National Defense Secretary Panetta extrapolates- Worthy Fights,-Not bad for Cody and his little band of Birthers


The effects of reaping what you sow are most often not apparent until much later. Often seeds take time to sprout and grow. The general impact of Obama, 10 Trillion dollars later, and wars in 5 countries, 25 scandals and counting are seeds upon the American Population that undoubtedly will come to bear some kind of a reward though the concern is it won’t be the kind of reward many had bargained for.

In the reflections of the political arena there is little doubt that “Birthers” have been at the bottom of the food chain and media ladder and certainly off the recommendations of the administration in the White House for advisory positions and ambassadorships.

Obama’s ‘think tank’ has definitely been impressed not to employ anyone around him that actually opposed him. Yes, he may have employed some Republicans for appeasement purposes, but for certain Republicans in office and those most generally running as Candidates have been corralled in the administrations net in U.S. Sen. Resolution 511 excusing McCain from the qualifications of the Office of the President.

Of course ‘natural born Citizens’ don’t need Congressional Acts to certify their runs for office. McCain’s own conscience testified of his concern and in fact his witness not voting in favor for it. One must ask why McCain needed and embarked his fellow U.S. Senators to vote for such? Why then ask yourself the question why Sen. Obama and Sen. Clinton were sponsors of such? The picture becomes quite clear in the ‘corralling intention, and over all affect.
Obama/Clinton rounded up the Republican U.S. Senators in one twiddley-dink non-binding resolution. You either agree with that or the other option is that the Republicans had a bigger gang to protect even than Democrats in candidates who were not eligible and this played right into their hands, but you have to believe one or the other.

It really has been “Birthers” who have taken the best, or high ground, in modern day fields of Gettysburg. Paltry in numbers, the “Birther” influence on the high ground of the Constitution, while taking some time is emerging in history as mirroring the most courageous in the battle for justice and equality. The intentions of those opposed to it are clearly quite the opposite of just, fair, and well intentioned and are clearly centered in elitism, subordination of the law of the land, and contempt for the civil rights of equality protected in the United States Constitution.


In what may be the biggest lie in all of history the Obama Administration has been veiled in obfuscation, covered in secrecy, and cloaked in a black veil of feigned transparency. No portended husband has been so snookered in the promises of the bride’s beauty then has the American public with Obama more than 50% who actually planted the seeds of Obama’s corruption in voting for him; some perhaps beguiled in racist intentions, some perhaps wise and ready to implant the manipulation for short term gains.

However the effect or real time point is, nowhere is the effect more devastating then in the future of the United States of America’s children. The seeds of this corruption will not spare the cruel intentions of, to quote McCain’s admission, ‘generational theft’.

While ‘Birthers’ have been in the dog house framed in the worst of expletives, and the American Public not much better off then when Obama started, things might be much worse without Birthers. Yes, powerful witnesses in history are revealing the tenacious Birthers, almost as a silent alarm alerting authorities for the Constitution, have handicapped Obama much more than we are led to believe.

While Birthers might not have gotten the burglar, their influence and protection, their bark and their growl have been a weighty deterrent to what may have been much much worse in the state of affairs then what we now know. For that, the American Public can be very grateful for their protests. They have distinguished themselves as a guard dog for America for which the lives and children’s’ future may yet be hopeful.

The testimonies of these actions are only now beginning to surface and dawn upon the American public. In an October 13th, 2014 article by Jack Cashill entitled “Panetta Book Bombshell: Challenges to Obama’s Legitimacy Affected His Presidency”, former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta is referenced as follows:

“Largely lost in the hubbub over former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta’s new book Worthy Fights is one intriguing revelation. As reported in the New York Times, the accusations that Barack Obama was not what he appeared to be, perhaps not even a natural-born citizen, caused him to become tentative on the national stage. “Those challenges have encouraged the president’s caution and defensiveness, which in turn has emboldened further challenges,” Mr. Panetta wrote.

What a patriotic and welcome compliment for me and my little band of Birthers coming from a man whose roots are/were very deeply involved in America’s national security.

Can anyone doubt the staggering and transparent witness of man so close to America’s national security that Birthers have not been a guard dog? However,even within the Birther rank and file there have been contentious battles fought. The greatest of these have been cries that McCain was qualified and so was Cruz, Rubio, Jindal, and (Santorum ?), when they were not ‘natural born Citizens. These were/are largely charged with political power pity-party cries fearing that if they didn’t or don't join the rank and file of the Democrats they would be left behind. The only problem I see with that is that both R's and D's are contributing to their record and defining their character of actually abandoning the Constitution substantially demanding Americans congregate under an Independent banner in the political arena more especially for 2016.

The 14th Amendment has been used like a gatling gun to mow anyone down who said that the unique qualifications for the Office of the President in ‘natural born Citizen’ was distinct from the qualifications of ‘Citizen’ mentioned in the 14th Amendment required for U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators, and if that didn’t work the term ‘racist’ has worked well for those who supported and opposed Obama but gave or delivered to McCain in 2008 and the gang of ineligible Republicans gathering at the starting line of the 2016 race for the Presidency a free pass.

The term “Standing” has been used like an RPG to blast most Birther Court filings away by Obama’s own attorneys. The term was indicative of someone who wasn’t in the race for President and so lacked credentials to call foul on Obama’s eligibility. Remarkably only one man in America stands to the square in the Birther Movement having a record, both amiable of standing in a bipartisan defense of the Constitution as a Presidential Candidate in 2008 and 2012 as well as 2016 having the battle scars of this incredible battle.

The racist insinuation doesn’t work on him because he first filed against McCain and the RNC in Las Vegas Nevada’s Federal Court trying hard to bring the ‘conservative arm’ of the political arena back into lines procured in the United States Constitution for the Office of the President. His political weight has been wielded like a sword in Amicus Curiae’s for Democrat Phil Berg who filed and got the first case into the United States Supreme Court, as well as a Amicus Curiae filed in defense of Lt. Col. Surgeon Terry Lakin who was hung out to dry by the military Court for refusing orders based on the assertion the chain of command had been breached in Obama’s ineligibility, which as a C.I.C does hold a constitutional basis in fact.

In 2010 a jury was selected in a 10th Amendment sanctioned trial from a panel of citizens that come from all over the United States of America in the Obama CIA Columbia Sedition and Treason Trial . Cody Robert Judy (I) became the the first candidate in American History to take an oath and swear on the Bible that his testimony in the Court was true and correct as a Candidate for President testifying that both McCain and Obama were not eligible for reasons of not being ‘natural born Citizen(s)’ as was required by the United States Constitution. Incredibly, the Jury of American Citizens from all walks of life and states in the Union with my testimony and the evidences and facts presented in the case held in New York found Obama guilty.

In 2012 from the onslaught of the Iowa Caucus, Democrats heard of my name, Cody Robert Judy as a Democratic Party Candidate for President opposing Obama, and the facts surrounding Obama as an ineligible unqualified candidate for the Office of the President by the standards of the Constitution. The rallying cry barreled onto the east coast in New Hampshire’s primary all the way to the State’s Supreme Court, and then traveled down to the now famous stand in Georgia where Obama being subpoenaed by a judge in the Administrative Court flatly refused to show up and was told by the Secretary of State in Georgia that if he chose that route, he did so at his own peril. Truly Obama is not out of the woods yet.

In March 2012 Georgia and Cody Robert Judy (I) were the first ones to put two and two together presenting and submitting hard evidence to the George State court conveyed in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse’s Investigation declaring Obama’s identification documents (long form birth certificate Obama presented to the White House Press Core for distribution and also Obama’s draft registration) were forgeries fabricated, and that evidence was maintained in presentments to the Georgia Supreme Court and then on to the United States Supreme Court originating as a Ballot Challenge.

One might pontificate that such hard evidence presented to sound legal minds grounded in the defense of justice wielding a standard held fast in the United States Constitution might gasp and shutter at the audacity of moral neglect and outrages of law that common folks could understand and illegal aliens were quite accustom in court proceeding to, but if one thing has been taught to the American People in the Obama administration it is that “elitism” is favored, equality shunned, and a good ole boys club continues in favors of greenback pats on the back. If you followed the money trail you see at the time Georgia received two very big federal contracts.

Decay in confidence, a tryst in trust, and a disparagement of hope are seeds of a dictatorial Obama that have been planted as foreign goods in our domestic soil. The hope of America was to leave such across the sea and to find a land of milk and honey wherein the Supreme Law of the Land in the U.S. Constitution reigned supreme in the Republic for which we stand. That hope and change has been anointed in the blood of America’s battle ground, for slaves and subjects that found a nation fighting for equal civil rights as citizens of the Union and all Obama has done is rooted in the wrecking ball, squalor, and disrespect for us as American’s and our principles of law.

The common decency towards all Americans has been exposed in a ruling class of elitism that favors corruption with a promise of transparency that now has been exposed as a noose of hate and one continuous lie camouflaged and veiled in blackness rather than light. This is not an example of race ethnicity, or religion, but one of truth Obama has avoided in the foundations of his character. It is weakness and does not strengthen America but makes America weaker. Embracing Obama’s actions of deceit is a call for truth to come and find you if it can. Rest assured the light will find and penetrate the darkness and the darkness will be pushed out by the light.

A walking talking violation of the qualifications for the Office of the President might serve as a wake-up call for all Americans, but it is in no way shape or form is nearly strong enough to transform America. America’s transformed in the light of truth and equality: This is my stand- This is what I have fought for very plain and simply in our Republic. There has never been a stand I have made in protest that didn’t represent a stand for truth and light against a veil of darkness.

Privacy exists, and American’s are constantly reminding the Government that they do not want the Government in their private places, but privacy does not exist on a level for corruption of Government; and that is the extent that it has come to. In my Judy v. Obama 2014 Case 1:14-cv-00093 (Utah- U.S. Division) that I am appealing to the 10th Circuit Court in Denver I am fighting the Courts agreement with Government unaccountability cloaked in the word ‘immunity’.

Immunity was never a word given to Government so that Government could do anything they wanted to you including raping, pillaging, and robbing you of all your rights in said U.S. Constitution; and as it has been interpreted as such the American People are threatened with being wiped out as citizens. Immunity doesn’t cover Rep. Nancy Pelosi in the deliberate deceit /crime in knowingly using her office as a laundry unit for submitting fraudulent documentation about Obama to Hawaii any more then it would cover her from walking out with an oozy and slaughtering all voters coming out from the voting booth after casting their ballot. Gun violence pales in comparison to the nuclear effect of her pen and signature on that document.

Citizen’s verses slaves/subjects is sadly what Judy v. Obama is all about, and I say sadly because the man in the White House office of the President is not the one fighting for the civil rights of citizens, it is me. The color of one’s skin and the place of one’s office has nothing to do with the character of the heart; and while Obama’s face might be recognized by a lot more people on the planet, his heart is the sorrow of all of heaven more especially to those who plead at God’s Mercy and Judgment seat that their blood has not been spilt in vein nor their cause neglected.

Fast, friendly, and convenient in America does not give McDonald’s a license to serve a cow-pie burger in place of real beef. The hope of the Obama Administration and those who support him is that you’ve been fed so much of the one that you don’t know the difference from the other.

What is your ‘Brand’ or “Label” of American Patriotism Gwyneth Paltrow?

You know I’ve been so upset the last week over some developments on my law suit against Obama/the DNC/ and the Obama Campaign Fund Raising corporations OFA combining to overthrow the U.S.C. Qualifications for President and in such over throw in a coup the U.S. Government under the standard of the United States Constitution I haven’t even been able to write about it.

I just responded to a POST made by Bill Sharpe in a “Friends of Liberty” FB Group. His Post went something like this:
[ What all American citizens need to do, is to file a law suit against Barack Obama (if that’s his real name) and the Democratic Party for endangering every American citizen life, for putting every American citizen’s life in jeopardy for allowing illegal’s to come into this country and bring weapons of mass destruction (biological weapons of mass destruction) into the United States, and then distributing these individuals in undisclosed locations across the United States. Anyone who has lost a loved one should contact her District Attorney’s Office, or the Atty Gen. in their state, and file murder charges against Barack Obama (if that’s his real name) and the entire Democratic Party, if they contributed to the death of your loved ones or children they should be held liable!!!!!!!]

My response:
“Well, I got mine filed…But I’ll tell you from 7 years experience with exactly this; You’ll get dismissed for a lack of standing. Even better why not support people who won’t get dismissed. It cost $1,000’s of dollars to get a law suit off the ground to start with. Doesn’t contributing a few hundred make more sense? If Americans really want a change they have to support one. To Date, they have not.” (link)

People all upset about all these ‘Cover-ups’ and ‘Scandals’ haven’t contributed a single dollar to a candidate who has fought for the U.S.C. on both sides of the isle. I filed against McCain and Obama as a Pres. Can. W standing. The Media angle is very important to consider. If you fight against Obama’s eligibility you have to fight Cruz’s and McCain’s as well or you are a racist. The facts don’t lie. Do Americans’ really care about it? Those who say they care haven’t contributed $1. You know if you could find 500,000 people who care and would contribute $1, you’d find Congress paying a lot more attention. There’s 300 Million Americans and we can’t find 500,000 to contribute a single dollar? Nope..”

IS IT REALLY A LOSS OF A LOVED ONE OR THE MURDER OF A FRIEND YOU’RE LOOKING FOR TO MOVE?


If your Patriotism is tied to a ‘Band’ or ‘Label’ like ‘Republican’ or ‘Democrat’, you can’t win because you have all these leaders who are compromised. They are entrenched to money, much of it foreign money that is earned here, sent over there, and then returns to support candidates like Obama. You all know his Harvard Education is thought to be financed by a 20 million dollar grant from S.R’s, and he sure didn’t have the grades to get into Columbia from Occidental with a C+ average and there’s a lot of evidence to circulated support that a ‘foreign student’ entry forum was used to get Obama in though no college transcripts have ever been released.

Bottom line is you don’t need college entrance papers proving a foreigner exist in the White House. I mean we have Obama’s own word on his long form Birth Certificate his father was not a citizen at the time of Obama’s birth. To be a ‘natural born Citizen’ both being born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents is considered in the context of most cases in the U.S. Supreme Court the primary precedent case being Minor v. Happersett.

Now if you forget about all that and excuse it, not because it’s the right thing to do but because you just don’t care that much for arresting the fundamental abuse of civil rights upon candidates for President like myself who has stood up tooth and nail be it against Republican or Democrat Candidate Ineligibility, then you are left with a law enforcement’s legal investigation.

That investigation revealed complete forgeries of the short and long form birth certificates as well as a forged draft registration on Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro. Bill Sharpe’s request in his post has been adequately represented by legally qualified persons but it hasn’t worked and I think the biggest reason it hasn’t worked is because Americans’ fundamental patriotism is severely and justly called into question.

I mean if you just took the Tea Party People into consideration. They have the ability to raise a lot of money and contact well over a million people. They have the ability to get behind a Presidential candidate who could not be called a ‘racist’ on the integrity of the record like mine, but they just refuse to do it. What can you say about that?
We can get mad at Judges and all of that, but do you really think Judges don’t notice things like your lack of patriotic support?

I don’t think you can find a Presidential Candidate in the whole USA that has a better record, a more sound record for taking a stand on the ineligibility issue of the Office of the President. I chose the record because I could see clearly if you get that office you can fundamental transform American just as Obama saw. Obama wasn’t alone in seeing that.

Sen. Hillary Clinton sponsored the U.S. Sen. Res. 511 for McCain along with then Sen. Obama in 2008 which led to a defeat of Mitt Romney in 2012 for failing to take a stand on the Office of the President’s qualifications. Can we even figure out the cost of that now? I mean it has to rank somewhere in history to the cost of The Tower of Babel which was a completely foolish endeavor from the start, but they kept building on it until God himself put a stop to it.

Yes, I think it would be extremely nice if God decided to strike deaf and dumb the Judge in my cases because clearly they are not defending the United States Constitution in calling my case filed in 2014 Judy v. Obama “frivolous or malicious” which was the argument for the ‘MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS’.

Mind you, this decision and the argument for it has come weeks after the complaint was notably served upon the Plaintiff’s, just like I served the McCain Law Suit in 2008, and the Defendant’s failed to respond leading to a “Default Judgment” by execution of the reasonable parameters of time given to the Defendant’s by a Court issued 20 Day Summons. This all comes down to the Court’s unwillingness to actually play by their own rules which is what happens when you don’t hold people in office to the same accountability standard of the law. They become ‘immune’; another word for that is ‘elitism’, and yet another word for it is ‘royalty’ something we have assumed to be against, but as transparently awkward as it is seems to be is disingenuous of the actual standard of the law enforced.

In truth it meets very precisely the exact abuses that constituted the need or reason for our very own American Revolution.

Not only did the Court refuse to acknowledge the three witnesses in Affidavits of the Service of Process,, and the failure to respond resulting in a Default, but the Court refused then to carry out the service as it is obligated to itself.

The logic the Court used was indeed a presumption of “the failure to succeed in prosecuting” the Plaintiff’s due to “their immunity under the color of law”. In this instance what that means is Rep. Nancy Pelosi and U.S. Sen. Harry Reid can say and do anything they want to get their candidate on the Ballot regardless of the person’s eligibility for the Office. No, it’s not right. Life isn’t fair, but fairness and equality are not about what Obama is all about. It’s just the opposite and if fraud and forgery are not your witnesses brought to the Court as I brought in Sheriff Joe’s Law Enforcement Investigation, as a secondary witness to the already violated U.S.C.’s order of qualification for the Office of the President, than you have to figure the Government is on an unlawful heist of epic proportions.

Not to be outdone however is the shear unwillingness for Patriotic Americans to simply pour in money to solve a problem. I’ve seen millions of dollars raised by Americans who finally see a cause worth supporting in nothing short of a weeks’ time. The problem is reaching the millions of Americans who would care.

Republicans and Democrats aren’t going to split easily with their treasured political war chest and the Tea Party Leaders seem bent on supporting candidates who like U.S. Mike Lee here in Utah refuse to talk about the ineligibility issue and lawful documentation of fraud and forgery. I am not sure, “knowing who did the forgeries” as far as Obama’s Identification fabrications, is as important as the fact that he has used them.

Yes, this is a complete and utter diabolical disaster happening right now in American in front of your face! Yes, you have available to you a Presidential Candidate who has honorably and notably in a legal record stood up for it against both Republicans and Democrats representing a sound standard of equality that is not racist. No, you have not supported that at all!

Are you liable as Americans for this? The sad truth is “yes”. I don’t know that I can tell God any different could you if you were in my position? I mean, if you believe in God. If you believe God has founded this Nation. If you believe borders are important. If you believe the Constitution is important. If you believe the scandals and murders of border agents and those at our embassy are not to be swept under the carpet. The crux of this exists in Obama’s ineligibility like the base of a tree exists as the main foundation for the branches. Get off the branches and get back to the base of the tree if you want to chop it down. When you chop it down all the branches fall.

This order was signed by the Judge October 7th and I have 10 days to appeal that decision to the 10th Circuit. Should I appeal it? I’m asking you?

Are you willing to send $2000 or $1,000, or $100 or $50 or $25 or $10 or $1 in exhausting the effort to lawfully handle the circumstances or have you also given up? If you don’t believe in the record I have to offer, what good is it to me?
If you don’t have the intestinal fortitude to stand up, pass on, and contribute this request like a fire across the Nation what sort of Patriots are you? Certainly you desire more defending your children out the window with your rifles and just shooting the zombies walking towards your house with diseases and forged passports? Certainly you’re inviting with your actions the kind of plagues and wars that will enter your own back yards and neighborhoods and you ‘think’ that won’t ‘cost’ you anything?

It’s going to cost you a lot more then getting off your rear end and passing this on with your social media bull horn this post and passing the contribution hat and getting those dollars to me in this patriotic cause for all of us. If you can’t do that, please, just look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you are a loser and have given up on the United States of America.

I’m not sure that if God were to strike the judge deaf and dumb, until he reversed his decision, that you would be satisfied because ultimately you’re not paying anywhere near the price that is going to be required of you and if that is the case you deserve it just as much as the Judge does right?

Yes, it is a little bit of what we call “your own medicine”, but it’s not like the good Lord is not willing to give you a little sugar for the medicine to go down. Our Constitution is wonderful! Our freedom and liberty are bastions of light in a stormy sea. Those who have become so cynical and apathetic that they have given up on supporting a ‘good cause’ which centers and focuses with pin point precision on the trunk of the tree of Obama’s ineligibility, will no doubt find their reward in gun fights and plagues but don’t you want to even want to try to avoid that?

If you don’t, just ignore this and the price to pay will find you very shortly. Don’t let it be said, God did not grant you a choice. Don’t let it be said, God did not give you a warning. Don’t let it be said that you couldn’t have made a difference because you can make a difference. You are very important in this fight.

Please, join me and help us save the United States of America. Stop letting people muddle your brains out of the reason and facts that are sound here. Devote your time, talent, and money then devote your neighbor’s time, talent and money if they will let you. (smile) Have a wonderful day and may God Bless America and especially those who will help in this fight.

I’m really sorry Gwyneth Paltrow, but if you want to give Obama all the power to accomplish all he’s set out to do, I’m pretty sure that means an elimination of Congress and Judicial Branch Judges’ , but ultimately your articulating for all of us exactly what is in fact happening right now and not at all what might happen. I love you, you’re a beautiful actress whose brain is so fogged up on the character of a man on the outside, and you probably couldn’t recognize the quality of a man’s heart inside and you certainly have never stood in the presence of a great President like George Washington the character of which Obama will never realize.

I pray your fog and muddled speech can be removed in time for your dress not to be impressed and veiled in black as Obama’s Muslim Heritage actually calls for your head or stoning for such damages and I pray your own head slid under the sword is not the moment when you decide the Constitution is worth taking a stand for because you must understand now that if it’s not the Constitution your taking a stand for than its another type of Government your bowing to. Obama as a walking talking violation of the United States Constitution can in no ways represent it truthfully. He is a fraud to the concerns of your liberty and freedom and your ultimate disillusionment to those facts make you look ridiculously stupid.

I don’t want you to look stupid, I want you to wise up and learn the facts that beautify the character of you inside as the gem you are on the outside. I don’t think you even know my name or who I am or what I’ve been doing for the last 7 years but when I LOOK at you, I am reminded that I am indeed fighting for who you are and even though you may not appreciate me now or know my name, if our United States of America is to survive I have no doubt my name will someday cross your lips because I have your back and am on the front line to the liberty of your dress and the freedom of your speech that has paved your red carpet walk.

Without “Freedom of Speech” and “Freedom of the Press”, Hollywood Actresses would be the nothing more than the beggars in the cardboard shelter slums seen in places like Jakarta, Indonesia; a home to one of Obama’s citizenships outlawing his eligibility in the Office of the President and fortifying his unconstitutional occupation of the White House as a usurper.

If you want to give up everything you have and go there and donate all your possessions and wealth, than I will believe you don’t have a secret love that honors the United States Constitution and I have got your all wrong. You need to understand that if you don’t have the protections of the U.S.C., your wealth is gone. It only takes being put in prison one time for you to scream I am an American! What does that mean without the U.S.C.? Nothing!

So why are you losing your ability to speak plainly and clearly about a walking talking violation in the Office of the President? Why can’t you support the true efforts fighting for what your heart truly loves? I want a contribution from you. I really do.

Its not just the fact that someone who is not a 'natural born Citizen' as is the requirement for the Office of the President, its the stating under oath that you are qualified and collecting dollars in a campaign from people who think you are qualified that makes those who run frauds, bullies, and domestic enemies of the United States by the standard of the United States Constitution.

Its really heartbreaking to see a hero become a zero in one fell swoop and an honorable oath becomes a lie, but that's exactly what U.S. Senator Ted Cruz faces in his decision to officially enter the race for U.S. President in 2016. Of course his greatest defender for doing such as a un-qualified ineligible candidate is Barack Hussein Obama. This of course completely turns every word U.S. Senator Ted Cruz has said about the usurper around and places him on the same side of the isle as those who support Obama in the Office of the President.

Of course Sen. Ted Cruz is a U.S. Citizen, but a dual Citizen which Ted Cruz is quite naturally, cannot be President.

"Tens of millions of Americans would be willing to vote for Ted Cruz; to strike him from the ballot on a technicality in an ambiguous case would be momentously undemocratic", but we don't live in a pure democracy. We live in a Republic with a standard that the U.S. Constitution actually stands as a standard for.

The argument from this article states that if the qualification for President is so archaic than why doesn't Congress change it? Well, McCain thought the same way and sought for a change. He managed a non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution because he, like Cruz, was not born in the U.S. . McCain retained a birth right citizenship from Panama and Cruz has inherited one from Canada where he was born.

There are some four U.S. Supreme Court cases that include in the equation, including McCain's Res 511, that parents are a factor in deciding along with birth place a 'natural born Citizen'. Like the age qualification or 'discrimination' as those who want to abolish the qualifications for the U.S. Presidency would have us believe, the qualification for President is different than the qualifications for U.S. Representatives or U.S. Senators.

When people ask "why" I'm astonished at the absence of common sense or deductive reasoning. Is not the "President" duties, responsibilities, and job requirement more than "U.S. Representatives" and "U.S. Senators"? Oh yes, the President commands the whole military and U.S. Reps and Sen. simply fund it. Yes, that is a big .. huge.. monumentally large difference.

'House Republicans are itching to pass a variation of the DREAM Act that would grant citizenship to illegals who were brought here at a young age by their parents on the theory that the place where you’re raised is more likely to shape your patriotic loyalty than the happenstance of your birth. If those kids are trustworthy enough to help decide at the polls who the president should be, why shouldn’t they be eligible for the presidency themselves?'

Of course the United States does allow Citizens like McCain, Cruz, Rubio, Jindal, Santorum, and Obama great opportunities to take a part in deciding the shape of our Country in the qualifications of the Offices they have held legally. Of course one of the great characteristics of a 'bully' is once he gets his foot in the door he just keeps on pushing and if you don't push back according to the standard of the Constitution as it stands as the law now, they just keep pushing.

Its not as if the qualification demands haven't been challenged and continue to exist as they are. McCain and company tried before in 2000 when the House Judiciary Committee heard arguments both pro and con, and decided to stop it and leave it alone. I sued McCain in 2008 as a presidential candidate as a violator and an unqualified candidate because he failed the 'natural born Citizen' clause for the President even though he was a qualified U.S. Senator as a Citizen.

Denying the differences of qualifications of "Citizen" and "natural born Citizen" really opens the door for any foreign president to also come over, become a U.S. Citizen, and take over our military crumbling us from within rather than attacking us from without. The Constitution serves as a very good burglar alarm with its qualifications and right now the Constitution actually testifies that in the order of a 'Citizen' to become President, one had to be such a Citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution.

Since everyone has died who was a Citizen of the Country at the time of the adoption of the Constitution and McCain and Cruz were not born yet, the law applies only those who are 'natural born Citizens' born in the U.S. to Citizen parents qualify. If one understands the checks and balances of our Government one perfectly understands the vital national security concern of the qualifications that are much higher in all three qualification considerations already established for the Office of the President.

Those who seek to change the U.S. Constitution have the ability to do so by proposing legislation for the U.S. House and the U.S. Senate to approve and than it is signed by a qualified President. Short of this process of altering the U.S. Constitution, those conspiring to bully over it are nothing but bullies.

One very important consideration I believe we all must ask anyone who runs and is not a 'natural born Citizen', (born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents), is why don't they if they are elected to a office in the House or Senate, propose honestly a change? Minus the obvious standard of changing the Constitution, doesn't their actions of not proposing such legislation actually show for you their own un-American character?

Where is the 'honest legislation' from U.S. Sen Ted Cruz to come in the front door of the Office of the President by changing the standard or qualifications of the Office of the President in the U.S. Constitution? If he is unwilling in broad daylight to propose such an 'amendment' doesn't it say to all Americans he is the kind of man who is more than willing to do the opposite to America than the duties of preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution that the Office of the President demands?

Where is U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz's 'faith' in the United States of America if he is not about following the law? If its not about preserving, protecting, and defending the U.S.C. its just about EGO.

GO AWAY JESUS, YOUR JUST TOO CLOSE

This morning as I was waking up contemplating some of the experiences of my own life over the long term and of late, I was struck with a thought that made my heart leap that one could call the ‘trickle down economics of love’ in the heart of a domestic crisis.

How many of us leave home mad at someone in our family? How many of us have been offended by a close friend and chose to simply break off the connection rather than deal with it employing the tools of forgiveness, mercy, and love?

How much easier is it to deal with people that live farther away who are also trying to employ what we call ‘unconditional love’? It’s a lofty term without any real roots. How realistic is it to say that you love Jesus and treat everyone outside the 100 mile boundary of your proximity with ‘unconditional love’, but as for those family members who have treated you ill and friends that have offended you, they can kiss your sweet behind?

In summarizing, how can you claim to love Jesus and hate your closest family or friend? Would Jesus love you and never say anything when it comes to you abusing money, sex, or substances without moderation? Jesus Christ had plenty to say about domestic abuse to yourself, to your family, and to your friends. How can you place higher in your circle of value foreigners than those friends and family who love you enough to say something?

Truth be told, the foreigner if he came into close proximity to you from his foreign position really doesn’t care about you, and would use you as an object of not very much affection, especially if he knows nothing of what your reality truly is.

The profound thought occurred that it truly is our families and friends in close proximity who provide us the greatest opportunities to improve, employ, and utilize all of the characteristics of forgiveness, mercy, and love which is what Jesus Christ taught. They in a sense are knocking at our door and are challenges we must open up for in order to use what Jesus has taught.

You can almost count on the fact that the challenges in your life won’t arise from some disturbed friend offending you on facebook 3,000 miles away. They do not see the crazy things you do at home. Oh, what do you mean? Well, like abusing substances to the point where your bodily functions are either malfunctioning or refusing to function or employing a silent sex trade with anyone that knocks on your door, or simply living in a pig sty. I always like to point here with a wink; Jesus lived in a “Garden” not a pig sty. (smile)

To your social media friends who you receive and give this ‘unconditional love’ from and to respectively, there is no concern for you in these matters. My heavens, you could drop over dead the next day or two and they’d protest and feign their sadness and move on to someone else who post pretty pictures, but your family and friends in close proximity would be attending your funeral and burying you. That’s real.

Recently a friend of mine, here in America, was bragging a little to me that most of (his/her) friends on social media were foreign in such a way that I got the distinct feeling (she/he) didn’t like Americans because of the way they acted or thought and much preferred foreigners. Well, my heart got a little sorrowful ache to it as I thought about the treatment to this person by those in close proximity, perhaps by family, perhaps close proximity friends, that had given them the idea that foreign friends were ideal and domestic friends were out to lunch. Indeed, maybe both perspectives could use some help.

Maybe the ones offended could try and employ a greater understanding that was said or done came from a loving foundation meant to stabilize. Maybe those dishing out the constructive criticism could temper or flower it a little so it wasn’t so harsh? In both circumstances, the words “I’m sorry” can be skillfully and truthfully employed as strength without embarrassment or a sign of weakness.

The inner or domestic circle was the uncomfortable one, and the outer or foreign circle was much more comfy. I thought about my own challenges with the exact same thing. It wasn’t that it was difficult to employ what Jesus Christ taught; it’s that you were called upon to employ it so often. (smile)

So it kind of dawned on me as something to recognize as I recall the picture of Jesus Christ knocking on your door with no door knob on the outside. We must invite him in and employ his teachings to those who are actually at our door; for what kind of reward do we have to get along with someone half way round the world we are holding in high esteem the value of their “unconditional love for us” while we spite, and under employ love to those in close proximity?

Jesus taught that we should pray for our enemies and love those who despitefully mistreat us so that our example would wreck their unhappy world. So that through our example our own domestic arena could be purified as we cleaned the inner vessel (inside) first and then tended to the outer vessel (outside) of our world.

Jesus certainly was experienced with strife within his own family, and his own friends teaching Mark 6:4; Luke 4:24; John 4:44 [Jesus himself testified] a prophet is not without honor save in his own country. How many many examples are there in scripture that tell a story of family strife and discord? So it is we must exert and exercise the muscles of ‘forgiveness’, ‘mercy’, and ‘love’ with those who are closest to us, as if we were facing the stair master, weight bar, or a distance to run, with no energy, slumped down looking at it as if it was a dragon to slay with our choice to either get on, or go home and forget about working out.

It seems that those who actually get on the exercise machine, grab hold of the bar, or finally just leap forward in taking that first stride of a 5K are the ones who return from their work out with a smile on their face. How much bigger of a smile will you have when you have employed that determination with those whom are closest to you that may have offended you in some way in what was a prod of love, or an encouragement they failed to understand was coming across as a ‘judgmental accusation’?

Of course we all make judgments we have to and that is not bad. Without them we might not ever feed ourselves. When we ‘judge righteously’ employing love in the greatest degree we can possibly think of our example is left behind as a teaspoon of sugar and that certainly helps the medicine go down. ‘Sparing the rod and spoiling the child’ certainly has applications of avoiding ‘domestic abuse’ if we consider our communications of love to be corrections that don’t necessarily sit well with us and judgment of others as an action. What we often forget is that corrections can be made, understood, and thus employed much better as we sprinkle it with ‘mercy’ of which we all need a big dose of.

Truly this has enormous implications world wide as we ask the question: How can we tend to foreign affairs and let our own domestic affairs crumble? The United States is not built by Governments it’s built by individuals. The world is not run by Governments but by individuals and it is right at Home that you can find the single best place to really improve the whole world.

God Bless you Americans to employ forgiveness, mercy, and love, so that you can bless the whole world!

The Sophisticated Deception

One of the most feared and hardened predators of history coming through the ages like a finely tuned instrument of war is the Crocodile. He is covered with armor, and the power in his jaws to close, snapping flesh and bone with the prehistoric teeth of a T-Rex are infamous.

He is feared because of his stealth and ability to hide his true nature with 'crocodile tears' while luring his prey into a sense of safety around the very jaws of hell meant to devour. If it were not for the dragonsnake softness of his underbelly that left him vulnerable you would say God had blessed him as unconquerable, but alas Obama is not eligible to be in the Office of the President although disguise and sophisticated appearances have deceived many, his tears of racism are harked with determining zeal in the Media's Lense, his tail has whipped Republicans into thinking the Brit is Legit.

Under his belly lies the secret which states the 'true nature' of a deceiver

The Sophisticated Appearance Deception- I've been having some very strong feelings on the subject of the Deception of outward appearances lately. In fact I'm afraid its far more radioactive than any one particular church and in the political arena it's having much greater damages than we have ever comprehended.

How are we to overcome this in the political arena as a people unless we have Candidates willing to put it on the line? I dreamed about it last night, then a friend brought this quote up in a post I happened on.

"The worst sinners, according to Jesus, are not the harlots and publicans, but the religious leaders with their insistence on proper dress and grooming, their careful observance of all the rules, their precious concern for status symbols, their strict legality, their pious patriotism...the haircut becomes the test of virtue in a world where Satan deceives and rules by appearances."" -Hugh Nibley

While Mr. Nibley has a point here that the condemnation or damages by religious leaders can be horrific, it is very hard when placed in a balance of justice to see any particular religion coming close to the damages that entire populations suffer and are suffering when you compare the political corruption of so many people swearing oaths to the Constitution and yet at the same time winking at it when it comes to the Office of the President that institutes our United States of America's national security.


THE RADICALS IN SUITS WITH SHORT HAIR CUTS

"True revolutionaries do not flaunt their radicalism, Alinsky taught. They cut their hair, put on suits and infiltrate the system from within. Alinsky viewed revolution as a slow, patient process. The trick was to penetrate existing institutions such as churches, unions and political parties...."

Recently on the Drudge Report a feature appeared showing Hillary Clinton's letter to Saul Alinsky and a return letter from his Secretary.
You know I see such a departure from the way in which the young Hillary Clinton fought and appeared to want to change the corruption in politics and the methodology she employs now in protecting the corporate system she's become a capitalist or spokesperson for.

I don't think the young idealistic Hillary Clinton would have stood around waiting for her ship to come after 8 years following a walking talking violation of the Constitution in Barack Obama. I really don't. In principle our Constitution is the premier tool in the political arena to use as a tool to slit the soft underbellies of corruption and disembowel communistic predators.

To watch Sen. Hillary Clinton stop fighting, get back in line, and line up with the anti constitutional principles prohibiting candidates from the Office of the President who are not 'natural born Citizens' - born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents - was the day that my heart really went out to her in sorrow. You know someday she may reveal to you the letter she received from me offering my congratulations and admiration to her character for standing with her man through the House Impeachment proceedings of Bill Clinton.

I know there were so many women screaming at her in shrill voices, "Leave Him! You are justified!", and I could not help recall Jesus's words that attributed 'divorce' as really a sign of weakness, patience, and most of all love. "Yes", he said," Moses did concede your letters of divorcement, but it was never a moral decision to the facts that what God had made one was not to be separated." [Matt 19:7-11] I mean divorces happen today for reasons that involve forgetting to turn the sprinklers off or taking the garbage out. The pitiful patience those who file for divorce have for their spouse indeed shortens and cuts the patience God has with them.

You can't stop someone who wants to file a divorce. That is their choice and the reflections have long consequences that I don't think 95% of those filing every consider. Hillary didn't file on Bill and I think that was one decision that demonstrated a great character and respect for the law and that was great for her personal family. But when she didn't file a single objection to McCain and Obama as violations of the Office of the President in 2008 and 2012 and lined up behind Obama, she not only put her family on the altar but she put the Nation at unprecedented risk the consequences of which effect every man, women, and child in the United States of America.

She had a lot of company. Republicans and Democrats were obviously on board in a corruption against The People. I say against "The People" because the United States Constitution was never changed to reflect that a "Citizen" actually replaced the "natural born Citizen" for the Office of the President,as it is represented for the qualifications of U.S. Senator and U.S. Representatives.

The mistake of not defending Americans in the Constitutional Qualifications for the Office of the President was far bigger then Benghazi and four Americans lost their lives in that tragedy. Allowing a walking talking violation in the White House invited a huge crocodile in our house! What would you expect a crocodile to do in your house? Well, that's exactly what Obama is doing and has done. There's no debate about 10 Trillion dollars being added to the debt that enslaves our children. There is no debate about the lives lost under professor Obama's tutelage.

The purpose of Obama is easily decoded like seeing a croc in the water who thinks you don't see him. "A Marxist begins with his prime truth that all evils are caused by the exploitation of the proletariat by the capitalist. From this he logically proceeds to the revolution to end capitalism, then into the third stage of reorganization into a new social order of the dictatorship of the proletariat, and finally the last stage--the political paradise of communism."

Hillary Clinton lined up behind Obama. That fact is not a debate. She chose sides right there and she hasn't asked for a time out, hasn't requested calling a friend, and only recently resigned as Secretary of State. That was interesting. Obama's deception is the lure that there is no harm and there is no foul in seating an unqualified candidate in the Office of the White House as Commander-In-Chief of the most powerful military in the world.

All of Congress thus far has unified in the pioUs patriotism- the haircut that becomes the test of virtue in a world where Satan deceives and rules by appearances. Jesus never said, "Don't Judge", he said, "Judge Righteously". We all judge every day wither or not to cross the freeway at rush hour traffic and most of us don't do it while traffic is moving. So, you and I are all judging and so will be judged. Now what kind of judgement do you want to be judged with.

Do you want some idiot whose a walking talking violation of the United States Constitution sending you out across the freeway at rush hour with the hope that the change of traffic patterns through eight lanes moving at seventy miles per hour will favor you across?

Yes, Obama can occupy the White House and sit in as Commander-In-Chief but what does a crocodile do when he's just sitting there undercover? He's planning, He's scheming, He's getting hungry and he's luring his pray into a false sense of security. "Hey, its okay if the Government spies on you, if you're not doing anything wrong!", "The IRS hasn't profiled anybody illegally!","The borders are secure!", "The Government has not become the finance chair of any corporations","Jobs are plentiful and our Recovery is well underway Stupid", "The Debt is almost gone".

Do you know what happens when the crocodile's belly is full and he's pretty content in your house. Kids playing around on him, boy its a beautiful scene. Then the croc's belly gets empty and your kids are still playing around on him. Snap! Benghazi is an appetizer.

Do you think its really wise to set out the clock and 'hope' that Obama doesn't 'change' his colors as your being fed that load of croc by Congress? You know what the biggest hope for Republicans is don't you? The biggest hope for Republicans in Congress right now is to take the majority in the United States Senate and keep their majority in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Do you think Republicans would/will hold an "ineligibility hearing" on Obama after the 2014 elections, or , ... wait till 2016 because they need those Democratic Party Voters swinging over for their Presidential Candidate? Yeah, you know if Republicans were not in the mouth of the croc The House would be holding hearings on Obama's Ineligibility right now on the Order that actually doing the right thing, honoring your oath to the U.S. Constitution actually meant something to them, and their belief that standing up for what was right would be the attraction for voters in the coming 2014 and 2016 Elections.

In our political arena of 'today', how many people are looking at the importance of the heart of a politician over the appearance of a politician? Do you ever think about Jesus coming back with a short hair cut in an armenti suit? I don't. You know Jesse had seven sons that passed by the Prophet Samuel that Samuel thought certainly looked good. They fit the part, because the looked big and strong, "but the Lord said to Samuel[Samuel 16:7] " Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature: for the Lord seeth not as a man seeth; for a man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart".

I think if Americans were doing that now, looking at the heart, and looking at the law, Barack Obama would be gone in a week and the fact that we are not doing that is a reflection of our weaknesses. My hope in a record for our Constitution in the 2008 election and 2012 election with action against both McCain and Obama as I took a stand for the qualifications for the Office of the President was exactly as it portends to be- a record that is bi-partisan and reflective of Americans as a whole in the interest of our national security, freedom and liberty.

The Roller Coaster Ride of Birthers


A fisherman finally casting his prepared and baited hook, line , and sinker out only to have his casted line become tangled on a branch in the middle of the cast grimaces knowing he’s going to have to tear the line down, real in, and start all over. A mother cleans the house spick and span and takes off to do some shopping for supper only to return and find the kids have actually wrecked the whole house in the short twenty minutes she was gone. These are two scenarios’ that come to my mind in reporting to you on an update I have in my Court case Judy v. Obama 1:14cv00093.
When you take off on a rollercoaster ride you hop in the seat eager for the ride, head out on a couple of loop te loops, ups and downs, twist and turns and end up at pretty much the same place you started; with a little more upset stomach. They call it fun, but it really depends on how much your stomach can handle.

If you’re puking your guts out wanting it to be the next day already it wasn’t much fun. Birthers, as most of the Mainstream Media, political junk yard idiots, or just plain old fascist communist ideologues pretending their elite appetites somehow satisfy the criteria they want everyone else to have what they have in common, are standing up for the constitution including the qualifications for the Office of the President. If you are a Birther, which many are beginning to understand signifies a new birth, re-birth, or restoration of a nation; you are well acquainted with the rollercoaster ride of justice when it comes to Barack Obama being in violation of the Constitutional principles we hold dear.

We ride the ride 65% of America agrees with, AND probably 99.9% have never put a dime in to support. It’s a gnarly ride including free falls into rancid swamps, turns into forbidden forest, and climbs into barren waste lands of no relief. Our hearts are strapped on to a cause that is beautiful while most of the world pokes fun, laughs, and jeers at us as foolish and even uneducated.

Why we don’t get off often is a mystery to us. There are stacks and volumes to read that give reason to the cause of communism, a total disbanding of our United States Constitution with hood-wink pictures that are colorful and well orchestrated. These pictures constantly flood our vision clouding our sites with smoke and mirrors to the point that we can’t see what we are fighting for. All we can do is feel it.

We feel the urge to press on. We hear the silent voice inside us say, ‘Pull up your boot straps and press on’. We have no idea of a reward any more than those who were fighting for the freedom and liberties of men in the Revolution or Civil War. All we have is a feeling it will be better. That it is better.

I have a friend in Ukraine who is just gorgeous. She’s easily a 10 on the looks scale. At night she sleeps in a bomb shelter and I’ve communicated with her when she hasn’t had anything to eat for a few days. Her world revolves around trying to scrounge up the money to pay off officials of national security and getting the money to escape her war torn country that has had a near total breakdown of law and order.

Her law and order exist on a bully scale, rather than the scales of a constitutional justice where all men are subject to the law. Her world exists on a plain of those who have positions and those who don’t trying to bribe the ones who do for favors. Yes, she has a beautiful smile, but it has not gotten her out of the mess she finds herself in and she can find no job. She looks to me for help because I’m an American and I have, even in my poor state a hundred times more than she does. Where will she look if there is no United States of America?

You know I see so many pretty faces out there in America, yet so few willing to support what has made the United States of America so great: That of course is the United States Constitution. Republicans have a batter line up of ineligible candidates for President right now that would shame the one the Democrats have in the Office of the White House right now and you still have Republicans claiming we should send our money and vote for them because they are the lesser of two evils.

I wonder how long we have until our own Country Girls are wondering around in such a state of fog and clouded mind that their world has come down to a world of bribery and corruption and there is no one who cares? Well, that answers for anyone the reasons I fight as I do in the legal process of our Judicial Courts. As long as we have Courts of Law to appeal to and as long as we have a Constitutional Standard to guard our backs that is the way we have to fight and that way is the best way.

You know when you start to have neighbors that are aiming at you over the back yard fence with a tank, RPG (that’s a ‘rocket propelled grenade launcher’), and machine guns your court option is pretty much gone. That’s why our Constitution is so important. It keeps your make-up stocked in the stores, new clothes on the rack, and jewelry stocked at Sacs Fifth Avenue and all the other cosmetic features you like to use to stay beautiful, but more importantly walk the aisle of our grocery stores and be thankful for the stocked food on the shelves that a girl just like you no longer has the option of.

Her example is more than a warning for you; it’s a wakeup call for your principles. If you refuse them now it only gets harder for you to ever see them again.

Here are the updates of what has happened and documents currently before the Court. In a nut shell, the Court Clerk refused to pass off a Certificate of Default. I objected to that, and then the Court agreed with the Clerk. That decision basically rendered null and void three testimonies and affidavits.
