Democratic National Convention Delegates Consider Tea Party as Tipper in Presidential Candidates

Its easy to see that in the Presidential Race of 2012 its a close call with Obama and Romney especially if The Tea Party-Birthers-& Independents abandon Obama based on the Economy drudging and lack luster. There is one scenario the Democrats have to play which may bring the Tea Party, Birthers, and Independents back out of the Romney camp and onto the Democratic Party ticket for a win of the White House in 2012.

Cody Robert Judy though relatively unknown by the national media is very well known in the Tea Party , Birther, and Independent circles and is running as a Presidential Candidate on the Democratic Party ticket and could conceivably wrestle the nomination away from Obama especially given he has an eligibility challenge on Obama in the United States Supreme Court.

Its no secret any more that Mitt Romney is courting the Tea Party, Independents and Birthers with the shot over the bow he made this last week in a comment that "no one had asked him for his birth certificate".

The comment drew a huge response from the crowd and was necessarily a defining sentence at what Mitt Romney is prepared to do to win the Presidency. In a close down-to-the-wire call Mitt Romney very conceivable as the Republican Nominee after his nomination at the Republican National Convention could challenge Obama's eligibility after the Democratic Party National Convention, if Obama were to be made the nominee.



The United States Supreme Court precedent case Minor v. Happersett has concluded that a 'natural born citizen' was a person born in the United States to Citizen parents. Obama's declared father was not a citizen of the United States at any time, and because Obama's long form birth certificate has been proven a forgery by a law enforcement agency investigation, doubts have surfaced on whether Obama was even born in the United States.

Why go to the trouble of forging a birth certificate,draft registration, and using a social security card that doesn't pass e-verify if everything is legit with your identity? This is obviously an Achilles problem for Obama under the Constitution's demands for a natural born citizen.

In addition Obama's law licence earned from a degree at Harvard was suspended permanently for his failure to disclose that he had indeed gone under the name of Barry Soetoro. Over 2200 hours of investigation from the Cold Case Posse of Sheriff Joe Arpaio has shown further evidence of identity tampering from other government agencies further eroding the trust America has in her own government.

Cody has the whole law enforcement investigation forwarded to the United States Supreme Court. With the election in November, and possible challenge coming from Mitt Romney should he come up just short of enough electorate votes, Obama's eligibility question could throw the whole election into the Untied States Supreme Court anyway at an even more precarious time.

Cody Robert Judy's Case in the United States Supreme Court Judy v. Obama Case No. 12-5276 could be the answer before the critical General Election whereby millions of Democratic Party votes would not be dis-enfranchised, and moreover could spell out a win for the Democratic Party in the White House much more friendly than a Mitt Romney win.

The time has come for the Democratic National Delegates to consider the possibilities if the United States Supreme Court refuses to answer the urgent request of Cody to hear his Emergency Appeal for its decision before the Democratic Party National Convention Sept 5th, 2012 in Charlotte,North Carolina.

Its dual purpose was both a warning to the Democratic Party Delegates that Obama's Campaign, though well funded, may not be the ticket for 'love' or the win in 2012, and simultaneously act as a declaration to Mitt Romney, that though he has millions of dollars stashed off shore refusing to invest it in America, that balking on actually defending the Constitution as the President's oath declares is both a harbinger and a definition of his character that ultimately will not win him any 'love' from the voters in the general election.

Cody Robert Judy has consistently asserted in his political platform and decade long political activism running for office in elections '02,'04,'08,'10 and now 2012, that America can handle and face the truth and understand that the Economy can recover if America will turn back to its founding principles espoused in the Constitution.

Perhaps its time America realized that deeds for the Constitution aren't cheap, and though Mitt Romney is very wealthy and blessed in the standard of the dollar, he has performed very poorly in the defense of the Constitution as a candidate for President in 2008 and 2012 in defending the qualifications of the President declared in the Constitution, that represents a breach in the national security of our nation, and necessarily the key to Obama's actions on the economy thus far. Mitt Romney let's face it has been an Obama supporter for many years.

Just wanted to touch base with you on this developing story, and I think it is particular noteworthy given the responses of the Congressman asked about the investigation into Obama forgeries that report Drew Zahn featured in a recent WND story.

The link below provides the link on Scribd that details Sheriff Joe Arpaio's investigation has indeed reached the top already. In the case of Congressmen they most assuredly need or would rather have the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in order to substantiate Hearings of Investigation on Verification of Qualification.

Indeed they probably feel that the election is the best way out from underneath Obama, or, as many believe they are fixed on the way to handle Obama through policy rather then principle I'm sorry to say.

Principles of our Constitution have clearly been redefined by the GOP Candidates as they endured a scolding from Sheriff Joe himself reported in another story at WND.

Isn't it a sad day when "principles' of conservatism are no longer seen as important, and rather the 'economy' is instituted as the 'higher law' by the GOP?

As this is so important to WND readers, and indeed so many people across political party lines, I do hope your general readership can be informed directly.

Attached to this is the file that the U.S. Supreme Court received the Petitioner today even though the mailed method was estimated to be delivered last Friday April 6th,2012. I believe it was delayed through security as the tracking report showed that it was in Washington DC and had processed through their sort center at 2:02pm April 6th,2012, granted it was a big weekend with Passover happening with Jews and the Resurrection of Christ being celebrated on Easter with the Christians both of which celebrate uniquely a time of "Freedom and Liberation" from oppression of different times.

It would be an interesting research project probably only Heaven could have taken to ascertain the amount of prayer dedicated to God in prayers this last weekend for our Constitution, in our day, to be upheld, and for a delivery to take place. I think it would be nice to inform people a delivery did take place, via the U.S. Postal Service record. Perhaps many question the manner in which prayers are fulfilled but if you knew the story that took place, the whole story, in getting this done and mailed, you would understand most sincerely how the obstacles overcome were great and how humbled I was feeling the divine providence watching over the work herein expressed.

Perhaps people will have trouble with the messenger, but who are we to decide who will deliver the message? Certainly with the record of Moses nearly being stoned to death by the Jews, and of course Jesus Christ being crucified by his own, that record explains with a little bit of 20/20 hindsight vision is perfect vision, if you are a messenger you better have protection because there will be a lot of people who do not want to hear the message.

That brings me to the next point I want to express: Hearing the message without Fear. Americans are a brave and courageous people at heart I believe and of course by history. Ours has been carved out by great trials and test of courageous actions marked by The United States Constitution that declares a disciplined sovereignty for our Republic. I would like to say that as long as Congress has a fear to hear the truth, the American People should know there is a big problem!

If you don't think that 10,000 politicians in American have thought about doing what I have done you'd probably be wrong. I believe that over 10,000 politicians have indeed 'thought' about doing what I have done, but the point was they didn't do it. Maybe it was 'fear', maybe it was that they 'heard' but didn't listen. Is there a 'conspiracy' to hear when we indeed can hear? When we 'fear to hear', that's when we are in trouble.

My campaign is a campaign against the fear to hear and to listen. When a political regime is afraid, or fears being criticized, you undoubtedly have what became a famous clarion to JFK's Administration called "Think Tank", which is kind of what we have with all the politicians in Washington DC right now regarding Obama's eligibility. Who knows when difficult things are heard that actions contrary to the ones chosen might have ended something that got worse because of the initial decision to ignore them.

What if President George W. Bush as soon as he heard that a airliner had crashed into tower 1 had indeed acted with a swift phone call to scramble jets to protect the skies from the second hit coming in? Might things have been different? One thing we do know, there were American passengers who chose that day to act without the President's knowledge or directive and because of those actions lost their life's but protected many others. There are people who hear and listen who are not nor have they ever been in government.

As for my part, since 2008 when I listened and made the decision to challenge Sen. John McCain's eligibility as I did, I had no idea about Obama's plan to secure his own eligibility through the charge of racism that would exist because no one running for President challenged McCain's Eligibility, when I decided to run and challenge both of them. The time-line and development of Obama's plan has long roots and those roots must be discovered and understood plainly for all to see so America can stay together.

America is not and will not be a victim anyone can just do anything to because politicians hear but won't listen. I believe the blessing of the Creator are still upon this land and that prayers are answered. America was reserved for a light to the world, a beacon of hope, freedom, and liberty and ungodly cowardice actions that seek to undermine what men and women of America have consecrated with their prayers, with their sweat, and with their blood shall in no way go unrecognized by the Heavens throne, nor will they stand.

Under our United States Constitution is a safety that is the foundation of conservatism. Those standing up for it may truthfully have claim on conservative principles. Those denying and shucking it though they had the power will be soon found out and removed by the people. Indeed there is an election coming up and those in Washington DC should be fearing and trembling at their records and oaths that have been trampled in broad daylight of those people electing them.

There will be no place to hide their records and their recommends handed out by The United States Constitution.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:

Over the last year we all have worked very hard on the restoration of our U.S. Constitution and I have been happy to rub shoulders with you all.

This letter is really to a point of my consideration and respect for you in that work. Our fight is reaching a critical level in the time that we have to succeed. I don't think I have to tell you if Obama succeeds in becoming the Democratic Party Nominee that the probability of success in overturning that nomination and the billion dollars behind that has a small chance of success.

The damage has been great, but what will be done by Obama if he is allowed to either become the nominee or become the next President is incalculable. I don't have to tell anyone receiving this email that 'precedent' is being set and that precedent isn't about maintaining our Constitution , our Sovereignty, or our Liberty and Freedom. The lines on this are clear and the ever present danger is that we don't have enough people fighting for us.

The mainstream GOP Candidates are running on the 'hope' that our economy will be the manifest for repeal of everything Obama, but what about the history for our children to learn? What about all of our children? It pains me greatly to think about sitting in a History Class with a lesson being taught on the Constitution and how we used to have the freedoms and liberties in that document but foreign powers entered our White House and we became something else and it walked right in through the front door.

Bill Clinton's words have been engrained into the GOP Candidates heads...its about the economy. It appears with Marco Rubio's endorsement of Mitt Romney that a close may be happening in the GOP Race. Let me tell you I am a Conservative on the Constitution and running in the Democrat Party. I am now in the process of finishing a Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court. These are deep waters as any lawyer would tell you and when it comes to this level we are facing the same argument as we did in 2008 with 'standing'.

The problem with no main stream GOP Candidates taking a stand is viability. Independents are hard pressed to challenge Obama outside the Democratic Party as well. I am one who is challenging Obama within the Democratic Party because it makes the most sense right now in the Primary Season. That's the politics of party. I'm hoping the U.S. Supreme Court sees it that way too but I need your help.

Its important that all those who believe in the Constitution come together and set aside our differences for the common Supreme Law of the Land our U.S. History is built upon. God forbid it to come crashing down. As lawyers know, its important when Petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court to have Amicus Curiae's lined up and that's what I'm going to encourage you to start doing now, because once the Writ is filed you only have 30 days to file it. We need to have our ducks in a row and we cannot afford to dittle. The Primary Season is blossoming as fast as the trees are now and the time is ripe. Its a now or never proposition and we have to act now.

Of course there will be those who say I will stand on the sidelines and watch this go up in flames, but do you really want to have that as part of your history? I don't , that's why I'm in this fight and you know it is right. There's always something that will tickle your heart or your mind about someone who is Taking A Stand for something that is right even if it looks like a losing battle. I assure you there are many people just waiting to jump ship and all we need is one win. Come with me and lets get that win now.

Citizens who are not lawyers can help by supporting those who are and are in the fight. I need help in printing 50 copies of a 40 page document and paying for filing fees. That's just the first paper. The good news is I think there is a chance. The U.S. Supreme Court has never... let me say that again.. never had a petition in front of them with a Presidential Candidate in the Democratic Party while the Primary Season was still going on. The timing is right to avoid the 'political doctrine question' that makes Justices shrink because a major party has already chosen a nominee.

Once that happens, anyone should be able to tell you the proposition to the U.S. Supreme Court gets about 99% tougher and we are fighting uphill already. Please dig down in your heart and bend down on your knees and ask you Maker what you can do to help, because as I have described for you now is the time.

The election in the Primary Season has to be where Obama is stopped and you can see right now that the Administrative Courts and Law Commissions don't have the chutzpa to face down someone whose moved in to the White House. We need the U.S. Supreme Court to use its Supervisory Powers and for all intensive purposes its irony that my Writ For Certiorari is going to come landing on the desk of Justice Clarence Thomas with everything we've got including Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse results and a Presidential Candidate in the Democratic Party with multiple State Court ruling run amuck.

I'll tell you plainly it was Higher Providence which had Sheriff Joe's finding released on March 1st,2012 and the deadline for me to respond to Obama's Motion To Dismiss in Georgia on March 2nd,2012 so that I could include that, which is now on record to report to the U.S. Supreme Court!

That's the bone appetit of the U.S. Supreme Court granting a Writ of Certiorari but we need grass roots help with Amicus Curiae's and your help financially to coordinate this all out presentation to the U.S. Supreme Court.

We won't have another opportunity to do what we have been working so hard to do, so its' get in the fight now or pack it in and see Obama pictured forever as the 44th President for our children to admire in their history books.

Its a troubling time in America and for our United States Constitution that has been such a beacon of freedom and liberty to us and to the world.

You can imagine how troubled I was when I heard a United States Supreme Court Justice say she wouldn't use the United States Constitution as a model if she were drafting it. It was so sad to hear that come out of someone's mouth whose been given so much opportunity in America and at the same time relishes the thought that she's glad our Constitution won't decrease her pay as she hails a Constitution like South Africa's which purports that the President must be picked from the ELITE Council rather than its citizenry who are natural born citizens.

Truly our United States Constitution allows all natural born citizens over the age of 35 to run for President without reservation of gender, race, or prior servitude. If you think about it and how many people it affords the opportunity, you really gain an understanding our Founders and Framers had a great spirit of forgiveness about them as well as not believing in an 'elite' class of people being the only qualified ones to govern.

That brings me to the comment you see in the new commercial showing Barack Obama declaring out of the Bible from Jesus Christ came the idea that, 'from those who are given much, much is required'. I couldn't help thinking more of people like Barack Hussein Obama and Ruth Bader Ginsburg as far as people that have been given much, and wondering why it was they couldn't at the very least honor the Constitution which has been such an important part of what they have been given?

Of course you probably know that I don't believe Barack Obama is a natural born citizen because he shares an allegiance as a citizen of Britain, Indonesia, and Kenya and dual citizenship is prohibited for the office of the President. That might explain why never in the history of the United Nations has a U.S. President taken the chairmanship of the United Nations its forbidden under our Constitution and it seems the Constitution be damned with Barack Hussein Obama.

Dear Honorable Brian Kemp: Feb. 4th2012
As the office of Secretary of State is charged with conducting efficient and secure elections, the inclusion of Barack Hussein Obama II aka Barry Soetoro must be stricken from appearing on the Georgia Ballot to protect and serve the public from voting for a candidate who has failed to provide any verifiable evidence that he is eligible for the office according to the demands of qualification held within The United States Constitution for the office of President, and at the least of which he has provided to your office admissible evidence of his being, in the very least a dual citizen.

Mr. Obama wrote asking you on the eve of the Administrative Trial hearing basically to take the case away from Judge Malhi, and you responded that if he should not participate he would do so at his own peril. Mr. Obama by and through his attorney refused to participate even after a Subpoena was upheld to their formal objection. Judge Malhi did condone Mr. Obama's behavior of contempt for the Judicial proceeding.
After reviewing Judge Malhi’s recommendation, I am asking you on the eve of your decision to basically take the case away from Judge Malhi also on the grounds that you as the Secretary Of the State of Georgia bear the responsibility much more so than Judge Malhi for the final decision and you were required to take the oath of office and any oath prescribed by the Constitution of Georgia and you had to swear that you would support the constitutions of the United States and of the state of Georgia. O.C.G.A. § 45-3-1

You also are aware that any public officer who willfully and intentionally violates the terms of his or her oath as prescribed by law shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years. O.C.G.A. §16-10-1. You have been briefed fully on the matter from my attorney Orly Taitz Esq. and all of Georgia’s eyes as well as the Nations are upon you. Make no mistake you will be held accountable to that oath, both in eternity and your near political future.

Wither or not you deserved that weight is not the question as I see it. You chose to take the oath and couching behind Judge Malhi’s recommendation will not relieve you of your personal oath. Permit me to say if one were to receive a recommendation from the devil it is still your personal choice as to carry out that recommendation or ignore it. I’m not a member of the GOP, but am running as a Democratic Party Candidate, and I wish to make abundantly clear to you Sir my party does not condone fraud and forgery associated with the actions of identity obfuscation of one man, Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro. He stands alone in these ill fated and illegal actions.

I sincerely inform you that if you agree to include Mr. Obama on the Ballot in Georgia Sir, that your grand statement is that the GOP most affirmably condones fraud and forgery. Now is that the sort of reputation you want to shuffle the GOP and shoulder the rest of your life? If it is, why you go ahead and put Mr. Obama on the Ballot and I’ll keep making commercials to the public like this one, only I’m gonna make some that personally include you that will not escape you ever in your public professional life.

Let me also make another promise to you. That as I boldly continue the course through all the other 49 States with complaints that exhibit the exact frames of evidence you have had to take a good look at that your reputation as someone supporting the Constitution will be clocked with an egg-timer just as quickly as another State declares that they will not tolerate or exonerate or condone such actions of fraud and forgery in the highest office of the land protecting with the check and balance system the Legislative and Judicial Branches of our Government. I assure you I’m just getting started!

In the remote possibility that you think there is not a single State in the Union that will not affirm this conservative moral fidelity, America will see that the GOP is exactly the opposite of what they profess to be and I will personally do my best to shout it upon every house top.

Please Sir, take my extended hand to you from across the aisle, and as an American Patriot do not fear the reputation of our Founding Fathers, your oath, and all those who have given their life to the last drop of blood for the very privilege of declaring boldly you are not ashamed to rub shoulders with those men.

Your article was very good and thorough. I wanted to personally thank you very sincerely for the positive mention and link you placed on my name. That was very considerate of you and I appreciate it so much.

This has been such a hard fight and I know some people don't like me because I challenged McCain's natural born citizenship in Federal Court as well as Obama's before McCain was made the nominee in 2008. It was like challenging a football kick off return after the guy holding the ball got past you 20 yards.. just not quite enough time to stop him before he passed the goal line.

The 2012 Season is upon us and we Birthers are much more prepared at stopping the run around. ;) I believe if Obama doesn't show up to the hearing and it is sent to Superior Court that's when my standing may come into the bigger picture.

If you have an desire to do a story specifically aimed at the Democrats that are apposed to Obama, which there are about 1/3rd of the Democrat Party doesn't dig this obfuscation and destruction of the Constitution, I would be happy to respond to any questions you might send to me for an article. To tell you the truth Bob, concerned Americans need to feel that this argument is Constitutional and that Obama is not being picked on because of 'race'.

Comprehensive Look at New Hampshire’s Supreme Court Eligibility Complaint

Before the New Hampshire Supreme Court is a case that could shake the political world clear through the Washington Monument. Delving into Taitz v. Garner one sees a deck stacked against Obama in ways that are innovative and original from 2008 showing the Birther Movement has shape shifted into a much more intelligent force than it was in 2008, something Obama and co-conspiratorial Democrats of course were not hoping for when the Obama 2012 theme song was picked out, “I fought the law but the law won”.

Understanding the law has to some degree been left to the lawyers and judges so long that justice may have been left behind; there is no secret that in any case both sides indeed are given a chance to make their point of view hoping that justice will side their way.

While the body of evidence might be stacked to one side there are a host of elements and principles that also must be included in order to accommodate justice. “Standing” was a principle used for the most part against a U.S. Birther Movement in 2008 citing Citizens didn’t have standing to file suits favoring instead actual candidates in the Presidential Race (*9th Circuit).

In 2008 Obama had the advantage of the surprise attack from which the Birther Movement could not form and organize fast enough to block. Deals had been struck with the Republican candidates based on a Democrat controlled U.S. Senate giving Sen. John McCain non-binding U.S. Sen. Res. 511 declaring him a ‘natural born citizen’ with two citizen parents even though he was born in the foreign nation of Panama.

Until Obama was declared the Democrat Nominee independent and write-in candidates couldn’t really file complaints because the issue within the Democrat Party was not “ripe”. In other words, then Sen. Hillary Clinton would have been the best example from within the Democrat party to take a stand against Obama’s eligibility. Now, Obama’s fixed Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, was indeed a Co-Sponsor of McCain’s Res. 511. Not only was the valuable media ‘race card’ fixed (which raised its ugly head with Donald Trump in May of 2011), but so was Sen. Once Obama cleared the entire Democrat Party his lock was sealed because Republicans had just nominated McCain as their nominee. Anyone not challenging McCain’s Eligibility would or could be called a racist for challenging Obama’s eligibility, and no one knew it better than the 2008 Republican U.S. Senators.

Days prior to McCain being made the nominee McCain v. Judy was filed in the Nevada Federal District Court challenging McCain’s qualifications according to the precepts of Supreme Court Precedent case Minor v. Happersett that maintained without question ‘natural born citizens’ being those whom were born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, and an Emergency Motion was made in that case against Obama before he was sworn in that featured the case being argued by esq. Phil Berg at the Supreme Court that was dismissed on ‘Standing’ failures.

Phil Berg was stuck and decidedly kept from including Cody Robert Judy in his argument to the U.S. Supreme Court, although Judy had filed Amicus Curiae to him, it was never docketed.

After 3 years, Donald Trump was used to flush the Birther Movement once and for all, uniquely positioned as a Republican who had never held office, with the majority of his contribution money going to Democrats. Trump was rewarded June 22, 2011, with an NBC whopping $130 million dollar contract for Apprentice following the April 27th, 2011 release of Obama’s long form fabrication in spite of NBC’s *Lawrence O’Donnell’s exacerbated cries of Trump as a racist.

Heading into the Birther Movement 2012 one will see things that didn’t exist in 2008 in the form of growth, evidence, charges, and organization and this is translating itself into support for comprehensive legal work and political maneuvering with Candidates, Lawyers, and a Citizen population, SuperPacs, and many Patriot Organizations galvanized on the common thread among 50 States; The United States Constitution, and specifically Article II, Sect. 1, Clause 5’s demanding qualifications for the President.

New Hampshire has prided itself in supporting the United States Constitution and being the first State Primary to set the pace as a small but significant force in politics. 1- America’s Strong Defense Initiative
At least 919,967 people have been killed in Afghanistan and Iraq since the U.S. and coalition attacks, based on lowest credible estimates. Obama has continued the Bush premptive strike doctorine and has further engaged the U.S. with the U.N. responsiblity to protect doctorine making the U.S. the police force of the world.
Near 6,000 Soldiers have been killed in Iraq and America has paid out nearly a Trillion dollars for that war. Politicians say we did a lot of good, and our interest justified that, however America's future generations should not have to endure indentured servitude , nor America's hard earned tax dollars squandered on something less than a citizenry willing to incorporate our U.S. Constitution. A war duty tax of natural and mineral resources and the facilities in which they are produced or refined upon foreign soils is fair to the defense used to liberate foreign peoples up to a 35% gratuity until war debt is paid starting with Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya. Foreign countries are getting in the habit of draining the U.S. as their police force for a gang called Al Qaeda and the word Democracy. While we support freedom and liberty here under our Constitution as a Republic, we should also respect the sovereignty of other nations, and these other nations we are sending so much money into are highly unlikely to adopt our Constitution. Why should we trade one dictator for a legislature in place likely to do the same thing, and not demand our hard earned tax dollars back?
Springs Revolution has become Obama's magic word for America to spend billions in a foreign country and it needs to stop.

2- America’s Natural Resource Excavation Initiative
Do you ever get the feeling that America’s natural resources are seemingly used against us? Why shouldn't we be able to use our natural resources to pay down our national debt? America’s natural resources of gas, coal, and oil may be the only thing we have left to assure our future generations that politicians haven’t sold them into slavery. Every time we turn around the Federal Government is declaring a National Park in Utah or some other state. Land is taken without just compensation. That's not right. With balance America would soon be out of debt responsibly unleashing our natural resources encouraging greater freedom and liberty among our people. While Government has been used to tie up these resources from the people in many ways, I think the government can be used to encourage businesses here in America in working towards the value standard increase of our dollar.

3- America’s Enforced Borders Initiative
America’s borders perpetrated by illegal aliens abroad, shall, by any means necessary to maintain the dictate of Independence and liberty, be secured by the use of her military ingenuity and intelligence of deadly force. A nation without borders is no nation at all, and the security of our borders is every bit as important as any foreign war in the Middle East. Would any one of us just leave the front door open to our house for anyone to walk through?

THE THIRD COURSE

Through America’s Conservative values and faithful citizenry, we can be a happy people. Debt has made us miserable, stifled our charity, dampened the hope of future generations, and cost us far greater heart ache. We need to figure out ways to repay our debts responsibly rather than war. While our jobs have been shipped overseas and corporations have found cheaper labor abroad, America is paying the price 2 over, with no jobs, and in purchasing foreign goods. This doesn't even make sense and we are definitely on the road to bankruptcy. As we have seen banks bailed out, city and state governments are on a very fine line to throwing their hands up to the Federal Government and asking for bailouts also. Without any steam to move forward, we will find ourselves sliding back. I think it is more important to get out of the way of the small steam engines of enterprising small businesses that can literally double in 1 year, then to fund a top heavy Federal Government.

America, I promise you I would work very hard to find positive solutions for solvency. I just know we can lead in this effort and with conservative principles; we can achieve and sustain a better quality of life then this massive debt we are seeing. By reducing capital gains tax, and literally allowing many of the federal income tax dollars to be kept in the pockets of the citizens, positive incentives can be seen by businesses here immediately, spurring the growth we need and creating incentives for jobs to come home. Restoring the Constitutional integrity of our Country is paramount to turning the economy around and there is no doubt this will require your faith.

Why don't you show some respect and capitalize "Representatives"? These elected officials were elected by the people in their communities. They also swore oaths to the Constitution.

Obama may have thought he secured his "race" card in the U.S. Congress by sponsoring Sen. McCain's bestowed 'natural born citizen' declaration in non-binding U.S. Sen. Res. 511,but that didn't fly with me I sued McCain first and then Obama.

The sad affect of underpublizing meaningful constitutional based judicial action is corrupt capitalization on those who are are not educated, especially when it comes to the capitalization of 'racism'.

Salons report here has brought shame on journalism, and motive seems intent on lack of respect for authority by not capitalizing 'r' in Represenative, as well as outlining the fact that a court of law has not heard or seen the evidence that supports the highest office in the land actually forging and falsifying identification documentation.

One simply has to ask "What would Obama and supporters be afraid of?", to understand the rage of racism flaunted here in comments.

This is sad to me and offers no respect for our Constituion's qualifications demands of a natural born citizen. Its about the Constitution, not about race.

Playing the victim and saying its about "race" underscores either ignorance of facts surrounding Obama and McCain and the quid pro quo that existed among the Federal Government. The same quid pro quo doesn't exist between every State Elections Office and that is where Obama's Manipulation will fall apart.

Unruly behavior in the Elections Law Commission decision started with a polite crumpling of the agreement between 50 States, and no matter how polite a decision is made contrary to the respect of our Constitution, it is an unruly assault upon We The People.

Dear Registered Citizen Voters of America

The time has come for "We The People" to come out of the closet. I would like to Report to you that I am thrilled with the amount of people who are couragiously stepping forward as "Americans" who are concerned about our Country, the direction we are going, as well and most importantly, the corruption of the Constitution in Obama's Ineligibility, and where this is leading us.

The warm fuzzy fact about corruption is when the American People "GET IT", they move in such a force that hell hath no fire. Meaning there is no fire in hell the American People cannot put out. You've heard the saying "When Hell freezes over" as if that would never happen, I contend the exception is when the American People move for TRUTH and FAITHFULNESS towards our Constitution.

The courage a "Free Man" has is unlike any paid government soldier, or any paid federal employee. A free man fighting for a true and faithful course has the power of influence and pursuasion unmatched with any elite aristocrat.

That is the reason I am encouraging and reporting and predicting that the rise in Democrat Registration is going to hit an all time high. Republicans all over are going to feel the blanket pulled off their bare asses. Democrats are going to think they are in for a wind fall, until the Primary comes along and Obama finds himself losing!

Welcome to "Occupy The Democrat Primary", I don't think you'll like it unless you love the Constitution, unless you have some respect for the blood that has been spilt for that Constitution that is in full force and effect now. The same one Obama has been trying to change but hasn't managed yet. The same one the Republicans hide in shame from.

UNPRECEDENTED ELIGIBILITY STATES RIGHTS FIGHT



In an unprecedented constitutional move Democrat Candidate for President of the United States- Cody Robert Judy has teamed up with Dr. Orly Taitz Esq. in rolling out the red carpet for the Constitutional demand for a Natural Born Citizen and spotlighting the ineligibility of Barack Obama to meet that requirement in virtually every State of the Union contesting every Democrat Primary and Caucus in the United States in the 2012 Elections.



What makes this unprecedented in history? While the Federal Government has a jurisdiction over federal elections it is the States that ultimately make up the entire Federal Government and have power over candidates in the “ballot access” , and nowhere is that more apparently expressed than in U.S.C. Article X.



“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”



Every one of the 50 States has a State Elections Office wherein a challenge can be made to the individual State on the merits of Barack Obama’s eligibility and in most cases these are handled by an Attorney General of that State, or some Elections Law Commission designated by the States Legislature to by a type of Super Committee of elections.



These Election Law Commissions or authorized Committees are duly charged to screen candidates asking to be included on Primary Ballots and Caucuses. This could be the first place a candidate is vetted by a legal represented authority of the people after the candidate has declared him/herself a candidate to the Federal Election Commission.



What are candidates screened or vetted for at this level? They are screened and vetted for eligibility of the particular office they want to be elected to, and most often the Commission or State Elections Office, Secretary of State, or authorized individual charged with the task of accepting a candidates Declaration of Candidacy stating they are eligible also receive the money or fee from the candidate called for by the State to be included on the ballot of the State Primary.



Candidates at this level are indeed subject to Complaints and Objections as to the candidate’s legal or Constitutional qualifications set forth by law and most often these are directly sent to the States Attorney General’s Office for delegation of the Complaint to the body set forth by the State Legislatures for handling such complaints.



For example in New Hampshire the site of the first State Primary, Secretary of State William Gardner or his designee has removed at leasttwo candidates from previous New Hampshire ballots for constitutional ineligibility: Abdul K. Hassan, Esq., a naturalized citizen born in Guyana, and Sal Mohamed, who was born in Egypt and was naturalized as a citizen in 1983.



While most States grant ballot access to a candidate on face value, in other words they don’t question a candidates declarations, ballot access does not preclude litigation from proper plaintiffs to remove a candidate’s name from the ballot if the candidate does not satisfy the qualification for, in this case, President of the United States.



The term “proper plaintiffs” has been designated by the courts, by many dismissals of Barack Obama eligibility cases in 2008, to mean having proper standing or in other words, “a candidate for the same office”.



In the “Primary Stage of an Election” standing would be most importantly accepted fact to someone from the same Party, as it could be argued a challenge from a candidate from another party is not ripe for argument until the challenging candidate was indeed made the nominee of his/her respective Party.



One way to understand this is to picture a horserace and understand that when a jockey is weighed with his tack no less than a certain amount of weight can be placed upon a horse to make the race fair. If for example one horse was carrying 119 pounds and another horse 109 pounds the horse that is carrying the least amount of weight would have an advantage.



Of course the entire general audience can’t fit into a place to see every jockey weighed, so it comes to be that other jockeys can object to each other in front of the official standing in front of the scale. They have proper standing as they have entered and in such have paid the price to race. They stand to lose the most by an ‘unfair race’ to someone who has defiled the rules.



Rewind: 2008 the Democrat Party was plain and simply overwhelmed or beset by Barack Obama due in large part to Republican Candidate Sen. John McCain who was bestowed Non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 co-sponsored by Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama and voted “yes” on by every Republican U.S. Senator save one: Sen. John McCain.



Evidence would support the fix for Obama was in already and Sen. Hillary Clinton knew all about it because she had nothing to gain from Sen. Res. 511, and Sen. Barack Obama had everything to gain by it namely the “Race Card”. If a single U.S. Senator raised his voice against Barack Obama’s Eligibility the “racist tag” would be so clear and present no elected official could stand it because of the Bestowed 511 McCain received, and no unelected official candidate either as was the case with Donald Trump who at one time had garnered the favor of 75% of the Republicans.



If McCain was given the pass on his Congressional Honorable Mention as a Natural Born Citizen born in the foreign nation of Panama, and Obama were questioned about his father being a Citizen from Kenya, East Africa, the major difference between McCain and Obama would be pounced on: “Color”.



Rather than lick their wounds and realize the war dog had become a whore dog to the Constitution, Republicans doubled down and bit their tongue hoping for a comeback in 2012.



This all happened in 2008 with the exception of one Presidential Candidate who ran as a conservative write-in: Cody Robert Judy. Cody sued Sen. John McCain first and the entire Republican National Committee and then he included Sen. Barack Obama before the 2008 candidates were even made nominees’ of the respective parties.

However the process of the 2008 Election Primaries were over when Mr. Judy filed his suit against McCain, although the timing could have been argued as perfect for standing because McCain was made the Republican Nominee 3 days after the suit was filed and Mr. Judy was not running as a Republican.



Fast forward: 2012 the Primaries have not begun but are set to begin in 1 month set first is the Iowa Caucus Jan. 3rd, and then New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation-Primary January 10th, 2011 and the Democrat Party is set up for a collision with Cody Robert Judy running against Barack Obama as a “proper Plaintiff” filing complaint after complaint in every single state and what better attorney to represent the Constitutions fight then Orly Taitz. In short we have the right candidate at the right time with the right legal professional fighting in every single state of the Union. Barack Obama may have had sympathizers in the United States Senate across the aisle because of their teeter tauter with McCain, but that quid pro quo didn’t happen with every single State attorney General and every single State Legislature in the entire country.
