The Lord doesn't need your Money, it's all his as the Creator of Earth and Heaven. God has given you Money as a Test. How are you doing? Being stingy with God isn't going to cut it.
Building up the Kingdom of God doesn't include contributing to luke warm churches. The churches have become polluted teaching false doctrines and using false lighting to light them up. The glory of God is not in them.
Make your contribution count in the judgement seat you will sit in alone one day when you are asked, "God gave all, what have you given toward the building up of the Kingdom. Notice the Lord's prayer says "Thy Kingdom Come", not "Thy Church Come"?
The Politics in the USA has manifested itself to be so corrupted. The Churches are also polluted with corruption. The Lord is asking you to come out of corruption and enter into his Glorious Rest.
His Glorious Rest is a Celestial Kingdom that he calls Zion. This is the light that will break forth among the Gentiles in the last day. What are you giving for the cause of Zion? It's a Choice for you Today.

Great Changes are in motion in the Defense of the United States. The US is purchasing the Iron Dome from Israel, but how do we cover all the territory of the US? China just renounced the "No Nuke First Policy". The US officially called off the agreement for Nuke disarmament and reduction with Russia. Iran has a new longer range nuke capable missile, and North Korea cancels a military parade were its nukes are visible. Can we count on Divine Intervention in the coming conflicts?

BREAKING REPORT: OBAMA America's Worst Nightmare 'FOLDING' in U.S. Supreme Court?
The most popular post of this Blog's entire history are about "Obama's Ineligibility" and the question of his "Resigning". People are interested in the Constitution being upheld, but they are skeptical about 'Justice' being carried out and it seems their skepticism is fueling their worst nightmare rather than encouraging their dream. Skepticism is a disease for hope and faith. "I'll believe when I see it", is also a self-full filing prophesy. What is that?
Self-full filling prophesy is as [a prediction that directly or indirectly causes itself to become true, by the very terms of the prophecy itself, due to positive feedback between belief and behavior], or negative I might add. In other words, your 'believe' in doubting, skepticism, and an all-around apathy for the consideration at hand, may doom the enterprise you actually wanted to see succeed rather than fail.
So what happens when a whole bunch of people get together and say, "He's gonna fail". Well, they do not contribute, they act upon him as if he is their enemy and they are the worst sort of antagonist they possibly can be. And this is all done with the 'hope' in the back of their mind that he succeeds beyond their wildest imaginations. Now for those people right now I have to report that the Lord is very angry with you. This report very much concerns those who are rich and could right now today write out a check for $2,700 for the husband and $2,700 dollars for the wife that equal more than the $5,000 dollars necessary to pay the filing fee and the printing cost of the Judy v. Obama 14-9396 Case in the United States Supreme Court today.
One couple in a single maximum contributions could have made a big difference. Who might that couple have been who failed? Who might have been that couple who were on the verge of it, but failed because of their lack of faith and belief fueled by their own doubts, self-full filling prophesy, and or apathy? Please let's review some facts that at least we can rely on as TRUTH that should have placed all doubts, all apathy, and all negative behaviors towards me and my Campaign away, shall we? I want to speak to Republicans who are very well off right now who could do this with a snap right now because that is what the Lord showed me in a dream last night.
I must confess that if it were not for my DREAMS of TRUTH and RIGHTEOUSNESS I would not be the only Presidential Candidate in America today to hold the principle of the 'natural born Citizen' clause up by Federal Court Record amongst both Republicans and Democrats. I do not say that 'bragging up myself' as a feather in my cap, because did you hear me say that I would not be that man unless it were for my DREAMS? I mean that literally.
Of course there are many kinds of dreams for many reasons including what you had to eat and what you were hoping or doing, but there are also the DREAMS of prophesy given to a person to act as I referred to in TRUTH AND RIGHTEOUSNESS.
How many people believe President George Washington's words when he said in 1796 : "Towards the preservation of your government...it is requisite...that you resist with care the spirit of innovation upon its principles, however specious the pretexts. One method of assault may be to effect, in the forms of the Constitution, alterations which will impair the energy of the system, and thus to undermine what cannot be directly overthrown."
I say unto you; is there any greater truth to you this day that comes by a usurpation of the 'natural born Citizen' clause understood to be 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' to exactly what President Washington was elaborating upon in this statement? You think about the disaster and I almost want to say 'total disaster' that Obama has been in all of the 'key' talking points of the Republican Candidates for President, yes, however diverse or trivial they may be to you, think of all of them and then ask yourselves "Why haven't any of them sued Obama for damages upon their campaigns for not being a natural born Citizen?" "Why is Cody Robert Judy the only one who has done this?" "Why is his name in the U.S. Supreme Court and Mr. Cruz's, Mr. Rubio's, Mr. Christie's, Mr. Trump's, Mr. Walker's, Mr. Romney's, Mr. Huckabee's , Mr. J. Bush's, Mr. Paul's,Mr. Carson, Mrs. Fiorina, Mr. Santorum,Mr. Pataki,Mr. Graham, Mr. Perry,Mr. Jindal,and Mr. Kasich, are not?
Would it all be because of Mr. Senator McCain?
Mr. Trump has added if nothing else a jolt of reckoning to all the major Republican Candidates, but what is the jolt besides his lead reported now of 13.6% in all polls combined? [HERE]and [HEAR]
The TRUTH of the REVOLVING OPEN DOOR?
An interesting tid-bit surfaced about the truth as Romney,Rubio, and Bush criticized Mr Trump in a report offered by Breitbart by Mathew Boyle who wrote:[What’s odd about this situation is that objective evidence proves that Trump is correct, and there seems to be a politically correct machine pushing all these politicians to attack the truth.] and then he made the case of Mr. Trumps statement that Mexico wasn't interested in seeing their very best go to America as illegal aliens with no less than five cases that really are a consideration if your concerned with your family being raped or even murdered that tells of an agenda among even hard working industrious folks who are all illegal aliens in the first place Trump was speaking about.
I heard not one word from Mr. Trump slamming Americans who are legal immigrants.. not one word. Now if you want to play the 'drifting quote game' on race relations and attribute those false narratives equally among Presidential Candidates, you'd have to include this one from Candidate Clinton:
Now I don't doubt Mrs. Clinton is not racist any more than Mr. Trump at their heart and isn't that what we should be looking at rather than the false narrative Shakira tapped out as was reported July 2nd [Shakira has blasted Donald Trump's 'hateful and racist' speech on Mexican immigrants], we all know Mr. Trump was talking about illegal aliens crossing the borders illegally and not legal Mexican immigrants who are Americans now. I absolutely adore Shakira by the way and think her music is some of the best and fun I love to dance to. Again, I wouldn't hold her 'whole person' accountable to one statement perhaps even made in a lack of knowledge or bad information, or else I'd have to never listen or buy another song from her.
We can see how fast 'DIVISION' happens and how easily the worst about someone can really wipe out all of the good about someone. Of course Shakira doesn't want her kids,Milan Piqué i Mebarak and Sasha Piqué i Mebarak being raped or killed as 5 time deported illegal alien Francisco Sanchez is alleged to have done July 4th, than the rest of us do and that is something I think I can say we all have in common without even asking her. Of course she is not American but is Colombian and lives in Spain although her American Audience has had a great deal to do with her success with Sony reporting, Shakira is the highest-selling Colombian artist of all time, having sold between 50 and 60 million records. She can certainly say what she wants, but as far as the Constitution of the United States she has only 'business interest' and a 'fan' base in America. We as Americans have to see to the business of keep America strong, independent, and our Constitution in tact.
THE MONEY REPORT
Now all of the people of the United States who have money. You see what is happening in Greece with Banks preparing to raid deposits in order to avert collapse? You also see why American's have been busy scuffling over what meaning the 'Confederate flag' has compared to the Denver Broncos fan flag, a report has surfaced of 8.5 Trillion Dollars that has gone missing along with some nuclear bombs. Can you imagine losing that kind of money along with a few nukes?
As is noticed by this video and really has to be acknowledged by everyone the month of June, that just happened to be correlated with the June 18th Conference of Judy v. Obama 14-9396, was just crazy. Distractions distractions distractions to keep America's eye focused on what they wanted it focused on instead of where it should have been focused.
Facts direct us to understand that most well funded intelligence agencies we know as the CIA and FBI report to Obama.The Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (D/CIA) reports directly to the Director of National Intelligence (DNI); in practice, the director deals with the DNI, Congress, and the White House, while the Deputy Director is the internal executive.
The Director of National Intelligence serves as the head of the Intelligence Community, overseeing and directing the implementation of the National Intelligence Program and acting as the principal adviser to the President, the National Security Council, and the Homeland Security Council for intelligence matters related to national security.
With those facts, how is Judy v. Obama 14-9396 relatively related to the focus of all of these organizations under the the direction and investigation orders of Obama? Do you think what I am doing in the United States Supreme Court is dangerous? I understate those facts to you, nor can I understate the facts that the United States Supreme Court did not wipe my Case away in the June 18th Conference with a flyswatter so easily available to them. Does Justice have a chance in this Country? I assure with these facts that it does! If you haven' contributed or read the facts of my Report and Conference with the Clerk of the United States Supreme Court you need to do that here with special attention to #4 .
You know the worst part of this job is having to tell people what a crappy job they are doing? I really really really hate doing that, but with what I am about to show you I think your going to have to agree with me. Of course I'm in this boat sink, float, sail,..whatever with you. I've gotten more legal advice and fewer dollars than a lawyer whose wet behind his ears from walking across the graduate stage.
What's the bad news? Well it has to do with money and those who have it, not giving it where it matters in the interest of this Country and our Constitution. Many people do not know what kind of contributions and how much are legal, so I think it is worth posting up.
An individual may give a maximum of:
$2,700 per election to a Federal candidate or the candidate's campaign committee. Notice that the limit applies separately to each election. Primaries, runoffs and general elections are considered separate elections.
$5,000 per calendar year to a PAC. This limit applies to a PAC (political action committee) that supports Federal candidates. (PACs are neither party committees nor candidate committees. Some PACs are sponsored by corporations and unions--trade, industry and labor PACs. Other PACs, often ideological, do not have a corporate or labor sponsor and are therefore called nonconnected PACs.) PACs use your contributions to make their own contributions to Federal candidates and to fund other election-related activities.
$100 in currency (cash) to any political committee. (Anonymous cash contributions may not exceed $50.) Contributions exceeding $100 must be made by check, money order or other written instrument.
Basically what this means is I do not have any reason to be embarrassed to my Maker about what I have done in following directions, but the folks with money who are not supporting this effort really do, and you need to know the Lord sees it very clearly.
Of course you may not think it worthy consideration as a moral issue, but I really feel it is an emphasized direction from the Divine Source also attributed by President George Washington as stated in 1792:

We had two donations through the 4th of July Holiday weekend totaling $62.41 and in Total since the June 18th Conference where my Case in the United States Supreme Court was put on the 'Pending Motions List' rather than the 'Denied' /or/ "Dead List" that every other Court Case regarding Obama's Eligibility has been placed upon has ended up on, we have had around 25 separate contributions roughly come in totaling less than $1500.
God Bless those who have contributed, from the smallest donation of $2 to the highest contributor of $200, and what do you suppose I am to say about those who have not contributed which might have to do with God? I cannot stop that you know. I just can't.
SO I HAD A DREAM LAST NIGHT
So I had a dream last night I will tell as it was with nothing added so help me God.
[ I saw myself telling my step mother thank you for a contribution. She was a fair lady from Charleston, South Carolina who had remarried and had done well as far as having a little more money. She was writing me out a $150 dollar check and I thanked her for it graciously. When suddenly, a call came to my cell phone. I was torn to take it while dealing directly with this Lady, but opted as our business was nearly settled in formalities, and the importance of the call pressed upon me coming in, to take it.
" Hello, this is Cody Robert Judy", I said. On the other line I heard a man's voice. " Mr. Judy, this is, (I do not recall the name Mr. so-in-so). I have seen a report that has been circulating. I saw a flash of a story that was making headlines of mine. It was one I had also distributed over and over as well as others who had made quite a spectacle of it. We might say it was one that had gone as we say viral that had to do with my United States Supreme Court Case. I saw it constantly repeated near obnoxiously on the internet.
Mr. so-in-so was a bread maker and had many stores across the Nation. He welcomed me to stop in at any of his stores in very hospitable fashion. I truly felt welcome. He proceeded with a conversation with me on the phone about intelligence from God. I do not recall the exact format, but I do recall the following details.
In some what of a dissertation of communication with God he prospected a realization that at times God jumps the line. Meaning at times God does not follow a particular order that you would normally expect. As an example of this and for substantiating reason for it he brought to my attention the fact that LDS President of the Quorum of the 12 Apostles Boyd K. Packer had devolved upon two particular actions in foreign Country's that were themselves illegal.
I did not have the foggiest idea of those actions, nor do I now, but I did see a spirit come upon Boyd K. Packer of this action which he endeavored which ought nought to have been done and it involved writings and communications the full purpose of which was not recognized nor did it accentuate or come to pass having been blocked to his frustration.
This was not related to me in any way as far as my person, but was simply more of Mr. so-in-so's musings to himself and me as to looking at the facts he knew about but I did not, but also that actually bode more well for me and my cause and relations to God. I remember expressly repeating to him at least twice, "Whats best for the all the parties involved", in reference to all of those involved with actions with me, and also including myself.
He then asked me if I golfed. I said "Yes, I do", and then he asked me if I had a 'clean set of golf clubs' which I thought about and repeated again "Yes". He then asked me if I could meet him on a golf course on the next day, to which I repeated that I would be more than happy to. I thought in my dream of his generosity to pay my golfing fees for the day, buying my drinks of refreshment and perhaps a contribution at the end of the round coming up to around $500.
I thought I must get to the practice field and hit a few buckets of balls to tighten my straight ball swing out a bit as I was out of much practice.] This was the end of the dream that I recall.

As I have pondered this, I have put a few things in perspective. Certainly I have not had any rich philanthropist contributing to my Campaign. The facts of my case in the consideration of the Constitution and its interpretation of the founders and signers is sure and I'd like to bolster that up with a very well written piece published by an attorney I respect and admire who has handled some Ineligibility Cases that related to Ballot Challenges in 2012 towards Mr. Obama entitled JULY 4TH 1776 The Birth Day of the Nation and the Natural Born Citizen, by: Mario Apuzzo.
A Real Credit to David Ramsay David Ramsay (April 2, 1749 to May 8, 1815) was an American physician, patriot, and historian from South Carolina and a delegate from that state to the Continental Congress in 1782-1783 and 1785-1786. He was the Acting President of the United States in Congress Assembled. He was one of the American Revolution’s first major historians.
Quoting the article again with emphasis on #4 [4th. None can claim citizenship as a birth-right, but such as have been born since the declaration of independence, for obvious reasons: no man can be born a citizen of a state or government, which did not exist at the time of this birth. Citizenship is the inheritance of the children of those who have taken a part in the last revolution; but this is confined exclusively to the children of those who were themselves citizens. Those who died before the revolution, could leave no political character to their children, but of subjects, which they themselves possessed. If they had lived, no one could be certain whether they would have adhered to the king or congress. Their children, therefore, may claim by inheritance the rights of “British subjects,” but not of “American citizens.” ]
[Here we have direct and convincing evidence of how a very influential Founder defined a natural born citizen. Noah Webster, 1828, in explaining how an American dictionary of the English language was necessary because American words took on different meanings than the same word in England, placed David Ramsay among great Founders such as “Franklin, Washington, Adams, Jay, Madison, Marshall, Ramsay, Dwight, Smith, Trumbull...” Given his position of influence and especially given that he was a highly respected historian, Ramsay would have had the contacts with other influential Founders and Framers and would have known how they too defined a natural born citizen. Ramsay, being of the Founding generation and being intimately involved in the events of the time would have known how the Founders and Framers defined a natural born citizen and he told us that such a person was one born in the country to citizen parents. In giving us this definition, it is clear that Ramsay did not follow the English common law but rather natural law, the law of nations, and Emer de Vattel, who also defined the “natives, or natural-born citizen” the same as did Ramsay in his highly acclaimed and influential treatise, The Law of Nations, Or, Principles of the Law of Nature, Applied to the Conduct and Affairs of Nations and Sovereigns, Section 212 (1758 French) (1759 English).]
AGAIN, WHERE DO YOU STAND?
We all must answer to the stand we have taken. Wither it be for me or against me as it pertains simply to Judy v. Obama 14-9396 in the United States Supreme Court for the damages I have suffered as a Presidential Candidate in 2008 and 2012, as well as do now suffer in my 2016 Campaign. What damages are those?
Every dollar collected by an ineligible Candidate is also a damage that I can say occurred against the will penned of and under the protections of what we call the Constitution of the United States. How much has U.S. Senator Ted Cruz himself illegal in the Office of the President reported collecting? Since March, which was also the month of my Case being recognized in the United States Supreme Court, 51 Million dollars is reported. [Ted Cruz's presidential campaign said Sunday it had raised about $10 million in the second quarter. The sum is fueled by small-dollar donors, they said.]
U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, also ineligible for the Office of the President through his fund raising efforts reports he has a $10 million dollar man and has raised 14 million in 2014, raising a total of what is said to be 31 million.
The relative likelihood that just these two campaigns are involved in money that is being committed on the basis of fraud against the United States Constitution just since March combines for a total of over 70 million dollars. How important is Judy v. Obama 14-9396 in value just in taking a look at the opposition of Campaigns and Commitments to those Campaigns?
What I hope to have shown you today is the importance of undertaking we are involved in here at the Cody Robert Judy for President 2016 Camp. To underestimate our value is a real dis-service to our Nation's principles and the history of the United States. To do such dis-service and walk around calling yourself a patriot is about as big of a disgrace as you can make of yourself. I am formally calling upon all Americans to move forward on this, to press ahead diligently on their social media sites, to send it to their local press reporters, and as they have the capacity to contribute directly to do so TODAY.
While we were short to get our Fees and Printing finished the Supreme Court has extended the time as is noticed by the SECOND CONFERENCE scheduled. I feel pressed to ask again all Americans if they think this work is not a good work? If they think for one instances that I myself am not in the cross hairs of high powered scopes? And if they realize that without protections and concern for this understanding the magnitude of it, that they might realize it in a day I am also dead. Who will they then count on in this highest of accountability for Justice in the Principle? I certainly am in service to you as a brother in Christ. If you do not believe that you have no accounting of facts or relative accounting of purpose in any regard for the principles, freedoms, and liberties afforded only by the Constitution of the United States of America. Which of these rights do you now love and which are you prepared to give away?
What I am saying is with just the viewers of this Blog there should be no way that we haven't achieved our Fund Raising Goal of $5,000 set for June 18th till Today June 6th exactly one week before the July 13th Deadline that was on the Docket Report. Through my own diligence to the Court costing what lawyers would charge upward of $5,000 for two Motions expeditiously delivered to the Court we have a SECOND CONFERENCE date. Now I believe that is a second chance for you to get with the program and get yourself on Record in Heaven and Earth to having taken a stand where there should be no question whatsoever on where you should be by reason, facts, and principle.

BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Supreme Court Hails Judy v. Obama 14-9396 TOMORROW! Is the Popularity of Justice Enough for President?
For many the show of infidelity that has been raging in the hearts of politicians who lacked the spine to take a stand for the Constitution's Qualification of 'natural born Citizen' for the Office of the President has become somewhat of a 'closing curtain act' on Justice in America. Out of the 7,000 Cases reviewed yearly, tomorrow the Justices look at 177 designated as popular for-that-week as the Review on Thursdays. Justice, what does it mean? More and more people realizing that there are rules that apply to them that don't apply to Politicians in a real desecration of Justice by those we looked up to in the Order of upholding justice. The questions posed for all? When did Justice become so unpopular, and Why can't Justice be what is popular among our Elected Leaders?
When did 'What you can get away with' become more important than 'What you paid for'? Among the great accomplishments of Secretary of State and Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton is a sale of half the uranium in the United States to Russia through Clinton Foundation Contributor and Partner in the Canadian Clinton Charity Frank Giustra. Mr. Giustra was the central figure in Uranium One. This Canadian Company acquired one half of all uranium assets in the United States that then sold them to an organization controlled by Russia under Russian President Putin. That transaction could not have gone through without the approval of the State Department under Mrs. Clinton under Obama, but that doesn't answer the question of why Clinton needed a Canadian Charity in the first place?
Is there something about the Clinton Foundation in the United States that isn't good enough to accept certain kinds of money from foreign entities, oligarchs, governments, and corporations? Large scale criminal enterprises are something the State Department is supposed to guard against, but they had no interest in the 30,000 emails Mrs. Clinton ditched in her private server buried deep down in the bunker of her private compound she used as a residence while in the duties of office of Secretary of State? Money laundering is the process of transforming the proceeds of crime into ostensibly legitimate money. State Department emails are property of the United States Government and the destruction of them is a crime and so is using the Secretary of State's Office in a 'pay-to-play' favor coordinating sell-a-thon.
So why would a Canadian Clinton Charity find it necessary to donate to The Clinton Foundation based in the United States? It just seems odd unless the Canadian Clinton Charity could accept funds that would otherwise raise a criminal allegation or be prohibited against The Clinton Foundation based in the United States if they accepted them directly.
Most people in the United States don't even know that most of the world revolves around bribes and kick-backs for Government Officials. I'll never forget when the Salt Lake Olympic Committee got so caught up in bribes and kick-backs that Mitt Romney was summoned to clear up the mess. The United State People as we recite in the Pledge of Allegiance believe in 'Justice for All'. Charity does cover up a multitude of sins, but I'm not sure 10% going to Charity and the other 90% cover cost isn't more of a business?
There are so many organizations acting under Charities to avoid taxes, including many Hospitals, running more for profit than for the poor. They panic at the thought of losing their 'non-profit' accountability because they realize they would then be responsible for paying a lot in taxes which is ostensibly the fear of losing the loop hole. They feel themselves they could use the money much better than the federal government so in that determination they open Charities. If everyone did that they could operate in a tax free society and the Government would go bust. Wait a minute, are we not 18 Trillion in the hole? Acting as a tax free organization, as the Clinton Foundation has been doing and many others in the same category, really means Americans are subsidizing the operations.
Now how does the American uranium translate into the indirect harm to Americans organized by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and ineligible Obama? Well, today we learned Russia is getting 40 brand spanking new intercontinental missiles. Do you remember what intercontinental means? Yes, that means they are equipped with a pay load to fly a long ways away from Russia. Russia's military resurgency we might conclude is brought to us by Secretary Hillary Clinton's accomplishment? Now, she may have experience, but is prostitution the kind of experience you want when it comes to making something so valuable so available to foreign Governments for so cheap?
This also reminds me of the 'fake-tape' folk lore Mrs. Clinton was fully briefed on during the horrors of Benghazi as a tactical ply to shift responsibility and blame away from the center of an elaborate plan with the 2012 election just a month away. It was desperation time because if a terror attack had been the head lines, Americans' would not think they were safe and Obama could not afford that. With Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton leading the Democratic Party polls, what we really need to consider is why she was a Birther with McCain at first but not one with Obama, and why she would not turn to "Justice" for help?
The 'natural born Citizen' clause [Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] was designed from the time of it's consideration to be a protection to Americans, as a border or guard against foreign incursion in the Office of the President. Of course you recall the open mic comment that Obama related to outgoing Russian President Medvedev that he had one more election and more flexibility after the election in 2012 and then Medvedev related he would pass that on to incoming Russian President Putin. Now Russian President Putin said, ""Over 40 new intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of penetrating any, even the most technologically advanced missile defense systems, will join the nuclear forces in the current year,". Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said the U.S. has deferred any prosecution by allegation in that the U.S. so far has failed to spell out its accusations. How much uranium in those 40 new nuclear missiles capable of reaching the U.S. is a direct result of the sale Hillary Clinton approved as Secretary of State? And of course the same question must be asked of Obama as an ineligible person in the Office of the President. Next we must ask the question to ever elected leader now in office if the compromise they have adopted into the Office of the President is worth the lives of Americans in a nuclear Holocaust upon the United States?

When will those who are called anti-birthers because they do not believe in the Constitution's protections for the Office of the President in the natural born Citizen clause, come to realize the compromise of our Nations national security? Will it be after they hear the missiles have been launched? The manipulation of Justice is of course what lawyers are the best at. I am not a professional lawyer, but I have presented a case to the United States Supreme Court Justices that allows them to manipulate justice as they see fit. Will they see it as I do Thursday,June 18th from the big bey window or will they narrowly construe through the window of broken glass the safety of all Americans in the proceeding that will act as a catalyst of justification for a greater foreign influence on the Office of the President?
MR. DONALD TRUMP ENTERS THE REPUBLICAN PRIMARY-IS HE A REAL DEFENDER OF THE CONSTITUTION i.e., THE PRESIDENT'S JOB?
Mr. Donald Trump entered the Republican Contest yesterday for the first time in his life with candor and emphasis on his net worth after debt still being around 10 Billion. Through a great determination Mr. Trump has in fact seized upon the opportunity of living the American Dream which he also declared was dead in the same speech. Yes, he said "The American Dream is dead." I for one do not believe that the American Dream is dead, but what better way to stave off those like me who don't believe it then to pronounce it as dead, and he who has lived it, has received it, has enjoyed it, to be responsible for resurrecting it?
The question remains, if the American Dream is dead, why hasn't Mr. Trump put about a million dollars on the table for a team of lawyers behind the Case that is the only case in the third check and balance branch of our Government known as the Judicial Branch, especially if every American wants Justice, towards defending America from Obama with the simple term in the Constitution Obama is in violation of?
Has Mr. Trump not been notified of the Cases in the Courts? No, not at all. In fact Mr. Trump has been called a leader in the Birther Movement by some of the Main Stream Media. But if Mr. Trump is a leader in the Birther World how much money of his has gone to hire a lawyers to help? Mr. Trump offered at first 5 Million to Obama for his College Transcripts to be released and then offered 50 Million to a Charity of Obama's choosing if he would release his records? But the irony is Mr. Trump would not give 1 Million for a defense of the Constitution's 'natural born Citizen' requirement for the Office of the President and it gets worse. Mr. Trump would not offer $1 for help in assistance of my cases as the only Presidential Candidate in America who has a bi-partisan Record in Court against Obama and McCain.
Of course it would not be fair to assert this if Mr. Trump had not been served, notified, and received notifications that could verify this. And that's also why my Record here on this Blog is so important. Justice is the MOST IMPORTANT and valuable commodity in our Nation to protect the American Dream
I have come to the realization that JUSTICE is the most important and valuable commodity in our Nation that is necessary to protect the American Dream. The importance of Justice is at times lost in the clamor for attention from so many indirect variables of value. Justice would never be the source of snuffing out the American Dream, but its counter Injustice is well the culprit.
Now those who would say they do not want "Justice" are in no uncertain terms stating their hope is for 'Injustice' and of course this is a big lie. Placed in front of a Court everyone of us seeks Justice. It is those who have advocated for injustices thinking more about what they could get away with then what they paid for, who shake and tremble that justice is going to have her perfect way.
My own life has been filled with so many injustices and perhaps the biggest positive to come from this fact is that Justice has come to be seen by me as it is a very valuable and highly attractive asset. If the U.S. Supreme Court decides to hear my Case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 it is on the Principles of Justice, not Injustice. It is on the principles of preserving, protecting, and defending the United States Constitution, not declaring it moot. It will be because of the interest of our sovereignty and embracing the American Dream that is not dead-listed.
Being in the Office of the President requires more than 'good business' sense. Anyone in that Office can raise Tariffs to get Ford the incentive to build a plant in Tennessee as Mr. Trump extrapolated in his example of bring jobs back to America. We are underway of becoming more energy independent. But being President requires at the heart of it preserving, protecting and defending the United Constitution. I'm not sure how many times Mr. Trump emphasized that fact, but I do know when it comes to Obama America has suffered a very BIG blow and so the 'natural born Citizen' clause left undefended and under financed is a critically important lapse of judgement for all those who have abandoned it. The affects of that on the business world has also been critical which is why it has made no sense whatsoever for big time Business People like Mr. Trump, former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as well as Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney all of whom I have appealed to over and over again on Record. Their Record is one of not listening and ignoring the plain and precious precepts of our U.S. Constitution all while taking part in developing their American Dream and avoiding Justice in this HUGE ELEPHANT in the Room they certainly cannot say they missed.
If JUSTICE prevails in my case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 Thursday June 18th, 2015 it will not be because of Mr. Trump's help, or because of any Special Interest, or Lobbying Group. It will not be because of a bribe or because money is more important than Justice. It will be because Justice reigns popular in our United States of America and is the Supreme Law of the Land - So help us God. I think it is better this way and thus while I have appealed for their help and not received it I do not resent them for it. This example for the American Dream is much better and will inspire much more hope for Americans. This will serve America much better for the next thousand years!
Justice will not be stopped and will have her perfect way. Psalms 89: 14 'Justice and Judgement are the habitation of thy Throne' we read and are also told in Matt 6:19 "Lay not up for yourselfs treasures upon the Earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where theives break through and steal: v. 20. But lay up for yourselfs treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where theives do not break through and steal; v. 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also'. What that means is in 30 years Trump Towers will all need to be renovated and the Lord can take a man's wealth and turn it on its head in one day.
America needs a Leader for Justice in America and for that Record I have striven with my heart knowing of course I'm not perfect and humbly ask the Lord's mercy upon us every day. In the end, we all are family and must consider this as a factor in the Judgement we make every day as well as the Judgement on who we would like to Lead this Nation.

The Anti-Birther-Stimulus–Takers BEWARE of the TRAIN WRECK Headed Your Way
I know there are a lot of people, who don’t like the way I write, don’t like the way I am. There are many who complain about me not being this or not being that. I admit that what I am and who I am is the bottom man on the totem pole. The truth in admitting that is not embarrassing as you might think. I know the last shall be first and the first shall be last and I don’t have a problem with being last at this time.
Very quickly, I went and saw the movie “Noah “and I wasn’t offended with it as I thought about the liberties Hollywood took Glenn Beck. I mean when you put it in context of about 5 pages of Genesis there are a few things we know and of course much missing, like Giants did roam the Earth at that time, that often God speaks to men in their dreams of the night which Noah and his wife gave credit towards in the script, and that while the vegetarian notion might have served a purpose we know from Daniel also in the Bible he preferred more porridge to meat. We also know when the people complained to Moses about “no meat” in the desert, God provided a whole bunch, as well as the miracle of feeding the multitude of 5,000 and 4,000 with a few loaves of bread and a couple of fishes which multiplied and was certainly considered a good meal.
The liberty many took offensively also was the concept of Noah’s agitation that God had decided man should be wiped out and was going to sacrifice his adopted granddaughters. The similitude of sacrificing everything is not an uncommon theme though and I could understand it both from the point that Abraham was called to sacrifice Isaac, a precious son in his later years, but was stopped by an Angel at the last minute and also the idea of understanding Noah was so indeed recorded to be a husbandmen and maker of wine and was naked and drunk in his tent one day for some dang reason that his sons walked backwards to cover his nakedness. Hollywood I don’t think did a bad job putting the two and two together in regards to problems the family faced and the love was incredible portrayed, which indeed is the great message of God. In a big Christian concept of taking offense, trivial pursuit is at the discretion to anyone who wants to pick a bone or take any liberty with putting missing pieces together. Those can be debated and fought about, but there are greater lessons to think about in generalities. Noah, a prophet of God, received a BIG MESSAGE and when he told the people about it they didn’t believe him or follow him, but he didn’t really care because he knew who he had received the message from.
I understand that concept to, and only know how to tell a story the way it was told to me. That’s all I do, if you have a problem with that well take it up with the man upstairs because as far as I’m concerned he is much better at telling stories then I am or maybe I just like listening more than telling and am not that good at story telling. Here’s the story I heard last night in a dream and I think it has particular interest to those who wish to remain ‘unnamed’, but that also is exactly why their name came up.
The rest of us that include hard-working employees and certainly the small business of America you might also want to listen up, because things are not going to be so bad for you as the others, but it is going to require a little faith and maybe some scary times, but I have all the confidence in the world in you, and that because the “Creator” mentioned in the Declaration of Independence and the “Lord” mentioned in The Constitution of the United States does; he of course being one and the same, yesterday, today, and most importantly tomorrow.
Here’s the BREAKING NEWS of the Past, and I’ll get to the present, and tomorrow in a minute just bear with me. You may be asking yourself where that line is in the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution, so before you go scratching your key board here they are.
DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE – “..that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness”, which to Rep. Nancy Pelosi means a good mood about Obamacare. The Founders and Framers meant ‘pursuit of property’ which also took on the concept of ideas, intelligence and talents of an individual as well as physical property. The preservation of life was self defense, as a member of society, or as an individual voting citizen. People receive that right at age 18 when they can participate legally in the Government through elections.
It’s kind of interesting to think of ‘voting’ as an actually act of war, but when it’s done against a king or tyranny of any kind it certainly is. There is only one thing that over-rules a majority election in a Democracy, and that of course is when you have a “Republic For Which We Stand”. That’s the Constitution referred to in the Pledge of Allegiance.
In other words, if you have an election that violates the Constitution in some way, say like a Candidate for President isn’t qualified or “fails to qualify” after the election like he said he could, then the majority who voted for him are not suppose to win because the Supreme Law of the Land puts in check the mob mentality over individual rights. That’s why our Constitution works for you. It protects you from the mob, or it’s supposed to anyway.
The Constitution of the United States has 4,400 words, not pages, and is the oldest and shortest of any major country in the world now. Among those are the closing words, “ ..done in Conventions by the Unanimous Consent of the States present the Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven and of the Independence of the United States of America the Twelfth in witness whereof We have hereunto subscribed our Names”.
The point being the United States of America does indeed have a Lord who watches, guides, and directs us. The reason I needed to make that point is you’ll notice that no particular religion is mentioned but we are definitely on the time frame of Jesus Christ who died and whose crucifixion and death marked a pivotal moment in our recognized history. There is not another man who time was named after.
Now the important aspect of that is while we do have a position called “President”, there is one higher in authority and force if you will, who is very concerned about those who oppose the Constitution. People, who would rather see their ‘money’ rule, then see the Constitution rule. Of course the money is marked by and in his name also, [“In God We Trust” on every nickel, dime, and penny”] was a line in the new single I released last week.
Ok, BREAKING NEWS of the past: The stimulus was not needed. Every company that said they needed would have figured out a way to do business if that stimulus had not been given. There would have been new names and re-organizations but that’s what America has been doing for a couple hundred years. That prescription was indeed pretty well debated by Mitt Romney I thought in the 2012 debates.
No, the stimulus was “sold” to us as a package that was needed, only because it was the ‘easy’ way to employ the tax payers as slaves to the larger guys on the totem pole. It’s always easier to take money away from someone then it is to earn it, and in their minds, “taking away property” is they’re way of earning it. However, that goes against all the hard working Americans who are employed, it goes against all the small businesses in America who fight and scrap to make it in more of an honest way.
How does this tie in? You see Obama needed a little leverage on his “Eligibility Issue” because he knew he wasn’t qualified and that his Identity was a sham. The people around him knew that to. So it was conceived that through the stimulus package every Representative and Senator actually could be bought and purchased, because “elections aren’t won by voters, they are won by contributors” said Congressmen Charlie Wilson, if you happen to see Charlie Wilson’s War.
I mean in many ways its true; take my word for it as a candidate in many political races I’ve been in for the U.S. House, the U.S. Senate and for President over the last 12 years. When you don’t have any money, you don’t have the necessary means to buy huge political list of donors, equipment, or employ a staff for that matter. You certainly don’t have the money for print, radio, and television which means you don’t have the money for ads, spots, and commercials respectively. If you run apart from the two main parties many times you’re not going to even get invited to the media-sponsored and business sponsored debates.
In that position you are thus relegated to finding free press with a stunt or two which dries up very quickly when the financed candidates get angry at the press for doing it (smile), word of mouth with social media, and maybe the money in your own pockets to get a few lines in of paid advertisement. Of course there is always hope. It’s also true, politics is all local. When people get an idea they like in America, it’s very hard to stop a grass roots movements. It’s the getting that idea in their head that isn’t always easy with no money, even if it’s right. America is made up of talent that did it though, look at Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerman just as a few whose names are known.
Trying to persuade them that for whatever reason they shouldn’t trust the guy they have been voting for, or in other words the professional politicians who caters to donors, takes a concept they can understand and relate to. Back to the movie Charlie Wilson’s War, a scene where “Larry” gets a word with the Representative about not being able to put up a nativity scene in Nacogdoches Texas. Rep. Charlie Wilson who was played by Tom Hanks says something like, “For five thousand dollars a year you can come see me any time, and for ten thousand you can call me Betty Sue and I’ll wash out your rain gutters”.
You see that is the problem. The reason we are not getting a “HEARING” in Congress on Obama’s Eligibility that is fraudulent from the get go, backed up by law enforcement investigations of his long form fabrication, his mis-matched social security card, his phony dated draft registration and all his secrecy in college records in broad daylight as well as the many witnesses all telling us he is not a natural born citizen, is because there are no Representatives or Senators calling for a Hearing. I might add, yet.
Why are they not calling for a hearing on the BIGGEST LIE EVER FABRICATED upon the American Public? Why are they not calling the 2008 and 2012 general presidential elections illegal because the man on the Democratic Party ticket is not qualified under the Constitution of the United States of America and thus was not who he said he was as is required by every Candidate stating they meet the qualifications of said office if elected?
The reason is because the Representatives and Senators large donors took the stimulus money and are not clamoring for a meeting with the Representatives and Senators about Obama’s eligibility. They are hooked and Obama sold generations to come out, on a debt they will never pay back.
That stimulus money 831 Billion in 2009,91.5% of which was spent in the first three years,2011 447 Billion Jobs Act, 100 Billion to build roads,bridges, and schools,was nothing more than bribery or ‘hush’ money, not to mention the 85 Billion a month the Fed has purchased in bonds as quantitative easing, since foreign Governments quit buying, and the Democrats came up with a way to keep the big donors of both parties silent on Obama’s Ineligibility and lack of Qualifications under the U.S. Constitution. What's happening? Why isn't this working after five years and more money spent then all presidents combined before Obama? Deficit's up to 17 Trilliion from 10 Trillion after 8 years of George W.Bush.
To say Obama has had more money than God to make it isn't true, but he sure has pushed the idea to cover his eligibility qualification problem and to keep the money crowd from complaining with handouts. Remember,when you have large donors come in and talk to your Congressmen, the congressmen will let you call them Betty Sue and will clean out your rain gutters for you, because they need that money to get elected ask Leland Lee Democrat arrested for arms dealing and a host of other Democratic Party Politicians, but the big fish Obama is still out there teaching them that lieing,forgery,fraud,deceit are okay while the entire Republican House sits on its hands and points fingers at the small fish.
Do you remember how that stimulus was passed? It sailed with a head wind through Congress in a way that if turned against Obama would have him packed and out of the White House by the end of April of 2014. Corporatocracy is indeed what we are left with when the leaders in the corporate world actually gain the foothold over the Republic’s Constitution. A Plutocracy defines a society or a system ruled and dominated by the small minority of the wealthiest citizens, and the wealthy citizens are not the one's rattleing the cages of they're Congressman on this malfeacence in the White House. Why? Think about it.
For a long time we have put the blame on the shoulders of these Representatives and Senators, but they can’t shoulder that all themselves, although their oaths are to the Constitution, we know in such violations of the Republic’s Constitution something has a hold on them. What is it?
They would not be there if it were not for these BIG DONORS. I mean, I’m with you in thinking it’s very odd that it is actually the BIG COMPANIES designated as ‘to big to fail’ that are so poor they actually took stimulus money’, because of their own stupid dumb ass business decisions. However, in the business world if you can make slaves to work to pay your way, take or receive credit for it, isn’t that attractive and doesn’t that beat having to reorganize under chapter 13 or bankruptcy?
I not only care about the companies that took stimulus money and failed, but I care about the stimulus companies who took the money and kept their mouth shut about Obama's eligibility to their Representatives and Senators! There is near 100% failure to report Obama as ineligiable by companies taking stimulus money. This is a total meltdown on a report of fraud and a total loss on the Constitutiton's demand for a natural born citizen in the highest office of the land. Would they run their own business with such corruption in place? If so, how could we ever trust them with money from the tax-payers and USA Trust Account? What grand lesson do you think will come out of this?
How do I know this? Well, as a small businessman, perhaps you also have received the call; I have from American Stimulus Group handing out the Stimulus money. The prerequisite of getting that money is so simple it’s ridiculous. About all you have to do is say in so many words that you meet the threshold of being able to contribute between five and ten thousand dollars to a political candidate, which translates into a business owner having a circulation of at least sixty to a hundred thousand dollars a month. That's who they are interested in giving money to. Why?
Now that can almost be achieved by your local busy McDonalds, or local automotive mechanic and lube franchise at the lowest level of the stimulus qualification and of course is superseded easily by your local chain or franchised grocery food store, but what that stimulus money does is ‘hush’ the owner up from complaining to their State Representative and State Senator.
Tell me how many of ‘those” fat cats are shouldering the burden of upholding the Constitution by demanding the qualification of the President be held as high a principle? Why wouldn't they think that it mattered unless, they were getting paid for it not to matter? Of course that would not be smart because of what the Constitution provides as an opportunity, plus what only two years left? Wonder what the next President's going to look like?
Perhaps they received that cozy working relationship and just want to block everyone now from getting their chance. It’s kind of like pulling up the ladder once you’re on top or cutting the rope on the bean stock after you made it to the top. There is not a lot of altruism involved there.
That then separates the eyes, ears, and actions of the Representative and Senators from all the little guys, including employees of businesses and small businesses that are doing less than sixty thousand a month in sales and maybe contribute a few dollars in the arena of politics. Now there are a couple of things that threatens this little arrangement that the ‘little guys’ are actually paying for with their taxes and consumption. One of those is if they all got together, pooled their money and votes behind a common candidate. That would be a real threat.
That force would be greater than the short list of bigger business owners who pad the pockets of the politicians and take the stimulus money they’re owned politician gives them-list of the States and stimulus money. Under those conditions the qualifications of the highest office in the land have indeed been usurped, but remember I said there was one higher position in America then the Office of the President?
That’s the Lord Jesus Christ embedded in our money, our Declaration of Independence and our U.S. Constitution at the very core and foundation, the God particle which cannot be bought or purchased with your dollar or property is another threat, but one they just can't do anything about.
Now while this arrangement has been profitable to the large donors and business people with a circulation of currency over sixty thousand a month, who have not complained about Obama’s lack of eligibility and qualification to their Representatives and Senators but have indeed continued to contribute to them, consider your arrangement known, and your name known to. Oh yes, he knows your name and your game very well. I understand that he knows it to.
Consider very shortly that you will be eating out of a pig’s trough, because as a pig that’s going to be your reward for this. Living high on the hog is a concept that you will remember as the good ole days. I can tell you this for sure. The fear of God is going to come upon you in an instant! Your business practices are going to hit a train wreck that you will not recover from for the rest of your life! The stimulus was your one shot at a recovery and its gone, how's that relationship with an ineligiable and unqualified C.I.C. Obama/Soetoro working for you?
That is the flood of Noah coming upon you, and while you have an instant to turn around and turn away, I don’t think you will. You’re on the train track which has been set for you and your future has already been decided. I can tell you that your cozy little relationship is going to vaporize and you will go to the end of the line, the back of the line, and you will not get close to the front every again.
Be secure in knowing God has not closed his eyes or his ears or his actions and that little pit you have dug for all the rest of us, you are going to fall in. There is nothing for you left. It’s gone! You sold your birth right for a pot of Obama’s slop.
One thing I do know as a very small business owner is a truth that I believe every large business owner also knows.
Invincibility is a mirage, and you can call it the luck you had, or you can call it being blessed by God, but while you do control quite a lot in your ingenuity and creative talent, hard work and property management, there is a particle that you do not control and that is the fate that is going to come upon you so fast, and so hard, that as I said you will never recover nor should you for your actions against the foundation of our Nation strengthened in the Heavens by the sacrifices of much better men then you who understood the value of principle in the mansions they now reside in.
While I am sorry for you, I do know that you will live in the memory that God is just, and that you could not escape, “Justice for All in the Republic for which we stand”. Amazing grace, you still have an opportunity to change and it is certainly my hope you do.
The question of our Constitution being relevant to what I’m saying was answered the moment it was signed.
Its called "Deprivation Known", I want you to listen to those words and let them sink in really well with that haunting melody. You'll know this song by heart before to long.

Eligibility of Obama Maybe the Key to Compromising Obamacare
The fog has cleared and Americans are waking up to the pain of Obamacare, just like the Patriot Act became everything that wasn't patriotic, Obamacare has become Health Care that is not affordable and has everything to do with the money. At least the U.S. Supreme Court got that right- its a tax alright- and the mother-of-all-giant taxes. As details are coming out about the penalties American's, especially young Americans are realizing their hopes and dreams have no way of every coming about.
As a small businessman, I have first hand realized the scrimping and saving here and there a little to finally afford or invest in a small piece of business equipment and how hard that was. Ask how many young Americans have a savings account that is equal to 1% of their income and you'll find out just how hard all those people who are under 50,000 are going to be impacted.
Health Insurance as a mandate will claim from every paycheck what might have been the only 'hope' to get out of the rut and that 9-5 job to open that new business, or invest in a dream. While millions depended on God's good grace in their health the Government is shutting that down with Obamacare.
Alot of people don't understand that had it been taken from Mitt Romney at a young age, Bain Capital might not have ever grown into the success. That's exactly what Obamacare is set to do. You are no longer capable of making your health insurance decisions and when your healthy wither you like it or not, your health which is good by God's grace, has just been hi-jacked by the Government.
Of course we all have had some health problems that from one time or another needed attention and of course you can't live on borrowed time forever but what Obamacare exemplifies more then anything is that the Government thinks it can do a better job at it then you and God put together, actually its not even that, its just the money.
I've never really seen something articulated so well as this has been for me this week. It really became clear to me listening to the guest Dr's and Lawyers Glen, Rush, and Sean had on their shows today from health professionals and insurance adjusters that are actually explaining it in the terms we can understand.
What became very clear very quickly is for a couple making $50,000 their health insurance was going to be $12,000 per year. That's $12,000 the Government through the IRS would not be normally collecting and if for instance in the prime years of adulthood you didn't need a doctor, that's $12,000 a year you might have put into savings or started a business with. That's what I've done, but I can see very clearly that opportunity is not going to be afforded anymore and I suddenly felt very sad for the younger generations as I contemplated how they could go out and celebrate having insurance for the rest of their life, and also celebrating being stuck in the job they didn't want and never being able to live their dream of a new enterprise.
The penalty's for not getting into Obamacare start at $95 or 1% of your income which ever is more. Which do you think is most likely going to be grabbed by the Government? Well, the guys out with signs "homeless a little will help" might be the only ones qualified for the $95, in 2014 that turns into $2,500 and in 2016 $7,000 if the caller was right on the show I heard whose frantically on the verge of a nervous break-down explaining the horror.
I really wondered why Republican elected officials as well as Democrats have up to this point been going along so merrily. This is like going to be the greatest tax hike every recorded in our history, and they are so excited they could hardly contain themselves in spending money we didn't have and running the deficit up like .. oh yeah, Obama has done the last 5 years.
Its easy to figure now where he assumed the money was going to come from. I don't know about you, but Government doesn't have a real good track record of living within their means or within the Constitution as Obama is a walking talking violation of it, and the Affordable Care Act never has yet received a signature, that is also required, from a qualified person in the Office of the President.
As the horror stories continue coming out of the shutdown and Obamacare in the robbery of Americans' savings accounts for countless generations to suffer, is it any wonder, the Obama Administration wanted to inflict as much pain as possible on the American Public in this Government Shutdown?
With the 8 day Government shut down so far that has miraculously held up with the determinations of Sen. Ted Cruz, Sen. Mike Lee and Patriots rallying to fend off the wall tumbling down, the Obama Administration has nearly tasted victory of the biggest heist in U.S. History, as well as being the biggest Fraud in U.S. history.
It makes perfect sense the two would go hand in hand together, and it certainly has a few conservative Elected Officials now worried that its too late. Well, its never to late to hold a hearing in the House my Conservative Friends on what our Constitution called the qualifications demanded for the Office of the President, that Obama has run rough shod over since he began.
I have felt more like a hero the last few days for being an actual Presidential Candidate in 2008 who wrote a spirited Motion for Amicus Curiae to the United States Supreme Court in Berg v. Obama, this week then I ever have, and reporting to them before Obama ever took office I was a candidate objecting to his qualification for the Office of the President because he was not a natural born citizen. Dear Justice Scalia:
Thank you for the service to the U.S. Supreme Court- the Court Just before God, as I see. No greater service can be rendered upon The People of The United States then preserved principles of the U.S. Constitution. Why it seems to many I know our U.S. Constitutional Rights are diminishing with the stroke of the pen, the moral persuasions of our United States Constitution echo as voices from the dust of the past, and cries from those yet unborn, for the fabric of freedom and liberty to be mended and stitched up from the assaults of the unwise who lack understanding of the importance of United States Constitution. For WE THE PEOPLE care and love every word and every line and decry the outrageous assaults upon the decorum of so noble an outline given in the qualifications of The President of The United States held within our U.S. Constitution and entrusted upon this Court.
For which qualifications we do honor our President to be as said, a natural born citizen, and 35 years of age for purposes as supposed of protection, and defense, in wise councils. To the PROTECTION & DEFENSE: born in these United States of America and therein receiving the Spirit of Protection for the mother land from that Spirit which quickens the body and from which the body is dead without that Spirit. So to from whence that Spirit originates shall be called Home from the deepest energies of the soul and thus also the deepest yearnings TO DEFEND that are natural to the person. This is the articulation and the importance of the “Natural Born” qualification. For a fool’s errand is to deny this claim and his argument unnatural, in the course, of the existence of life. That these natural born tendencies exist and are true, and so were faithfully included in the drafts, as a “Key-Stone” of our Nation, known as The United States Constitution.
Thus, I as one, and for others also I know, of WE THE PEOPLE, humbly pray for this courts greatest consideration in observance to our Nation’s Constitution in the proper vetting of President Elect Obama circulated in this Court as Berg v. Obama Case No. 08-570 (including my personally represented Motion for leave and Brief of AMICUS CURIAE), and articulated in the sacrifices of many in petitions to the Courts all over this Nation, costing us our lives in time, talents, and fortunes, and that humbly after those many who have died in service to our Nation; let them be remembered. That the Spirit be maintained in the House our Framers so wonderfully built, and that to ensure the preservation of Freedom and Liberty, to which we owe our economic success, spirited ingenuity, and accelerated maturity as a Nation roofless under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all, or be damned with failure for our forgetfulness.

My fight for the Eligibility of the President began in 2007-8 with Judy v. McCain, so leave your comments at the garbage of those who claim its only a 'racist' argument, and mine certainly has included Obama and as my letter to the U.S. Supreme Court explained is based on the principle of the Constitution for which re-construction is prohibited unless authorized expressly by Amendment.
Of course I continued that legal representation in 2012 with Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that in 2012, and 2013 were encased in the United States Supreme Court without a hearing, and with some very shady things happening I have rehearsed in other entries.
This could be so valuable to the Republicans in the House at this time if they would only see it and decide tis better to take a stand for the Constitution then compromise with the enslavement of a Nation. Pass it on to your Senators and House Representatives in your home state, because coming from you it will make a difference to them.
As negotiations are rambled about about the shutdown, I can only hope that House Speaker Boehner see's and hears from you exactly what needs to be heard at this time, first that the Eligibilty Card is the Ace, and second that compromise is not an option with FRAUD, FORGERY, and THEFT of many American generations.
