This week Bob Schieffer admitted The Media had not been diligent in vetting Obama. In a stunningly candid format Schieffer painfully minimized the damage soft padding and coddling Obama had caused by placing the burden where he thought it should go. The answer not surprisingly deflected responsibility shifting it to "The Other Candidates". This of course goes in line with the responsibility placed upon "Candidates" running for Office in managing their Campaigns to under 'fair and equal protections' challenge unqualified candidates as well as character of opposing candidates. Mr. Sheiffer's comments were lit up by Glenn Beck on The Blaze Radio broadcast this morning and here is quick 1 min:30 second highlight reel from The Birther Report:

The most compelling evidence from a senior news Reporter now unfolds upon his retirement announcement? Its on the Candidates? Well, let's thank Bob for his candid revelation and statutory endorsement of my own Candidacy that has flailed in the mud slinging thrown upon it as a "Birther Candidate" from the Fourth Estate Media, while attempting to honorably do the job of vetting opposing Candidates in 2008 with Sen. John McCain who received 'citizenship' by statute, and some alien form of 'natural born Citizenship' also by statute, and Sen. Obama as well in 2012 that stands in the U.S. Supreme Court now as Judy v. Obama Case No. 14-9396.

The Media seemed all to willing to report to the public on the Birther Law Suits headed in the U.S. Supreme Court 2008 and 2012 that reached the U.S. Supreme Court as long as they did not have a Presidential Candidate involved, especially one who couldn't be accused of 'racism' based upon equal treatment under the principle of the law. It shouldn't be forgotten that the Media's willingness to publicly rehearse the dirt Obama's Campaign dug for in his 2004 U.S. Senate Campaign, was in fact how Obama won the incumbent Republican he faced Jack Ryan.

Through the upheaval and standing there remains only one Candidate for President who has consistently stood for the principle of the Constitution's qualifications for the Office of the President regardless of party, and that was myself, Cody Robert Judy. I think it was an excellent statement that Bob Schieffer made because it is true. As a Candidate for President you do have a responsibility to first size up your opponent's qualifications for the office that your both running for. Why would anyone need to say anything about someone's character if his whole Identity was a violation of the qualifications of the Office he sought? It seemed very simply Obama is not qualified by the Constitutions different qualifications for Representatives and Senators as "Citizens" and the Office of the President's requirement of natural born Citizen. That requirement was not included for Representatives and Senators.

At the trunk of the tree is the eligibility of a Candidate for any Office and the requirements for that office in the Constitution. Those are the parameters of the Trust of that Office given to we Candidates as principles afforded by "WE THE PEOPLE". The Courts should respect that power and parameter so it should not be any surprise they have complaints come to them on any violations of that TRUST.

Now I think it is saying much more about a Candidates honest character to go after that if another Candidate doesn't measure up to the TRUST first,, before you go after anything else. I did not particularly agree with the line of thinking that other Candidates brought up as a way to go after Obama as Sarah Palin mentioned in this video , as she states "an attempt was made to destroy those who were telling the truth in bringing up the name of Jeremy Wright the pastor of Obama's church, and Bill Ayers Obama's friend and candidate for ghost writing for Obama's Dreams of my Fathers.



Yes, the attempts to destroy those telling the truth was made, but in 2008 I think Reverend Wright's "America's Chickens are coming home to roost" video had gone viral and I didn't see any shortage of Bill Ayers's name mentioned. What was particularly noticeable was the silence on Obama's Eligibility, and Sarah would have been dropping anchor on her own V.P. selection to go after Obama on that because McCain's was just as vulnerable. That explained the quid pro quo good ole boys agreement made in U.S. Sen. Res. 511 as plain as day which was for McCain but co-sponsored by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama making a nice tryst. Sarah Palin was just as culpable as a cherry on top. Did she have a choice? Yes, as a Governor she could have used her Bully Pulpit to influence a public outcry on the devastation. I'd have been screaming at the top of my lungs about McCain if I were her at the Republican convention and I did in Federal Court days before he was even made the nominee.

You can be an anchor baby and serve in the military. Just serving in the military doesn't make you eligible for the Office of the President. That's just really stupid to think about if you just imagine Putin crossing the border with his wife, dropping a kid in Texas, and financing him to the Presidency in 35 years as a qualified Candidate. Are you really that stupid to think that if that was an option to ascend to America's highest post it would not be implemented?

There was just one thing wrong with U.S. Senate Resolution 511, it failed to inform America that the United States Constitution had been breached in an unlawful manner in the TRUST the People had given politicians. If Americans could not depend on Republicans and Democrats to stand up for the 'natural born Citizen' qualification for the Office of the President because of this unholy or unconstitutional alliance had been struck between three Candidates, and Mitt Romney's mouth was gagged shut because every Republican Senator had signed on, who was left? Only Candidates like myself even come close to having Standing demanded by the Courts. If the Courts' hear my case your dang right the Media is going to tell THAT story!

Nixon said in his discussion that he believed "If the President does it that means that it is not illegal", so is the will of one Hall of Congress all that is needed to Amend the Constitution, or does it require both Halls and a President's signature?

It is a fact that the Constitution can only be amended with 2/3rds of Congress including both the House and the Senate and it must be signed by a qualified President. Why would the 'natural born Citizen' requirement even need to be considered by The U.S. Senate if in fact there was even a question. I am a natural born Citizen, born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents and Congress has not had to consider whether I'm qualified with a resolution. McCain had two! That tells us something was not right in the first place and these elected officials were up to something.

In fact over the last two Presidential Elections haven't those three Candidates been considered the major party Candidates? So, does Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and John McCain think they can destroy the TRUST America has given to politicians by breaching the U.S. Constitution's qualifications for the Office of the President?

Here is a stunning tail-to-tell everyone including the Fourth Estate Branch - Media. If the U.S. Supreme Court in their soon to be scheduled conference fails to hear Judy v. Obama 14-9396 than that's exactly what happened! American's had their basic qualifications for the office of the President changed illegally simply because the U.S. Supreme Court fails to hear a Candidate for President who was not "in on the deal", "in on the illegal cartel" that formed a monopoly against the public TRUST.

If any other Candidate for a major party were to stand up and challenge this my Case, Judy v. Obama 14-9396 would be brought up as the Court having already decided that issue in the negative, and what say you that the Court becomes irrelevant upon any Actions the Legislature takes that are unconstitutional? The gates open and hell marches in! The entire reason the Third Estate or Judicial Branch was formed to check and balance the other two is made null and void, and what's worse is my case becomes the precedent case to prove that for incoming Presidents.

People think my question to the U.S. Supreme Court's existence was too strong of language in questions for the Court to consider, but it is not and this reasoning forms the very real and logical conclusion, but would any of the Main Stream Media consider that a report of a Campaign to Report to the Public? We are not seeing it yet that's for sure.

We here at the Campaign would certainly wish to extend a GENUINE HAT-TIP to The Drudge Report for saying in so many words with 4 Favorites of CRJ2016 Tweets "I don't have a HEADLINE to put on The Drudge Report about this!". We were quite excited Drudge shared that pain with us. Forgive me Father, for they know exactly what they do: Is Anyone Really Being Fooled?

There are a lot of things that we do ignore for some time, and then it all kind of builds up and comes out. Hopefully we have learned to let it come out in positive and constructive ways. I like Glenn Beck and think he’s a very intelligent God, Family, Country loving kind of man. I also like Barack Obama who I believe loves his God, his family, and the USA for providing his paycheck for the last while. While I don’t like Obama serving as President of the U.S.A. because he’s not qualified as a natural born citizen and is a walking talking violation of the United States Constitution in that Office, I don’t mind him on the golf course or basketball floor, or playing with his kids. I didn’t even mind him being a U.S. Senator as “Citizen” is the qualification and I gave him that ground with an American Citizen for a Mom evan though she was not 5 years a citizen after age 14 to grant such.

One of the things that really bother me is hypocrisy. If you’re going to make an allowance for yourself, certainly you can make allowance for someone else or everyone for that matter in the same arena. We make age related qualifications for people to drive, or to drink alcohol coming in the form of laws for good reasons.

Of course we’ve all seen laws made up that seem to violate common sense, but the natural born citizen qualification for President holding Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents wasn’t one of them. The reason it has not been rescinded lawfully is it makes a lot of common sense to Legislatures when you start bringing in the witnesses, and really looking at the evidence, as has been done as recently as 2000.

Children have an uncanny ability to notice things that don’t make sense. Let’s look at some things that don’t make sense. Glenn Beck recently came out in an absolute tirade about burning human tissue in an incinerator and making a profit out of it. Never mind crematoriums, mortuaries, even land sales who profit off people dying, if there is a profit to be made out of dead people it’s an outrageous grievance according to Beck and soon will lead to "Soylent Green ” or the consumption of human flesh which even he reported his kids understand now from watching the movie.

The Oregon Power Plant selling power of human DNA aka burning fetus’s , amputated limps, tumors are reported to have stopped this practice at seeing the public outcry. Hooray you say? I wondered whats next for Beck? If DNA could be proven to be in fossil fuels/oil, would Glenn Beck be against the pipeline, stop driving his car, or perhaps come out against the pipeline and oil drilling all together along with energy independence for the United States? If DNA was found in the dust of the concrete used to make hospitals, houses, or Glenn Beck’s office would he stop paying for it? In Glenn's mind there is no time difference between someone whose dead tissue died yesterday and someon'e that died 400,000 years ago.

Of course no one’s going to find DNA in motor oil because its broken down, but we know it’s there. So let’s follow the extreme and see where it leads us. Certainly if burning dead human tissue and selling it as heat is an absolute no holds barred no-no to Beck, then everyone using fossil fuels in their car should quit driving cars? It’s a very well known and understood fact that oil and fossil fuels comes from Dinosaurs and the humans that walked the earth a short 400,000 years ago and while you can’t find DNA in oil, we all agree at least in fossil fuels that there is a very real possibility that human DNA actually plays some part in the make-up of oil and even concrete. Glenn Beck is burning dead humans in his car every time he takes a drive and very well could be living and paying for DNA in his house and work properties everybody.Soylent Green!

Glenn Beck goes Birther; a little extreme and its not what you think. Well,if we followed that path that Glen Beck treads, where are we? Burning babies on our Sunday drives and living in the dust of dead men’s bones. This is a really poor line of defense for pro-lifers in my opinion but I agree it creates sensationalism. So now what? Funeral arrangements for dead tissue,amputated limbs, and tumors at the hostpitals? No just burn it, but don't sell it to consumers! Burn it and bury it where from dust to dumptruck it can work its way into cement?

One of the things Glenn Beck has hated about real Birthers that I know about is our ‘distraction’ of the real important issues of conservatism, which excludes the qualifications of the Office of the President in Glen's history. One of the things that is important? Glen absolutely green-jello-gloated in yesterday's radio broadcast in the Blaze’s determination that they should not side with Cliven Bundy; and Cliven Bundy’s racist comments understood to have been manipulated and engineered by left-wing gay progressive writer Adam Nagourney of the New York Times was the reason why and got to the bottom of the issue, and more importantly why the Blaze wasn't the first to cover this story. This is where Glenn bragged he'd gained as many supporters as had de-friended him over his stance against Bundy.

I'm always a little saddened to see a gay minority beat up on a black minority when it involves exposing the saddest elements of its cultures in society, but perhaps gays have felt the heavy handed black caucus upon their choices, especially in Illinois. One of the best articles I’ve read on some of the lessons from Cliven Bundy came out of an article from the Canada Free Press by Tim Dunkin “Some Lessons from Cliven Bundy”. Beck joined in the chorus of stomping Bundy into the ground yesterday gloating in the fact he had not stepped in the cow crap of Bundy.

Now the really odd thing about this I thought as I’ve thought about The Blaze’s stories and reputation is how many stories and sensational articles they have been written or showcased that involve a knock out game. I just thought about that for one instance and not even having been on The Blaze for some time, threw it in on my browser in a search on the Blaze and found when putting in "knock out slap game "33,090 entries on 1,324 pages of stories". Now how many stories on the Barack Obama's fabricated birth certificate and Arapio's Cold Case Posse investigations or Presidential Candidates law suits against Obama featuring the only candidate in America that actually sued both McCain and Obama with yours trutly? Stories 0.

I scrolled a few stories and sure enough there was a story about a teen slapping game. I thought, oh, I wonder if that involves someone who is black and clicked on it. Sure enough, there’s a teen age black girl shown slapping a fast food worker who is also black. Of course why would I think that of the Blaze when it comes to featuring stories that show black violence?

Now what is the hypocrisy of highlighting this over and over and over again and then stating in some kind of tirade Bundy’s comments were racist? Zero stories about a bi-partisan Candidate standing up for the Principles demanded in the Office of the President holding both parties feet to the fire, and thousands of stories about black violence?
I understood quite clearly from Bundy's comments that the state of negroes yesterday in slavery prior the Constitution's 15th Amendment , is indeed similar at the very least to those black people of today dependent upon the welfare state; 40 people shot 9 killed just in Chicago over Easter Weekend. There's very little hope and change without a recovery or a vibrant U.S. economy created by adhering to the U.S. Constitution.

The same could be said about any race in America however, Bundy knows that the Media and the U.S. has someone in the Office of the President whose claim of fame is being black. Its understandable blacks are in the focus much more now because of Obama. So Bundy grasp for the straw the media uses over and over again in somehow making a comparison of the welfare state and debt we are in with a popular guy in the White House? Is it racist? How about educational that something isn't right?

Highlighted over and over again however by the Media has been the glorious white guilt that elected Barack Obama as the first black president qualifications of the Constitution, the very document that has protected blacks, gays, every other minority, and the “free press” be damned. That is hypocrisy! As Glenn Beck said that is flying upside down, not knowing it, and pulling up while your actually pulling down and smashing the plane into the ground.

I’ve heard Glenn Beck say he can’t wait for Jesus to come back and set things straight. I keep wondering what he’s going to do when Jesus is setting him straight and telling him ‘Beck, your way out of line! You haven’t even stood up with the Birthers while your bragging of standing up for the truth, in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse of professional law enforcement agents who have discovered Obama’s long form birth certificate is a fabrication, his draft registration is a phony, his social security indeed as was highlighted in a recent story, assigned to someone else, what truth are you covering up?”

In my mind receiving Jesus Christ always had something to do with living correct principles so at the very least Jesus Christ was comfortable around you and you wouldn't melt because you were filled with such corruption you couldn't stand his glory. The bigggest reason Jesus hasn't come back yet is because of his mercy upon us. He's giving us a chance to get it right,but we keep screwing it up.

Glenn has repeatedly denied the truth of the Obama identity crisis story and in such have denied all of the blessing given to actually tell the truth all the other Media Networks have denied making everyone wonder if Glenn's Network is in the pockets of George Soros also? I'm not sure Glenn Beck is really ready for Jesus to come back and kick some butt, because I don't think there is a network that would be left standing and that includes the Blaze. It might even be the first one on fire.

We do notice and are not fooled Glenn Beck and Barack Obama, that hypocrisy makes a very poor example, and terrible bedfellows but believe it or not Glenn your sleeping with Obama. You cover it up and he covers it up.

In my own experience suing Sen. John McCain and Sen. Barack Obama as a Candidate for President I have caught, shall we say hypocritical-holy-hell from both Republicans and Democrats on both sides of the isle for many different reasons? I’ve even caught hypocritical-holy hell from Birthers who defend McCain’s being born in Panama as a foreign son receiving a foreign citizenship as a gift of being born on their soil, to be excluded from the ”natural born citizen” qualifications in the principled argument that dual citizenship is not allowed in the Office of the President.

They know doubt will exacerbate their claim that being born somewhere creates a natural tendency of affection for every individual, and thus no nation on Earth would deny citizenship to someone born on the nation's soil, but will undoubtedly provide some tempestuous naturalization act of Congress as exempting the natural born citizen clause of the Office of the President to exclude “Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents’ to which according to precedent cases of law there never was a doubt. There should never be a doubt when it comes to assuring the Office of the President is filled with a qualified person, leaving open the door that leads to the authority for the executive branch. This is the creation of a Constitutional Crisis and it doesn't matter if its one day into the administration or 6 years, the crisis will materialize and come knocking for the debt.

Without such, the whole executive branch is successfully neutered of authority given or granted to it by We the People in the United States Constitution. If you don’t think that is important take a gander at the cabinets and bureaus underneath the Office of the President and take a look at say the Federal Judicial Branch’s ability to enforce any law or court order without the executive branches help. Take a look at the Legislative Branch’s ability to enforce laws also? There is none!

They have none which is why Congress is beside themselves with contortions of malfeasance earmarked for Obama and Eric Holder in their “Enforce the Law Act of 2014” hullabaloo. Why would the Legislative Branch be passing an Act like this if they could enforce the Federal law?

My experience with black people is and always has been very good. Why just in 2010 I found myself as a witness in the chair as a Presidential Candidate. The hospitality of Dr. Rev. James David Manning very gracious and kind at the CIA Columbia Obama Trial in New York who found Obama guilty of sedition and fraud on many counts. I found a beautiful people in his congregation that understood the importance of the Constitution, worked hard, and were very industrious- Praise God for that reputation. Congress everyone has received a copy of the transcript of that trial. What discrimination has that verdict received in the halls of Congress?

Of course we the people are not fooled by this and understand completely the desire to uphold the Constitution is found in at least holding a hearing on Obama’s eligibility in a disability impeachment proceeding for the sake of the law. Without the Constitution no one has protection from discrimination, no one in a Congressional Office has an Office either if you think about it.

There is no election that has been held lawfully that included Obama’s long form fabrication, phony baloney draft registration, and death contracted use of someone else’s social security number Sen. Mike Lee. So don't sit there and tell me someone was elected in 2008 and 2012 in the Office of the President.

Calling a cover-up too big to be uncovered in fact denies the very prophesy of Jesus Christ that everything will be uncovered and known. Of course he didn’t mention Glen Beck as living in a time when the biggest fraud was taking place and his key position being part of the cover-up, but we are witnesses to it.

In this case we must all admit, forgive them Father for they know exactly what they do; and simply pray for God’s mercy on justice and the United States of America. For the last thing in the world these people involved with the cover-up of Barack Obama want,believe me, is Jesus Christ showing up on the scene because they will be found outside of the truth.

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more than a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, for which I served as the Presidential Candidate running in the Democratic Party and after the primary, as an Independent Presidential Candidate securing the 'standing' necessary for the complaint in 2012 and 2013.

Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentucky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. These kits (Get Yours Free Here) contain the same evidence released in March 1,2012 (and a little more) that I included in my case against Obama that went from Georgia State- Georgia State Supreme- to U.S. Supreme 12-5276 in Judy v. Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

The clock says 3:33 AM, and I was just wrestled out of bed with a dream that has agitated me out of my sleep. Maybe similar to the bad dream of one of the millions of Americans who have recently received a cancellation notice of their health insurance being agitated out of their sleep by Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro’s promise they could keep their health insurance suddenly and swiftly becoming the predatory lie that has cast their family into the cave of an Obamacare exchange?

It’s not that we didn't want change, it’s just that we didn't expect the change would be an exchange of the principles of freedom and liberty to those of the mandatory mandates that Minnesota Senator Paul Ryan claims supersedes the Constitution. I wonder if he was the rough riding cowboy who road in through the barroom door about the same time I was headed out with his dark horse practically knocking me down on the floor with his impolite barge?

At first I was worried there wasn't going to be a single Republican Senator who would see through the nightmare of Obamacare as it strewn its surprised victims in the streets and filled the gutters with live bodies the insurance companies were just dying to unload.

I had no idea in the thick fog mixed in the breaking light of dawn advocates of free enterprise would see Obamacare as a dumping ground that in the short term could increase their profits, but Senator Paul Ryan did as the House Budget Committee Chairman . I never expected the rising star of Ryan, who was chosen above Gov. Chris Christie to fill the Vice Presidential seat of the Republican 2012 Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney, to be a determined republican standing up for big government in the middle of probably the biggest purge of the free market system, indeed assuring "Federal Workers" that at no time will their jobs be in jeopardy based on Obama's bullying tactics of, "Its my way or the highway", certainly tells the rest of America to shove-it who are losing the healthcare. Maybe Ryan likes or is use to fighting with one hand tide behind his back based on his experience with Romney, but I don't. Working for the Federal Government maybe risky when there is a Usurper in the Office of the President and it was poor judgement for Ryan to stack Obama's deck with Aces.

In deed the big embrace of Gov. Chris Christie and Barack Obama, as the Governor pleaded and was grateful for relief for his State from the Hurricane,

paled in comparison to the paradoxical french kiss Paul Ryan was just seen giving Obama as he promise to be his betrothed whipping boy. Whilst reports of Gov. Chris Christie’s bear hug and support for Obamacare are cast across the country with pictures, American might have missed the kiss of Judas coming from Ryan.
In case you missed that, let me draw you the picture and let me be clear and very transparent for I wouldn’t want to offend you by saying I was going to be transparent and then pulling the wool over your eyes so thick you couldn’t see, and then by God swearing, “Well, you could keep your health insurance “IF” you could afford to?”, while I laughed to myself walking off the stage that, “you had to be out of your mind to think that you were going to be able to afford to keep it”. Remember Obama is done being elected..right? Do you think he cares?

Indeed I have found discrepancies in Obamacare’s willingness to pick up pre-existing conditions by in fact causing more conditions of ‘mental agitation and dis-order’, tax hikes, unemployment, then its willing to cure. Nancy Pelosi explained Sunday morning, in half truths, on Meet-The-Press we should all be patient, because we are all patients in the fundamental transformation transition stage from the freedom and liberty of the Republic, to communism and it has always been rough for other countries too. Why would America think or expect to be any different?

Millions of Americans are suffering from Obamacare’s purge of the sick and afflicted and guess what? Paul Ryan in fact pointed out yesterday that Republicans have seen the light of Obamacare as a ‘mandate’ rather then something that could be de-funded by The House in a line-item funding stalemate with Democrats.

Yes, Paul Ryan rest-assured millions of Americans yesterday they didn’t need to worry about the Government not funding Obamacare because its a mandated entitlement, nor did they have to worry about Republicans defending the Constitution as one. Wait a minute; Did I hear that right? Yes, you did.

Paul Ryan just declared Obamacare to be a Government Mandate and the Constitution subservient to it rather than the Constitution being a mandate and Obamacare being subservient to it. The only problem with that chicken and egg question is we know the Constitution did come before Obamacare. We know that the ‘natural born citizen’ clause required of the Office of the President is in the Constitution and is not the same as the “citizen” requirement of Representatives and Senators and it takes less than a 2 minute commercial to understand that.

Yes, I’m quite certain I heard somewhere that individual Senators and Representatives and Judges were not free to construct additions to the Constitution without ¾ of the Congress agreeing to that and as far as I know any ACT of CONGRESS, more especially one that's viewed as an mandated entitlement, according to the Constitution, must be at the very least signed by a legitimately qualified President at the very least unless that competent legitimate and constitutionally qualified President’s veto was over-ruled by 60% of Congress.

We don’t need to worry about Obama’s veto being over-ridden by 60% of Congress because according to the Constitution 100% of Americans agree the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, Obama is not qualified as a natural born citizen –Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents.

Yes, I’m quite sure all of the political leaders of this nation swore an oath to the Constitution and that all aliens being naturalized today by law also swear by oath to support the Constitution of the Untied States of America and understand that Obama is not qualified to be President. Now getting our Nations elected leaders who have swore an oath to preserving and upholding it might seem incredibly redundant if at the very least aliens sworn in yesterday as American Citizens have been called to grasp it, but here we are in fact informing them.

What Sen. Paul Ryan did yesterday is assure millions of American they can’t trust him to defend his oath. They cannot trust him to defend them as Americans in the opportunity to be United States Citizens. Of course Congress has long been the cash register at the check-out line but Sen. Paul Ryan just declared that if you got Obamacare the Government doesn’t charge you for it, because in a sense they just deducted it from your savings account and your children’s’ savings accounts by forgery and fraud. That's akin to allowing Obamacare to be enforced without a qualified Pres. signature. You know the leaders in Congress can play dumb all they want but the day will come if they don't hold a hearing on Obama's eligibility that the burden of disaster will rest squarely on their shoulders for American history!

You know what I just can’t’ get over? That these tax freak Republicans living the life (maybe we should say living the lie) of lower taxes just gave up their biggest bargaining chip to lower your taxes on the biggest tax hike in American history! No wonder they lose elections! They can’t get their math right. They think avoiding a government shut-down to preserve the 9 million Americans jobs furloughed for 3 weeks during the Government shutdown equals more votes than the hundreds of millions of Americans whose insurance is going to be canceled or already has been due to Obamacare that 61% of America now sees as despicable?

Ordinarily I would take that as disastrous news but as an Independent Candidate for President in 2016 championing the Constitution, the opportunity that freedom and liberty presents, respecting your civil rights as an individual, calling for a congressional hearing on Obama’s fraud and deception that has held the Principle up across political party lines, I have to say I am thrilled with Paul Ryan’s revelations that you don’t need to worry about Republicans defending what you sent them to Washington DC to defend.

In fact,I can’t imagine things going any better for me? That’s exactly what I need at this time. I need Republicans and Democratic Party voters to understand clearly that their Government Leaders have forsaken them, dumped them in the gutter, and are treating them just exactly like I was treated in prison with 24/7 hour surveillance, canteen once a week, and your Constitutional Rights to do anything about it stripped away.

Thank God we can still vote and run for office according to the 15th Amendment without discrimination on race, color, or prior condition of servitude.

The sad part is I didn’t want that to happen to you in order for you to understand how important our Constitution was. I didn’t want you to have to go through what I did, but I can’t stop it now. It’s already happened.

Your phone lines are all tapped, you’re actions are all tracked, your life is all mapped out and soon the prison door will slam shut and there will be no exit until you see the parole board. You will not ever have the opportunity to do what Bill Gates did, or Henry Ford, or Alexander Bell Graham for the Government will take your business babies from you before you ever see them go to school just as mine were in real life. Obama's philosophy of "you didn't build that" will take over your creations.

You will suffer the eternal heartache of a parent whose child was snatched out from you as the Government looked on and laughed at your lack of ability to do anything about it. Its seen on the 3rd largest story of the Blaze right now as the State took custody of a teenager whose parents were to active in her healthcare, and you probably have heard by now the Senate Chairmen Harry Reid is delighted with the "nuclear option" change in the U.S. Senate he vehemently apposed when the Republicans ruled the roost. Can you say disaster Democrats when Republicans take over and many of your Judges are impeached?

Reporters and journalist may even write stories of you in the Reader’s Digest of the good ole days when the uninsured were rich enough to invest in their dreams before the Government locked them out of the pursuit of happiness and declared them all prisoners in the general population of America.

You see.. while what’s happening to you is not so different from what happened to me, the difference between you and me is I’m fighting for you and you never fought for me. I’m okay with dying as a fighter as long as I’m fighting for you and our children. The question remains are you okay dying from getting punked in prison?

Are you okay with seeing and watching your children’s future get raped and then watching cut into pieces the opportunity that was once your child’s? If your okay with that don’t’ send me any contributions, just continue on as you are. Don’t bother sending this to any of your friends who actually would understand the facts. Don’t send this to anyone who is really still cognitive of reality, because that would not be what Obama wanted. In fact you probably should just stop reading right now and go on about your business.

Obama wants you steeped in the ideas that scandals are not really mistakes, and the promises that, ‘you can keep you health insurance’. I mean he said it many times and he also said he was a ‘native born citizen’, but you and I know he hasn’t said he was a “natural born citizen”.

You and I both know he isn’t qualified for the Office of the President so everything he’s doing in that Office is really just a hoax under the masterful fraud of god Paul Ryan supports.

If that isn’t what you support or if that isn’t what you have subscribed to I’d like to ask you for something? I sincerely would like to ask you for your help in this fight. You see there is no getting around the fact that you know one way or the other these tall politicians with big fat war chest of money have either received it from you or at least from someone you know.

There’s a record of support that is kept by the Federal Election Commission that every single person can look at. If you look at that record you’ll see I could easily have been nominated for the least well funded candidate for President in 2008 and 2012 because I didn’t even get to the minimum of $5,000 which is required to start reporting, which doesn’t mean my Campaign didn’t match Romney’s or Huntsman’s in political commercials web sites, etc.

What it means if you look at my web site, that I actually built myself, at www.codyjudy.us which actually is performing much better than the 650 million dollar web site of Obamacare, ( a little jib-jab to the obots who have for years made fun of mine) is that a house can be built in many different ways and the way I’ve built my campaign is from what we’d call sweat equity.

I done that before you know against all odds. Built an entire house myself with just the materials I purchased. When the bank came in and evaluated the House for long term financing I was found in the 5 months it took me to build it actually having the equity of half of it paid off already. How many people would love to have their house half paid off the day they moved in?

Well, in short that’s what American can do when they put their mind to something. There is more than one way to do something and Obama has the Republicans believing it is his way or the highway and that’s just not true. Millions of Americans have also bought in to the idea that an Independent Party would always be the little party that actually was the cause or fault of the right or left party winning because they took just enough votes away from the loser to make that happen.

I think that’s a lie too. Republicans and Democrats have loved their little game of “good cop” and “bad cop”

they have been able to play on Americans. Let you think the Republicans were against Obamacare with examples like Ted Cruz and Mike Lee

while Paul Ryan was the designated gate-keeper who wouldn’t let you out of the door and knocked you back on your seat with words like “It’s a MANDATE Republicans have learned can’t be defunded”.

I think its really time for America to fund an Independent Candidate for President in ways that will shake Washington DC right out of their good cop bad cop boots! While I’ve done everything I could do as a Candidate for President in 2008 and 2012 in providing a level fair testimony of principle that I showed by action in court against McCain and Obama that the ‘natural born citizen’ clause of the Constitution was violated making Obama’s signature on Obamacare moot, and his occupation of the White House a usurpation, America has not shown Washington DC they cared for that.

America has not put their money where their mouth was, or maybe they have, and all this complaining about being dropped by insurance companies and not getting exemptions like big corporations and Government workers is nothing more then hog-wash? I’m here to tell you if you will fund me BIG TIME AMERICA that Republicans will grow a pair of balls really fast and Democrats will also move in a shape-shifting ways you never thought you’d ever see.

You know there’s been a lot of talk I’ve read and heard on the internet about the CIA Assassinating Obama to protect the interest now of Democrats and Republicans because they just can’t duck and cover from this eligibility pink elephant standing in the room. There are just too many accomplices in elected high offices and judgeships that if Obama was removed legally by Hearing in the House and the Senate would implicated.

I am praying for Obama’s safety and I want all America to pray for his safety. I want Obama to live to testify against everyone for immunity and maybe his life on trial, because I want the rat-bastards who have held this prick up. I think there is a lot of impeachment around the corner for those who are qualified for office but just didn’t do their job.

You and I know that we weren’t involved in the cover-up of all these scandals but there is responsibility that will come knocking. It’s coming and is on a path of direct course to head off those who think they got away with something. They will find they didn’t get away with anything and it sure wasn’t worth it.

What I would like is for everyone to actually see that standing up for the “principles” of our Constitution is indeed valuable and that stomping on them, getting over on them, and in general committing crimes in violation of our Constitution is indeed prosecuted treason. Indeed there may be only a handful of judges and elected officials who get prosecuted, convicted and shot, I think it will be minimal, but the message will be very clear.

As Americans we demand that the mandate of the ‘natural born citizen’ for the Office of the President be upheld as born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents fulfilling the original intent as a national security perimeter of two full generations in order of the office, and we will not whore or prostitute the office out.

Anyway, if you will America, I would like you to consider banning together in your neighborhoods, talking about the problems, and understanding the solutions that actually funding me as a Presidential Candidate will accomplish. This isn’t just about Cody Robert Judy being president, it’s a much bigger message that Washington DC will translate if they see $10 come into a campaign from one hundred million Americans, I can almost guarantee both Houses will have hearings on their schedule the very next week on Obama’s eligibility and Obamacare will indeed be seen as ‘moot’.

They cannot build upon a house in the sand but that the rising tide will come in and wash away. The foundations of our Constitution are sure and it is on those we as Americans must build our house. Now make your contribution of $10 by getting together with your neighbors and presenting this solution because money talks to Congress and someone else getting it is just what will cure the disease of Obamacare.

I’m kind of bashful when it comes to tooting my own horn about being the ONLY MAN IN AMERICA who sued MCCAIN and OBAMA on the natural born citizen principle who ran for President but I am. That’s what makes me a unique instrument in your hands who can "make moot" Obama's race card when it comes to his qualification for the Office of the President Congress has coward under.

This isn’t tooting my own horn this is feeling real sorrow for those losing their health care, being taxed for Obamacare, and for those not getting exemptions that actually are going to pay for it. If Republicans, Democrats, Independents of every sort are happy; if the polls of Americans ‘all time dis approval of Congress are dead wrong; and if the approval of Obama at 37% are all way off, I suppose there is no well to draw from, but if those polls are correct, Americans are searching for solutions and eager to put this behind us.

I believe this will work very well. I would like you to pass it on to your neighbors and to your social media groups and to move on it. Parade me as your Presidential Candidate and Washington DC will roll the red carpet out for you!
You know just a little funny thing I want to share with you. I always think after every blog piece, “Well, that it. I’ve said all I have to say and I’m not going to say another word. Its over!” I’m serious I haven’t ever run a race that I actually didn’t think that about nearly every day of the campaign. But my Heavenly Father, gets me out of bed and tells me to pull up my boot straps and shows me where I need to get going.

I’m so thankful for that and for his eternal well of wisdom and understanding which certainly provides me with the greatest hope for the United States of America. If you’re a member of the Democratic Party based upon some of the good ole Democratic party values of inclusion, value of the individual to stand up against corporations, intrusive and overbearing Government in civil rights, and the semblance at least some fairness, you have got to be watching Obama in a nightmare, or worse, a sci-fi horror movie starring Stallone in Demolition Man, in the demolition and destruction of the Democratic Party.

From the UK comes a story that the entire Verizon Wireless Network that has been either enlisted or co-opted by the NSA under Executive Branch head Obama to collect all the phone calls all the email addresses in an all out spying effort on Americans under the nightmare of the Patriot Act over the last 7 years.

While the Judicial Branch has problems in the political doctrine theory they have used to give Obama cover for his forged and fraudulent long form birth certificate, apparently the Judicial Branch has no problem signing secret spying orders on all Americans using Verizon Wireless under the guise of national security. As a Verizon wireless subscriber I’m furious about being targeted as a terrorist as I’m sure all other innocent people are.

From the implant of Obamacare into the supposedly politically neutral hands of the IRS comes the story that Obama’s own “campaign manager” is attending meetings to officiate the code of conduct for the apologizing-Tea Party/Conservative-voter-targeting-arm of the Obama Government to manage the health care of all Americans where to quote officials, “Some will live and some will die” according to the IRS’s neutrally political directives.

From Glenn Beck comes the Democratic Party sci-fi horror statement that is not only compelling but downright disturbing that The Tea Party be the new Civil Rights Party? How could it have come to this? How could the Democratic Party have lost that mantle? Well it’s pretty easy when the guy in the White House is employing tactics of the Red Scare.

Why would we hear about this from foreign reporters? Well, we also know that Obama is making investigative reporting and those that do it here in America an espionage criminal act prosecuting more reporters than any other administration in our history and we have the A.P. Reporter tracking list of conversations and emails to back up the tip of the ice-berg of the nixonian watergate type tactics employed by Obama.

Isn't it enough that reporters for the most part have completely ignored the eligibility argument taken to Court in Judy v. McCain in favor of preserving a ‘race’ card for Obama to play for every eligibility case in Obama-usurping history, accept for mine, in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in the U.S. Supreme Court?

We are not threatened by intelligence or knowledge, we are threaten by ignorance or lack of knowledge and Obama’s greatest cover-up lies in his own identity fraud made so only by championing ignorance rather than championing the pursuit of happiness which is knowledge.

Yesterday on the Blaze, the lack of intelligence on Obama’s years at Columbia University rose quickly to a high ranking story. In the on-air report Obama’s supposed and miraculous transfer from Occidental College as a C student defied not only the odds of reason but the odds of everyone ever remembering him at Columbia including Wayne Allan Root former V.P. Candidate for the Libertarian Party and George Stephanopoulos of ABC.

Along the same story over 400 political science students attending around the same years as Obama questioned about it in an Fox news report also had never seen Obama or could remember Obama attending, which was also noted in the comments of a political science professor there who stated in a public speaking engagement, “he had his doubts” Obama ever attended, to the gasps of the audience.

This report was featured in the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA SEDITION AND TREASON TRIAL held in New York with Dr. Pastor James David Manning where Obama, by a jury panel of American Citizens from all over the United States was found to be guilty of many counts of fraud and sedition along with the findings Obama was not eligible or qualified as a natural born citizen to even be seated in the Office of the President under the United States Constitution.

I testified as a presidential candidate for the first time in United States history at that 2010 Tenth Amendment trial against another candidate for President in Obama, beginning on page 49 of the Trial Transcript link, and brought to the attention of the world the fact that McCain’s “natural born citizen” exclusive grant by Congress defied nature as an action of man and was co-sponsored by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama on a quid pro quo good ole boys agreement.

Speaking of gasps from the audience, it is interesting to see story after story emerging as the one has of a conference of sheriffs and law enforcement personal brought up to speed on the document forgeries of Obama’s long form birth certificate and selective service registration by a Cold Case Posse with over 2500 hours on the documents.

Mike Zullos’ investigation sanctioned by Sheriff Joe Arpaio was submitted by myself for the first time and originated in the State District Court of Georgia the day after its release to the public and worked its way thought the Georgia State Supreme Court and up to the U.S. Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in January of 2013.

Since that time cover up after cover up after cover up has haunted America from Benghazi gun running into Syria to gun-running into Mexico that actually was arming gangs, the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as Al Qaeda.

As Americans don’t you think we have got to start wondering about the sanity, fear, or manipulative tactics of those pointing fingers at the Birthers calling them crazy?

As a proud Article II Patriot and Birther I say from the trail-blazing work myself and many others have done at our own peril as sacrifices for the Constitution of the United States that includes our Civil Rights visible through the rear view mirror of our vehicle, that the rest of Conservative Republican and Democratic Party people sitting in disbelief,as these events unfold, are only now beginning to catch up to what we have known and been sounding an alarm for.

Welcome to our world as you’ve been spied on, treated as terrorist, punked as stupid, told to shut-up, sit down, and that if you weren’t doing anything wrong you should not mind being treated as a prisoner in America.

It is every and increasingly apparent to you, shown to you as clearly by God as anyone could be shown, that if you do not choose politicians who believe in the Constitution, and when I say the Constitution I very strongly imply the eligibility requirement demanded of the Office of the President that Obama has from day one demolished, that you will indeed have every right taken from you the Constitution frames as inalienable.

The very first thing you should ask yourself in choosing a Representative or a U.S. Senator is are you an Article II Patriot, are you a Birther because if you’re not, you certainly are not getting my vote or my money contributed to your campaign.

My name is Cody Robert Judy and I can proudly say if you consider my campaign for your hard earned dollars at the very least you can consider your Constitution’s demand for a natural born citizen upheld and respected without the fear of being called a racist as I have upheld equally the eligibility argument with McCain and Obama. There just are not many politicians who can say that in the entire United States.

Of course if you as Americans’ would like more politicians to sprout up championing your rights, and you’d like your Representatives and U.S. Senators to take a stand, then you have got to show them that there is a direct correlation between their taking a stand for the Constitution on this national security directive and breach and your campaign dollars. A good way to do that is contributing to my campaign that in 2008 and 2012 didn’t even collect the minimum amount of over $5,000 to report to the FEC.
