WASHINGTON DC - The US Supreme Court received today the first crack at Barack Obama's Ineligibility and the Crimes of Fraud alleged in his Identification since he was re-moved from the Oval Office in January by the U.S. Constitution's declarations of Law reining in dictators.

No Constitutional President has ever in two terms come close to selling Americans out 10 Trillion. The figure amounting to 70K for every man, woman, and child in the USA.
The case filed in WASHINGTON DC Today, represents perhaps the first Test for Justice Neil Gorsuch, who was not at the Meeting with Obama.

This case submits to the Court the latest discoveries of Obama's Fraudulent Long form birth certificate discovered by two independant forensic crime lab units who are very good at what they do.
The Investigation conducted by former Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse has never totally and conclusively been in a Court of Law. Judy's case is the first one.
The recipe for a failure of Justice was handed to the U.S. Supreme Court on appeal from the Federal District Court, Utah Division, Judge Ted Stewart - now Senior Status. Stewart refused to serve the defendants, even with the Crime Labs Reports and Federal Crime Statutes cited.
Judy said, " The Application to an Individial Justice is a Petition for Mandamus, which is the fastest way to bring a rogue Judge who is completely out-of-line with his Judgeship , stepping across the red-line as Defendant's Council, Jury, as well as Judge. It enables a higher Court Judge to bring by Order the lower Court in-line, sometimes very quickly.
It's a first shot of many Appeals Processes available. Other's include Circuit Court Appeals, but because this case has been in the U.S. Supreme Court already in 12-5276 and 14-9396. " I decided to give this route a shot as Justice Gorsuch is the Junior Justice available below Obama nominated Justice Sotomayor and Justice Kagan." , said Judy.
The Application spells this out very clearly. It was the highly unusual Denial of forma papers granted by the Federal District Court and 10th Circuit, that met with a Denial by Justice Sotomayor in the same calendar year, that really infuriated and insulted poor people all over America. It's as if she was saying to all poor people, " You have no business here in the U.S. Supreme Court."
Justice Gorsuch will have a couple of options with the Application. He can refer it to the Full Courts attention and they could reverse the denial of forma pauperis and hear the Writ of Certiorari. He could also by Order simply tell the Federal District Court to issue the Order To Show Cause, reeling the Defendants in from their caves and hide-outs.

A great many authors, writers, and commentators have misrepresented Birthers or Article II. Patriots steadfast on defending, protecting, and preserving the qualifications of the Office of the President, Commander-in-Chief, and head of the Executive Branch of the U.S. Government.
While there may of course be alternative Birthers, this author and 3X Presidential Candidate with some 15 Federal and State Court Cases across the Nation would like to notice the Standard applications of The Birther in respect for the Law, Evidence, and Facts in harmony for Truth recognized by much bigger testimonies of Time and Nature then that of personalities that come and go as today's wind in four to eight years according to identitarian politics.
Hillary Clinton used the Birther Claim as a leverage anchor against Donald Trump repeatedly in the 2016 Election, and she lost. If anything attest to the validity of the issue as a Constitutional Standard it can be argued it wasn't the frosting decorating Hillary Clinton's inauguration.
Cody Robert Judy is the only Presidential Candidate in America who has a "Bi-Partisan" Record in Federal Courts filed to protect the "natural born Citizen" Clause for the Office of President. The 49 year old 2016 Democratic Presidential Candidate has 15 Civil Actions in Court since 2008 that included McCain and Obama. [Source].
It would be impossible and irresponsible to corral every Birther into the personal narrative of "opposition to Barack Obama" as it would be to exclude every unqualified Presidential Candidate who was Republican, such as John McCain, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal and others in history as Chester Arthur who made the Office for a term home with an assassination and some cover-up as Chester's father a British Subject became a U.S. Citizen after 1843 making his son a British Subject at the time of his birth in 1829 and a dual citizen at the time of his birth unqualified for the Office of President which he inherited unlawfully after the assassination of President James Garfield.
1- The Office of the President is reserved for those who pass a two tier test: A. born in the United States, (unless you were an Original Citizen at the time of the Adoption of the U.S. Constitution) combining with B. those who are children of Parents who are at the time of the Birth U.S. Citizens, (unless you were an Original Citizen at the time of the Adoption of the U.S. Constitution).
2- The Laws of Nature rather than the laws of men govern or testify of the evidence of facts regarding the recipe for a [natural born Citizen]. Congress has the right of [naturalization or Adoption of Citizens] but has no authority over the process of nature's Time required for a [natural born Citizen] void of recognized foreign allegiance by place or parent.
4. That the race, color, or gender of a person has nothing to do with the circumstances of qualifying as a [natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the United States to United States Citizens.
5- That any Nation has a right to define the Time period required to meet the Standard of Leaderships Qualifications distinct towards the responsibility of positions that present themselves unequal or tiered.
6. That the [natural born Citizenship] requirement for the Office of the President is not the requirement set for Representatives and Senators distinctly [Citizen], unless you were an Original [Citizen] at the time of the Adoption of the U.S. Constitution.
7. That the U.S. Constitution was a new Jurisdiction of Law Adopted by the Union of States in those Uniting as one Nation; the number of States is being amendable changing throughout U.S. American History; but that Territories and Military Post are not independent States of the Union nor subject to the same laws States are bound by, nor have ever been seen the same as a "State" of the Union, but are subjects of association by degrees distinct from States of the Union.
8. That acclimation to the U.S. Constitution as the Jurisdiction of Law takes Time, and the Office of the President requires the most Time to qualify for because of the concentration of Power the Office of the President has over an entire Branch of the three Branches named Executive, Legislative, and Judicial.
9. That the Time requirement of [Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] in the definition of [natural born Citizen] has been recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court without reservation or any doubt as undisputed sound, foundational, and factual evidence - the deepest root of a Nations Sovereignty.
10. That any person not meeting the Time Requirement, (unless an Original [Citizen] at the Time of the Adoption of the U.S. Constitution so stipulated in the U.S. Constitution), of [natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, is not qualified under the Union's Jurisdiction, and thusly is by definition a Usurper of that Jurisdiction of Law subject to discipline appropriate under law.

Of course the Affordable Care Act - ACC is unknown to the Citizenry, they were sold Obamacare. I have never witnessed in my life time or nor did I every imagine President Trump as well the GOP Majority, such horrible sales people on the Campaign Promise of "Repeal & Replace".
A 'Ruse' is an action designed to deceive or to trick - it's a tactic. Fundamentally the Republicans are geniuses at it. Take the Patriot Act for instance garnered with thoughts of Americanism- True to the Red, White, and Blue's Freedom's and Liberties, the Patriot Act opened the door to everything that violates Trust between the People and the Government. Of course some would argue during war-time that would essentially be necessary and Citizen's Rights in a state-of-war are severely suspended in Marshall Law.
The Point is Republicans did not even name their version of the Repeal & Replacement of Obamacare. Are we surprised that it was Pulled without the Republican Votes to push it through? How did President Trump sell this hybrid of Obamacare? With Obama's name..you mean the ineligible Usurper who violated the U.S. Constitution's Qualifications for eight years with the Ruse of his Identification fabrication?
Oh! And President Trump is just to stupid to recognize invalid Obama- which is the name of Obama on Obamacare is valetudinarian?, The supposed Promise to Repeal and Replace Obamacare with what "No Name Repeal and Replace"? That was the tactically good plan? The first thing you do is NAME YOUR LEGISLATION. That's how something gets sold. Anyone know what Trump's Proposal was called? I hope Republicans that are/were/ still are Birthers will recognize the Ruse in Trump's Sales pitch of Obamacare on R&R, and the Promise stuffed like Doritos down their throat? Wow! After that Congress has a clean slate with a simple Majority. Basically anything passes because there is NOTHING of the Usurper left to entangle and fight through. Instead, President Trump has sought to endorse Obama's Usurpation- Even declaring Obamacare needs to be Repealed and Replaced in Campaign Stop after Campaign Stop. How about VOID WHERE PROHIBITED and PROHIBITED IN THE USA?
The stupidest thing, is the Republicans had the chance to let the U.S. Constitution be the bad/good guy in Repealing anything Obama signed, touched, or breathed on in the 8 year usurpation. "We have no Choice- The U.S. Constitution demands it". Who can argue Politically one way or the other?

By trying to Repeal & Replace, (which I will call a Ruse) all Republicans have done is put Obamacare on R&R [Rest & Relaxation] which acts as a steroid.
Obama gestures 'Thumbs Up' - 'I'm bound by the Constitution' and Republicans Annexation of my Constitutional Qualifications assures my Usurpation stays in tact.
With Trump's abandonment of Birthers during the Campaign and failure at rallying the GOP elect as a leader who could muster the votes to Pass something of a no-name health care plan, he's proven he's no one to protect, preserve, and defend the Constitution.
Of course, as the Candidate goes so goes the Campaign and the first 100 days set's the Agenda and many say the momentum for the entire rest of the four year term, and very tacitly can wreck re-election.
Trump has lost tremendous advantage and leverage he had publicly. He's wasted by fighting unnecessary fights and by not fighting the ones that would have counted. Trump admits most of this himself, so it should come as no surprise to anyone.
I myself hoped for Trump when he was elected. Hoped he understood the Value of Taking a Stand on the ineligibility of Obama and using his bully pulpit for Justice, but it seems and all Birthers on the left or right will agree, Trump's not equivocating success in Economy with Justice. Separating the two might work as a businessman, but as a politician it is of the greatest importance to uphold Justice and the Standard as President he has sworn an oath to publicly. He was never asked to do that as a businessman.
Adopting the usurpation of Obama is an act of obstructing Justice, and that is the recipe for failure economically. If the Debt Ceiling had been 5 Trillion Obama right now would be loathed by Democrats but younger generations were robbed, so they bought some time. But make no mistake, the Storm is not over and may very well be set to unleash on Trumps four years, and I'm not sure any Republican Majority will exist if Trump is given what Obama was for protection - another 10 Trillion.

With Brietbart News Executive Chair Bannon as Trump's close confident it would be very hard to imagine the Birther Eligibility Usurpation ignorant of Trump's ears. In fact, there is no way I can even fathom that. The theory of Trump's naivety thus is as void of Obama's Usurpation as Obama's is about the problem of his ineligibility and why he went to such great lengths to mask and bask in the Cover-Up himself.

You want to support and defend a Usurper in front of God's Eyes in the Oval Office you might as well be asking to suffer even as Jesus Christ suffered, and it be like there was no redemption made- 'Catastrophic' is an under-estimation!

The following never-before-seen letter was sent and received by the Trump Campaign August 17th, 2015 from Mr. Judy asking, in fact begging for Trump's assistance financially in the Ineligibility Case of Barack Obama in front of the U.S. Supreme Court. Trump's assistance financially was not forth coming.
It would seem to me that with Trump's 10 Billion that even a loan that is proposed at 5% Interest might have been some kind of action Trump would have wanted on his resume based upon the Birther Heat he took being called a Racist, and more especially backing up someone who could not be called racist based on impartial actions taken against Obama but not McCain who was not born in the United States of America and retains a Panamanian Native Born Citizenship.
I think Birthers and I'm talking the 72% of Republicans should know and understand that Trump has refused every opportunity to support the effort legally he could. That's makes us ask the question why? The video below the correspondence may just be the reason why and it has to do with Trump winning the Old Post Office Bid for a Hotel over three or four other bidders much more credentialed in the Motel Business then Trump. So we see, the business angle was always and foremost on Trump's mind and upholding the U.S. Constitution a far field and forgotten mirage.
How can that be a recipe for success? Thus we are seeing Trump's stymied by his own Failure to Hear and Act for the Values in the Constitution. That is the predominate job description in the oath. You might not take it seriously but you can be sure, and Trust God has heard it as well as recorded this.
This should expose Trump for what he has represented, but it should come as no surprise to anyone. I mean it's right there in our faces. Any support that Republican Constituents had for Trump as a Constitutional Defender, Protector, or Preserver should dissipate with the reality of where he would put his mouth, but wouldn't put his wallet?
This is really a compete 'set-up' for Mr. Trump, and I do not know if he sees it coming back based on his answer, "I don't like to talk about it now...etc.,etc.,"
As you are aware now September 28this an unprecedented 2nd Hearing that is scheduled in the Supreme Court of the United States in the longest lasting Obama ineligibility case in U.S. History. Now in my first letter I extended my hand to Mr. Trump, more especially in my last paragraph:
" The info is telling enough. Of course being President entails reaching across the isle for help and assistance for no one can do it alone. Would hope this is seen as nothing other than that with the experience I have had in some 14 Cases across the Nation on this issue. I certainly agree to meet Mr. Trump at his expense, and would prefer any further intelligence regarding this matter be made in private and face to face for obvious reasons."
Clearly it must be assumed with Mr. Trump's response to this being, shall we call it 'moot' or a 'disappointment of disinterest', has not seen the 'value' associated with helping financially with this Great Task with almost impossible odds. Clearly, Mr. Trump did not run for President in 2008 or 2012 and had no 'Standing' as a Candidate for President that I myself do have for the Supreme Court's consideration which along with a Federal Law Suit Originating Judy v. Obama 14-9396rather then an Originating State Law Suite SCOTUS Judy v. Obama 12-5276 makes a BIG difference. Don't be fooled that the Summer Extension on this case is all about $300 filing fee. It is much more and the MSM is really culpable as recently was recorded by an Editor-In-Chief's comment deleted on an ABC news story about Presidential Candidates.
What Mr. Trump does have, however, is a reputation of financial ability and capability. Mr. Romney was considered in 2012 as also Mr. Trump was equally for a much needed helping hand. Mr. Romney unlike Mr. Trump was actually in the Presidential Race and we all know the outcome of that now. Mr. Trump is very capable of making the exact same mistake that Mr. Romney made in refusing to support this Cause. Don't let this be the 47% comment mark Mr. Trump referenced on Mr. Romney?
What Cause is that? It is the Cause that is also recited in the Oath of the President in the words agreeing to 'preserve, protect, and defend the United States Constitution." Very simply, my law suit attest Obama is a walking talking violation of the Constitution's demand for a natural born Citizen ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
Shall Mr. Trump say, "Good Job Cody, I applaud your efforts and success and although I have given to so many Candidates I refused the extended hand of this Candidate because he was so small I thought he could do nothing, and I had no faith in our Judicial Branch and Justice? Please pardon me, I was not apart of the biggest take-down of scandal and fraud in American History! I'm sorry?" It doesn't bode well for Mr. Trump if that is the Case.
If that is the way its going down, by all means it will be a Record of Failure, but it won't be on Mr. Judy's Record. It is my opinion that those who have been given much are also expected, in a greater appreciation of what they have been given by all accounts, to give. Mr. Judy's 14 Cases in History on this Issue and Principle is the only one in U.S. History that represents a bi-partisan stand of equality in both major political parties. McCain and Obama - Cruz, Rubio, and Jindal mentioned in the Case File 15A25 of the SCOTUS. This is what would cost in DC Lawyer accounting firms a multi-million dollar Record that represents damages done.
I have outlined briefly two ways to which Mr. Trump could Claim Assistance on Record for this worthy endeavor as follows:
1) Plainly my Campaign is in real bad shape and we are not prepared to Represent well in the coming SCOTUS Case 14-9396 Case's 2nd and coming hearings. We need modestly 10K-40K in legal contributions of $2,800 per person/ $5,400 per couple /or/ to the Leadership PAC of $5,000 per person.
I would be very grateful to Mr. Trump if he would accept this offer also allowing me to buy back the 5% with a modest 5% fixed annual percentage interest rate and would consider Mr. Trump a ' ' 'vital interest of support' in this amazing Case for and of Justice in actually doing something to 'preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States in the Stand of the qualifications for the Office of the President held within our U.S. Constitution, that so many others actually refused, if he can and will assist this way.

LAST NIGHT'S DREAM was interesting. I saw huge 22, 23 foot high elephants 🐘 being ridden and performing side passes and dressage movements I have used with training horses 🐎.
I inquired to the Master Trainer of the Elephant as I watched him side pass a mighty elephant;
" Are they naturally flexible or do you have to work at it a lot?" He said, " They are naturally quite flexible."
I was rather stunned thinking about all the time I've spent working on horses flexibility which must be worked on to get them supple for movements.
As I thought about this revelation, it dawned on me, Republicans have been winning like crazy across the Nation because of this political tenant that is rather unknown or obscure to #Democrats.
You see Democrats have Lost over 1,000 races across the Country since Obama usurped the Office with his fabricated identification.
Democrats have thought they were the flexible ones because of their stances on issues like Marriage Rights and Choice, but once those things became Law, Republicans adopted and adapted.
Frantic, Democrats have lost because of this natural flexibility of Republicans. What's more Democrats have lost because they haven't been firm when it counted in their own Party. They helped Obama win.
Really, the only time that not being flexible is important is when a line is drawn in the sand . It could be a finish line to a political race, or a hard line Constitutional Qualification that was quite obvious.
Lines have been drawn to distinguish right and wrong for Centuries. Jesus Christ drew a line in the sand. Jesus drew a line in the sand here. In the world in which they lived, people could either follow Him or be "of the world". There could be no straddling of this line... it was either one side or the other. ( John 8:6)
Flexibility is good when lining up Votes. More people identify with you and agree your capable of leading. Being firm and holding a line can also be just as important. Without being firm Truth can be lost, Trust can disappear, Sweetness can become bitter.

This population crisis happening in the United States of America has been the crux of Amnesty Legislation in the U.S. Congress. Of course they cared about "numbers", and "tax-payers" to fill in the balance sheets to get re-elected.
When the U.S. cut down its average child per family the Taxes had to be adjusted and we have seen huge increases that shatter historic trends. Of course the land of opportunity has more tax-payers, but also has social adjustments and growing pains that can disrupt the peace if radicalization occurs. That radicalization can come from outside of Islam as well as inside.
Many Muslims like any other congregant will find the common ground when placed in the idiosyncratic nexus of persecution. They can be pushed to radicalize by those who are radical when their life or family are threatened. They can also be pushed to modernize by norms of U.S. Law.
Glenn Beck had Zuhdi Jasser, a moderate practicing Muslim, on his show March 15th, 2017. He advocated a new Americanized Islamist Muslim was the recipe for giving Muslims some breathing room rather than throwing the whole Muslim Population into the same pot.

I was down on my knees this morning (March 12,2017) at 4AM supplicating and complaining about the saddest thing in my Heart, in my Life.
It wasn't I went to Prison for 3018 Days, half spent in solitary confinement, for Religious Tenants, not my loss of near the entire life's of my oldest three children, or the heart ache of losing 3 wives and 3 Estates, it was of my seeing, receiving, and knowing so much of ZION but it having such a inconsequential effect.
I can hardly explain in words how inconsequential. Shall I yell at the ocean to yield her bounds or scream at the Mountains to flip my Pancakes, or stop a river with a rope type of inconsequential?
I can hardly conceive of a greater report of absolute and total failure in context with God's Successful Laws.
Surely failure is my name and I missed the Planet ✈ I was expected on for success?
"For I am amongst those who can't stand God. Who hate his policies and practices?" "I do all in their power to cling to Hell as the last loaf of bread on Earth?" Is that the modern day Christianity Message?
The success among colleagues I must surely not seek here, but must travel back in Time for in an inclusion of Generations past. If God sent me to do a small thing, like cut a blade of grass, surely it is my call in life to return to him and say, " I just could not do it. I failed! "
