DIVIDING A NATION - The Republican Roll Out as Birther Barrage goes Main-Stream

Defending what Obama is doing by not holding a hearing on Obama's national security breach, or the standard of the natural born citizen qualification in the Constitution for the Office of the President, is essentially exactly what Republicans need to keep doing in order to lose. Rand Paul declared the Republican party may not win the Presidency again in his lifetime.

I said one time that the Republican party was going into extinction, not because that is what I hoped for or anything, but because of the abandonment of the principles of the Constitution I saw happening in the Republican party by a lack of defense for it. Jan 26th, 2012 I wrote with this commercial:

[“It is time to jump into the life boats, and begin representing a clear and Constitutional choice in my candidacy, which is clearly a clean message compared to the mainstream Republican Candidates who we see are very willing to sweep the dirt under the carpet, as well as our Constitution, and that’s not the President’s job or oath!”]

Glenn Beck today related he had spoke to a big GOP elected leader who was concerned about the #defundtheGOP verbrato over the air the last four months. What Glenn said made a lot of sense today here.

So many Republican leaders looked at me and scoffed, "How could the qualification of Obama for the Office of the President held in the demands of the Constitution even compare to the importance of "health-care", or "Our National Debt", or "The Arab Springs"?

Tyrannical dictatorial power is unleashed in ways Rush Limbaugh says today he has never seen with Obama stepping and hopping to the tunes of the 2014 and 2016 election in regards to what parts of the law are enforceable and what parts he decides not to enforce. The impeding play is certainly wrecking Republican strategy to let the law play out and let people see what a disaster Obamacare is.

How can people see what a disaster it is unless its allowed to hit them behind the barn?

Essentially the BIRTHER BARRAGE is indeed more and more people going Birther as the Constitution is going 'main-stream' instead of becoming a dead-stream as so many in Washington perceive it to be going.

Is it safe to say now that if Obamacare had indeed been allowed to unfold as it was intended, without all these exclusions, that the United States would be in open revolt right now against Obama and all Washington Insiders?

You better believe if the people with money were made to tow the line of Obamacare in the big corporations, small businesses, and even federal agencies now, without the decrees of exemptions handed down from Obama by personal executive order, that they would be demanding their elected leaders in the House and Senate begin disability impeachment proceedings immediately.

This was the Republican strategy on Obamacare, let it play out and be seen as the disaster it is! However, its backfired on them once again, just as they hoped Obama would look like the paria, he reverses that upon them by executive order which has totally infuriated Sen. Mike Lee admitting on Fox News Sunday, there's no standing on Obamacare's harm, or time to find someone, calling it a 'shameless power grab' and ruling by his own pen.

Obama then is seen as the savior by these people for not holding them accountable to Obamacare the way he has all the low people on the totem pole known as main-stream Americans. BUT, Senator Lee has also been unwilling to make the case on Obama's eligibility as a way to stop him which indeed it does, and you have to ask yourself why?

Indeed, Obama's savior'esk trend continues extending to all those employees of Federal Contracts a minimum wage of $10.10 an hour. Of course, main street businesses would either have to raise their prices by a percentage equal or lay off workers in order to clear the same profit margin if they were forced to pay that minimum wage.

How would anyone like paying an additional 30% on milk, peanut butter, soy, wheat, barley, corn, and meat?

CREATING DIVIDE

Of course Obama's decree is intentionally ordered to divide, something that does seem to come quite naturally to him. How do all the employees making minimum wage feel about working that don't get paid $10.10?

What if about election time 2014 he promises them also a decree of raising their wage if they will vote Democratic Party ticket?

That's one thing that Obama's discrimination provides. If Obama doesn't equally give to everyone equally he creates out of thin air a favorite child who was seen as deserving while the other child was seen as mean, undeserving, and rebellious.

While it would seem common sense to see this as unequal and discrimination, someone gets the reward someone doesn't, the Republican Party is not willing to exploit it as such, mostly because they fear it being turned on them.

The same mentality exist when it comes to the excuses used by elected leaders not to hold a disability impeachment hearing in The House of Representatives on Obama simply because the U.S. Senate is controlled by Democrats and the point seems 'moot', but lets take a closer look at how that might play out.

DISABILITY IMPEACHMENT HEARING

Assuming the U.S. Senate just because its controlled by the Democratic party would never remove Obama under a Disability Impeachment process or trial certainly demands the thought process that EVERY single Democratic Party U.S. Senator is
1) Condoning the use of fabricated long form birth certificates
2) Condoning the use and fabrication or theft of social security numbers
3) Condoning the manipulation of past records of identity like draft registration and college records

Are ALL the Democratic Party leaders really advocating directly and recommending these things? Has the integrity of ALL those elected leaders bottomed out into the abyss of the mob?

Well, if the Republican Majority had a hearing on all of these factors publically, wouldn't that be seen as a light upon the darkness of all those elected leaders indeed right in time for the 2014 elections?

So what's the down side for Republicans holding a hearing on it? Oh, maybe you think boldly standing in front of Barbara Walters, Oprah Winfrey, and Diane Sawyer and asking them if they indeed recommend, condone, and represent this deceitful learning tactic for all of our children is a really bad idea because it just wouldn't fly? Come on!

Believe it, one of the very reasons threats of a collective variety have been issued to all media persons is precisely because of FEAR. Fear based on the reality that if someone is recommending fraud, deceit, forgery, intentionally to harm, most generally the American People are opposed to that.

Its not a hard story to sell to the generally good natured people of the United States of America who in general understand the reasons for our criminal code. Sen. Cruz stated in his objection argument in the debt ceiling debate he filibustered which was catalyst for 11 Republicans to turn into Democrats arms, "that the rules are the rules, the laws are the laws, and we need to follow them and not break them for political expediency.”

One wonders if Sen. Ted Cruz really understands Obama's not a natural born citizen according to the constitution, or if he is secretly hoping that no one is watching him under a microscope as he has passed on vocalizing Obama's real achilles heal he may share in his eligibility or qualification for the Office of the President? Sen. Cruz is set to visit Iowa and N.H. in March and April to a hero's welcome, according to The Hill for his stand in the debt ceiling debate?

Indeed as we speak, News Max is taking an urgent poll to see if you support Sen. Ted Cruz for President.

This shows more fodder for the excuse of 'racism' being used by Republicans and Ann Coulter when she said referring to Obama as "the first black president", if he hadn't have been he would have been impeached by now".

Rush Limbaugh says the leaders are just petrified of being accused of 'racism'. The reason I think that this is now the Republicans lame excuse is because when it comes to equality under the law, they are showing an unwillingness to put Obama under the law for the same reason they don't want Sen. Ted Cruz scoured for his dual citizenship with Canada, as the Huffington Post reports, Cruz denies as McCain did in non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 the step is a concerted effort to go around the law.

This 'racist tactic' they lay on Obama is I believe turning into a very calculated strategy to avoid the justice of the Constitution themselves, in perhaps the Presidential run of another unqualified candidate as McCain was in 2008.

Which party has more people with sites on the 2016 White House who are unqualified Republicans or Democrats? I can name 4 or 5 Republicans who have their sites on the White House who are not natural born citizens who would just be wiped out of that prospect if justice is leveled on Obama.

Besides that, I'm not sure there is not a single member of the House of Representatives that doesn't know that I sued McCain in 2008 and Obama for the natural born citizen clause of the Constitution standing up for the principle of the qualification demands of the Constitution, and continued in the standing in 2012 and 2013 in the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276., and still maintain that standing in a 2016 run.

Indeed, Democratic Party tactics would not stay dormant for Obama's qualifications long if Senator Ted Cruz became the nominee for the Republican Party and they would essentially be forced to say, "Well, the Birthers were right, Obama wasn't qualified but he made it, but that was then and this is now and we have to stand for the Constitution, and Sen. Ted Cruz can't be President". Can't you see that coming from the Huffington Post, the WSJ, and The Washington Post?

The fact that I stood up for the principle regardless of party or race for that matter completely shows that the Republican argument of race is indeed a ruse, excuse, or a 'reverse racist tactic'. The need to quiver in fear of being a racist is indeed made 'moot' with a Presidential Candidate with standing and a legal record documenting the stand to hand the media in a frying pan like a nice T-Bone steak.

I think the Republican fabrication or pretense objection on raising the debt ceiling without any concessions on Obamacare or any remotely substantial give-and-take is also a witness to what I'm advocating. They pretty much went willy-nilly along with Obama and the Democrats and we all have seen and witnessed it.

IN SO DEEP THEY CAN'T COMPETE

The only remaining conclusion is that the Republicans are also in so deep they can't compete and what I said as far as the Republican Party going into extinction and never winning again is the reality most conservatives are going to have to come to grips with.

Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh, as well as Sean Hannity are indeed recognizing the writing on the wall. If our society has indeed slipped into the abyss of the deep, like Robert Redford's outstanding film without dialogue is named, " All Is Lost", perhaps it really is for the Republican Party?

How You Can Help, well besides encouraging Rush, Glenn, Sean, and Ann to come out of the closet as Birthers, as well as admitting there are a whole lot of Birthers sitting in waiting for Sen. Ted Cruz that are of the Democratic Party sort, encourage them to start respecting what's right and stop berating Birthers like they are'nt taking a stand for the Constitution, because BIRTHERS are of both parties and we are coming out into the main stream and we sure aren't going away. Indeed its now safe to say that anti-birthers are only those with an interest in destroying the Union.

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more then a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. As the tiny drops of water descended like suicide jumpers they hit the jagged cliffs and splattered leaving what you’d think was nothing behind. The jagged cliffs ascended high into the sky and provided a certain death and the steepest of slides for each rain drop as it hit hard. One drop, two drops, three drops, the mighty mountains absorbed them all, but when a million had hit the brakes come off and it was as if the drops coming down were actually catching a tubular ride down the steep face!

I hiked up the grade a short distance and climbed a fence getting just high enough to see the wall of water coming down in an out of control gushing just barreling down the mountain.

Running down in front of the water I reached the people with a warning, “Your going to get hit with a flood in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1..”, and in came the rushing water right into the Walmart!

The immediate crash took everyone quite by spectacular fashion, and I blurted out, “We need a sandbag line, right there!”. We managed to divert the water into a circulating flow that kept the water out when I noticed a bunch of men carrying an actual 5 foot wall of water they dumped into the rushing water without a care.

I startled out of my sleep and pondered the dream.

The Nations debt-limit ceiling war is on, but Republicans are in fact dumping their responsibility to fight right on to the people! They might as well not even be there!

Whose happy with this? Is Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, or Ann Coulter?

Hell no they aren’t, and today they let their voices crash upon the GOP in no uncertain circumstances as they all raised their voices like a chorus of doubt against the Republican Establishment.

Ann Coulter may have even felt a tinge of guilt for her discrimination against Birthers who she referred to as 'right wingers' as she spoke to Howie Carr: We've spent 7 years trying to persuade right-wingers, no, he really was born in Hawaii, we have his birth certificate, stop with the crazy conspiracy theories. But, lets just think- for a thought experiment, for a moment; If Obama were born in another country, had no love for this country, had set out to destroy America, what would he be doing differently? [.]


Hey Ann! Are you a documents expert with a PHD in forensics and criminal investigation or just another lib with a lip of disgusting defense for Obama's fraud and forgery? What do you have against "The Right", or are you just bent on defending the "Wrong"?

Because in the context of Obama's long form fabrication there's RIGHT and there's WRONG, its not a right or left and defending an absolute fraud and forgery is what the American People would call wrong. Maybe Ann, and I'm just speculating here, Maybe if you started defending the people who shop-lift at Walmart the same way you do Obama, shop-lifting wouldn't be a crime? I'm really sick of Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, and the rest of the radio show host commentary Republican Frogs who 'ribbit-ribbit' about how they are so disappointed in the GOP and how much they admire Sen. Ted Cruz R-TX and Sen. Mike Lee R-UT and the 40 or so Representatives who stood up to the Obama Regime in not wanting Obamacare funded in a fight of not raising the debt ceiling and shut down the government over that, yet they will go to great lengths to defend Obama's ineligibility?

Have you heard what a complimentary networking protocol the Tea-Party has been getting lately from these guys, yet none of them have declared themselves to be Birthers with any integrity towards the Constitution's demand for the Office of the President.

How can you stand with the Tea Party if you don't understand that the best way to remove Obama is by first having a hearing conducted by The House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility?

Is this some kind of common-core trance on mathematics that Rush, Glenn, Sean and Ann have come to understand that 7+7 doesn't in fact equal 14 anymore, but that it could add up to 10 + 4 by skip counting, or explaining away the fraud and forgery of Obama's long form fabrication?

Dont' you just hate people who skip the really big crimes in favor of pointing out the little ones? Why not give Obama a pass to commit financial genocide upon the little Walmart shoppers who he refuses to exempt or subsidize on Obamacare? I heard Obama say, "Make the Walmart Shoppers pay"? Is that it GOP and company?

You'd think the GOP's hands would be fit-to-be-tied about Obama's ruling edicts emperroring Obamacare like pinocchio's strings in order to favorable play the cards right for the 2014 and now the 2016 election without Congress's approval? Instead, they seem to be cheering him on just like the Democrats with a blank check on raising the nation's debt ceiling.

Sure, you can blame Obama all you want, just like you can the parents (The House of Representatives) who keep the kid's wallet filled with cash whose buying crack cocaine and heroin with it. Do you think the House of Representatives doesn't have a hand on the purse strings guys?

Without their approval nothing gets funded. The House of Representatives controlled by the GOP right now, and since 2010, has been entirely responsible, if we want to start taking responsibility for your actions, for funding Obama and his Fast & Furious operations, his Benghazi operations, his NSA operations, and like Obama says, "whatever he wants to do", because there's no one taking a stand against him.

You no I don't like to be hard on people, but unless I miss my guess if we don't exact the Constitution upon the Office of the President, the hurt is going to come down upon a lot more of the little people who the Representatives seem to be oppressing rather than serving in defending the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen in the Office of the President. Let me give you a little example of what might be coming down the unconstitutional pike in a very short time.

The graph below parallels the Scary 1929 Stock Market Crash that has been making the rounds in Wall Street, or is that Walmart? From the linked article, " ..what is important, McClellan said, is that the time scales of the two data series need to be the same. And, he stresses, there has been no stretching of the time dimension to make them fit".

Aren't we a little bit tired of Obama's claims after 6 trillion, that Bush is responsible for the debt? And, at the same time aren't we a little bit tired that while The House of Representatives has been controlled by the Republicans since 2010, they won't check Obama through the checks and balances of the Constitution as per their responsibility by eligibility requirements and the purse strings?

If the stock market crashes and the GOP has been in charge of the purse whose going to get the blame? Obama? Fat chance, and that's why the eligibility requirement for the Office of the President is something that the GOP in the House of Representatives could indeed take a stand for, just like The Tea Party.

It was a raucous of laughter when Sean Hannity had his guy out trying to ask Democratic Party people what exactly they could name that The Tea Party had done that was 'racist'? They could find no one that could mention anything. What are the Tea Party beliefs anyway if they aren't racist?

Eliminate Excessive Taxes
Eliminate the National Debt
Eliminate Deficit Spending
Protect Free Markets
Abide By the Constitution of the United States - including the demand the President be a 'natural born citizen'.
Promote Civic Responsibility
Reduce the Overall size of Government
Believe in the People
Avoid the Pitfalls of Politics
Maintain local Independence

The investigations conducted by Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse, summoned by constituents of Maricopa County, Arizona, that were included in the United States Supreme Court case Judy v. Obama 12-5276 coming up through the Georgia Supreme Court, which was the first case in the whole United States to include the investigation and challenged Obama's qualification as a natural born citizen resoundingly embedded in the United States Constitution, has taken yet another ground breaking turn.

Information and evidence is now being investigated that involves criminal actions that involve the proof that Obama's long form fabrication was not only conceived and proofed a forgery as was asserted in my complaint at Judy v. Update 1 of 2- The most enthralling story is being told at The Post & Email about more of the events taking place that tie in so nicely with a lot more information on what crack Investigator Mike Zullo is finding out with the Obots tied to DARPA an arm of the Department of Defense (DOD) I made a comment that the main stream media is really missing out on one of the more enthralling stories of our time being covered at The Post & Email as the story " Zullo: Some Obots Working for Obama Regime. As the Plea for The United States House of Representatives to initiate its one investigation in Hearings continues blind on the scheduled, the evidence continues to move and support the deliberate deceit and complicity of Government leaders who seem unabated with the storm circulating around them as the 2014 election cycle moves into midterms of its first quarter.

As more and more of the publics perception turns away from the deception of the main stream media fledging to keep Obama afloat and unwilling to come to grasps with the facts that the boat is half full of water and sinking, the strength of the truth pushes as an ocean filling the holes of the boat with gushing water.

The scandals involving national security breaches including Benghazi, NSA, Fast & Furious, as well as economical tragedies and the seriously questioned death of 4 bankers, one with eight nail gun inflictions as the cause of death, all seem to bear out something is amiss and very well may be about to spin out of control of those pushing and pulling the levers.

Are we again headed for a crash as the Stock Market is tied so closely to the daily information coming out of a fraudulent Administration that has not the trust, security, or respect of the Constitution?

Can one penalty be associated or pin-pointed as that foul which caused the reversal of the whole game? It seems on the political field that in the upcoming months more woes may be understood regarding Obama's fraudulent use of identity documents that have been put forward in the deliberate use and intended purposes of deceiving and thus instigating an illegal collective coercion of votes in the United States Presidential Elections of 2008 and 2012.

A foul so bad as to cause the entire Nation to real in unbelief that their elected officials could be so blind, even in the face of knowledge and information that has been consistently presented to them by credible sources. Truly an age were the very elect have been deceived is upon us in no uncertain terms, and their dumb-founded looks of stupefied ignorance will never again be pacified with campaign promises and staggering resumes.

UPDATED 2: You know I had the sweetest dream about Pastor Manning this afternoon i just wanted to share it. I dreamed we had come to a place that was kind of high, almost as a look out. Big red sand stones about as big as one man could handle made up the place. It was a little balcony and water seemed to drip or run abit off the tile shingle roof tops maybe as you'd see in Arizona. I noticed a few elderly people there, and saw a man take a hat off and place his head under the drips of the roof to cool the warm hot day as one would the get under the dews of heaven for relief. As he came out with his head I noticed it was Pastor Manning!

I recognized him plainly but there was a few things different. His hair was near all grey and he was bony skinny with his cheek bones evan showing, which if you see Pastor Manning in the video above is not the case, but nothing had changed with his warm, friendly and loving demeanor that I had come to admire and respect in 2010 when I first met him and also had dreamed about going to the CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial, where upon I had called him and been encouraged to make the journey, hard as it was for me.

Perhaps the grey hair and more skinny appearance signified a more ancient and prophetic wisdom he encapsulated?

Now, the intelligence communicated in a dream seems always the significance of importance. He said to me, "Cody!", in a jovial voice in greeting and recognizing me also. He said, "Cody, see to it you don't serve God one day and the devil the next".

When in O'Reilly's interview we heard about two to three million have signed up for Obamacare, about 6 million less then Obama's 9 million mentioned in his State of the Union address, or was he including the between 2.5 million and 3 million prisoners incarcerated in the USA now?

"And it's a base that still clings to the dark fantasy that Obama's an African-born impostor who's ineligible to be president or to command the U.S. military. And yes, Republican members of Congress still push that nonsense; House Republicans who fueled the futile shutdown."

In a piece that referred to those taking a stand for the Constitution like Senator Ted Cruz, former Vice Presidential Candidate and Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, and Freedom Watch founder attorney Larry Klayman in the pot of evangelical rabid half baked conspiracy theoryist along with birther exhibitionists Joseph Farah and Jerome Corsi, the blame is lame.

I don't recall where or when the "Birther Claim on the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen in the office of the President' has ever been 'debunked'?

One is left wondering if 'Reason favors Truth' in Mr. Boehlert's assertions or if "Reason favors Fraud"? Is The "Obama's-a-foreigner ugliness fermented" he attributes to the Birther movement rather a "Plea for truth and the law of our Constitution to be unfurled equally", rather then tucked into a dark corner"?

The standards of our law have worked tirelessly in birthing a standard for the world to see that held all under the laws equally and wasn't subjugated to "cronyism", a "Good ole boys network", the dictators tyranny, or a Kings royalty.

If deceit, trickery, fraud, and forgery were used to put Obama in the White House, is it rabid, half baked, fermentation to ask Congress to have a hearing on it? Is it wrong to assert that the Judicial Branch with its set of individual Judges and evan panels of Judges, as the United States Supreme Court represented in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, are simply not equipped to take on the magnitude or weight of responsibility that a disability impeachment hearing on Obama actually consist of?

In Nixon's impeachment, which occurred during Nixon's second term and proceeded after the State of the Union address, the Democratic Party in fact was the prevailing party for truth and reason for the Constitution, it wasn't until a hearing in the House of Representatives was threatened with a virtual certainty of impeachment by the Democratic Party majority that Nixon resigned.

Indeed, The House of Representatives as long as it is controlled by the GOP has the 'purse-strings' to the President and it takes money to enforce any executive order, it takes money to enforce any law. We are certain that the House of Representatives has indeed been the branch of government long funding Obama as an employer would a hired hand, and its simply time to call the employee in on the carpet for lying on his application for employment.

Now what is unreasonable about that? Certainly Mr. Donald Trump who instigated a hurried and rushed forum of Obama's released long form fabrication in a White House press release, is'nt qualified to do anything about it being false and fabricated, nor is Mr. Trump qualified to pacify, or placate Congress, on a job well done, when it comes to vetting and assuring the American People the qualification for the Office of the President is fulfilled in Obama. He's not even an elected official.

If you want to discuss principles vital to "We The People" when it comes to the President of the United States of America, it is the United States Constitution that holds our Union together. It is not just a "goddamn piece of paper", as former President George W. Bush remarked when questioned about the constitutionality of the Patriot Act, or as the media, the Democratic Party or former Nancy Pelosi is calling to challenge.

If there is anything that could be considered 'half-baked' and handled in a precarious and foolish determination it has been the qualifications of Barack Hussein Obama. The sword wielded by the Office of the President is a powerful one, and unfortunately the person in the White House is never an individual alone.

There are many forces in active engagement that put Obama in the White House, the least of which has the Constitution of the United States of America as a code of conduct. In "Closed Circuit" a 2013 British-American crime thriller film directed by John Crowley and written by Steven Knight, starring Eric Bana, Rebecca Hall, Ciarán Hinds, Jim Broadbent, and Riz Ahmed the Defendant was only safe as long as the Truth was not revealed.

Upon the threat of the truth being revealed of the Government's involvement regarding the bombing and murder of 120 people the case is closed by a Government that prohibits any dissemination of truth, by threat, coercion, and finally by murder.

The real wonder of The United States of America is that reelection happens every two years for U.S. Representatives in the House, and I'm beginning to see a much more tangible power behind that wisdom then I ever have before. In a proper responsibility of a check and balance of powers the two year turn-over serves The People in a very wise way for it can indeed check the Executive Branch that has languished out of Constitutional credibility.

What might be an abstract yet "controlling" feature on The House of Representatives at this moment is indeed "The American Businessman". This year is an election year and at this moment members of the House of Representatives are perilously at the whims of the contribution efforts of the pubic for their campaigns.

The Journal Sentinel today featured a piece called the "Latino Connection" that's 10 pages longer, the problem for Obama is that the new form will offer clear instructions, (like the Constitution has for all of us regarding the eligibility requirements for the Office of the President Obama himself fails). The 'naturalization' process, surprisingly to most, is not foreign to presidential and elected candidates although the national security concerns were not a process they themselves had to go through. Perhaps the concerns are based in part to the damage those individuals are doing to the economy and perhaps the morality of the principles of the Constitution itself?

Chief among those candidates and elected facing problems with "Citizenship" associated with 1st generations Americans and "Natural Born Citizenship" commonly referred to as 2nd generation based on being born in the U.S. to Citizen parents, are of course Barack Obama, John McCain, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal,and Rick Santorum to name a few.

The Republicans oddly enough seem to have more candidates lined up facing these problems in the future for President then the Democrats, which proves to be a hard-line for the Democratic Party to toe in the future with the scalping of the natural born citizen requirement they've gone to bat for in Obama.

Isn't it ironic that after those in authority have gotten away with defying our national security and moral principle in the Constitution that they would actually try closing the loop-holes they themselves went through?

Sen. John McCain was of course born in a Panama Hospital not associated with any military hospital and was granted his 'citizenship' ,because of his foreign birth, with an act of Congress when he was 11 months old. US Supreme Court had ruled in Downes v. Bidwell that unincorporated territories are not the United States. The full Constitution only applies for incorporated territories of the United States.[28] Until the rulings in these so-called Insular Cases, children born of two US citizens in the Canal Zone had been subject to the Naturalization Act of 1795, which granted them statutory US citizenship at birth. With the ruling of 1905, persons born in the Canal Zone became US nationals, not full citizens.

We also recognize it not only grants statutory and declaratory born citizenship to those born in the Canal Zone after February 26, 1904, of at least one US citizen parent, but also does so retroactively for all children born of at least one US citizen in the Canal Zone before the law's enactment. The importance is that with 'one' parent came 'Citizenship', but not 'natural born citizenship'.

Any "ACT" of Congress upon "citizenship" is generally considered to be a process of man made law we call 'naturalization' which contrast of course the laws of nature which govern man. This of course prevoked the second ACT of Congress in the U.S. Senate commonly associated with the 'good ole boys Act insane for Sen. McCain, which was, non-binding, because it was not acted upon by The House, or signed by a Qualified President 'U.S. Resolution 511' was the act 'granting 'McCain 'natural born citizenship' which though written defies natural law.

In this text however is the reasoning that though McCain was born a foreigner to the United States, and thus an alien, because he had been born of two "Citizen" parents, the 'granting' was confirmed. Its always interesting when a lie proceeds forth from the law defying 'natural law', often the truth of the lie is found in the details.

The ACT text follows this suit when it 'claims' falsely that McCain was born in a military hospital. This was either an out right lie told to McCain's good ole boys club the U.S. Senate Republicans by co-sponsors Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama or spun by McCain himself because anyone can clearly see the hospital McCain was born in was not the military hospital, but indeed the Panama Colon Hospital, making even the details of the non-binding resolution false. This was all brought up in Judy v. McCain in 2008 days before McCain was made the nominee.

McCain was severely censored Jan 7th,2014 ,Jan. 26th 2014, based on national security and moral principles against the Constitution by his constituency in a complete and humiliating embarrassment.

While McCain's spokesmen called the censor 'Whacky', I'll let you decide if the same claim might be leveled at the U.S. Senate for passing non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511, and which deserves more criticism for being 'Whacky'?

It truly is scary when those with questionable character like Obama and McCain with their understood frauds upon the public, the Constitution's morality, and our National Security are actually "in" Elected Offices and people like myself who have raised the concerns to a level of legal Court action are the ones looked upon as 'dangerous' for representing the principles of the Constitution in our National Security Welfare.

If you can recall such a time that black was white, and white was black in things being so turned around as it is today you would probably discover it was not easy to recover from. Indeed the division amongst has less to do with color and more to do with the moral character upheld in our Constitution necessary for our National Security then any race division.

Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

A Friend to None - A Fraud to All

Today was cold, but what is cold? Thirty two degrees would be a blessing in Montana or Maine today. I made my way around a few neighborhoods speaking to people. A women opened the door to a small but warm house and in our conversation I learned she was having a real hard time.

" I'm selling these little elastic rubber-bands working at home, making a dollar a piece. My unemployment benefits ran out last week. I'm hungry I guess", she quipped with a smile and repeated the first sentence again as to emphasis she was in a pickle.

"Of course there is nothing wrong with making a dollar a piece on anything if you can sell a hundred a day", I admired her ingenuity and prospects.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is hoping for a vote this week to renew expired Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC) for a three month extension. In addition Obama met with Business Leaders encouraging them to hire the long term unemployed.

It seems almost unreal to me to hear of unemployment insurance lasting 2 years and two months already for the 1.3 million Federal workers who hit the wall in December 2013, because the couple of times I received it was over in a year and you had better do something before then or you'd be joining the crowd camping out, which I've also done before.

Its real interesting that the exact thing that discourages businesses from hiring is actually being considered in an effort of extension. At its peak in 2008 Congress was extending it for 99 weeks, that's 8 years 4 months.

Many forget when each State and the Federal Government leaders stand up to proclaim they are extending benefits, that the money is not coming from the State or Federal Government. Its coming from business people who are going to be taxed and are paying into the system with the unemployment tax.

So, when extensions are mandated by the Government, what happens to the businessmen's taxes and the amount of which they are required to pay? The more they are forced to pay, the less incentive to hire, the more they might even lay off or not hire any more? Congress is doing very little else to help the long term unemployed find work, was actually, if you can believe it one of the 7 deadly reasons its been invoked Congress should pass longer unemployment benefits.

Like Congress is the one that's suppose to create jobs? No, it should be the job of Congress to get out of the way so businesses can operate and create jobs, but so many are insisting that Congress do the very thing that hurts employment growth in the platitude of "not being a bad guy". This is one very sophisticated weapon being used to wipe out jobs in America and the unemployed on unemployed insurance have every right to be afraid, for the day will come they dreaded.

That's whats happening in Massachusetts right now as their legislature considers a bill that would at least level the amount of unemployment insurance for a period of four years for employers, based on the job-killer that unemployment insurance tends to be. Let's face it, unemployment insurance isn't much of a job creator.

They are trying a new scale that rewards businesses that tend to keep employees with a rate of $153 per employee per year, but would sack those companies who have bad records with a rate of $2,337 per employee per year.

Gaming the system by exposing loop-holes such as "seasonal" employment claiming 'unemployment insurance' when the season changed, is one of those the bill hopes to address.

One law maker said, " there are some positive things regarding eligibility and regarding making sure people don't game the system."

So from one perspective those businesses who can't afford to keep their employees are going to be hit the hardest with Government 'unemployment taxes'? Sounds like temporary jobs and those part time jobs many depend on are now on the chopping block. That's what happens when Government starts their little tinkering towards utopia projects, I'm not sure they ever get it right or consider the economics of positive incentive from both directions at the same time.

Well its interesting that one law maker anyway has seen the light and realized the "positive things" regarding 'eligibility', but its probably to big of a wish for them to understand that when it starts from the top down, there is a much greater success.

Yesterday and today I watched Bill O' Reilly's platitudes towards Obama in his interview. O'Reilly was so gracious as to ask Obama if he thought he was being fair to him? What does any kid in the candy store say to his parents when they asks the child if their being fair? "Hell no your not being fair, I need more candy!"

Well, that was Obama's answer, 'No, your not being fair' After watching the nauseating interview and watching O'Reilly hump Obama's leg like a dog in the platitudes of pleasure for raising 20 million dollars with him twice as evidence "Obama cared".

“I have come to you four times,” O’Reilly said speaking about veterans, “And every time you have done what I have asked. And we have raised more than $20 million.” Of course if you look at the Washington Post article of Dana Milbanks, you'd get the idea O'Reilly didn't pitch enough softballs to Obama and was down right disrespectful for interrupting his Royal Heinous 42 times and speaking 1,000 words of the 2500 spoken in the interview.

We are all still wondering O'Reilly what happened from the State of the Union address where Obama said 9 million people had signed up for Obamacare, and the 3 million referred to during your interview. Did 6 million lose their insurance in the few days?

I admit it bugs the crap out of me when a supposed reporter/interviewer turns the tables and starts conducting the interview as an interview of themselves, which O'Reilly does so brilliantly. I haven't watched much of him and watching the interview confirmed for me why.

When "Gaming The System" starts at the top, as Obama, with Republicans and Democrats cheering him on, has done with the eligibility requirement for the Office of the President that teaches everyone that its all right. The message is that basically there is not to many laws or rights in our Constitution that cannot be 'gamed'.

Obama is gaming all of us all the time. If O'Reilly thinks for one minute any person in the seat of the President's could raise that much money for veterans at any given time he's delusional in the fact Obama's is capital in attending fund raisers because for Obama, its more about the money then the principles.

The biggest problem of which turns out to be a terrific exploit on principles creates fraud and exploits the dilapidated trust, which Obama has been able to stave off for 5 years. I think its a terrific question to ask ones self and to figure out the answer, "What is the advantage of having a qualified President in the White House by the definition of the Supreme Law of the Lands United States Constitution?

Is the qualification demand really the intent of our Founders just really being a bunch of bad guys?

No one wants to be the 'bad guy', not even Obama as near six more trillion have been added to the debt during his term. Can you even imagine the next President's claims of inheriting the problems of the past predecessor?

It always bothered me when Bush screamed, "Stop throwing the Constitution in my face. It's just a goddamned piece of paper!" to an Aide. "Mr. President," one aide in the meeting said. "There is a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution. "I don't give a goddamn," Bush retorted. "I'm the President and the Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way." in a discussion about renewing The Patriot Act. And when Bush indicated it didn't matter who the next president was their course was set as if they'd have no choice in the matter.

I always thought that's what so many people hoped for in Obama in his empty promises for change. Now even Robert Redford who supported Obama in the hope for the environment has had his hopes dashed out with the empty promises paid for with cash. Redford wrote: "One reason I supported President Obama is because he said we must protect clean air, water and lands. But what good is it to say the right thing unless you act on it?"

Amid 67 Billion in profits in the first six months of the year for big oil companies, Obama when pressed by O'Reilly's assertion that "We were going to build the pipeline" right? I'll take that as a yes, said O'Reilly, and spilled the Kool-Aid every environmentalist has been drinking of Obama's.

Well, when you vote for a fraud how could you expect your money, value, or principle not to be stuck in a tar sand strip mine? Why is it that Clean Air, Clean Water, and the unemployment percentage just can't seem to find a viable solution?

The fraud covering and exhumed in the global warming circles certainly have met their rewards with the fraud covering Obama's Eligibility, yet support for a top-down restoration of 'principle' is about as stagnant as water in a marsh on a hot day. Any one care for a drink? When Americans get their fill of fraud which seems to be happening at an alarming rate, being the 'bad guy' who takes a stand for principle on Obama's eligibility will soon be seen as a being a 'good guy' for the principles that bring back our trust.


Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent.
