Wow.. have you entered a project, or got in a car, not really knowing for sure where it would take you?
That's kind of the way I feel as I look back on everything that has taken place in 2012. A lot of work, but it seems very little to show for it.
The last post of 2012 and where are we on the eligibility of Barack Obama?
Well, we were in the United States Supreme Court one time in October, but were denied perhaps because our case wasn't yet ripe. We start off 2013 right back in there on January 4th, 2013 Judy v. Obama 12-5276 and its as ripe as its every going to get.
Thank you to all my friends and patriots! YOUR the best part of 2012 for me. The prayers from you have kept me afloat in deep waters, kept me safe in troubles and accidents. There is no measurable way to express my gratitude to you for your support, for which I am very humbled and honored by.
Being engaged in a good cause is very consuming and time just flies by as if it were a dream. What greater cause to be in the trenches laboring for than for the children of America to have the opportunity of freedom and liberty our Republic stands for?
The freedom of our future generations demands upholding our Constitution. Even those who succumb to the bitterness of shredding it in favor of the unknown abyss acknowledge the principles set as pillars on a firm foundation and when it comes down to it, end up admitting more of the principle pillars than the ones they'd like to abandon.
What a flat out honor being an American is! I'm here to tell you I love it! Its cool! While leading often requires splitting the walls of fierce adversarial winds,my wings seem to bask in the uplifting powerful drafts at the same time.
I am frightened, and scared, and thrilled for the gift of failure, because it has not precluded my ability to succeed. Happy New Year!

Election Challenge Presents: Has Justice been Jacked in America?
I pledge of allegiance to the flag – Of the United States of America – and to the Republic for which it stands- One Nation – Under God – Indivisible with liberty – And Justice for all.
Our Pledge of allegiance ends with a profound statement encompassing every American with justice. So what does it tell you about what’s happening to justice in America when a simple definition of a ‘natural born citizen’- ‘born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents’- has thus far been hi-jacked by the occupant of the White House as well as the Courts?
Well, I’ve run for President in 2008, and 2012, and have begun 2016 and I tell you justice has thus far escaped me as an American in the demand that only a ‘natural born citizen’ could qualify according to the Constitution Article II Section 1,Clause 5 for the office of President.
The problem with that, and the reason you should be concerned, is that justice has escaped you also. Justice for you has been jacked for quite some time.
On January 4th, 2013 the United States Supreme Court meets in conference to discuss a couple of things regarding my case Judy v. Obama 12-5276. Among them the ripeness of the case, the competitive standing of the petitioner (me), and the reconsideration ultimately that the Courts can’t have it both ways as far as the ‘natural born citizen’ qualification demand for the Office of the President.
Justice can’t demand the ‘natural born citizen’ qualification for the office of the President be upheld in denying a ‘naturalized citizen’ the ability to run for President as the case in a Sept.28, 2012 ruling in the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia Hassan v. F.E.C;11-2189, by Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, in principled terms concurring that the ‘natural born citizen’ qualification demand for the Office of the President within the Constitution’s Article II, Sect. I., Clause 5 had not been “trumped, abrogated and implicitly repealed” by, the Equal Protection guarantee of the Fifth Amendment and the Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, as was the case by an Administrative Court ruling in Judy v. Obama, the subsequent Superior Court, and Georgia Supreme Court holding that the 14th Amendment did in fact over-rule the ‘natural born citizen’ qualification demand for the Office of the President within the Constitution’s Article II, Sect. I., Clause 5.
There could not be a plainer simpler determination to see in the presumption that justice has been jacked.
It seems that just as soon as the name Barack Obama is not included in the action before the Court that all of a sudden the Court upholds the ‘natural born citizen’ qualification as a standard that demands no foreign influence in the office by birth or parents. This is how it was suppose to be as the unique demand for’ natural born citizen’ only exists for the President and Vice President Office and is not a part of the qualifications for the Offices for House of Representatives or U.S. Senate.
The Constitution itself in the clause lays bare the exception to a ‘natural born citizen’ occupying the Office of the President as it declares that ‘a citizen’ is able to occupy the office if the person was not a ‘natural born citizen’ prior to the signing of the Constitution.
The Judicial Branch of our Government has long been held as the Branch most dedicated to upholding justice for individuals. The Courts is where we go when we have been wronged rather than the gun cabinet as was so often frequented in the Wild West. We are a nation of laws and our Constitution has long been held the factor that made the United States ‘indivisible’ in our pledge of allegiance as we uphold that as the Supreme Law of the Land.
Of course States could vary on many issues, but upon the United States Constitution every State and every Political Party for that matter came together lest civil war unfurl its banners with death and mayhem being carried out dividing us in our own backyards as a Republic.
Ask yourself if you’re questioning that document if you’d appreciate a few States being allowed to incorporate slavery again? Women’s suffrage? 2nd Amendment Right to bare arms? Or even prohibition?
Hollywood might engage support in terminating weapons meant to throw off a repressive Government clearly out of step with the Supreme Law of the land, however, just as soon as you remove the ability for them to use weapons in the movies, or curtail free speech in a Hollywood Drama in anyway including Broke Back Mountain, you might see Hollywood reaching for and supporting the 2nd Amendment very quickly with an aim that is very sharp.
Yes, it’s just a matter of liberty and freedom when it really comes down to it that is very important to all of us. This freedom and liberty has unleashed Hollywood to spectacular heights in the eye of the world but those heights also mean that the fall can be a painful one if our Constitution is not upheld.
I’m sure they get it and don’t need a lecture from me, accept sometimes people think they can have it both ways. In the past we have done a pretty good job in maintaining balance in America which is not easy. You've got to want it badly. The forces against women especially are continually urging for repression and the defense is continually assaulted.
That’s why it pains me so bad to see especially women standing against the United States Constitution in the demand for a “natural born citizen” in the Office of the President. I mean you want to talk about slavery again, putting a veil over your face, losing your right to vote as a citizen, and a return to the dark ages, those who voted for Obama seem to have no clear idea of exactly what a termination of the Constitution means to them personally or the effect upon our Constitution through the office of the President.
Yes, I have long been denied justice in my runs for President. I have long been denied a fair race. Obama has seen himself as an exception to the rule of law. Many courts have seen that and concurred. Obama’s lie about being a ‘natural born citizen’ is probably only surmounted by his lie to women that he does not want to see them stripped of their citizenship.
If actions speak louder than words, and they do, it is clear or should be clear, that not holding up the Constitution in the demand for a ‘natural born citizen’ in the office of the President is just as good as wiping away a women’s citizenship completely. There is no better way to get the task done.
You don’t think he’d do it? Well, you must be very good at lying to yourself, and to others, to have this lie perpetrated against you. Obama is a perpetrator in your house- the same house that has protected women’s rights in the United States Constitution.
Here’s the question: How long are you willing to wait for justice to roll around to hearing your cry again? How long are you comfortable weeping? 2008-2012-2016, have you ever thought about how many years it will take you to gain justice again for your plight if the Constitution is null and void?
And the worst part of it? It was done by your own hand…your own vote.
I am the biggest advocate for women’s rights you have at your disposal. I have been serving you in all the years that I have been denied justice in this fight to defend the ‘natural born citizen’ clause of the Constitution for the Office of the President. I pray to God that my suffering won’t translate into your suffering, because once that takes place I cannot guarantee that you won’t be denied justice just the same as I have been denied justice for as many years and that is pain I don’t want to see you experience…again.

Election Challenge w SCOTUS invokes Electoral College Count HJ 122 Change?
Have you ever wondered just how fast our Government can work when it puts its mind to it?
HJ 122 was impressively introduced to the House on Dec 18th and passed, and then introduced to the Senate on Dec. 20th where it passed, and has now been signed by Obama. WOW!
Of course what makes this so interesting is that the Supreme Court of the United States is hearing Judy v. Obama on Jan. 4th,2013 in conference and the Electoral College vote was Jan. 6th, whereupon the Supreme Court might have conference d prior to the Electoral College Vote counted.
Now with this resolution that has changed and the Electoral College vote will be counted Jan 4th,2013 instead of Jan. 6th 2013.

SECTION 1. DATE FOR COUNTING 2012 ELECTORAL VOTES IN CONGRESS.
The meeting of the Senate and House of Representatives to be held in January 2013 pursuant to section 15 of title 3, United States Code, to count the electoral votes for President and Vice President cast by the electors in December 2012 shall be held on January 4, 2013 (rather than on the date specified in the first sentence of that section).
There are no co-sponsors for this bill, so we are led to believe what? Earlier was better then later? Of course January 6th,2013 is a Sunday however, whenever a Holiday or Sunday affects the Government don't we all know that the next or following available day is usually the best option for relief rather then the preceding day?
Actually, it might not make a difference because any electoral college vote made for Obama is subject to being dismissed according to the Electoral College Act or (ECA)
as one of my prior post elaborated upon.
Grounds for Rejecting Electoral Votes Submitted by an Elector Who Has Section 2 Status - B- Post Appointment Grounds - 1. The elector cast his or her vote in violation of constitutional and federal statutory requirements; for example, the elector did not vote d. for candidates who are constitutionally qualified to hold the President’s and Vice-President’s office.
All the Electors were warned prior to their votes being cast Dec 17th,2012 through all of the Secretary of States who passed the message on to them dutifully, therefore the United States Supreme Court can most assuredly account for Electors being for-warned and informed that a vote for an ineligible candidate can and will be dismissed. This information was also passed on and recorded in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 being heard January 4th, 2013.

America No Games Just You- CRJ Election Challenge 2012
America provides opportunity, so many choices that are important to women, and encompasses a mixing pot in America of many diverse people. To keep America happy she simply ask you pay her a visit once in while and adhere to the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen in the Office of the President.

Let me take this time to wish everyone of you, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and while I know this may be far from Holiday Cheer, it is the appreciation for Holidays, for the freedom to celebrate in the spirit our beloved Constitution provides me that keeps me urging you towards more courtesy towards it.

SCOTUS ELECTION CHALLENGE Presents: The Compromise of the Sovereignty of a Nation
Psalms 35:30-The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment. 31- The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.
v.39 But the salvation of the righteous is of the Lord; he is their strength in the time of trouble. 40-And the Lord shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trusted in him.
What compromise is there of slavery? What compromise is there of the “natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution demanded only for the Offices of the President and Vice President?
Shall we allow a few States of the Union to enjoy the benefits of a little slave labor like China does? It might save us a little gas on importing things if we just compromised a little on a few selected minorities. What would be wrong with that? You know a lot of the slaves in America said they were very happy with their masters?
Twas a heavy burden that President Abraham Lincoln bore in the judgment of sacrificing 620,000 lives in the cause of the future freedom of every man in America. The United States Constitution is celebrated in the 13th Amendment with more gratitude by the minorities it protected and set free, than by the majority. Often the value of a freedom is gained by the experience of the loss of it.
The Civil War may be over but the battles continue on both sides of the coin in America. Shall the State take over the custody of a women’s body in a type of slavery, forcing her to full term of an unwanted pregnancy? Shall an anchor baby, naturalized citizen, or a duel parented citizen like Obama for instance, of the United States be given the right as a ‘natural born citizen’ to aspire to the Office of the President?
The convenient term of “discrimination” has been slapped upon America as the whip of hope and change in the cessation of the principle of our Constitution’s demand for the Office of the President. Is it the minorities who see discrimination in the wisdom of our founding fathers that only for the Office of the President and Vice President was the qualification of a “natural born citizen” demanded, exterminating any foreign allegiance by birth or by parents, as the law of nature claims: born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents?
Can a black man be a natural born citizen, born in the United States to citizen parents? Can a man from oriental decent be a natural born citizen, born in the United States to citizen parents? Can any nationality in America be born in the United States to citizen parents? Of course!
So have I sued or taken issue with every white Republican who was running or thinking of running for President who was not a “natural born citizen” i.e. John McCain, Rick Santorum, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal? Yes, but that’s not good enough?
So why the underhanded stick of discrimination by the media in SCOTUS Judy v. Obama 12-5276, or the blood splashed on my car or the foul and disrespectful language for me as a Birther and defender of our Constitution? Is it really just for Obama?
Well, it’s not for Blacks, or Orientals, or Latino’s or any other nationality or minority, because they can all as they are born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, qualify for the Office of the President under the Constitution’s demands for a natural born citizen. So we are left to understand this whole cotton-pick’n thing is really just about one man whose name is Obama or Barry Soetoro.
So what are we to gather here? People who don’t care about the “Natural Born Citizen” clause of the Constitution for the Office of the President really are fighting for a return of slavery or abolishment of the 13th Amendment? Is that it? They’d like to enslave women and a few minorities with them?
Instead of “Qualification”, anti-birthers read “Discrimination” into the Constitution? Now what would cause them to do that if their motive was pure? I don’t think “ignorance” or lack of knowledge really qualifies in this case although it might in some cases, but what I can assure in their positions is this.
That if the Office of the President is compromised by a foreign influence, which is in fact discouraged by the qualification feature of the demand for a “natural born citizen”, (which by the way excludes dual citizenship), it is not for the cause of freedom and liberty, but for the cause which besets so many other Nations ruled with tyranny and subjugation of peoples and their properties.
If it is not for the cause of freedom and liberties established in our Constitution as inalienable rights for our citizens to enjoy, then it’s formidably understood why Obama wants to increase your taxes and diminish the Constitution. Swearing an oath to the Constitution as a violation of it, makes Obama’s lie, the extent he’s willing to compromise what he promises you.
“What will the poor serfs say?”, if everything Obama’s says is a lie? What will they do if for the greater good of 300 million people, Obama extinguishes the second amendment rights over the deaths of 300?
Obama’s language, “that for the greater good something needs to be done”, should be understood to mean the opposite of the greater portion of the population in America; because in his mind the greater good extends to include the whole world not subjugated under the United States Constitution, with all of its checks and balances, but under something most would say is much more exploitative of America as a sovereign nation.
If you haven’t got the picture of what America looks like without the Constitution, or with the Constitution compromised, you have no understanding or respect for freedom and liberty, taxation without representation, or the extended promises of politicians to sell America’s future generations into bondage through the national debt with absolutely no intentions of paying it off while they are in office. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9fNjSTFI7_I

If you want a recipe for war keep mixing. If you want a recipe for peace then take a stand for the Constitution with me on the” natural born citizenship” demand for the Office of the President with a little more enthusiasm to exactly what you’re standing up for, and what you’re taking a stand against.
If you don’t think the Constitution’s important Congress and SCOTUS, then by all means retire your positions which are founded in the document along with our principles as the Supreme law of the land. Without the Constitution there is no Congress and their sure isn’t any need for a Supreme Court of the United States respectively as a Legislative and Judicial Branch check to the Executive Branch. As the Constitution goes, so do you.

SCOTUS Election Challenge Update: Electors Warned of Dismissed Electoral College Vote
One of the problems with the Republican Candidates Romney and Ryan is they continually deny the fact that the Constitutional requirements for the Office of the President are entirely different than the Constitutional requirements for office's such as U.S. Senator or U.S.Congressmen. We see that in Paul Ryan's answer dealing with Birthers, even this year.

“We make it a priority to respond to all our constituents, so we had a staffer — a junior level staffer — doing some independent research to ensure that we were able to properly communicate to our constituents that he [Obama] was in fact a citizen of the United States,” Anderson said. “We respond to our constituents the best we can. If we hear something from constituents, we’re going to address the question, even if it’s outdated, it will be addressed.”
"..was in fact a citizen of the United States", HELLO! HELLO! HELLO! The demand for the office as set forth by the Constitution for the Office of the President is a 'natural born citizen', not a "citizen". So in Ryan's own words, in other words, Obama is not qualified.
Do you think there is a difference between 800 Billion and 1.6 Trillion? Well, there's a difference alright in "Citizen" and "Natural Born Citizen"! Maybe Bill Clinton was right in R's not being good at Math and now we can add English to the topics they're getting an 'F' in.
Congressmen Ryan took pride in actually sending his constituents the fabricated long form birth certificate that showed Obama's father from Kenya as a British subject, full well knowing that duel allegiance is not allowed in the Office of the President.
Mitt Romney's loss may not mean a loss for Conservatives, how could his loss translate into a conservative win? If Republican leadership players had an ounce of courage they could make the play that Electoral College Votes for an ineligible candidate should be dismissed; that's exactly what needs to happen!
Could Republican leaders like Mitt Romney hold the keys to unhinging Obama's Electoral Votes and joining the chorus that electoral college votes for an ineligible candidate will be dismissed, sending his the electoral college vote and Obama's to Cody Robert Judy for a conservative win? Its possible, especially given the United States Supreme Court is reviewing Judy v. Obama 12-5276 this Jan 4th as an extension of it's previous denial.
That hardest part of this is basically America is witnessing that these so called leaders would rather elevate the debt and sell America's future generations down stream than make a stand on the Constitution, which is the law of our land, and through the Constitution demand Obama pack up and leave as he's not a "natural born citizen".
Dear Respective Electors, Secretary of States, and Applicable State Executive Authority & Governors:
The following notice is hereby given to each State as official notification that any Elector voting for an ineligible candidate for the office of President of the United States will not be counted! It is imperative that Electors understand through this notice that a Natural Born Citizen is a person born in the United States to Citizen Parents.
Understanding the SUMMARY OF GROUNDS UNDER THE Electoral College Act (ECA) FOR DENYING ELECTORS SECTION 2 STATUS AND FOR NOT COUNTING ELECTORAL VOTES pursuant US Code 3 S. 5., when it comes to an ineligible candidate for President.
One of the primary reasons for demanding the Judicial Rulings on the eligibility requirements of the Office of the President be upheld by the Judicial Branch, such as I have undertaken in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 now in the U.S. Supreme Court and set for a Jan 4th Conference which is before the January 6th Electoral College Vote is indeed to necessitate action in the Legislative Branch when it comes to the Electoral College vote.
Understanding the connection really helps and the following is a concentrated example of this:

Mr. Barack Hussein Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen according to the demands for the Office of the President pursuant the United States Constitution Article II, Section 1., Clause 5; and Barack Hussein Obama has not met the criteria of being a "Citizen" prior to the Adoption of the Constitution which would exempt him from either being born in the U.S. or except him from having a duel citizenship through one or both parents, according to the same demand of the Constitution.
The United States Supreme Court having received these, and warranting the facts of Barack Obama not being a "Natural Born Citizen" qualified for the Office of the President pursuant U.S.C.
Electors are now formally notified that any Electoral College Votes made for Barack Hussein Obama will be dismissed, and thus each Elector is given a choice to vote for a second Democratic Party Candidate, who is qualified as a "Natural Born Citizen", according to the Constitution, and has met all the other Constitutional qualifications for the Office of President - Cody Robert Judy, rather than having their vote dismissed on an ineligible candidate.
Republican Candidate Mitt Romney has officially conceded his electoral votes in the concession of the election, however the concession to an ineligible candidate negates them. Thus, both Red and Blue States have the select opportunity to vote for a candidate whom is qualified in the 2012 presidential race, and who has not conceded any electoral vote.

I’m so proud of you for our Country. It’s the sweetest love; The Patriot’s love for our freedoms, our liberties, and our Constitution. You know as well as I do that there are people who will be-little, make fun of, and disparage with negative comments these efforts, but they are missing out on a sweetness, and are filled with a bitterness that is not fulfilling. Their lot is of course discouraging, they live and breathe it.
You know in some ways I kind of felt like Lot who was pleading with the Lord before he destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, in thinking no one would write or copy and send the letter. If you recall in Gen. Ch 18 and 19, Lot, who was Abraham’s brother, pleaded with the Lord not to destroy the City Sodom & Gomorrah if he could find 50, then 40, then 30, then 20, then 10 people who were righteous in it.
Anyway, while many are processing the tax increases including 55% income tax after their death, these patriots have taken some action that at least is comprehensible at demanding the United States Supreme Court hear Judy v. Obama 12-5276 featuring the demands of our Constitution on the Office of the President, from all over the Country, every State of the Union is represented!
Of course it is against all odds that we together fight this fight, I made that very plain in my past post. However, I know the actions together we have taken have been God’s will. I also know that often times when you have done everything you can do and it only amounts to a small percentage of what is needed, that God is always able to make up for what is left, or remains undone.
In my experiences, which are probably referred better by the depths of the Grand Canyon rather than the heights of Washington DC, I have learned that if I have done everything I can do, I don’t have any regrets. God help us even in doing all we can do.
As I contemplate the political losses of the past decade I’ve had, I see a refining fire I’ve been through that has made me better and better. That’s at least encouraging. (smile) What I really want to say though is, if all my political losses of the past were wrapped up in a weight and placed on a scale, and then all of the friends I have made across the Country in just the past two years, were placed on the other side of the scale, that all of the friends I’ve made make all of my losses seem next to nothing.
For what purposes we have come together, so far from any expectation I could have imagined twenty years ago, I don’t know, however I do know they are centered on the love of our Constitution which is The Supreme Law of the Land, Our Country.
If all we have done together the last year is suddenly doused with a denial of the Justices from the United States Supreme Court, we who have stood have clear consciences that we did everything we could, and we will have no regrets.
If all of the work we have done bears fruit, how great will be our joy, how wonderful our hope for our future generations, how proud we will be to have done such a glorious work. What a noble cause we have had the pleasure to serve and fight in.
The sweet and delicious fruit of gratitude expanding and swelling the heart is such an honor to feel. I’m am so honored to have that feeling about all of you who have sent letters to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 and I pray that in some way you can also feel that fruit expand in your hearts for what our Founders and Framers have given to us that we have fought for and signed our names to.

As a concerned Citizen, I would like to express my sincere interest in your upholding the rights of Cody Robert Judy as a natural born citizen and hear this case. The media is not representing my interest especially and everyone should be playing by the same rules.
Obama is not playing by the same rules in the race for President and I believe this deserves you utmost attention as the #_____ issue in the Constitution, mentioned 13 pages out of the 48 pages in the pamphlet of The Constitution that has to do with the Office of the President out numbering any other demand or principle at least 10 to 1. Is it any wonder I’m concerned?
This pillar of our Constitution demanding a natural born citizen affects literally every other right and organization of Government, and literally hinges our elections which I am aware are the laughing stalk of many foreign countries and governments now including many of our allies, as they even see we are totally ignoring this very important pillar.
As a patriot of The United States of America, I understand that a Elector can be dismissed if he/she is voting for an unqualified candidate and according to Obama's attorney Fischer the Electoral College as a body, should decide who is eligible as President and who is not, but that doesn't excuse the United States Supreme Court from its duty as an interpreter of the Constitution in the Judicial Body of our Government and specifically in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 because Congress Members cannot be Electors.
