Our fantastic guest for Monday night is Cody Robert Judy. Cody resides in Ogden Utah, a business owner and graduate of Utah State with a degree in Psychology. Cody grew up in a ranching and farming atmosphere in where he learned the lessons of independence, hard work, self determination and self reliance.
Cody, a presidential candidate and conservative patriot with a passion for constitutional principles and rule of law will discuss his latest court challenge seen on Postandemail, birtherreport.com and many other news sites. What makes this guest subject matter very interesting is the 10th circuit is preparing to discuss opening an appeal to a challenge Cody Robert made regarding Obama's eligibility previously.
Having a high court revisit a case of this caliber is monumental and could very well have earth shaking reverberations. Not a single court in the land so far has allowed anyone a fair platform of discovery. Indeed some who have ran for president eliminating the fictitious "standing" rule and filed charges questioning Obama's legitimacy have been summarily dismissed as having been "Twittered, fact checked, and snoped" as one biased and clueless Judge said
It takes courage, grit, and intelligence to challenge this illegitimate squatter at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. and Cody Judy isn't the only one who is questioning Obama's credentials no matter what our detached and clueless congress and senate says. Their inaction on this subject is exactly what Col. Larry Sellin said, "by congress not investigating Obama's proven forgeries, they are institutionalizing criminal behavior"

BREAKING: ELECTION 2012 U.S. SUPREME COURT SHOWDOWN
My love for God is the sweetness in my life and when I saw the new movie Lincoln over Thanksgiving I just wept in understanding what it was like to go against everyone who was saying it can't be done. I know without a shadow of a doubt of God's love for our Country and his direction to me of which I am honored to serve, and by the Constitution you don't have to be a majority to win. It’s no secret that Cody Robert Judy’s Writ of Certiorari went through an excruciating and exhaustive excoriation by the United States Supreme Court Clerk’s Office in early July denied at least 7 times, but what was amazing is as soon as another Georgia Supreme Court appeal came through on Obama’s eligibility Cody was given a case number.
Call it irony, or luck, or more likely call it “cover” for chucking all the Obama eligibility challenges into a pile marked “dismissed for lack of standing”, but that’s been the going freight charge that hasn't allowed any case to make it passed “GO” in the United States Supreme Court.
Cody said a few months back, “ I could see the writing on the wall. It was just too obvious as to what was happening after being denied so blatantly this summer out of the Court Session and into the Fall Session which was closer to the Election. My biggest question really was ‘has this got to do with what the Justices are actually doing or is justice being manipulated to the Justices by some clerk?’, which would be a huge scandal in the Court.”
With that little bit of prep for the story, here’s what Cody said today.
Today, (Monday -November 19th) a day when I am usually gone out of the office and many times out of town, some changes had taken place which called for my being here and taking care of my son.
We were at McDonalds about Noon for a bite to eat and the impression hit me to call the U.S. Supreme Court Clerk’s office and ask them why my “Petition for Rehearing” had not been placed on the docket yet.
I actually wondered because I've called before if it was too soon to call because packages have to go through a security detail and I knew mine had arrived there on Thursday. They have told me a time or two to give them a week after a package arrives to see it on the docket.
Incidentally, or not, I've actually only managed to get the case Analyst assigned to me one time out of maybe a dozen, and she’s the one who told me that. The rest of the time I've got her answering machine and though I've asked for a call back from her, she has never complied with that request.
So you understand a little bit how surprised I was today when I caved in to the strong impression and called a little earlier, and actually was put through to her personally, and didn't get her answering machine.
I asked her where my Petition for Rehearing was at and she told me she’d sent it back to me and that the letter from the Clerk’s office telling me to submit it within 15 days of their Nov. 7th letter was wrong and that the timing had actually run out for me to file that.
I said, “Wait a minute, I filed a letter to Chief Justice John Roberts you should have on your docket entitled “RECONSIDERATION request” on October 6th, just six days after the official ruling Oct 1st. Six days isn't even close to being the 25 days allowed.
I said, then you guys told me I had to submit a formal motion which I did within 25 days. You received that one and sent it back to me stating it didn't comply with Rule 44 telling me I had to resubmit it properly giving me a time frame to do it in. I obliged you in that. Now you’re telling me my letter dated October 6th isn't the date you’re going by? I told her that information was in the Petition for Rehearing did you read it?
She said, Well we are not suppose to read the documents submitted, we just take care of timing problems if something is late. You submit an affidavit stating what you've told me and and we’ll take another look at it.
I said, how are you going to be able to discern my affidavit when it comes if you don’t read the documents that come in and just send them back? She did this to me before with my Writ of Certiorari and I resubmitted without any changes and was given a case number but the timing was all working for Obama.
I was just livid that I would have to file another document based on her incompetence to simply look at the record, but I took a deep breath and started typing.
We finished up at McDonalds at about 3pm. Stradda had a blast playing with all the kids that long. It was like a revolving door of new friends walking in for him to be excited to meet and play with.
We went over to the printers and got a copy printed. Then, ran to the bank for a Notarization: then, it was back to the printers for 14 copies to be made with the Notary Seal and signatures on it, as well as getting a PDF file made, so we could email to Obama’s attorney and the Secretary of state in Georgia.
Then it was about 4pm and I was thinking I wonder wonder wonder..if by chance? Our mail comes about 4:00pm so we headed home with the documents we had made. As I rolled up to our place, sure enough sticking out of the mail box was the package to from the U.S. Supreme court with my returned “Petition for Rehearing” stuffed inside and the letter from the Clerk stating what she’d told me.
Well, we didn’t even turn the car off. I grabbed it and headed for the Post Office and had everything back in the mail to the United States Supreme Court by 4:30 pm.
I can’t believe all the “ifs” involved with this. If I hadn't been watching my son I would have been busy working or out of town and would have never been able to get it back to the Court before the Thanksgiving Holiday.
If I hadn’t have called I could not have had the documents ready to insert them back in the mail the same day I received them and it would have still not been there before the Thanksgiving Holiday if I’d sent them tomorrow.
Its feeling like I made a home-run today. Knocked it clear out of the ballpark and rounded every base. It’s just feeling like this case is not my own and that some divine providence is watching over it for which I am or seem to be a grateful watcher just like you, even though I’m playing a part in it.
We had a little fund raiser last week and raised $31 dollars. My campaign didn't go into debt so I don’t want you to think that every dollar you may contribute is not going directly to this case and this cause. I can’t do this on my own, nor should I have to.
I was thinking this morning if the Court decided to hear this case I’d have to get back to Washington DC and I don’t even have the money to do that. I need you to help me. This is our Country, our Constitution we’re taking a stand for.
Lady at the bank told me it was good to see me today, but she was wishing she hadn't seen me. I said why? She said, because if I hadn't seen you then you might have been in Washington DC doing something about the election.
I told her it’s not over. I’ve got Obama in the U.S. Supreme Court and if he’s proven ineligible its game over for him. She said, “just promise me you’ll do something about Obamacare.” I said, “You got it.”
You know it’s not really a good sign when people in banks are pleading with you.
Well, anyway that’s what happened today and I need your help. I think about businesses who are adding up what Obama care’s going to cost them and either cutting their employees or making them take a cut for it, and its hard for me to understand why every business in America isn’t behind me sending me $100 or $2500.
You know it’s going to cost them that much per employee, so from my perspective their dollars are very wisely spent on my Campaign.
Forget about Mitt Romney right now, lick your wounds, but this is Uncle Sam pointing at you telling you “ I NEED YOU NOW ”
I also got the web site back up which was flickering out by paying for another month. Now I need your help. Please log on and figure out what you can send me that’s not going to break your back, but that you feel is actually saving for you if we win and Obama is proven to be ineligible by the demands of the Constitution for a natural born citizen.
Do it now please, because when the Court decides to hear this case I’ve got to buy airplane tickets and it takes me two days to make a transaction from Paypal to my account and we might not have two days.
I don’t want my next blog to say, “Supreme Court decides to hear the case Judy v. Obama but Judy never showed up because no one believing in the Constitution would help the poor guy out a few bucks and he couldn’t get a plane ticket. So isn’t it funny, Obama actually broke everyone so bad that they couldn’t even take a stand for the Constitution in the United States Supreme Court when the opportunity was presented to them? Guess they’d pinned all their hope and money on Romney and there just wasn’t enough to round 3rd place and bring it home for Conservatives.”
You know I want you to remember this very important message I’ve been trying to get through that big elephant skull so they’d get off their Ass. Now listen, you don’t have to be a majority to win if the majority has chosen something unconstitutional. A minority in this Country can rule if they take a stand for the Constitution, because this is a Republic founded on the United States Constitution as the Supreme law of the land.
The unconstitutional thing the majority has chosen is none other than Obama. Obama is a walking talking violation of the Constitution in the White House. Now please, get your credit card out and make a contribution to me that says, “I am American and I believe that.”
If you don’t believe that, then you don’t know what being an American is really all about. Go read our Constitution and then go ask a minority seeking naturalization why they want to be American.

(Nov. 18, 2012) — The Post & Email recently spoke with Cody Robert Judy, 2012 presidential candidate and newly-declared 2016 presidential candidate, about a new development in his case at the U.S. Supreme Court challenging the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama II.
Judy claims that Obama is not a "natural born Citizen" as required by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S Constitution because he was not born to two U.S.-citizen parents and may not have been born in the United States. Numerous overseas newspapers, Obama's own literary agent, and some U.S. journalists have reported that Obama was born in Indonesia or Kenya. In 2007, without explanation, his literary agent changed Obama's biography to say that he was born in Hawaii.

Donald Trump Didn't Lie -5 MILLION CHARITY CHALLENGE TO OBAMA Could Very Well Determine Election and is as I'll show you BIGGER than Romney and Obama combined.
Call it what you want, but Donald Trump didn't lie. Mr. Trump said on his teaser, before releasing his Major Announcement, that the Media would cover it and that it could very well determine the election.
On my October 23rd,2012 Blog piece we read " If you haven't heard the BIG in Donald Trump has a reputation. “Fox & Friends” Monday, a night before the third and final Presidential Debate Donald Trump said that his news could “possibly” impact the November election but did not provide any more details.
Just four days after the big announcement Donald Trump's video challenge to Obama has more hits on YouTube than all of the rest of Trumps videos'combined, near 6.2 million eclipsing the 5.5 Million hits of the other 109 videos his station had before the video was posted.
From Trumps YouTube Station inception in 2006 it had garnered around 5.5 million and in just 4 days now stands at 11,652,255 (Sunday 9pm Oct 28th 2012). Let's take a little closer look at what's happened here, looking at another contrast: The Candidates most popular commercials on YouTube.
This shows Donald Trump's Obama 5 MILLION DOLLAR Identity Charity Challenge BIGGER then Mitt Romney and Barack Obama's biggest commercials hits combined!
Now what can we manage from this very sophisticated scientific data? Well, obviously Mitt Romney wants the Birthers to come down on his side come election day. Obama has absolutely no way to gain that popular support but if Birthers stay home and don't vote it would help Obama out much more than the same action would hurt Romney.
As Donald Trump has endorsed Mitt Romney it seems a clear indication that Romney is doing everything he can to amass the popular support of those who are undecided.
With independent voters breaking more to the conservative side, it seems the Identity Charity Challenge Donald Trump has issued was made more on the Constitution's side then it was made on Obama's, and thus was done to entice the conservative views of Birthers and Tea Party Citizens alike.
With the election coming around for the home stretch, I'm sure Mitt Romney could use the Birther Movement votes and Donald Trump's Obama 5 Million Dollar Identity Charity Challenge, while having little affect upon the media who has marginalized the Birther vote, has garnered very big results with this movement.
This as Donald Trump said and promised, could well indeed affect the outcome of the 2012 Presidential Election. If Trump's video was monetized for about .80 cents a hit, he well could have raised the 5 Million Dollars for the Challenge and would not have had to put a dime out of his own money.
One could say that the Donald Trump BIRTHER VOTE was indeed the BIGGEST BIRD.

TRUMP Hits 2.6 MILLION in 24 hours - Will Obama Come Clean or Crash?
One day after the charitable proposal Donald Trump made to Barack Obama in which Donald pledged to donate 5 MILLION dollars to a Charity of Obama's choosing near 2.6 million people have seen the video posted on Trumps YouTube Site.
I posted that video after 357 people had seen it yesterday around 5:30 pm, by any YouTube Channel Standards that's pretty amazing, especially considering Trump's YouTube Station has been in existence since Feb 2006 and has approximately 7.7 million hits with a total of 110 videos on the Station.
The MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT is by far and away the Donald's biggest hit on YouTube!

Ann Coulter, who I must say looked even better then she usually does, (she has absolutely gorgeous hair and should be making commercials for some high-end beauty hair products,make-up,perfume, you name it she could sell it) makes a good point about Gloria Allred trying to dig up dirt on a sealed divorce case Mitt Romney testified at on the value of Staples Stock when the head of Stables was getting divorced.
True to form in Allred's case who Trump also mentioned some experience with negatively, Obama's first Illinois Senate Seat come under the unearthed divorce case 5 years prior, of his opponent Republican Jack Ryan revealing a sex scandal involving his ex-wife after which he withdrew and R-Allan Keyes stepped in, but lost the election to Obama.
Personally, I think its pretty sad when the American Public takes more stock in a tattle-tale than the walk and talk of a man humbled by his mistakes representing greater understanding and wisdom than before.
I've said this before and it works a little bit more like the Democratic Party position on Mitt Romney as far as not having the understanding of "real" Americans because Mitt has lived such a favored or upper class life so long: that is, "How could any President who hadn't been divorced understand what half of America has gone through?"
I mean there is something to be said about what a person gains in the experiences of life, that amount to wisdom and understanding. "Wisdom" is the accrued knowledge gained from or through experience while its said that "Understanding" puts ignorance to shame, breaks shells, reveals secrets, and creates possibilities. The two gems are in fact used in the Cannon of the Bible to describe attributes of Jesus Christ.
If Mitt Romney were to lose his lovely wife Ann for example during a term as President, how would he handle it? You can be sure he would be devastated and how has Mitt Romney handled personal devastation before?
Sometimes the test or trials of an individual are indeed given so to be able to handle circumstances and situations of the future. How many politicians have experience of losing everything and could still be elected?
I certainly don't pick on Mitt Romney without leaving Obama out of the same equation for I truly believe Obama has led a much more posh life than has been the exaggerated and public narrative, but the point is I truly wonder about the American People sitting back and digesting the fact that often the trials and tribulations of a man are what make him a good leader, rather than the reasons not to elect him.
In "The Terminator Salvation" Hollywood Movie, John Connor gets a donor heart from Marcus, a half man half terminator whose says, "Everyone deserves a second chance", and its understood that the second chance is usually always a mutually good thing.
I can't help but think perhaps Donald Trump has given Obama a second chance the question remains, "Will Obama Come Clean?"

[ Change in orders release (UPDATED)
UPDATE 12:45 pm. The new early release procedure will be followed on all days when a regular Order List is due to be released, and not just on days when the Court will be sitting. With that policy going into effect tomorrow, presumably that means that, if there are grants out of today’s Conference, they will be made available at 9:30 am Tuesday. Otherwise, all orders coming out of that Conference will be released next Monday at 9:30 am.

In the Supreme Court’s new Term, soon to open, the Justices will follow a new routine in the release of orders when the Court is sitting. On those days, the list of orders will be made public at 9:30 a.m., rather than 10 a.m., the custom for many years. The Court announced the change in a news release Monday morning; it can be read here.
The Court explained the switch by saying that, on days when the Justices take to the bench, the release of the orders a half-hour earlier will give the public, the press, and attorneys more chance to review the Court’s actions before the public sitting begins.
The change will take effect tomorrow morning.
The Court’s Term formally begins next Monday, when oral arguments resume. The Court is meeting in a private Conference this morning to decide which new cases, if any, will be granted for review in the new Term. The Court has released its calendars for oral argument for the October, November, and December sittings. ]

Beginning with October Term 2012, the regularly scheduled Order Lists of the Supreme Court of the United States will be released by the Court at 9:30 a.m. rather than at 10 a.m. as had been the previous practice. On days when the Court is in session, the change will provide members of the Supreme Court Bar, the public, and the media an opportunity to review Order Lists before the Court sits at 10 a.m.
Regularly scheduled Order Lists are typically issued on each Monday that the Court sits. On occasion, regularly scheduled Order Lists are issued on days that the Court is not sitting. The issuance of such a list is announced in advance. Miscellaneous orders may be issued in individual cases at any time. Scheduled Order Lists will continue to be posted on the Court’s Website (http://www.supremecourt.gov/orders/orders.aspx) immediately following their release by the Court. Miscellaneous orders will continue to be posted on the Website the day of issuance or the next day in the instance of some emergency applications.

On Monday, the Court meets for the “Long Conference” to consider petitions on the summer lists. Our list of “Petitions to watch” for that Conference is available in three installments (here, here, and here). We expect the Court to issue grants from its Conference on Tuesday morning and will report on those grants and any other actions by the Court as soon as possible.
For all those comments that have 'jacked' the Birther Movement, which is really the Constitution's demand for a good reason, and don't tell me any of you haven't benefited enormously from The Constitution as well as realizing it’s the only doc that binds 50 States together without which we'd be looking like the Europe or Africa right now, your arguments smack of ignorance. Obama's Eligibility has never hit a Judicial Court yet on the merits, those 100 or so you all say we lost, was due in part because Obama got the jump in 2008 and no one knew he would be the nominee until late. 2012 is a little different; we head him off at the pass objecting to his being on any State Ballot.
The worst thing about the degradation of Birthers is thinking that somehow Obama has the right to use a fraudulent social security number that makes a failure in our own E-Verify System, and backs that up with that long form fabrication. I mean who are you all defending and if you’re defending them why don't you let out all of the guys in prison and protest them being in the joint that have stolen identities and defrauded people like your Grandmother!
And don’t pull that easy ‘racist’ card out like you haven’t done a days’ work in your life. I’m a plaintiff in the Georgia Case. The administrative hearing in Georgia was the very FIRST trial ever that evidence was documented on the merits of Obama’s identity fraud and dual citizenship that prohibits his White house occupancy. Now that was not really a Judicial Court but was an Administrative Court. That action however was a necessary hurdle that we never had the opportunity to clear in 2008. You all tell me someone who jumps the gun in a race and heads off 50 yards down the track is going to win. Oh yeah, he might win the 100 yard dash, but we are gonna catch him in the 440.
Gosh, do all these Anti-Birthers have some grudge against keeping America’s elections free of corruption? Obama is not a natural born citizen and neither was McCain who lied to everyone and said he was born in some military hospital in Panama. He was born on foreign soil in a foreign hospital and it took an Act of Congress to make him a Citizen and another Act of Congress to make him a Natural Born Citizen. That’s the process we call ‘naturalization’ and it has nothing to do with the laws of nature. Yes it affects both parties and guess who promoted McCain’s Eligibility? That’s right Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama.
Now would you please tell me why, with that ounce of brain you have left that has a conscience?
And before you all pounce on me as some racist, please bear in mind that I was the only Presidential Candidate that sued McCain first… and then Obama in 2008. It is a Constitutional issue, not a racist one. So get over it and educate yourselves on the facts that we don’t want foreign allegiance in the highest office of the United States! Reason why? It’s much easier to use our nukes against our own people in a black mail game against the whole Congress, and drain the treasury. Does that sound like a National Security problem to you? Yes and it’s a BIG ONE.
Obama’s spent more now in our treasury than all President’s combined from George Washington to H.W. Bush. What? Do you all want to see the first part of that conspiracy theory come true before you’ll believe? I mean nearly 5 Trillion dollars is a heck of a big down payment on believing. Don’t tell me you wanna see a mushroom cloud in New York City. That is not cool, and neither are these attacks on Patriots who are defending the same Constitution that all of our servicemen have died for. Don’t make their sacrifice moot in the argument to conceal corruption Nixon wouldn’t have thought of doing.
How long will the Media Black Out confiscate the intelligence of America’s Citizenry?
The story would be that in the first time ever that expert witnesses were called to testify and a compilation of facts was submitted to a Court of Law that is recognized in our Judicial Branch of Government, Obama coward in his secret chambers and didn't suit up as a player on the field. With nothing particularly important on the schedule watching the live-streaming feed coming out of the court room provided by those bypassing the thumb-hold media he had corralled Obama was the cascading clown being made fun of in the Courtroom with multiple identities.
As Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Attorney General Eric Holder shook their heads looking on the unimaginable event transpiring in the thoughtful agitation of knowing when it blew, their political careers would be blown out of the water with the despotism of comradery collapsing upon the greatest sham to ever hit American politics: Barack Hussein Obama
Why oh why had they not heeded their inner instincts? Why oh why had they crossed the line of principle and value? Had they actually become 'Domestic Enemies' to the Light House on the hill that the world looked to as a beacon of hope, freedom, and liberty? Did they look with admiration upon The United States Constitution that bound the 50 States together in a Republic for which 300 million Americans pledged allegiance or did upon inner reflection they look upon it as the piece of furniture they actually had come to despise in the American house? When had the end come not to the rescue in order to justify their means, or was there a choice now that had to be made upon the innocent, the dumb, the stupid, the poor who needed them in order to live?
Who were these plaintiffs? Citizens who actually thought they could challenge the President? Where had they gone to school and not learned to move with the crowd pushed by a few with cattle prods?
Surely these Plaintiffs were rejects of the Republic that offered not one ounce of sanity or deserved any recognition accept in scorn, dereliction, and banter. The intelligence of the masses was the media and the media had made a decision in the angst of journalistic integrity and the anxiety of repose to stay the hand of freedom and liberty for the self destructive fist of force. They chose in the site of their Creator and public witness to bite the hand that fed them, and to deliver to the pit that which gave them breath- The banner of The United States Constitution. Why…Why… Why had that choice been made?

To protect the ‘pride’ that hath no honor, no loyalty, but only has the victuals of leviathan was insane; nevertheless they had indeed chosen their master.

2. Affidavit and testimony by Linda Jordan, that Obama’s Social security number 042-68-4425 used by Obama, that does not pass e-verify.
3. Affidavit and testimony by licensed detective Susan Daniels, showing that SSN used by Obama, was issued to another individual, who was born in 1890 and who resided in CT in 1977.
4. Affidavit and testimony by Felicito Papa, Information Technology expert, who showed that Obama’s alleged birth certificate on line, is a computer generated forgery. Also, evidence that on Obama’s tax returns in 2009 he used the same SSN 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him.
5. Affidavit and testimony by scanning and typesetting expert, Douglas Vogt, that Obama’s alleged birth certificate on line is a computer generated forgery and not a scan of a single document.
6. Affidavit and testimony of retired deportation officer John Sampson, testifying to evidence of fraud in Obama’s birth certificate and social security number, as well as evidence, that Obama possibly immigrated to US together with his stepfather Lolo Soetoro. Mr. Sampson testified that in cases like this he would seek a warrant for an arrest and deportation.

Affidavit and testimony of Orly Taitz Esq.’s - that she downloaded Obama’s law license application from on line records, which showed him committing perjury and fraud and hiding his prior last names “Soetoro” and “Soebarkah”. She testified that after she complained to Illinois bar, Obama changed his record from “inactive” to “not eligible to practice law”. She presented it to the judge to show a modus operandi. When she filed a complaint with the Illinois bar, Obama chose to forfeit his law license that was based on an elite Harvard degree all the order to hide his identity for political greed.
When the Plaintiffs served Obama with a subpoena to appear in court and provide certified copies of his long form birth certificate, redacted application for the Social Security card, immigration and naturalization records, Obama chose not to appear in court, he forfeited the whole state of GA with millions of votes, 17 electoral votes and possibly 4 more years in the White House, if other states follow GA, he did it to hide his identity under the last names “Soetoro” and “Soebarkah” and hide evidence of Social Security fraud and forgery.
