scandals and murders of border agents and those at our embassy are not to be swept under the carpet. The crux of this exists in Obama’s ineligibility like the base of a tree exists as the main foundation for the branches. Get off the branches and get back to the base of the tree if you want to chop it down. When you chop it down all the branches fall.

This order was signed by the Judge October 7th and I have 10 days to appeal that decision to the 10th Circuit. Should I appeal it? I’m asking you?

Are you willing to send $2000 or $1,000, or $100 or $50 or $25 or $10 or $1 in exhausting the effort to lawfully handle the circumstances or have you also given up? If you don’t believe in the record I have to offer, what good is it to me?
If you don’t have the intestinal fortitude to stand up, pass on, and contribute this request like a fire across the Nation what sort of Patriots are you? Certainly you desire more defending your children out the window with your rifles and just shooting the zombies walking towards your house with diseases and forged passports? Certainly you’re inviting with your actions the kind of plagues and wars that will enter your own back yards and neighborhoods and you ‘think’ that won’t ‘cost’ you anything?

It’s going to cost you a lot more then getting off your rear end and passing this on with your social media bull horn this post and passing the contribution hat and getting those dollars to me in this patriotic cause for all of us. If you can’t do that, please, just look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you are a loser and have given up on the United States of America.

I’m not sure that if God were to strike the judge deaf and dumb, until he reversed his decision, that you would be satisfied because ultimately you’re not paying anywhere near the price that is going to be required of you and if that is the case you deserve it just as much as the Judge does right?

Yes, it is a little bit of what we call “your own medicine”, but it’s not like the good Lord is not willing to give you a little sugar for the medicine to go down. Our Constitution is wonderful! Our freedom and liberty are bastions of light in a stormy sea. Those who have become so cynical and apathetic that they have given up on supporting a ‘good cause’ which centers and focuses with pin point precision on the trunk of the tree of Obama’s ineligibility, will no doubt find their reward in gun fights and plagues but don’t you want to even want to try to avoid that?

If you don’t, just ignore this and the price to pay will find you very shortly. Don’t let it be said, God did not grant you a choice. Don’t let it be said, God did not give you a warning. Don’t let it be said that you couldn’t have made a difference because you can make a difference. You are very important in this fight.

Please, join me and help us save the United States of America. Stop letting people muddle your brains out of the reason and facts that are sound here. Devote your time, talent, and money then devote your neighbor’s time, talent and money if they will let you. (smile) Have a wonderful day and may God Bless America and especially those who will help in this fight.

I’m really sorry Gwyneth Paltrow, but if you want to give Obama all the power to accomplish all he’s set out to do, I’m pretty sure that means an elimination of Congress and Judicial Branch Judges’ , but ultimately your articulating for all of us exactly what is in fact happening right now and not at all what might happen. I love you, you’re a beautiful actress whose brain is so fogged up on the character of a man on the outside, and you probably couldn’t recognize the quality of a man’s heart inside and you certainly have never stood in the presence of a great President like George Washington the character of which Obama will never realize.

I pray your fog and muddled speech can be removed in time for your dress not to be impressed and veiled in black as Obama’s Muslim Heritage actually calls for your head or stoning for such damages and I pray your own head slid under the sword is not the moment when you decide the Constitution is worth taking a stand for because you must understand now that if it’s not the Constitution your taking a stand for than its another type of Government your bowing to. Obama as a walking talking violation of the United States Constitution can in no ways represent it truthfully. He is a fraud to the concerns of your liberty and freedom and your ultimate disillusionment to those facts make you look ridiculously stupid.

I don’t want you to look stupid, I want you to wise up and learn the facts that beautify the character of you inside as the gem you are on the outside. I don’t think you even know my name or who I am or what I’ve been doing for the last 7 years but when I LOOK at you, I am reminded that I am indeed fighting for who you are and even though you may not appreciate me now or know my name, if our United States of America is to survive I have no doubt my name will someday cross your lips because I have your back and am on the front line to the liberty of your dress and the freedom of your speech that has paved your red carpet walk.

Without “Freedom of Speech” and “Freedom of the Press”, Hollywood Actresses would be the nothing more than the beggars in the cardboard shelter slums seen in places like Jakarta, Indonesia; a home to one of Obama’s citizenships outlawing his eligibility in the Office of the President and fortifying his unconstitutional occupation of the White House as a usurper.

If you want to give up everything you have and go there and donate all your possessions and wealth, than I will believe you don’t have a secret love that honors the United States Constitution and I have got your all wrong. You need to understand that if you don’t have the protections of the U.S.C., your wealth is gone. It only takes being put in prison one time for you to scream I am an American! What does that mean without the U.S.C.? Nothing!

So why are you losing your ability to speak plainly and clearly about a walking talking violation in the Office of the President? Why can’t you support the true efforts fighting for what your heart truly loves? I want a contribution from you. I really do.
